*sigh* This place makes me sad. Aside from the fact that they apparently no longer have french toast sticks, there are other reasons. I can't fault them for their menu changes, so that's not reflected in my rating. I can, however, hold them responsible for their poor customer service and the language barrier while utilizing the drive thru. When we arrived to place our order, whomever was on the other end kept responding to our questions or order with "whaaaaaaaaat?" which became annoying quickly. Then, because it seemed her English was a little rough, she had trouble deciphering our order correctly. Medium orders became small, large became medium, number twenty five rang up as twelve, and it became a flurry of misunderstandings and constant clarifications. I just wanted some food, not a game of guess my order. Once, yes, our order was FINALLY correct on the screen, we were able to collect our winnings at the window. Oh, but wait, we were missing some things. The lady in the window said bye to us three separate times. She handed us drinks and bags and said goodbye. Wait, we don't have the milk that we had paid for and ordered. We got the milk and she said goodbye. But hold on, we need straws for the two beverages you'd handed us. Oh sure, we get our straws, and she said her final goodbye. If the location wasn't so convenient, I would say my final goodbye. Unfortunately, if I did, it would be a lie. I know I will probably begrudgingly go back, but I'm not a frequent visitor so I'll feel less guilty about it when I do. Shameful, but true.

Probably the cleanest JITB I've ever been in. People were nice, fast service, and they have an ATM. Food could've been a little bit hotter, which is the only reason I didn't give five stars. I'd come back for quick breakfast :)

Used to frequent this location for a quick lunch every now and then. Today put an end to that. I received my order in good time, however not only was there my food in the bag, but a decent sized ROACH under a piece of chicken. The roach looked cooked, as it had an oil puddle growing under it. I went back of course to ask for a refund. The management was very unapologetic and even didn't seem surprised that this happened. As if it was an everyday occurrence. Even tried to nitpick about what they wanted to refund since we ordered two meals. Obviously after the roach was found the entire meal was ruined and the whatever was left from the second meal was also returned. I did get a refund, but the service was absolutely ridiculous. I can't even blame that on the language barrier. I know that no restaurant is perfect, but management definitely could have been better. Would recommend driving to a better run establishment.

The staff here is unfriendly as they come. Instead of taking my order they walked away to work on an order. After a few minutes of standing at the register, a worker came back. No sorry for the wait, nothing. Upon completing the order, no thank you. Clearly she didn't want to be there, don't show up to work if you don't want to be there.

I don't really care for Jack in the box. The patties taste weird to me. I do love their shakes and smoothies. I got food poisoning from their chicken sandwiches multiple times, DO NOT EAT THEM. Or..tell them to make your chicken patty well done (how sad is that?) The line for Jack in the box can get pretty long but their dine in part is open til pretty late (10 or 11) Go here if you like Jack's or if you like cheap but yummy milkshakes/smoothies.

I love comin here but lastnight was the last! I bought a breakfast burrito meal a side order of tacos and a munch meal . My WHOLE burrito was drenched in oil to the point where when i opened my wrapper the oil gushed on my entire work shirt! My husbands burger was sloppy n his top bun was dark brown n he said it tasted like burnt toast. Our tacos were oiled up on both sides n it stuck to the paper dnt kno how that would happen. N our fries was cold as if it were sittin in the wrack for a while. The best thing we had was our drink. And the cashier asked if i wanted the receipt which is weird because they normally just give it to me, i told her no because i jus got off of work n i was starvin because i forgot my wallet at home so i didnt get to eat until late lastnite, i jus wanted to go home n eat. Horrible horrible horrible never goin there again.

Only authentic local breakfast well liked would be the portugese sausage, scrambled eggs and rice for us. I don't think we got our usual money's worth when they served it at an order of just 3 plates drive through. The scrambled eggs were the size of a quarter coin per plate! I was disappointed and vowed to always check THAT particular site for our breakfast plate before leaving. Nothing like that at the other Jack's ever! Some head office ought to be investigating this site. Or train those food service personnel on quality portion!

This is not my first experience at this jack and the box. I have been going there on and off for years. Sadly, the service has remained exactly the same...terrible and horribly inefficient. Drive through windows...ahh drive through windows, all of us have many memories at them...mostly drunk late night memories, but memories none the less. Well this time, I was driving, it was the middle of the day and I was looking to feed my family. Upon driving up to the window I had to ask three times wether or not they still carried french toast sticks for breakfast. After FINALLY making the person on the other end of the order box understand what I was asking for , I was told "no they did not". Okay, thats fine, no big deal, just kind of flabbergasted I had to repeat myself three separate times. So then I ask for a combo meal....three separate times. After the first two times asking for it I get "whaaaaaaaaaat?" from the order box. Annoying. Terribly annoying. I then order a chicken sandwich...three times, once again getting "whaaaaaaat?" the first two times. At this point it's evident the person taking our order is not exactly very strong in their English speaking skills. I then order two medium drinks, which were placed as small, three times! It was like three was the lucky number of the day! So finally my order is correct and I drive up to the window to pay. Once at the window, I get the two drinks, and the food. The woman at the window says goodbye. I ask for the milk that was supposed to be with the number 25 I ordered. She gives it to me and says goodbye. I then ask if I can have straws for the soft drinks, she gives them to me and says goodbye. That was goodbye...three times!!! Its like in the movie the number 23 with Jim Carrey except my number is 3!!! Needless to say, every time I have ever been to this jack in the box the experience is the same. You have to repeat your order over and over and once you receive your food it needs to be thoroughly checked because more often than not the order is wrong. I just wonder why everytime I go there the person taking my order barely speaks English. I mean, I figure if the main part of your job is communication, you should be good at communicating, or at least halfway decent. It is official, I will no longer be going to this jack and the box location. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to Kapolei. It's worth the gas money to save myself from the headache.

