Diabetics at Jamba Juice:

Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.

Foods to Avoid at Jamba Juice for Diabetics:

Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. Diabetics are recommended to opt for smaller serving size while ordering at Jamba Juice. Also, avoid opting for creamy treats as all the smoothies offered in this category contain a load of sugars.

Keep the sugar content below 50g per meal at Jamba Juice and ensure that you don't follow it with a heavy meal. A small size regular smoothie is equivalent to a meal for everyone. Classic smoothies at Jamba Juice are also heavily loaded with sugars. Stay away from that section if you are a diabetic.

Lucky for me this is in my hood so I don't know any different......great pho broth and the lemongrass chicken is delish. They turned me on to this sate paste....which is a blend of herbs and spices.....oh so good.

Best pho I had here in Hawaii. Probably the best pho ever. Customer service at bale Mililani is exceptional. Yao is such a great help and makes every visit so pleasant. Plus, the chicken sandwich on croissant and tuna on French is awesome too! You should definitely try it. It's so good that my family and I came here twice this week.

Not even gonna beat around the bush here. The shrimp pho was the best pho I've ever had. It came in a huge bowl, and was about eight bucks. Not bad, considering I squeezed two meals out of it. There was a lot of shrimp in it, the broth was exceptional, and it was spicy enough to be yummy without causing my nose to run (terribly attractive, I know). Yao was super polite. I'd definitely be a regular if I lived in the vicinity. Co-workers had a chicken sandwich and a noodle bowl, both of which looked equally tasty and smelled delicious.

Love their egg rolls and sandwiches. My fave is the Teri Chicken Sandwich. When I have a big appetite I'll order the number #21. Lemongrass Chicken and Kalbi plate. Yum. Comes with an egg roll. Quick service.

Always great service and excellent sandwiches. We love picking up sandwiches on our way to the beach. Call in advance and it's ready in 15 mins. The vegetables are consistently fresh and crispy and we always enjoy the soups here. The pho is very good!

Best combination sandwich with headcheese and pate.........Hardly any other Bale shops make it anymore =(. Great location.

Great pho here! I got the spicy shrimp pho to go. Everything came in separate containers--the broth, the garnishes & then the shrimp & noodles in a small take-out container. The first thing I did was taste the broth. It was so delicious & well seasoned, even with nothing in it. So far so good! Next I added in the noodles & shrimp which were covered in a spicy red sauce. Finally, in went the basil & bean sprouts, with a little bit of the extra hot sauce they give on the side & a squeeze of lemon. MMmmmmm! The shrimp were yummy but could have used a little more seasoning. They were pre-peeled with just the tail part left. I'd definitely recommend the pho here. It's a nice change from saimin on those cold central o'ahu days!

First time ever trying Ba-Le. My friend brought me here to try their pho. It was absolutely yummy! I ate it all. We also had the spring rolls (I think it's called egg rolls on the menu?) with the veggies and that was also very yummy! You order your food at the counter and then they bring it to your table. The two ladies there nice and attentive. It's not a full service restaurant but our waters were always full and we had everything we needed. Unlike some restaurants that are actually full service. I will defiantly be trying Ba-Le again in the near future.

I was not very impressed with the Pho, a bit bland.... We also ordered the garlic shrimp---- It tasted really good, but did not look appealing at all. Semi fast food style restaurant. You order at the counter and they deliver to you. Cashier was very nice though and the restaurant was really clean. Will try again another day...

Overall rating: 3.5 stars... We didn't receive the best service here - the waitress never spoke to us or asked if everything was okay and we never got a refill on our extremely small cup of water even though we saw other customers get their refills 2-3 times. It wasn't busy and we got there an hour before they closed so we aren't sure why we got terrible service. It was very disappointing because everyone's review said their customer service is awesome. I have to sadly admit after all of that that their chicken pho was the best! I honestly never cared for the taste of it until my husband took me here for dinner a couple of nights ago. So I guess if I really want pho I have to put up with the crappy service, maybe they just had a bad night? ...hoping... The prices are also a lot lower than other places we went to and they are definitely generous with the vegetables. Guess we will be returning here but not as much as I would like to unless customer service turns around.

