This take-out or dine-in establishment is one of my favorite spots to eat in Royal Kunia! It's conveniently located across of Walmart and next to the 3rd cup cafe coffee shop. The food here is always tasty and is made to order. The service from the cashier is always excellent. The food comes out fast, within 5-10 minutes, depending on what you order. The environment is clean. I love coming here because of the food quality and convenience of being 3 minutes away from my home.

Prices are cheap. They do take out and catering. It's real small inside. It's a typical local plate lunch place just like all the other LnL's. I got the breakfast special which comes with bacon spam Portuguese sausage (all 2 pieces each) and eggs. It was kind of oily. Other than that the service was okay and the cooks are real fast. They told me it was gonna be a 10 min wait but they got it done in 5.

Food is like any other L&L. I usually come here when I crave curry chicken katsu. The only problem with this place is that the wait help is so disinterested. I have yet to place an order to a friendly person....then again I keep going back for my katsu fix. Food 4 stars Value 4 stars- the plate is heavy! Service 1 star- crack a smile will ya?

. First off, I didn't like the worker who took my order. He was very sassy and didn't understand what I was asking for. I ordered 1 mini chicken katsu and 2 mini garlic ahi with all salad. He didn't understand me when I said all salad for both plate lunch so he gave me that weird look. As i fot home, I opened my plate and my ahi was like size of an infants hand. Not to mention that amount of my salad was really 2 leaf lettuce not even cut up. It was like I was a rabbit eating one big lettuce. The ahi tasted old and not fresh. You could really taste that fishnets . Yuck! Will I ever go there again?! Noooo thank you. I would rather go to loco moco located across from them.

After trying the katsu curry the other day, my friends and I wanted to try something else this time. We ordered the barbecue short ribs which was really tasty and we also got the katsu and garlic shrimp combo. This time the katsu was even better, it was really fresh and crispy.

Not crazy about this place. I had the BBQ platter. Nothing on there was BBQ'd -- everything was grilled on a flattop griddle and was greasy. Cheap fatty cuts of meat. Really good macaroni salad though

I saw the other 1-star review for the chicken katsu curry, but I thought, maybe that was an off day for this L&L or maybe the reviewer who wrote it was just really picky. I should have listened to the other reviewer. I ordered a regular chicken katsu with a side of lemon sauce (in addition to the katsu sauce)--same thing I order at every other L&L I've been to. All I can say is, YIKES. The color of the chicken katsu was so off from all of the other chicken katsu plates I've ever eaten. It looked like it could have used another minute or so in the fryer to get that nice crisp/crunch. Also, I'm guessing the oil they used was either old or they use the same oil to fry everything in the kitchen sink, because there was a weird after-taste to the katsu that I couldn't ignore. Now, to the katsu and lemon sauces? The katsu sauce was so runny and was a weird brown color. NOT like any other katsu sauce I've ever had. And the lemon sauce was super thick and almost powdery. Also not like any other lemon sauce I had. I was sooo disappointed with my plate. I took a few bites and threw it away. I wish I had just gone to Leeward Drive Inn. The L&L in Wahiawa is one of my favorite places to get a quick plate lunch, so coming to this location was such a huge let down. I definitely won't be back. Maybe the other items are better, but the chicken katsu was the worst thing I've eaten in a while. Even if they were giving out free katsu plates, I wouldn't even accept it. =/ I came back again one more time to try the BBQ pork chop plate, and it was just alright. There are better places to eat than this in this shopping center and in the area.

This L&L is like any other. Local plate lunches, huge portions, cheap eats, and awesome food! Located in Kunia above Times Supermarket, across the way from Wal Mart and next to The Smiling Place. Besides the usual local plate lunches this location also serves Chinese dishes like beef broccoli, orange chicken, chicken eggplant and many more. They now serve brown rice for an additional 25 cents. Usually the service is really good! But this past time we ate here the guy at the counter seemed REALLY lost & confused! O_o He got his orders all mixed up!

oh how i dream of this place. wtf,how is this food so good.first,if you go to hawaii eat plate lunch. Its cheap,way better than a chain, your in hawaii,eat local people! every thing in this place is great. I grew up with this food and so miss it. Try it ,save some eat out money and its so good,any hole in the wall plate lunch on this island is almost always better than the chain crap,eat local.....then go to the beach,body surf.

This is one of my favorite L&L's on the island. I especially enjoy the pork chops but everything they make here is seasoned well and often nice and juicy. Depending on who is working the register you can get very nice customer service, or maybe not, but one thing is certain is that the food here is delicious. Parking shouldn't be an issue because its a big lot. You can dine in as well. I think prices are kind of average for an L&L chain, but for the amount of food you get, most will probably say the prices are very decent for such generous portions.

133/365 L&L has pretty good plate lunch dishes at very reasonable prices, I especially love their chicken katsu and their sauce that comes with it. Their mac salad is also pretty good and I dont really like mac salad haha. Besides their usual food items, they also have other dishes like beef broccoli, kalua pig and cabbage, and meat jun. There is also a lot of parking here so you dont have to worry about that. They even have their "atkin's diet" specials that are pure protein. Overall, good place to get my plate lunch fix ;).