I remember when I use to love going to Jack In the Box.. well that was like 5 years ago back when I was still in High School. My friends and I would go here to eat after school and spend hours there just doing nothing but eating their tacos and shakes! I would order only from the value meal, back when they had a 99 cent burgers! I use to order the jr bacon cheeseburger, 2 tacos, chicken sandwich with curly fries and of course buttermilk!!! Aww it is cholesterol and fat heaven, the food is good but not that good that you want to rave about it! It is a fast food place, can't really expect gourmet! What i recently discovered is the oreo milkshake... but instead of vanilla, you can get it in chocolate!!! Yup Emi is a genius if you didn't know that already! Now that is just so good especially for a late night sugar rush! Oooh it is pure awesomeness!!! I've never actually got out of the car to eat inside, I much rather eat at home so I always go to the drive-thru!

Usually, Jack in the Box Kunia is ON IT! But not last night. Ive been trying not to eat out for the late night, but lately...just been hungry on the way home. So I went through the drive thru. So, I ordered the Chicken Fajita combo, 2 tacos, and 2 Chicken sandwiches. The food wasnt all for me. There was no line, so went straight to the window and I expected to wait a minute or two while they prepared the food. My food comes out, and I take the bag and put it on my front seat. Normally, id check my order but this time, i didnt (so this is my fault). Anyway, the worker wonders why Im not leaving. I havent received my soda yet. Thats basic and should be automatic. Then when I get home, my fajitas have no salsa (without the salsa, its a pretty dry meal), theres no taco sauce (nor did she ask), No napkins, No straw. At least the order was correct! I was the only person there, there should be no reason why I didnt get all the things that should come with the meal. I did pay for it. With all that aside, fast food places are hit or miss.

When Kunia Jack In the Box first opened they were great however in recent months the customer service has got worse then ever. They don't smile or greet a person in anyway. Tonight was the worst with the Cashier rolling her eyes and standing with her hands on our hip impatiently. Her name tag said Christine, she appeared so unhappy and no appreciation for having a job. In addition to this the other week the cashier told us it smelt in the facility because they have been letting the homeless bathe in there bathrooms, I walked out because the smell was unbearable. Seriously it needs to be investigated because this store manager is not doing his/her job.

Pretty much hit and miss with the food at this particular location. I usually order a Portuguese platter for breakfast and often receive different proportions of food. Today was a disappointment because the rice was spoiled and I did not have the opportunity to return the food because I had to go to work. I would recommend the managers to train their staff to pick up on these minor discrepancies, which will avoid negative feedback in the future. Come on now, an all filipino staff and the rice is spoiled?

Late night cravings? Craving breakfast at 10pm!? Head to Jack In The Box! They're open 24 hours and server breakfast ALL day long! I love it!! I crave breakfast at all hours of the day! So I'm so happy that they serve it all day long! I love their portuguese sausage eggs and rice! And their side portuguese sausage (4 pieces) is only $1 something! I love the option that you can get fries instead of hash brown or vice versa with your meal. Their menu is cheap. They have a value menu which I love too! Not exactly 99 cents but still cheap! Their 2 tacos for $.99 is really good! I actually prefer their tacos over taco bell! And for some ODD reason I actually like it better when its stale! (I'm weird!!) The drinks are HUGE!! Their large here is 42oz. I always have to remember to order a medium because I can't finish the large by myself. Their milkshakes are awesome! So thick and real!! Heaven!! They have all kinds of flavors from vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and oreo. The customer service here is okay. They all seem like they're rushing so have no time to be nice.

I would love to come here often, but definitely not good for the figure or the arteries...LOL. When I have my so called cheat meals, I succumb to sourdough jack extra sauce, curly fries and buttermilk. Also, not on the kids menu but they have grilled cheese w/ sourdough bread. Their Iced mocha coffee is so darn good! When I feel like being cheap on coffee, I just drive through to JIB and get a iced mocha coffee for only $2.79 and that's a large. Workers are always cheerful and pleasant.

111/365 Jacks is pretty good for its variety. My favorite thing from them is actually their breakfast jack. Which also makes the best thing about them is having breakfast ALL DAY! Their seasoned curly fries are also good since you cant really get those at other fast food joints. I also like that they have pita sandwiches so thats different from your usualy burgers and chicken sandwiches. The workers here are also pretty fast and efficient so thats always a plus.

111/365 Jacks is pretty good for its variety. My favorite thing from them is actually their breakfast jack. Which also makes the best thing about them is having breakfast ALL DAY! Their seasoned curly fries are also good since you cant really get those at other fast food joints. I also like that they have pita sandwiches so thats different from your usualy burgers and chicken sandwiches. The workers here are also pretty fast and efficient so thats always a plus.