At Ba-Le, I've only ordered their Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich). I'm very...picky about my banh mi since I've ate them in Atlanta and Virginia, both being compared to ones I've ate in Vietnam. In my opinion, these don't come anywhere close to the quality of banh mi's in Atlanta or Virginia. The bread is good, but other than that, it's just not the same. I feel like they skimp on all the fillings (pickled veggies, cucumbers, cilantro). And the meat was nothing special. I've never had their Pho. I'll get a sandwich here if I'm really, REALLY craving a banh bi, but I'm still on the search for the best in Oahu (which may or may not exist).

Bale rocks! We have Lee's sandwich on the mainland but nothing bears the variety if items at Bale! I typically get a sandwich but tried the beef pho and it was awesome! The portion was larger than I expected from other pho places that have small and large bowels etc...

Okay....if you want Pho, go to Pho&Company in Kapolei. Their sandwiches are legit and the staff is really nice. I have never sat down and had a meal here...always to go. Okay, I lie. I ate there one time years ago...so long ago it doesn't matter anymore. They have a gigantic mirror that you can see yourself in as well.

No matter how good the food is, bad attitude from an employee just ruins the whole experience for me. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but if you can't leave it at home, then don't go to work. The lady that took my order acted as though I was just a burden to her. Furthermore, when I asked her about the flavors of the tapioca, she snapped at me and told me to read the menu. The older lady that was working with her was nice and when she saw how angry I was she told miss attitude not to be like that, at which point she started speaking in Vietnamese. Too bad... As for the pho, I would give it about 3 stars...not the best, not the worst. I like my soup broth to be piping hot...their's is not. However, the flavor was good and the vegetables they serve with it were fresh.

After a great disappointment from L&L just around the corner from here, my mom and I ended up getting dinner here one night. It was somewhat late, so we were the last ones there, but were treated with just as great friendly customer service. We ordered, sat down to wait and then were served our dinner, which was pretty good. The next day, I was craving it again and ordered to go items. When I got in there, a young girl was at the register. Unsure of how she would be able to help me, she asked right away if I had phoned in an order, which I did. She gave me my order, processed my payment and was so friendly too. Awesome worker in training. Definitely keep her around;)

As far as BaLes go, I was told to write that this one makes the best chicken sandwiches of anywhere on Oahu. In the world of Guy sandwiches, this is the take: Best chicken I've had in a Ba Le sanwich. Not chickeny, real chicken. No yucky parts. And they actually made it spicy! (Note: this means it is so spicy a normal human's armpits are watering, eyes are reddening, and nose is running, just from smelling it). Jalapenos and spicy sauce both! And the vegetables were pickled just a little. Not too pungent. And the bread was so nicely toasted, and fresh! And the whole thing was warm! I had the seafood mix vegetables with rice, which was better than the Ward BaLe version. It had calamari, no basa (yuckY), and no celery. it had plenty of shrimp, cabbage, cooked onion, fluffy jasmine rice, and yummy sauce. yes! AND their coconut tapioca is better than that at the sears ala moana, sears pearlridge, hawaii kai, AND ward bales! it was creamy, really tasted of coconut milk and wasn't watered down, wasn't old, didn't taste of refridgerator, wasn't hard, and was....good!!!

They have the best lemongrass chicken sandwich and pho in town! The price is reasonable. The service is fast and friendly!

Went for lunch again...2nd day in a row. #1 daughter suggested it. She was craving the shrimp summer rolls. So, she gets her usual and I actually tried a different pho with my combination sandwich. I had the shrimp pho and it was very tasty. The soup was tomato based with fresh tomatoes and a decent amount of shrimp. Never had the shrimp pho before and definitely recommend it!

  • George E.

Had the chicken sandwich and the spicy shrimp pho based on other reviews. Chicken sandwich was pretty tasty, love the pickled veggies and the bread was very good. The pho was just ok, shrimps were good and not overcooked, but the noodles were definitely overcooked and breaking up in the soup. Made it hard to eat with chopsticks.

Service was between poor and okay. Food was disappointing, probably because of what I ordered, a chicken sandwich. I usually go to the Ba-Le in Don Quijote in Waipahu, and their sandwiches are consistently hot and tasty. But Mililani's Ba-Le failed to please. If the female cashier is reading this, start smiling and stop talking to yourself in another language in front of customers. It makes us paranoid about what your intentions are with our food.

