First of all I always come here because it used to be right next to my house. LOL & Jack In The Box always has the BEST after hour food. 2 tacos for a $1 come on now you can't pass that up when your drunk as fuck & broke as hell because you just spent all your money on cover charges and drinks! lol BUT, the line is ALWAYS* forever like seriously long as FUCK. On a regular day if the lines are that long, I don't even bother going there. Especially since I don't like going inside because it's always lines with homeless/sketchy looking people. LOL The workers are always either filipino, micronesians and polynesians for some reason. I don't know why, maybe that's the ratio of people that live in the Waipahu area? beat me lol im just sayin* There's my take on this location. :)

I have come here three times and this is my last. The first time, my breakfast food was cold. Sausage croissant was cold. Second time, drive through took forever and there were only two vehicles, made me late to pick up my boss, and they didn't include ketchup as requested. This time the girl could not seem to get the order right, we had to repeat several times and they didn't get it right even after all the trouble, and offered no customer service skills. She was pretty rude about us having to repeat the order like ten times. So many bad reviews, they should just replace it with a better restaurant.

HORRIBLE! I order thru drive thru bc it's easier for me and guess what? I had blood on my bag!!! So gross! It was fresh! Someone had a small cut and thought they could wipe it on the bag! Makes me wonder how they cooked my food!!! I'm never ever coming here again!

Ok, I've been to this Jack in the Box several times in the past but my recent experience has be giving this one 2 stars for now... or maybe ever. So I came here on my recent visit to redeem my free burger coupon (that I won from the September 2014 CMYE MilkShake Break Cronut Eating contest) after a morning run and bowling earlier in the day so it was my lunch for the day. The shop is that that big, There is just a handful of table and seating areas in the store. It wasn't that busy. I came in the early afternoon time. I waited a while before a worker finally came up to me to take my order. I already knew what I wanted to order. I ordered a sourdough jack, 3 pieces of cronuts, and a sprite. She originally rang me up for all three items (charging me for the burger). She thought it was buy one, get one free. I was like thinking to myself, really do you not READ the coupon and just assume. She of course fixed it right away and apologized. I was also thinking to myself, "Imma F'n Yelp Elite and I'm da damn cronut eating champ!" but I really am not that kind of person who thinks like that haha. Anyways, so I got my order, it came out to about 5 bucks with the free burger. (2.49 for the 3 piece cronuts and 1.99 for the soft drink). It's kinda pricey for a fast food joint if you ask me. So this place being in the hood of Waipahu I wanted to enjoy my meal dining in. Had some SKETCH people around but I was like brah I hood too so I going chance 'um. So I sat down and started to do my social media business before. In the middle of everything before even eating this one braddah came up to my and asked me if he can borrow my phone fast kine to make a call. I was hesitant but I've done it before so I let him make da call. Totally ruined my vibe and eating mode. While he was making the call, I was preppy myself just in case he was going to book it with my phone. Good thing I am runner. Anyways, fortunately nothing happened, he thanked me (a lesson of prejudice and stereotyping). So I began to eat my meal. As I was finishing up, another person came up to me (couldn't tell if was one girl or was one guy but I think it was one guy but in this situation was one girl). Anyways, she was trying to start one converstation and wanted to check out my tattoos (which I did). I began to proceed out of the store. Anyways, hopefully everyone reads this review because my suggestion is to just order take out.

its a convenience i live near so jacks is always an option for any meal, with breakfast open for 24 hrs im always open to eating breakfast for lunch or dinner, service varys especially when busy you'll be waiting for a while but besides that it is fast paced as well, ill be back again in no time

Pretty shady. Don't get me wrong, I'll still eat here. Jack in the Box always reminds me of SoCal, and I can't get enough of the spicy chicken sandwhiches. If there was one closer to my house I would get a spicy chicken sandwich and curly fries every night I was driving back from waikiki night out. But this one is kind of run down a little bit it seems like. Not that bad, just not as clean and nice as I'm used to.

Stopped here today since my home lunch mysteriously disappeared from the fridge at work. The service was fast and friendly. I was pretty impressed that the person working the register was a manager and she was patient even with the difficult customer in front of me. Restaurant is pretty clean even with the large amount of people coming in and out.
