I eat at this Little Caesars more then I should. Probably because there aren't many dining options at Waikele Shopping Center that appeal to me. Cons: It's in K-Mart, sometimes crowded, tables are often dirty, they serve Pepsi. Pros: Awesomely greasy Pizza and Cheesy Bread. After having a few slices of pizza and three sticks of Cheesy Bread I feel like passing out into pizza heaven, but usually end up lethargically walking around the outlet shops. If you're going to eat here I recommend shopping first.

What is there to say... -$7 for a large pepperoni or cheese pizza -AWESOME breadsticks Only downside - you have to go into K-Mart to get there

We used to go here all the time, but the quality has gone down. First, the tables and floors are always dirty. Second, the cashiers are always very slow. One night the cash register malfunctioned. Instead of getting somebody who could help them, the cashiers just stood around talking. Meanwhile, the servers kept serving people and soon there was a line almost out of the restaurant of people waiting to pay. By the time a Kmart manager came to correct the problem, my husband had been in line for 25 minutes and our food was cold. We've gone back since this incident and find the pizza not as consistently good as it used to be. The cashiers are still very slow and the dining area is not very clean. We've also tried to call ahead for take-out but sometimes they don't answer their phones. Still, I get a craving for their cheese pizza or their cheesey bread or their lasagna, so we do come back on occasion.

$5 pizzas and crazy bread. Cheap and good! My friends and I eat here all the time. It's a franchise, but it's awesome. Also gotta love their lasagna :)

I come back here to discover... ICEE ice cream floats using Rosalina Ice Cream! Mix and match any icee flavor available and also pick a drum of ice cream. Its really thick at first because the ice cream is so cold, but if you suck up the icee a little bit first and the ice cream settles more, you can stir it up real easily, and its super smooth. There's spoons by the fountain drink dispensers, but they're really not long enough to go all the way down the cup. I got a strawberry icee with haupia ice cream in it for $3.

I'm never ever eatin' at this little Caesar in Waikele Kmart again!!!! This place should deserve negative stars! After I ordered my Jamba Juice which was a couple store down from GameStop, I was hungry and was craving some little Caesar food. I went to order spaghetti and breadsticks which came in the meal combo deal since it was cheaper. Anyway when the lady who was done taking orders from the people ahead of me asked me for my order I couldn't hear or understand her because she lost her voice so it sounded like she was kinda straining her voice. I didn't mind having a hard time listening to her since her voice was jacked up as it was. Anyway when I told her I wanted my spaghetti with meatball and breadsticks the guy next to her went and made my spaghetti and meatball and breadstick order. Okay so I paid and got my ordered started eating it. First of all spaghetti was okay it tasted like something I can make at home. Waste of money if you ask me I can make better spaghetti for that price and feed a whole family with seconds. You can tell it was made from a canned spaghetti can this cheap ones that cost about a dollar. Meatball tasted like it was just frozen and heated up. Spaghetti had no cheese or veggies like mushroom in them. Breadstick also sucked too like just bread that was just premade heated and then brushed with butter. Anyway that wasn't the bad part. The bad part was that a couple days later I got sick like a cold flu sick. First symptom was a sore throat then a cough and all of the other stuffs associated with a cold flu. Worst part was I had a job interview too and I was coughing off the roof and haywire! My cough was so horrible I hadn't had a cough like that ever I had this bad case of coughs a long time ago. I was thinking and back tracking all the things I did and ate. When I thought of little Caesar i rmemeber that girl who had lost her voice that sounded like she was just recovering from a bad cold! Plus this was the only place I ate in the last few days and week other than getting the Jamba Juice but I would rule that out because I know for a fact that the girl at little Caesar would most likely gotten me sick since she had a lost voice. Trust me I've been sick before and lost my voice as well and having been recovering from it with a weird and funny voice like hers too. I was like ugh omg that bitch contaminated the food with her germs! I was mad because it's a rule of thumb that when you start showing symptoms, it means that a virus or bacteria had already entered your body system a day or two before you start showing symptoms. I was Vivid because not only I had this bad this cold, my cough lingered for about a month now and til this day I still cough here and there. Sometimes it would sound like I was losing my voice too specially when I wake up in the morning after sleeping. I have to fricken clear my throat all the time just to have my voice be normal again. I really thought that bitch gave me pneumonia or some other deadly disease because I was literally dying of coughs! I went to see my doc and she checked me out. Luckily she thinks I didn't have anything but the case of lingering coughs after a cold. I got my husband sick and now he to is having the coughs like me. Never again will I go to that little Caesar or have someone be unsanitary. This is why I so limit myself from eating out! From employees not washing hands and not properly following safety health issues!! If your sick stay your ass at home specially if your dealing with food!!