It's been quite sometime since I ate here. Last two times were good. Tonight, no good! Spring rolls dry, sauce tasted fishy. The lemongrass chicken didn't taste very good. While I was waiting for food I noticed a bucket turned upside down with bowl of raw chicken sitting on top. This seems rather unsanitary.

  • Stephanie A.

I have been here one time and I will not go back. The highlight of my take out order was the spring rolls, but the rest of my order left much to the imagination. The meat was chewy bad bland. I was grateful for choosing the take out option because the restaurant is a bit boring, dingy and dirty. I was really hoping this place would be better, but it wasn't.

Went in after countless times of visiting this shopping center. I ordered the grass fed lemon chicken bahn mi sandwich. The sandwich was delicious but don't expect the chicken to be hot or warm this sandwich is a sandwich served chilled but it is delicious. I bought one sandwich which was a bit pricey and wasn't a big sandwich if you are hungry you might want to order two.

Great for a quick takeout, but wouldn't think to hard on the condition of the kitchen from the room in the front. Ten or so tables of varying small size, but the food (pho) is ok. Choice of sodas and other eclectic drinks as well as some added extra dish options help the variety. It's a long way from a dinner destination.

This Bale seems to have better lemongrass chicken than other Bales we have been to. For plate lunches I like to get the Lemongrass chicken with the noodles. The sandwiches are all pretty good here too, you cant go wrong with any of them. The bread is super fresh and flakey. I enjoy the turkey or lemongrass chicken. The spring rolls are always fresh fried and still warm when they come out. Bale gets 2 thumbs up from this guy.

  • Melissa L.

I've never been a huge Bale fan, but sometimes you just gotta get whatever will get you by. The restaurant was completely empty on a Sunday evening which prompted me to be nervous.. but I was craving a Croissant sandwich like a mother. The older lady was super nice, I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich, 2eggrolls, and an iced coffee. The wait was kinda long around 15ins? No other orders or phone calls coming in. Everything was good, pretty much standard for Bale quality. The iced coffee was delicious but for $4, filled to the rim with ice and not enough coffee. Total price was $12.

I'm about 3 1/2 stars. I love Vietnamese food. There's a lack of places around this area. I like Bales lemongrass chicken sandwich ($5). Sometimes I had a spring roll too. I've tried the beef pho here (about $7.50) and it's just ok. I've also tried the chicken pho while nursing a stomach after the stomach flu. The broth was good but chicken tasted dry and like it was shredded then frozen. I don't recall seeing noodle dishes on the menu like lemongrass chicken vermicelli but I saw someone get it so I'm guessing you can substitute any rice plate over noodles. I want to try this next since I'm a big fan of the cold noodle dishes.

  • Leh S.

I don't ever come here but I was craving their Special Sandwich. I love their sandwiches! it's one of the few things I eat from them. the reason why I gave this place a 3 star is because of its filth. the ground is dirty, it had leafs from the door being stuck open, the bottom of tables were super dusty, at the register where you order, there's a display of just random things and extra containers/napkins. the food is good and you'd like it here if cleanliness doesn't bother you.

  • Sonya T.

I ordered takeout and the food was excellent. I got the garlic chicken on noodles which usually comes with rice but the nice lady on the phone said they can use noodles instead. I also ordered a beef pho and it was tasty. I just felt like having some soup too. I was really happy with my food here. The garlic chicken portion size was great and tasted delicious and was a bit spicy which tasted good. I love it!

Happy to have a pho place in Mililani. Their beef pho is actually one of my favorites on the island. I like that they cut their meat really thin. I wasn't expecting that great of a pho from a Bale, but was pleasantly surprised! Their soup is flavorful and they add in a lot of meat. Haven't tried anything else besides their beef pho and their lemon grass chicken sandwich. It's just so hard to not get pho when I go there!

