Got to learn how to make bangles! The instructor was so sweet and forgot her name she works tue & thurs. Got to learn the hourly cost after we were finished!!! It's $25 for first class not including gold pieces, chain, jump rings, shells, etc... if you want to go back again you can use their equipment with instructor for $25 p/hr, if you don't need instructor it's $10 p/hr. Not said in the beginning!!! Don't forget to punch in and out with the "hourly" punch card cause if you forget cashier lady (im guessing her name is susu) will be mad and blame you for it!! I would give it more stars if the owner wasn't rude! She told me and my gf to "Focus"!! Lol I had to laugh!!! Wtf!!! Greatly appreciated though for the learning experience by the instructor!!!

I met Susu at the Lahaina Civic Center Craft Fair on Sunday. We found wood (not koa) laser-cut bookmarks with Hawaiian designs for $1/each. The carved-out pineapple bookmark was especially nice. What a steal when they are selling these bookmarks in the local stores for $5-$7/each! Needless to day, we depleted her stock of wood bookmarks!

Came back and it was clean and organized. Best deal on Maui especially if ur just beginning jewelry making. She does carry expensive stuff too. It's almost like a secret spot. People pop in for specific things and she runs over to different corners. Almost like a sorceress, making things magically appear.

Very disorganized and over-priced. I was pretty much ignored by the woman that I assume was working there (she was the only one in the shop other than myself). I walked around the shop twice to see if anything caught my eye but the only thing that stood out was the high prices.

SuSu the lady that was there at the store is very rude and unprofessional. We entered the store and she just sat there stuffing her face with a plate lunch and complained that she was hungry. The Store is a messy place. Merchandise is way overpriced. You can buy the same jewelry at the swap meet in Kahului for a cheaper price. This owner sure wants to get rich fast. I would not recommend this place. SuSu needs to learn how to treat customers no matter where they are from or what the color of their skins are. Don"t waste your time going there. No Customer Service from this woman. I agree with the second review of 7/30/13. I"d like to give her a Negative too.......shucks , She doesn't deserve a Star.

just left this store...such poor business from the owner; I was recommended to check out this shop and the business owner was rude and threatened to call the cops on me after she was up in my face. beautiful items, but way over priced...she even told me to go back to Oahu and buy stuff there...totally rude and unexpected from a business owner whou you would think would be nicer to customers and promote her business. not deserving of any stars but you have to rate...i would rate negative 5 stars!
