Just like any coffee bean & tea leaf location, the drinks are always great! knocked down one star due to customer service. Because the line was long, you'd think they would open up both the cash registers instead of letting it be one person ringing everybody up.

Okay so this place has really good coffee, is conveniently located around a lot of hotels, it is on the pricey side, but is honestly worth every penny :) their customer service is awesome the baristas always have a smile on their face, and if you are unsure about what to get they will definitely recommend u something tasty, I think I came to have my coffee fix 5 days in a row while staying in waikiki and I had a pleasent experience everytime, hmm oh yeah one of my very fav. Items is their SALMON BAGGEL SANDWICH OMG IT WAS FREAKING DELICIOUS. This place is definitely worth a try, good place to get your coffee fix for sure :)

This was my go to place for my morning coffee. It was nice to be able to sit outside the hotel and people watch. The people that worked this coffee shop were very friendly and helpful.

I used to come here every week for morning coffee before work, need my morning caffeine ya know? I got to grow familiar with the employees and I became known as a regular fairly quickly. So i've been coming here for the four months i've been staying in Honolulu. The staff are friendly and outgoing and hard working. And they always make my drink with a smile on their face. They got the great customer service down. It is a small location, but convenient.

Please take this review lightly since I've only been here once. My rating is a satisfaction one (as I normally do). This rating is based on location, price, service and my satisfaction with what I ordered. First, I understand that the location is in Waikiki and that perhaps this particular coffee shop is normally more expensive, but it lost a star for the slightly high prices. In actuality, I would give it a 4.5 if I could, and I don't want to round up in order to take into consideration that I haven't been here much. Next, I thought this little hole in the wall (literally) kiosk was very convenient for surrounding hotels. I was staying at the Maile Sky Court last weekend and was able to get breakfast without having to travel far. That definitely made me happy since I didn't have time and needed to check out that morning. Of course, I understand that this doesn't count for anything if you're reading this and not staying at a hotel nearby, but I did want to explain one of the reasons I was happy with this spot. The two young people working the counter and drink service were very congenial. Local kids, which was refreshing to me. Lastly, I got a drink and a baked good that I was very surprised about. To tell you all the truth, I have only been to one other CB & TL in my life. It was the one that replaced Starbucks on the North Shore inside of Foodland. It was a horrible experience--my coffee tasted SO fake, like those 7-11 syrups or a "coffee-flavored" drink that wasn't actual coffee. I was forever turned off from CB & TL. Luckily, I had a brain-lapse and forgot all about it when I went to this one. (Regardless though, I'm always wary of coffee quality/taste.) Anyway, I ordered an iced cafe latte and to my surprise, it was really good--not too sweet; not fake tasting. I also had a blueberry muffin, which I had expected to taste costco-bought but was of very good quality in my humble opinion. It was moist and went absolutely well with the guava jelly I had gotten the day before from Kaimuki Superette. Props to this little installment of CB & TL. I'll stop by more often when I'm in Waikiki.

This is my go to coffee shack in Waikiki. They are literally stumbling distance from my apartment. I'm in love with their Anericanos. Always good. Bf loves the bagels even though he wishes they would toast them a bit more. The staff is always friendly. It's located near the Ambassador. Sometimes their is a little line due to all the tourists. Just overall a nice little kiosk serving me my daily caffeine. I'm addicted to coffee. I cannot even brush my hair without this hot brown liquid. Ok, over and out...

Ordered pomelo tea latte, turkey & Swiss croissant and glazed dough-knot. All very tasty, loved the tea latte the best--fruity sweetness really warmed me up for some morning hiking. The kiosk-like shop does have limited outdoor seating looking at a small park. The staff were very friendly. A neat place to grab a drink and pastry if you are close by.

Very good! Moving to Hawaii in the summer makes transitioning into your favorite season, autumn, difficult with the cool weather and leafs. The pumpkin spice latte was really good. And I appreciated the fact that when I let them know I had never been to a CBTL before, they asked how I liked my drink, if on the sweeter side or stronger for example. Sweeter it is! And it was great! A little on the pricier side since I'm used to Starbucks, guilty!

Love their dark chocolate pepper mint latte! Very refreshing! Different person makes it differently though. Don't like it too minty... Friendly staff!

This is a weird little kiosk CB&TL across from Maile Sky Court hotel. I don't think the quality is as good as at other locations. Alas, it's the only one within walking distance of my work, so it's okay in a pinch.

I love this location! The staff is super friendly and the quality of the drinks produced is always satisfying. Prices are cheaper than Starbucks so this is a nice alternative. Overall, great location!

This place was across from our hotel. I'm an outdoorsy person and was happy that they have outside tables. In fact, those are the only tables as this location is just a walk up and order place. They have a variety of coffees and teas, both hot and iced, plus bagels and pastries. For about $10.00 my husband and I each got a large coffee and toasted bagel. It is more expensive than in NY, but everything in Hawaii costs more. The staff are very friendly. this becfame a favorite breakfast place for us.

It's a nice and quick place to get coffee in the morning. It was just 2 blocks from our place and I enjoyed my morning walks to grab a coffee and fluffy croissant:) while sitting outside. It's not your traditional CBTL store but rather an express stand location. Quick service and very clean.