First off I would have to say the place seems a bit run downed. However, I did find the food I had eaten tasty and the service nice. So as I was saying the place seemed a bit run downed. The evening I went the AC was either off or malfunctioning. This was my first visit here and I noticed they are using portable AC units. I am not sure if that is their main source of cool air or just a supplement to the building's AC system. In any case seeing it and being the restaurant felt humid and hot it added on a negative psychological element in my opinion. In addition to the heat there was a smell that was not too pleasant. Now that I have finished the down side of this place let me tell you why I would come back. First positive thing is that the lady that took my order was nice. In this restaurant you may use a credit car but the minimum purchase is $10, however when I ordered that evening I was a little under the limit. She was kind enough to accept my credit card as payment, so I am grateful for that. Second and perhaps the most important positive thing is my impression of the food. I ordered for dinner a lemon grass chicken and pork chop combo. Keep in mind I do not normally buy food from Vietnamese restaurants, so this was a new thing for me. I found the lemon grass chicken okay, nothing too special. However, the pork chop I loved and would go back to have that again and try other menu items. Pork chops, a brief history with my experience with pork chops. I basically have only eaten pork chops from my grand father while growing up. He fried them with some salt and that was about it. His pork chops were dry and lacked flavore, so as I grew up I had no interest in pork chops. Now that I'm older I decided to give pork chops a second try. This place made me love it. Overall the environment was a big negative impact, but the food and service is good. I would say that once I eat again from this place I might end up giving a 4 star. But we will see. For now I present a 3 star as my opinion.

Walked in and got a welcomed greeting...took my order then sat down along with 2 other people who had been there waiting before me.10 minutes pass and none of us got our orders yet. And not only is it hot in here but its also dirty, their food case is just empty and filled with empty cans and napkins, and just disgusting looking. There are many tables and chairs to sit on here but i dont recommend it. As both me and my daughter plus the other people who been waiting are sitting here yawning along with me i have lost my appetite already....i only wanted fricken summer rolls! And its still 23 minutes later and none of us got our food yet.i am never coming back here again! Shitty fricken wait times.

I have seen these Ba-Le places all over the island, but never stopped in until recently. I ordered the tofu banh mi, my aunt had the chicken banh mi and my mom ordered crispy noodles. We all enjoyed our selections, but I am pretty sure I loved mine the most - crusty bread, tangy veggies...mmmmm - perfect portion size.

Bale vietnamese sandwiches are seriously an old standby goodness for me. I especially like the "Special" sandwich with the headcheese and pate. Just a good non-subway sandwich. Add some extra parsley (at no extra charge) and you got a yourself a good meal in your hands. I haven't tried anything else but for some strange reason I feel like Bale is like the fast food of PHO so I have never tried it. I just feel like if you are going to eat a good hamburger, you won't get it at McDonalds so why would you get good pho here? I guess I have to try it to prove myself wrong huh? The service is kind, quick and fast. There lots of parking out front and the restaurant is clean. My kind of place. You should try it too!

Can they just turn on their A/C please? I usually come here for take-out, but this time I ate in with a friend. I chose to sit right by the door because it was so stuffy and the air was so stale. You would think that in a place like Mililani, there would be much more exciting food places... Lies. I usually come here to get away from the usual. Pho is okay, nothing special, as is all of their other food. This location is probably better than most of their other locations...

Comfort food. Quick, easy, and always available. Pho, summer rolls, and a cup of coffee make me a very happy woman. My standard order is #27-Lemongrass chicken and squid. It is served with rice, a small amount of salad, and a spring roll. This Ba-Le has a much smaller menu than some of the others I've visited, but there is still a nice selection, and they have always been able to please friends when I bring them here. Ba-Le is a hole in the wall of a run down shopping center. It is also a regular meeting place for a fair number of the surrounding community. Lunch time has all of the tables filled, and dinner means take out orders piled high behind the counter. These are the endorsements I look for in a restaurant. I want to know that the regular customers have the phone number programmed into the phone, and that they know their order by heart. I want to know that the service will be just fine, and that the food will be filling and well prepared. Ba-Le fits the bill in every aspect.

