Little disorganization with the Barista calling out drinks. A few customers was taking the wrong drinks or it wasn't made. My drink and another ladies drink wasn't made. If the cashier put out names in it there would be less confusion but the Barista apologized for the confusion going on so i added another star.

Love the customer service!! The girl I talked to was so sweet and so down to earth. And the guy who made my drink was awesome as well. Its a typical starbucks, BUT ya girl here is from the mainland and we don't have Thai walls like HI does & they made me a delicious drink with em. My first time ordering them & I was so excited. It was yumms. I got a passion iced tea w/ raspberry and thai walls. Thanks sbux!

The barista's are really friendly at this location, just wish my drinks were made more consistently. Sometimes my white mocha comes out perfect, other times it comes out too sweet or too bitter. One time, I ordered a white mocha and they gave me a mocha instead! I took my drink back and the barista told me it was a white mocha, but when I told her to taste it, she said "ok fine, I believe you" and gave me a new drink. Sometimes it takes a little push.

I was here on Feb 27th or 28th in the afternoon and I experienced my first and rudest service at a Starbucks location. The young lady who made my Caramel Frapuccino had the nerve to tell me that it didn't taste like caramel because I basically waited too long to get the drink. Anybody who orders the Caramel Frap knows that this is not true. Especially when it probably sat there for 3 minutes at the most! I've had Fraps that sat for an hour+ and they tasted just as caramely. She even took my original drink back and rudely launched it into the trash behind her. She probably didn't even notice that she missed the trash can and that it landed all over the floor.

I'm a Starbucks addict. I go a few times a week. Lately, I've noticed at this location a grumpy worker who was rude on a couple of my visits. I don't like to be treated rudely when I'm spending $5 on a coffee and always leaving a tip. I tried to use one of my free drinks but the cashier didn't follow through. I didn't notice until I got home and looked at my receipt. (Since my purchase was for several items I didn't notice at the store). This really bothers me since the free drink offer expires. I also feel the benefits for the gold card holder has lessened. It says on my app I get a free tall coffee of choice with purchase of 1lb coffee. Nope, not anymore. Plus, all my free drinks say expired next to them, which they didn't last time I checked my rewards. I'm a pretty loyal customer to Starbucks, but I may need to cool it and brew at home. Hopefully, I'll get a espresso maker from Santa this Christmas .

I am very particular about my lattes. I get one everyday back home on the mainland from three different Starbucks locations and only one of them get it right everytime but while in Hawaii I ordered my usual iced soy latte and it came out perfect. Happy camper!!

5 Stars for a Starbucks that actually makes a proper macchiato not one that looks and tastes like a latte. Service is speedy and parking is plenty if you need some coffee to fuel up your walk along Front St.

I've ordered from this starbucks countless times and have received poor customer service due to a couple of the female baristas being rude and short with me. have always gotten wonderful service from each starbucks and have spent tons of money at different locations. this location makes me not want to spend my time or money here. if you dont like your job, there are plenty others out there. unwelcoming and fake atmosphere.

Typical Starbucks fare...with an Aloha attitude... Street people congregate outside... And, overall a peculiar neighborhood vibe not terribly friendly to outsiders.

Thankful for this Starbucks location in the heart of Lahaina town. Just so that I don't need to drive into Kihei or all the way back to Kahului to get my favorite brew or frappuchino. The place was average and vintage Starbucks interior anyway. The service was good and speedy. Can't say enough good things about this place!
