This Subway is in a convenient spot in the Moanalua Shopping Center, next to Koa Pancakes. All the subs I ordered here were good and fresh! Just the way I like it...especially the FRESH part. I get really bummed when I'm picking my veggies and realize it looks...old. Yuck! Yes, I know I should make it a habit to check that before placing my order. But that is not the issue with this establishment! My only beef is the PARKING! Oy, it's super hard to find a spot during the lunch hours ):

Subway... another chain restaurant... service is hit or miss at these restaurants but at this location on this visit service was fast, friendly, and efficient. My sandwich was made nicely (I hate when they just throw the veggies on and make it a mess!) and it tasted great. :)

Cmon man that pic doesn't do this place justice! One of the BEST subways on the island...yes I said it! Workers are friendly, veggies are always fresh, and a very homey atmosphere! Beats expensive airport food and quality HANDS DOWN! Also, its better for you than most selections in the this area. Peep complain about the salads but this place LOADS it up and you can also get SPINACH (Popeye would be proud)! Do yourself and your waistline a favor...HAVE A SANDWICH AND EAT YOUR VEGGIES! LOL

Ok I have to admit I'm a Subway junkie, I really have a thing for the veggie delite sub. This location is the cleanest I've seen yet. Always stocked with the freshest veggies and bread.. The girls that work there greet you upon entering no matter how busy they are. When I'm in the area I always stop in for my usual fix...As a side note...this location has no public restroom as I can see...which takes away a star...I'm just sayin...

BEST!!! BEST!!!! BEST!!!!! It's funny the way you can order the exact same sandwich at any other Subways......and it does not taste as FRESH as this place. We go to Subway's almost everyday.....this Subways store. We work near Pearlridge Mall. We drive 5 miles and pass 4 FOUR other Subways to get to this one. WHY are we so stupid to do this???? Because of SERVICE, QUALITY....AND CLEANLINESS. I am NOT related to any of the employees or the owner.....just a very happy customer. Nothing worst than paying for something and it is bad. The "Sandwich Artist" lady "Maggie" is a sweetheart. She knows that I like my sub with EXTRA lettuce..... I always look forward to seeing the regular employees there. Thank you for making our lunch enjoyable!!!! Save me that front table near the window......lol.

Subway Ok I know, the number of Subways has increased more than the number of McDs here in America and in the world. So more than likely, you have at least seen a Subway and know what kind of food they have. So why is this place different? It is near enough the military bases that many of the people assume that you are a military family. Even if you are not military but have a shaved head like me- people almost automatically call you 'sir.' My nephew (a short islander) went to order, and the person behind the counter was more polite than I have ever seen in any Subway to anyone- ever. The next person helper was also polite to me. Above and beyond courteous IMHO. The food is all the same. The look inside is the same. Menu and price is the same. There is a different seating arrangement, nicer/ easier to walk through and get a seat at a table. But otherwise, the service is the reason to come here that the servers are super on their customer service game every time I have been here. In general, I like this area. Families mostly, visiting other family that may be deploying or just coming back from deployment. 4 stars for the excellent friendly customer service but the food is the same.

This was the first Subway I've walked into and thought "Wow! It's a really clean Subway! And there is a lot of seating!" Weird? I know right! But that is what I said throughout my meal. Parking is okay, but it's always so busy at this shopping center. My partner in crime and I decided to split a foot long for dinner. She let me pick (Subway Melt on Jalapeno Bread) but requested sweet onion teriyaki sauce which I'm not a fan of. I asked if I could have two different sauces to which they said "Sure". Good amount of veggies were added and they even labeled my sandwiches for me. Awesome possum!

Please stop chopping your salads into microscopic, inedible bits. I sent my co-worker into get me a salad for lunch today. What she brought back was the most disgusting, unappetizing thing I've ever seen leave a subway restaurant. Never. Again. Ever.

This location is a very clean location. I have come here multiple times and never had any complaints. I had absolutely no wait. If there ever is a line it goes very quickly. Everything looked & smelled fresh. All the workers were very polite. I was greeted when I walked in the door. Got two footlongs, two large drinks, and 4 cookies for $22. (Added bacon to both)

My first impression upon walking into this location was that it was very, very clean. In fact I thought the way it was kept was immaculate compared with other Subway locations I've been to. However, this Subway not only exceptional in its appearance but also with its customer service. Earlier this month, I had decided to visit this location purely for convenience reasons. As stated in the beginning of my review, I was impressed with the cleanliness, but little did I know the service would be much more impressive. The female worker who greeted me, assembled my sandwich from start to finish, and completed my transaction at the cash wrap provided some of the best customer service I've experienced at any Subway location. Needless to say I was skeptical that maybe this was a one time occurrence, so I decided to visit this location again in the same week. Nope, not a fluke at all. On this second visit, a younger male worker took my order, and let's just say that whoever is conducting the training at this location is doing something right. Customer service on the 2nd visit was terrific. As always, the freshness and amount of the ingredients was on par with all Subway locations that I am a regular at. No complaints about the food whatsoever. Bottom Line: Clean and well-kept location. Terrific customer service.

Not to mention it was lunch time and they were busy. I'm not sure I need to say any more. The employees were very nice here and very helpful. I like this subway a lot better than most of the subways i've been to. They way they make the sandwich is a lot neater than most places, although they tend to give less portions of the greens you can always ask for more so that's not a big problem. The place is always clean and someone always greets me when i go in. I'm always pleased when I leave this place with my yummy sandwich. My favorite sandwich from subway has to be the oven roasted chicken breast with lots and lots of jalapenos on wheat bread of course! If you ever wondered if you should try an oven roasted chicken breast sandwich, i say YES and you'll love it too.

Restaurants and eateries have two sides as far as Im concerned. One side is the food itself. How it tastes, the quality, and the value of what you're actually paying for. The other side is the service. How good they are at their job. How efficient they are at getting it done and getting it done accurately. Thus, this Subway has the food part down. Every sub, sandwich, or wrap I've eaten from here tasted fantastic. However, every employee, manager, and staff person here is pretty damn terrible. They're very rude, snide, and uptight. It's almost as if they're bothered by me asking for salt and pepper on my sub. Jeezus. I hope the staff here gets trained by the guy who trains the staff at Morimoto Waikiki....oh, wait..
