Being that their biggest sales slogan is Hot N' Ready I'm really disappointed, they defiantly do not live up to that. With the many times I visited there, never once was their pizza ready to pick up. Although the prices are reasonable and there stuffed cheese bread is to die for if made correctly, I would have to give them 2 stars. Reasons being is many times my favorite items were not made to a standard quality and their staff are unfriendly and look like they are unhappy being there. If I had recommend a Little Caesars it would be the one in Kapolei within the Kmart.

Despite all the grunts and groans I have for this place, we keep coming back because the price is right and the food is good. Who doesn't need a crazy bread fix every once in a while? Anyway, those were the pros. Now for the cons. The staff tend to be somewhat unprofessional (not the greatest customer service, laughing, playing around and even swearing) and unorganized. It's true that if you really want a pizza "Hot-N-Ready", you won't get that here. I've always had a wait. Wish this location had the kind of variety as the Kapolei one like spaghetti and side salads and the option to be able to buy by the slice. If it were run like Kapolei, this place would be packed all the time. Hope the franchise owner of this location reads all these reviews and considers making some changes.

Loooooove their supreme pizza! Compare to Pizza Hut... The price is right!!! Can't go wrong with their $5 pizzas (Cheese or Pepperoni). Can feed many, without having to break the wallet. Italian Cheesy Bread... So good! Pepsi products, they got it! No tables to sit and eat, however there's a few chairs to sit down while waiting.

Hahaha what a joke. Staff is kinda too mokey moke for me haha. They couldn't break a hundred bill :( also this location doesn't really have any options for personal pizzas or smaller portions. There's only two of us, and I can't imagine ordering a large pizza at lunch time. They had a lunch combo but it's only offered for only 3 hours out of the day.

The food is great, well prepared. BUT the service is terrible!! I believe she is the manager or co-manager that works the front counter with NO SMILE. No type if emotion whatsoever. NO THANK YOU, even if you say thank you first for giving you back the change. It kills me to see this type of service especially from management. I wish the owner of that franchise could go undercover and see for themselves. I bet this one person deters many previous customers from coming back. Sad, when the food is good but that one lady is able to kill the business.

Ordered a deep dish pizza (which wasn't 'ready' but would take another 3 mins). Saw a whole rush of people come and go. 25 mins later my order was asked about and she didn't remember taking it. She didn't give me a receipt or waiting number. So the guy magically pulls a ready deep dish pizza and i'm on my way. So much chaos with orders being called out but no method to the madness in getting them filled, correctly or timely. Ugh.

It's a cheap and quick fix. Not a fan of the pizza or bread but I loooove their Italian cheesy bread. No tables to sit, this is a grab and go spot.

Terrible service by the whole team! Around 7:45 I went in and ordered. Ok. Tell me why, when I ask how long it takes for chicken wings, the cashier says, WE NO MORE? There was only one order that was in the warmer! I bought that and a some other stuff, but why is it when she calls the order back, I see two of the cooks make an expression of being irritated and pissed off?! Ok pause! ( I come here many of times and Every single time but TWICE I get nothing but disrespectful workers) so this already ticked me off!!! What made it worse, the cashier laughs at their behavior and walks back to me. I had asked her what time do you close? (Being sarcastic because I clearly knew being that I come here a lot) OH AT 10, she says! Okay so why is it a problem to make my order being that its still early I asked? Oh NO there's no problem..... *ok LOOK I'm a little hot headed, but a sweet person, "you can't fool this bitch here" sry not me! I held back so many times on this place and tonight I was letting it out! Here is where I lost it! The manager (short girl) walks in from her break or something, and stands behind a register and gives me a look and just stairs, I was already going back n forth with the cashier at that time.... Not to make anyone more confused! Sry! But that manager... Huhh every time I come here she always has a fucking bad attitude! So I focused on her and told her to check her damn attitude! Yup left field for her but sry, I put up with her shit for many of times, she can clearly deal with my riff now! Anyway back n forth, yea yea blah blah blah!!!! My order is ready. Here we go I'm biting my tongue so I can just grab my order n leave already! Oh but wait one of the cooks put wings in the warmer!?!?!? ("Ya don't say") ok my family and I wanted their wings tonight, not so much pizza, but being that the cashier had lied to me, I had to ask why! "Oh how come get wings in the warmer? Her response was OH SHIT! I'm so sorry, turns around and said idk we had wings! This just blows me, I asked her what was her problem? And to call the manager, of course attitude from her and of course the manager. To keep my cool I explained the situation about the wings and the cashier to her *the manager*which she tells me that it was probably in the oven. Okay. I take that. It's understandable. But I suggest you retrain your cashier with double checking things. And I told the manager that she really needed to check her attitude again, {cuz after our situation, the customers that was in there waiting as well, all agreed that she has the worst attitude.} I also said I been in fast food, and the last thing I want is conflict! Yea yea blah blah I grabbed my order and walked out, turning around at the door to give my last look, ( like i said I'm hot headed, I want the last look/word/stair or snob...lol...which of course they all started to gather at the front counter to start talking mess! My thing to this story is, this place has awesome food, but horrible service. And that two times that I came here, and was not disrespected was because there is a worker who was very friendly, makes you feel welcomed, and SMILES.... I don't know her name but she was a bigger girl, and I'm not insulting her, but idk how else to give her recognition. I'm a big girl myself. So yes, if she is not already, she deserves to be the manager there, and receive a raise... I also wanted to state, that making these girls have a bad night was not my intentions, I worked at mcdonalds before and had stuff thrown at me for stupid things like running out of sauces, and not giving enough napkins, I been thru way worse, and I just hope they get their shit together already. I clearly had to vent! Remember now awesome food bad service. (WELL FOR ME AT LEAST)
