I was very pleased tonight after I walked in thinking I was gonna spend big bucks on ice cream then later finding out Wednesdays are buy one sundae get one free! What a deal considering ice cream places are charging big bucks now days! I never knew that they had promotions like this until my best friend was informed by the worker! I've gone to this place ever since I can remember and I have never had one bad experience. When I was little I loved sitting on the kiddie tables. They have a lot of different selections that sound delicious, but I seriously cannot get enough of their Jamoca ice cream! I also love their Cappuccino Blast topped with cinnamon. Service is always pretty good here and they're open pretty late to be available to people like me who like to eat late.

I have always loved Baskin Robbins, but the service SUCKS! Talk about no personality or hospitality! I asked to guide me away from products with nuts because my kids are allergic. One sales associate didn't seem to care. Won't be coming back anytime!

I've never met an ice cream sundae I didn't like. When getting my groove on at Baskin-Robbins, the same is true. Five star ice cream, two star service. This location seems to have lots of not so happy workers. The most recent experience included no smile, no greeting, no thank you, and one spoon. Hello, I ordered a big ol' 'Brownie' sundae for me and my daughter, and we'd like our own spoons. I can deal with the $5.96 price tag, but I have a hard time with poor service. Here's the deal: you're going to get great ice cream and related treats here, including ice cream birthday cakes made to order, but you're likely not going to get a smile to go with it. If you can deal with that, have a sundae on me.

Baskin Robbins is one of my "go-to" for a special treat. Love that this location is so close to home. Friendly staff & welcoming atmosphere. A great place to go especially during the summer, to cool off/take a break from the humid heat (love the A.C) and enjoy a nice cold, creamy, tastie treat. My favorite is Jamocha Almond Fudge, so Ono-licious!!!

After enjoying the beauty and splendor of the Waikele area we walked into this dump, right off the bat I decided I wasn't going to order anything. The floor is disgusting, not even the color it's supposed to be and several edging tiles are cracked and there was a blackened gummy bear near the order area. The ceiling is comprised of 2 different types of tiles and is dirty. The faux wood of the front counter is chipped and broken. The trashcan was PACKED to the point that it was vomiting garbage onto the floor. The walls are dirty. The chairs are damaged and carved up. The left counter kickbar is loose. The order binder for cakes is dirty and worn. The tables are off balance and most are dirty. And the lady behind the counter was helping many customers not washing her hands in between. The franchise owner doesn't seem to care about this location at all, friendly service and icecream can only get you so far because sometimes people come in and look for the same things I look for. I didn't expect this level of nastiness from a Waikele Shopping Center location, we will not be returning to this location in the future.

This is one of my go to places for ice cream only because it's so nearby to home. Not the cheapest place for ice cream, especially for the size of the scoops. But cheap ice cream is hard to come by now days. Better to just buy a tub of ice cream from a grocery store at the price you pay for just two scoops here. I will suggest jamocha. It's one of my fav. The mocha cappuccino blast is actually pretty good, too. A must try!! I also like their ice cream cakes. These are a bit pricey, too. But a $20 one is good enough to feed 10 ppl. Ice cream and cake together is always filling that's why. Big pieces of it are not necessary.

Ice Cream good but I had to greet and say Thank You to the employee when I'm buying the ice cream. Twice this short older lady provided that same service. Sad or probably hates her job! She needs to learn how to SMILE especially if selling Ice Cream

My favorite baskin robins location!! Friendly staff and they are more than willing to offer you a free sample of their yummy ice cream flavors. I also like the fact that they have free water to wash down all that sugar you just consumed.

Based purely on customer service. Perhaps they should design a better line to keep track of customers. In any event, after waiting in line for several minutes and making eye contact with the employee several times, it was finally my time to order. Low and behold, the same employee who looked at me several times and knew I was next in line, goes and helps another customer. I walked straight out of there without ordering, never to return.

It seems I have to stop by Baskin-Robbins every time I am at Waikele Outlet. They have good selections, my favorite being macadamia nut and pineapple coconut. I always order the keiki size. It is a nice size, not too small and not too big, and it saves you money!

My son wanted to eat the Spider-Man ice cream again (like chocolate milk with Rice Krispie cereal). So since he was a good boy, we brought him here after shopping. No one greeted us when we got in which is no big deal but there were workers milling about so we didn't know where to stand. Eventually a guy came over to help us. I got a double scoop of Spider-Man and cookies and cream. I had asked for both a cup and cone which he provided (supposed to be 15 cents extra according to the sign). Then when he rang me up, he tried to get me for a triple cone. I corrected him. Then later I checked my receipt, he charged me 45 cents for a cone since I had asked for it on the side. What?! He refused to do anything. He didn't admit fault or say sorry or anything. 30 cents isn't a big deal but he just had a bad attitude and kept trying to charge us more. I felt like the way he rang us up was very shady. On other notes, ice cream was delicious and they did thank us and bid us farewell. I do enjoy ice cream from here but if they're trying to make additional monies from me rather than us actually buying stuff, then I am not happy. Do try the Spider-Man ice cream especially if you have a super hero obsessed three year old!