Ok so I was looking for Pho, but I didn't get it when I ordered the Lemongrass Shrimp and Squid soup. I got the thin rice noodles not the Pho noodles. It was OK, loaded with onions which I hate. I wish I had known it had a ridiculous amount of onions in it. The BF got the beef pho which is what I should have gotten, looked really good. The portions are huge, as in you could probably do laps in it! I'm intrigued by these sandwiches that everyone speaks of...will have to come back and try those as well.

I've always walked by this Bale location and decided to stop by one day for a quick lunch. I ordered the lemongrass chicken sandwich on croissant and summer rolls. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the veggies were lifeless, and the bread crumbled away as I took my first bite. The summer rolls were just nasty. The rice paper wrapper smelled, looked, and tasted OLD. Not sure when they prepared the rolls, but I couldn't even finish half of it. Just thinking about it makes me wanna gag! I can't even comment on the filling because I couldn't get pass the musky smell of the wrapper. In any case, I will not be returning.

Located in the Mililani Shopping Center among a slew of other establishments such as Game Stop, Mililani Pets, Subway, Maile Chinese, etc. Ample parking most of the time, but during peak hours (dinner) parking can be extremely tight since everyone is buying dinner or working out at 24. Decent sized Vietnamese restaurant with many tables to dine on. The restaurant is clean and well ventilated. If you're taking out (and you know what you want to order) I'd suggest making a phone order so you don't have to wait. They get pretty busy. Staff is usually pretty friendly and I've never had an issue with anyone. Food: Pho. The pho is not for me. I've tried it before and I find it to be bland, and I don't feel as if they give many meatballs. That, and I'm extremely biased and like my pho from a particular restaurant in Chinatown. I have bought pho here for my brother and he likes it... but then again he eats anything lol. The portion size is decent and prices for pho are reasonable. ($7-9) Spring rolls. A couple years ago, the spring rolls used to be really FAT and yummy. I bought spring rolls the other day... and they were TINY, SKINNY, and overcooked. Like they got anorexic or something. I was pretty disappointed in the spring rolls. And at $1.05/eggroll, it was NOT worth it to me. They have a yummy nuoc mam sauce to accompany the egg rolls... too bad the egg rolls don't taste good anymore! Boooo... Plate lunches. My parents enjoy the plate lunches here. For Daddy, I always get him the spicy garlic shrimp and chicken combo. It comes with a generous portion of chicken and rice, a decent amount of shrimp, and a small green salad with nuoc mam sauce and a spring roll. My Mommy enjoys the spicy garlic shrimp (extra spicy!) and I usually add $2 of extra shrimp to the plate for her. Same set up, a generous portion of rice, a decent amount of shrimp (becomes generous once I add $2), and a small green salad with nuoc mam sauce and a spring roll. Plate lunches are reasonably priced and range from $7-$11 depending on what you choose. I'm a fan since my parents are a fan... otherwise, I'd give 3 stars. Make the spring rolls like you used to! $10 minimum if using a credit card/debit card!

The pho is very good!

the jury is still out...... I think I ordered the wrong item. The food looked fantastic, but I had the Garlic Chicken plate and it was ALL nasty bits of chicken. So, in the end, I ate the rice with the spicy fish sauce and the juices from the chicken, but picked around most of the meat. My friend had pho and it smelled divine. I think she enjoyed it, but she had raved about the Lemongrass sandwich, so I probably should have stuck with that. I was really looking forward to a noodle bowl, but there were none in sight! Boooo....... This place gets one more shot, make it or break it!

This place is so yummy. 2nd time trying pho and this place was better than the other place I went to. I got the shrimp pho and they don't skimp out on the shrimp. They give you a pretty decent amount of them. Price is decent. They give you so much pho. I couldn't even finish it, I had to bring it home. Shrimp summer rolls were bomb with the peanut sauce. I will definitely be back!!

With the selection of many vegetables in meals from sandwiches to plates to soups, with Vietnamese restaurant isn't a let down! The fast service doesn't hurt either! Although I didn't quite enjoy the chicken summer rolls, I have loved their sandwiches (especially lemongrass chicken) and plates. They're connected with la tour cafe which is very different, but also amazing! Make sure to get their puddings, too (sweet potato). Overall, nice, easy, and quick place to fulfill your appetite!