The promotions here are awesome. We go and take advantage of these promotions since it is pretty hard pressed to find 2 ICEE's (any size) for $3. Other than that, the food is quite expensive, but convenient since it is a shopping center. The worker bees are very nice and friendly. However, when my kid dropped his Icee, the female worker offered to replace it as no additional charge and politely cleaned up the spilled Icee. The manager tho, probably worked for Sesame Street as Oscar the Grouch in a previous job since she is the ultimate grouch. She yelled at the employee for giving the kid a replacement Icee and spending too much time cleaning up the mess. That manager should be replaced and the worker bee should get a raise. I think a big bumble bee crawled up the manager's butt during her break and she had to bark at her employees in front of customers to express her authority at this pizza joint.

Sometimes a down and dirty review is just what is called for.... Good for: X Avoiding Chicago is the pizza snob capital of the world. Chcago eats more pizza per capita than anywhere else in the world and that is the flat dish style that everyone knows of so that doesn't include the deep dish that we eat tons of as well. Finishing a NYC pie for one of us hungry boys is no trouble. Pizza from Italy that has tuna fish and corn on it is not pizza. Cardboard is not pizza- but in a pinch or for a kids birthday party corners are cut and we'd get a dominos, checkecheese or little ceasers- yes we say it is for the kids when in reality we don't want to aregue with who ever has a worse idea about easting something even more inedible than cardboard. So WE go with the old standby of fried flour with too much salt on a sauce that has too much sugar with cheese that really should be called cheese product because of too much oil and not any actual milk with some canned kind of processed meat. Also known as kid food (pizza). So when you have a 5 year old with you and you are in the middle of running errands in Waikle and don't know the area well enough and you are not acctually hungry but need to get something for someone before the temper gets out of control- you go for cheap cheap cheap little caesars. Because it is cheap in 3 ways. Cheap low cost ingrediants, cheap in the way it is produced and cheap in that the company really does not care about the product they are serving. It is cheap. Cost-wise, it would be cheaper to buy a pizza at Costco or make a frozen pizza- but convienice wins out when that said 5 year old sees the glass display, and the "I want it" factor rears it's ugly noisy head. Since when is cheese and pepperoni the only 2 kinds of pizza that are normal price and everything else is an UPCHARGE?!?!?!?! Why does it cost more for any other indgrediant? Answer: it is cheap food and they can. Why is the same tasteless bread just molded into other weird shapes and then they think they can call it an artisianal crazy something??? Cause it is cheap food and they just don't care about making people healthy at all and just don't care about the human race in general. The quality of the food really has taken a nose dive. Taste it hot and it doesn't taste good. Taste it cold and know that all the oils- which seem to constitue 50% of it have congeled and now look like lard out of the can. Cheap food to avoid- #1 on the list in my book. But it is what keiki want in a hurry and it keeps them quiet for X amount of time til we can get home. Moral of the story- have back up plans and snacks in the car for when you are going far out of your way and don't know an area well enough to keep little keiki happy the whole trip through.

Talk about rip off, it's supposed to be pretzel crust but sprinkling sea salt on bread does not make it a pretzel. So lame, paid $8 a whole $1 more for false advertising, thank you thank you NOT!

Decent place to eat before or after shopping at Kmart. Parking Wise: Huge parking lot all around. Especially more parking now since no more Borders Bookstore. Service: Decent service. Normal, average. Food Wise: The food is hot, oily. It's Little Caesars what more can you expect? The cheesey bread was nice and hot, very cheesey. I liked the buffalo wings they were good for fast food already premade wings. #Yelp 365 021/365 Date Visited: Sunday, August 21, 2011

Throughout my pregnancy, I consistently craved one thing....Little Caesars greasy cheesy italian bread. The bad-unhealthiness is what made it ohhh soooo good and satisfying. What made it even worse, is that I worked in the area, and would come here ALL THE TIME....so often, that the workers knew exactly what I was going to order and had it ready for me, no matter how long the line was. Now, whenever we enter K-Mart, the smell of Little Caesars just sucks me in and I can't help but satisfy our italian cheesy bread fix. I love the fact that they have melon icees and we have the option of putting ice cream in there...so yummy.

