This has got to be one of the worst Taco Bells out there. I would come all the time because service was fast and friendly but then staff changed and service and food was horrible. I decided to give them a chance because I wanted to try the new Cool Ranch Dorito taco. I'll admit the cashiers have gotten better and are more friendly but I was shocked when I received my food. The worker called my number gave my box. I checked it and noticed I was missing a taco. So I wait thinking maybe she forgot and 2 minutes later she goes oops forgot one. I asked for the Verde sauce so I patiently waited to ask for some and the same woman who forgot my taco goes, "What, you want a bag or something?" I said no I just wanted a couple of green sauces. She gave it to me and I left. All I can think is.. Where has the service gone. Don't go if you don't have to. Order a pizza instead haha.

Went here for lunch today and the lines weren't too long. There's quite a few seating, but I'm guessing today was busy since majority of it was occupied. Luckily I found a place to sit on my lunch break. I ordered the crunchwrap supreme combo, which also comes with a crunchy taco and drink. Their cups are huge so maybe next time I'll order a small and I'll pay more for a taco supreme. Something about adding sour cream and tomatoes makes a taco a whole lot more enjoyable. My meal came out fine and everything tasted how it's supposed to. There are three trash cans near the entrance of the restaurant. One was overflowing, while the other two weren't. Maybe they should have their employees be more aware of their trash cans overflowing the way it was on one of them. Not trying to be mean, but it would make the place look a lot better if you know what I mean. Although, it wouldn't stop me from coming.

This place is hapa! (Taco Bell-Pizza Hut location). Da left side is where you place your orders for Taco Bell, da right is for Pizza Hut. All-you-can-drink soda dispensers! (No water dispenser, though, so BOOOO!) Booths and individual seating available. Trash cans are located at the entrance/exit. They didn't have any water cups to give me during the time of my visit. Relatively slow on a Sat. night @ 6 PM. Don't forget to purchase the $5 "Hawai'i Big Gift Book" that has over $20 worth of free food & drink inside!! Expires: March 31, 2011. 1 free coupon per customer, per visit. However, this location let me redeem 2 coupons at once (I went to da Pizza Hut side to redeem 2 coupons, den went to sit down, and went back to Taco Bell to redeem 2 more coupons). Includes the following coupons: - personal pan pizzas (1 topping, 2 individual coupons) - soft taco - 5-piece breadsticks (2 individual coupons) - bean burrito - cinnamon twists - crunch taco - small soft drink - nachos & cheese Personal pan pizza with one topping: $4 - $5 (just for 1) Thus, these booklets are a great deal if you know of any 'ohana with small keiki/teens, or people who live to eat out at fast food joints. Dis place is good for what it is: cheap, reliable, and tasty gringo-ized semi-Mexican food & pizza.

What Happened Taco Bell?!?!?!?!?! There were benches and other types of seating. NOW there are only chairs. Small CHAIRS. Very uncomfortable---- maybe too many high school kids playing games all day or what? You used to be able to take a 1 year old in- block them so they can't get down or into trouble and now if they are in a chair they can escape- what the???

I know TB isn't the real deal in Mexican food and I don't expect it to be. I expect it to be Taco Bell. I like this location because they're fast, they give me enough mild sauce (I don't like when you ask for a handful and they give you three... that's enough for one taco not my three tacos people! Condiments are my weakness!), and they speak English for the most part here. My husband says they make good bean burritos... the bean to cheese to whatever else is inside is good apparently? I enjoy this location because while it's crowded, we're usually able to snag a booth. I love booths almost as much as condiments!

Had Taco Supreme Combo ( 3 crunchy taco supremes with mild salsa and giant size Pepsi ). Excellent food, fresh, tasty. Clean restaurant. Serve yourself soda. I refilled my giant cup 3 times. They should give you a spork automatically, because eating tacos tends to be messy and lots of the goodies fall out, and a spork would be handy to scoop them up.

I frequent this location a bunch since I live about 5 minutes from Kahala Mall. The cashiers are always nice and friendly. The food is always hot and ready to eat. The location is pretty ideal within the food court area of Kahala Mall, near Panda Express, Pizza Hut, Subway and others Love that sweet deals menu too!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE FOR THIS PLACE! My boyfriend and I came here to eat after we had a long day at work and when we were ready to order the workers including the manager where all talking and they started looking at us and I KNOW there were talking a bunch of crap because we both come here A LOT and I'm honestly not there to make them happy or anything. I'm just there to ORDER my food. They should DO THERE JOBS. JUST wanted to give a heads up to people.

So... I came in 16 minutes before closing time. I saw the workers in the back. All they did was stare at me. Even the Pizza Hut guy looked on the other side to see if they were there. They were. Just staring. All I wanted was a kalua pork burrito and a Baja Blast..... a Baja Blast..

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque.