I love the chicken sandwich at Bale, but as we all know, different locations are slightly better than others. This is my first time to this location and it's automatically my favorite Bale on the island. It has good a/c which is a must this hot summer, it's very clean, and this is the best Bale lemon chicken sandwich! The bread was super crunchy and perfectly golden brown. I asked for extra cilantro and I was not disappointed. The pickled veggies were very fresh and crunchy too. My bf got the teri chicken summer rolls. The chicken as tender, juicy and flavored well. I wish this location was closer to home, but I'll be back if I'm in the area again.

I honestly love eating here. The service is always fast & the food is always delicious. I either get the #5 which is 3 spring rolls on a bed of noodles with veggies, the beef pho or an order of shrimp summer rolls. Whenever I order from here I always feel like I'm eating clean & healthy. If you plan on using your credit card there is a $10 minimum. This location is located in the Mililani shopping center (the one with foodland & 24) next to t mobile. Parking is usually easy to find unless you're going around dinner or on the weekends when there is either a game or fight playing at the Mill next door.

Came here after a long workout at 24 hr fitness! The meal really hit the spot. I had the spring roll wraps and the combo Bahn Mi! You have to order and pay at the register and then someone beings the food to your table when it's ready. The spring roll was standard. Looked more like a lumpia than the usual spring roll that I'm used to. I usually place my spring roll in the lettuce and add the mint leaves, pickled veggies, cucumbers, rice noodles, and bean sprouts all together before wrapping it into a nice taco shape. Then I'll dip everything into the clear peanut sauce before devouring it whole! The Bahn Mi was also very nice! It came with Ham, Pate, and Head Cheese! I just learned about head cheese from my friend who is a chef. Apparently head cheese is not cheese! It's a type of "fancy pork" made from the head of the boar. Anyhow if you want a truly authentic experience get the combo Bahn mi! The flavors all worked together and made the dish pop! The French roll that it came it was fresh and crunchy on the outside. Add a little sriracha if you was some heat. Otherwise the sandwich is great as is! Looking forward to my next workout so I can eat another one if these sandwiches!

Ok, here it is. The food is acceptable and sometimes down right good. Outstanding? I don't think so. They also have branches in the Waipahu Donkey and Sports Authority on Ward Ave. I've been to them all and must say that, although I LOVE Vietnamese food (especially Pho), this is only average. Not "bad", just average. I personally find the "Pho 777" Restaurant at McCully Shopping Center (2F on the right of the building above the 7-11) to be the best Pho on Island. If in the area, go here. You won't regret it and have a point of reference to compare other Pho restaurants to. If you're hungry, in the area, and don't want something else, then visit, enjoy, and get the Pho. You can't go wrong with that. Pho to the Vietnamese is what Ramen is to the Japanese. Get their Pho. It really is OK for Mililani.

Surprisingly very good. I didn't expect much. I normally go here for their bahn-mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) but instead I had pho. Just the standard beef brisket and beef balls. The soup base was very flavorful. I didn't need to add anything to it. They gave a good portion of meat. And the noodles weren't hard but nice and soft. They gave a good amount of basil, bean sprouts, lemon, and 3 pieces of jalapeño. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant and came by a couple times to see how we were doing and to refill our water. I found a new place to take my grandpa I stead of driving out of mililani.

Quick, convenient location and inexpensive. Bale in Mililani fills the void of pho restaurants in the area. Thus, I come here whenever I need to satisfy my pho cravings and don't want to drive far. I get the beef pho (beef on the side of course). It comes with the typical plate full of bean sprouts and basil. Taste wise I'd say it's average. It's nothing spectacular nor fancy, however that's not necessarily a bad thing. If I want fancy I can drive way out of my way, brave Chinatown traffic/parking, and spend $16 for a bowl at Pig & the Lady. But being a person of simple tastes I would opt to spend less than half the money for the same amount of food and feel just as satisfied afterwards. 4 stars for taste and convenience. Minus a star for not offering a combination pho with tripe and tendon along with the beef like most other Vietnamese restaurants. Recommendation? Go for the beef pho. Ask for beef on the side. The soup is hot enough to cook the thinly sliced beef to your liking.

