I felt a little spontaneous today so my other half and I popped our heads into Vicky's Filipino Fast Food. It didn't look so promising from the outside but the food is amazing! As soon as we stepped through the door, the delicious fragrance captivated us! We could tell right off the back just from looking at the food that it would be flavorful. Nana was very friendly. She was nice enough to heat up my plate. She also made us fresh pork adobo from the back because they were all out in the front. We came in near closing time. The pork adobo is ono! It's the best I've eaten, ever. It wasn't too greasy. It was packed with flavor and gravy! There is a lot of dishes to choose from. You decide if you want it with rice or pancit. The dining area isn't the best but it's not the worst. It's decent in sizing and presentation. It was a pretty quiet meal. The trash bin is located outside the door. The bin inside is for recyclables. I recommend this place if you're looking to grab a cheap bite that's worth your buck. We purchased two plates with two choices for $14 flat! How much better could it be?

Just bought a mini serving of pork guisantes w/1 scoop rice and the lady charged me the full price for a 1 choice plate lunch!!! I did ask her for a mini, hello...not worth $5.73. Go Nayongs across to eat Filipino food.

The only thing I order is there fried squid. It's always fresh and for a reasonable price. $1.75 for a bag. The service is friendly. The location though is the hardest because it's in downtown. The place is a little rugged.

Prioscks & fried squid is amazing for less than $4.

Well as Filipino food goes the Adobo both the chicken and pork is a bit watered down and quite oily. The Pancit is okay but nothing special most of the food is pretty much fast food with either not much taste or nothing special to it. One item I do like even though sometimes it is a bit oily is the Lumpia For a little walk to chinatown much better Filipino food can be had at Maunakea Marketplace or around that area.

good food, friendly people, little disorganized but otherwise good for the area
