Located in the shopping center near Longs Drugs in Wahiawa. Lots of parking. Little Caesars is fairly new and the joint is pretty nice and clean. Just as Art G. said, no dining area inside so it's basically a take out place. Too lazy to cook dinner and my niece was craving pizza. Her favorite? Baby pan pan. Who couldn't love a pizza named that?! I'd eat it just for the name. Ha ha. Few people ahead of us ready to order but the service was quick and friendly. I got my niece her baby pan pan, and for myself? I love the italian cheese bread. Crispy, cheesy, and super oily... yum yum! The crazy bread is just as freakin addictive. Damn you Little Caesars! Carb overload! The hot and ready pizza is worse than a store bought Digiorno or Red Baron pizza (in my book). If I want a 'real' pizza though... I'll hop over to the next shopping center and get a pan crusted pizza from Pizza Hut! BUT, the wings are freakin delicious! My BF loves em... and I do too. The prices are pretty reasonable... and dare I say it? CHEAP! Thank you little niece for craving pizza... and thank you Little Caesars for coming up with a pizza called a baby pan pan. (still think it's sooo cute!)

When it comes to the speed of making pizza, I wouldn't say it's fast. They only had one cook whenever I go. The service is very friendly and nice. I accidentally order the wrong thing and the worker gave it to me for free. She was so nice about it. Great pizza place in wahiawa by far.

I've been wanting to try the new bacon wrapped deep dish pizza for a while. Today I finally got a chance to try it! Although I couldn't really taste the bacon, the pizza was pretty good. It was cooked perfectly (not gummy like the other deep dish that I tried in the past) and the bacon added a crispy texture to the pizza.

Seeing a fricken preggo girl who worked there in full uniform smoking a ciggy ten steps away from the door. WTH! NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give negative stars I would. I went here with my family on Sunday 9/7/14. My boyfriend said that as soon as he entered he felt like he was not wanted in there. The girl working was named April K. who was his cashier and there also was a boy. My boyfriend is the type of person who works in customer service and understands what it means to deliver above and beyond when it comes to making a customer happy. UNFORTUNATELY, April did not greet, smile, or make him fell welcomed. Nor did she thank him for his customer service. If they don't want people shopping there then the message is very clear. We will never come back and we will continue to spread the word.

Hot and ready pizza. It's ready to go. We always get two Pepperoni pizza and two orders of crazy bread. Very tasty and priced right.

My review is mostly based on the service and misleading information. Not sure if it was on Little Caesars or Groupon. Groupon states that until 8/31 the pepperoni hot and ready pizza is $5 and no coupon Is needed to present at the store. I get there, mention the coupon and Aidah C. As printed on my receipt tells me they do not accept coupons or Groupon and oh and would not accept a coupon from my phone so I show her that I do not need a coupon that it states it's a special for that store without a coupon in my hand until 8/31. She refused and would stick to charging me $7. I had the $7, what pisses me off is even with proof in front of her she was not accepting and would not budge even though the customer was correct. If it wasn't that my son was hungry and was excited about their pizza, I would have gone somewhere else. The staff was just sitting in a little room, no friendliness out of any of them. Obviously a slow night because everyone looked bored. Now as far as the pizza goes, it's Little Caesar's. Nothing special but I don't mind their pizza usually. So again either Groupon is misleading or the employee chick must be needing to meet her #'s because nothing will stop her from selling that pizza for $7, not even a dissatisfied customer. I'd rather spend $20 on a pizza as long as the customer service is better.

Let me just start with I stood in front the counter for 5 whole minutes and wasn't even acknowledged or greeted and there was 5 employees working and 1 of them walks right past me and looks at me... I did pizza for 12 years and I would flip out at my employees if I saw or even heard that happened! I was right about to say something and someone finally comes out. The one that came out was the harder working employee back there. With 2 sitting down on the side like they on break I guess?? Idk.. All I could do at that point was smh. Now, getting to the pizza, I called in my order. A simple pepperoni and mushroom pizza. And they got it wrong too. The only reason I gave two stars is because the little girl that can out to help me apologized and made me a replacement pizza. Management need go back to basics and teach them the importance to greeting and acknowledging the customers!

I say not bad. What's disappointing is their poor appearance out back. Just seems dirty. Pizza is good, quick, and easy. The cashier I had was the definition of good customer service. A smile, a thanks, an apology for the wait, and he opened the door for me since my hands for full. Actually, I'm willing to say that his manners and service was comparable to what you get at the Disney resort. Kudos to him.

I tried calling several times and they don't answer the phone so I went in to pick up. Waited over half an hour.

Faster than speeding microwave pizza! More powerful than a pizza delivery car! But definitely NOT able to leap any amount in a single bound, towards friendly customer service. (wah wah wah...) This place is fairly new, so it's nice, clean and cool as far as the atmosphere goes. There are no tables for dining in, just a few chairs to sit while waiting for your order. The menu above the counter is large, brightly lit and easy to read. As I'm standing there with my 9 year old, trying to decide what to get, this guy behind us is getting irritated because I haven't ordered yet. So I offer to let him order first, but he insists that he's in no hurry. Yeah right, whatever. Try to be nice to a guy, geez! Out of nowhere, some nasty looking, smelly person walks in and begs me for a slice of pizza. What? I'm thinking, "stay away from my kid, lady... or dude... or whatever you are." I said no, but don't get me wrong, I'm a very compassionate person. So I said, "this guy behind me would be happy to give you a slice." Nice! I think this is one of the questions from the training manual: If a nasty, smelly person walks into your establishment, begging customers for a slice of pizza, you should A. Ask the person to leave and apologize to your customers, or B. Completely ignore the person and act like nothing is wrong? The correct answer, if you work here, is B. Hey you, behind the counter, are we having a bad day?... again? I understand, we all have them. Don't just ask me for my order, tell me about any specials, say "hi," maybe even smile. Did you ever see that television ad where the little pizza guy only knows how to say, "pizza pizza!"? I'm thinking, yeah, that's all this guy knows too. I've had jobs where all I could think was, "this job sucks, I hate my life," but I suck it up, because it's what I get paid to do. The pizza and breadsticks here are good, and the prices are hard to beat. These are the reasons why I keep coming back to this place. I can't say that for the customer service, or lack of it. Hey, a simple smile is worth at least 1 star!