Came here couple times to get pho. Very yummy! Price was reasonable. Not a lot of places to get Vietnamese food in mililani that I've come across so it's perfect. Didn't have to wait long for my food, but pho never takes long to come out. There's lots of parking, located in the center.

I have never liked this location. They are way overpriced compared to the Peal City one, or even off of Ward. At the most they have been around $5. The barely 1 star is for the vegetarian sandwich now being almost $7 when on a croissant. That's $6.80 for some pickled vegetables, a cucumber spear, and some cilantro. It's $4.50 in Pearl City. One more star for being the only place in Mililani for Pho. Doubt I will ever be back to this location.

This place is awesome. It's my go to for after workouts at Mililani 24. This is by far the best lemon grass chicken at any bale. You can't go wrong with their lemongrass chicken (I consider myself to be a lemongrass chicken junky).

Good, cheap pho Small, nothing fancy Vietnamese cuisine, definitely recommend getting the beef pho. I came here with my wife a couple of times, and service has been fairly well. Enough tables to bring groups and children friendly as well. They have a nice selection of tapioca pudding flavors if you fancy a simple dessert as well.

I love this place for take out, the workers are really nice... they substitute veggies for me if I want and don't make a big deal like some other places ive been to... I always do phone orders and its ready in 10-15 minutes even on a busy night.. their beef pho is so delicious, also love their lemon grass chicken sandwhich and lemon grass chicken on rice noodles!! All very reasonably priced and the portions are big! Id give them 5 stars if the restaurant itself was more comfortable to dine in, but its hot in there and the door is always cracked open so maybe that's why its so hot but thats the only thing I don't like about the place. Overall Great food and service!

I cant believe im giving this place a two star...i usually love this place. But when the old Vietnamese lady works shes RUDE! we walked in when the open light WAS STILL ON. Usually a younger lady tells us only take out is available which would of been another choice for me but when this old lady saw us she greeted us waited about two minutes to say that kitchen is closed. She greeted us and even seen us looking at the menu board before telling us that kitchen is closed? So disappointed at this place.

This is my go to place when I craving pho and a lemon grass chicken sandwich. They have a wide variety of Vietnamese food! Next time your in Mililani you should check this place out.

Stop by this place last weekend for lunch, their spring rolls are delicious and they sell individual roll, as always I order lemongrass chicken sandwich, it never disappointed. Highly recommend their lemongrass chicken and pork chop plate.

Beef pho was very good. Service was amazingly fast. Prices are very acceptable for a decent amount food. My only complaint would be that the beef pho comes with some kind of sausage along with the brisket. Overall delicious.

In any case, I will not be returning.

the jury is still out......

Love to eat meatless dishes here including tofu curry, tofu stir - fry and lemongrass tofu. Service is fast and prices are reasonable.

Missed this place. Now that I'm working next door at t-mobile, I get to eat here everyday lol. Food is always awesome and very consistent. Customer service is awesome as usual and very friendly. Nice place to have a seat and eat with family and friends. I would recommend this place for lunch and dinner. Anyways awesome job on the consistency. Keep it up!!!

Come to Bale if you are in need of something to take you to a happy place. I love their pho's. I also recommend their lemongrass chicken sandwich! Delicious!

Beef pho was very good. Service was amazingly fast. Prices are very acceptable for a decent amount food. My only complaint would be that the beef pho comes with some kind of sausage along with the brisket. Overall delicious.

Stop by this place last weekend for lunch, their spring rolls are delicious and they sell individual roll, as always I order lemongrass chicken sandwich, it never disappointed. Highly recommend their lemongrass chicken and pork chop plate.

  • Jordan O.

This place is awesome. It's my go to for after workouts at Mililani 24. This is by far the best lemon grass chicken at any bale. You can't go wrong with their lemongrass chicken (I consider myself to be a lemongrass chicken junky).

  • Robert F.

Our idiot proof quick take-out meal pit stop. Pho is ok, Lemongrass Chicken Sandwich is pretty good. Quick, cheap, and tasty. We're always satisfied.

  • Amy C.

  • Jeremy G.

This is my go to place when I craving pho and a lemon grass chicken sandwich. They have a wide variety of Vietnamese food! Next time your in Mililani you should check this place out.

In any case, I will not be returning.

the jury is still out......