Good service, ok food. Who can deny soft, warm strips of bread covered in butter and cheeeeese? I definitely can't. Cheap prices for a filling meal! It's quick, easy, and hard to resist. Their marinara sauce is a hit or miss, though :/ I got cold marinara sauce a couple of times which I didn't realize until after I left.... Blahhhh!

Ill be honest, I only come here for the crazy bread. The $5 pizza is not such a bad thing but I have this thing for bread sticks. I like how these places are always tucked away in a k-mart. You get to sit around waiting for your pizza and people watch which I love to do. Is it me or do some of the wierdest people go to k-mart, wait a minute Im here. Looking into these peoples carts you can find some weird things. Cases of soda, chips, a few dvd's, a thigh master, lamp shade, an American flag and 2 boxes of wine. What are these people doing tonite? Hey my pizza and sticks are done, if you feel like spending a little more than the $1.50 at costco and want to kick up your meal a few notches then go to Little Caesers.

Little Cesar's is one of those pizza places that don't even come to mind when you want pizza, because the quality of their pizza is low. However, my sister loves Little Cesar's, and often craves their Italian cheese bread, so I've went with her twice. The first time I went, we shared a whole pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. Overall, I'd give that meal a 3. To me, it was very bland. We returned once again for lunch yesterday and I opted to try something new. I got 2 pieces of the deep deep dish pepperoni pizza and some wings. I didn't really care for the wings all that much, they're pre-cooked and the sauce is kinda just dumped on after you tell the workers what kind of flavor you want...so you've got some dried up wings sitting in a pool of sauce, not really marinated or anything...meh. The pizza was pretty good. I wish they would use more marinara on it, because the square edges can be pretty dry and sauce-less. Overall, I'd give that meal a 6. Another important thing though, this particular location seriously needs to work on cleanliness. There always seems to be little bugs flying around here and there in the dining area, and it's very unappetizing. The entire place always feels kind of dirty, too. I used to live in Waipahu as a kid, and my family frequently visited K Mart and Little Cesar's. Now that I'm an adult, I can see how dirty and kinda ghetto the establishment is. It's off-putting.

BEWARE ROACHES!!!!!!! I would give this place negative stars if I could. Long story short, the service is horrible. There is no communication in this restaurant which is probably because their accents are so thick they can't understand each other, and THEY HAVE ROACHES!! I bought three pizzas and drove all the way home to find a damn roach in my box!!!! I went right back and got a refund for EVERYTHING! Please, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

This review is not meant for the Waikele location. I love Waikele's Little Cesars. This review is meant for the Waipahu location near the transit center. We went there today and first off the service is poor. Girl was not welcoming at all. Second after driving all the way home we open the box and the pizza is undercooked. I had to throw it in the oven for about 10 min before we could eat it. Lastly I was dying for their Stuffed Bread Sticks. What did I get instead? Hollow bread sticks. There was only enough cheese to coat the inside of the stick leaving a hollow center. NEVER WILL WE EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

Me: "Oh, wow, a large pepperoni or cheese pizza for only $6? On a Friday? Great! I'll run over and pick one up instead of cooking this frozen pizza!" Hubby: "Hmmmm, if you say so. I like the frozen pizza, but I don't mind trying Little Caesers. I haven't had one of their pizza's in over a decade." Off I go to the store. The last time I walked by the restaurant was a bit grungy and run down. This time it looks a bit cleaner, and they have a new tv mounted to the wall. Glad there might be a perk or two from being inside Kmart. I put my final worries aside and go to the counter to order. Me: "Hi! May I have a large cheese pizza, please?" Employee: "Yes, I have one in the warmer. I'll get it." She pulls a box from the warmer and opens it before handing it to me. Me: "I'm sorry, I asked for a cheese pizza. That is a pepperoni pizza." Employee: "It has cheese." Me: O.o "I'll have a cheese pizza, please..." She did hand me a cheese pizza then, andI did take it home, and my men and I each had at least a slice. And the next time we wanted pizza, we cooked the frozen one at home. It had cheese....

Since I live in Waipahu the closest axcess I have to Pizza is PizzaHut. So I always get excited when I get to Waikele. The Cheese is always thick, which is the best. The Seasoning is kinda uneven though. The cooking is quite fast. Cons: The Place is usually unsanitary. Like the tables are kinda sticky and full of rubish. The TV sometimes is too loud, and the floors are just as bad. Pros: Fast service, great taste, and nice people.