I think the service here needs to be worked on. My friend and I went to delight ourselves on a cold treat after having dinner. We have checked in about an hour before closing at this particular location. We had no welcome whatsoever. When we were walking towards the showcase, the customer service seemed rushed, did you want to get something? Not to mention that there was another worker getting ready to close (an hour before closing) slamming the chairs and tables together. That was a turn off because it seemed like they wanted us to leave and so we did. We went across to McDonald's and got a chocolate shell soft serve and saved ourselves about three dollars. Overall: Not-so-friendly staff, Convenient location, Won't come here again

Located in the Waikele shopping center where the majority of the eateries are located, there is ample parking in adjacent parking lots. If you parked far and have to walk, think of it as an incentive to a well deserved treat. Conveniently located near Kunio & Genki Sushi, Baskin Robins is almost always our next stop after having Sushi especially on a hot summer day. Treat the fam to a chiller or just walk in and overwhelm your sight to all the sweet cool treats enjoying their AC and sampling some of the flavors they have to offer. Kinda pricey compared to getting it at the store but Baskin-Robins has those flavors that you can only get here and they have Ice Cream cakes, Pies, and prepacked ice cream for that grab and go. My fix: GREEN TEA !!!!

The staff here is one of the best at any Baskin Robbins on Oahu. Always friendly and fast with our weekly, large order!

142/365 I like baskin robbin's ice cream and their 31 flavors. I love that they always have the classic flavors along with the flavors of the month. With the many flavors that they have i'm sure you'll find your old and have a new favorite. Their ice cream cakes and pies are pretty good too and great for parties. I also like their soft serve ice cream, although I still have my fave soft serve ice cream from elsewhere. It's also a plus that they close at 10p because that gives some place to get our late night sweet tooth fix ;). Overall, cant go wrong with dessert here.

This location is the best for me because one of the employees always knows what I like to order and he's super nice. Other locations are either too hot inside or they give bad service. Plus this Baskins is nearby so I can just walk if I wanted to.

My nephew saved his appetite form dinner for some ice cream. And it helped that I had a coupon buy 1 sundae get 1 free. Right before we went to Baskin Robbins he had a hissy fit and cried because he couldn't eat all his chicken from Genki Sushi. He was so upset because his dad told him he had to finish everything before he could get some ice cream, the bribery game. Well it clearly didn't work with him because he didn't want to touch his food at all. Its amazing how Ice cream can cure your saddens and everything negative and make everything okay! When my brother gave in to him, he was another person so happy and excited that he could pick which ice cream he got and what toppings to add. I really like Baskin Robbins because sometimes I do get tired of yogurt and actually working for your dessert so when someone is scooping out the ice cream and putting all the toppings for you is a reward. I love yogurt shops but sometimes that doesn't do the fix. I like how they have so many choices of ice cream to pick my favorite is the strawberry cheesecake, and with one scoop is more than enough because they are very generous with the scoops.

I like Baskin-Robbins. But this rating is totally based on the service. My family went there for dessert after having dinner on a Friday night, Feb. 8. There were 2 employees working. The guy seemed mellow and nice. Unfortunately, he didn't serve us. Granted, my family was a rather large group who walked in after another family. And as we were trying to decided what we wanted, more people walked in. I believe my brother had ordered something, and the girl asked us, "anything else?" in rather neutral way. But after I gave her our next order and had said that we're (gesturing our large family) ordering together, she started slamming the ice cream freezer doors open and shut. Okay yes, there are a lot of people in here, and maybe she was stressed? But really? Slamming the freezers? Our family will be enjoying ice cream at other Baskin-Robbins stores.

Is it just me or are the scoops of ice cream for sundaes getting smaller and smaller? I swear the past time I've gone to Baskin Robbins, the two scoops for a sundae in comparison to the scoops of a regular ice cream cone is about equal, meaning, I'm getting a one scoop sundae for the price of a two scoop. I also have to admit my go-to flavor at Baskin Robbins is the "Wild n' Reckless", very tasty! Unfortunately it is only a seasonal flavor (fall and winter), so during the summer, they usually replace it with something that is rather disgusting. You won't see me in this store until the beginning of Fall!

I've been here a few times and I haven't had a problem with the staff here. They always have the flavors that I'm craving for.
