Been going here for years. You can refill your sink if you want. Just don't go when the students are done with school, long line and no available seats. They like to hang out inside without buying anything. If you get the chance, try the brewed tea thy have.

Let me first confess that even though I'm giving them a low score, I still frequent this location due to sheer convenience. I really do like Subway when I'm looking for a quick meal, and because this location is literally across from where I live, it just makes sense to go here. And the end product is usually as expected; the sandwich I ask for generally turns out ok. The reason, however, I'm giving them 2 stars is because I've never been to a Subway with worse customer service. There have been multiple times that I've stepped into the shop and the "sandwich artists" were out in the dining area just talking story at the tables. And they stayed sitting there even while I was waiting in front of the glass case. I had to ask them if they could make my sandwich. Other times, I've had my sandwiched literally slapped together and haphazardly wrapped when done. I'm talking "throw ingredients at the bread and wrap to hide the evidence of my incompetence" kinda sandwich fails. And then there's even other times when I'm greeted with scowls and it's painfully obvious that the workers don't wanna be there. I would think I'm not asking for too much when I expect my food to be prepared respectfully and properly. And you would think having courteous and cheerful staff would be something stressed. Unfortunately that hasn't seemed to be something prioritized here, and it's annoying. And even though I wanna give them 1 star, because I know I'm still coming back time after time even with the horrible service, they get a bonus star due to my insanity. They say insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, and damnit I'm pretty much embodying that with this Subway. Meh.

The server was incredibly rude. I asked about the different sandwiches, I was there for breakfast and had not eaten breakfast there before, so I was trying to understand the different options. She just basically barked at me. There is another Subway up the street on 11th Ave and another at Kahala Mall. Skip this one.

We came just as they opened, and I'll assume that the manager was still prepping everything, and another woman was prepping cookies. The other worker was told to help us, and she didn't know where anything was let alone what bread to use. She hardly spoke English. :( I ordered 1 egg and cheese flatbread combo and 1 bacon egg and cheese. Because it's hard to multitask, the no English worker put my sandwich in the oven, and the other sandwich on the cutting board....it was not on the paper. Then another woman and her daughter/grand daughter came in and ordered their sandwich, she wanted a footlong of something, but they didn't have bread. They only had 2 6inch (different types) and flat bread. So the lady asked if she could have a 6 inch for $3 because they couldn't accommodate her order of a footlong, the "manager" said no. It went on and on for a while, to the point that my sandwich was completely under portioned, it was NOT toasted like it normally is, and I didn't eat it, so I can't confirm if it is delicious or shit. I'll return, but I want someone else with more experience to help me! Update: that "manager" was not the manager. She said she'd call the manager to see if it's okay to get a 6 inch for $3. My sandwich is fine, just wish it was toasted better.

The parking lot is small, but at least they've got one... I go to this Subway on the way home from work or from the gym sometimes. It is located on Waialae, across from St. Louis and Chaminade, in the same mini complex as L&L and Jr's. I like this Subway because it's never really crowded--I can get in and out in a flash. The workers here are pretty nice, but don't "recognize" my bf and I when we go there. I know they do, but they don't say it. Anyway, I like the way they make our sandwiches. For the most part, all the workers that have helped us have been generously consistent in terms of the quantity of toppings they load on to our sandwiches. :) I will be back. Went here for lunch on christmas eve. No line and found parking in the little lot. I usually order a foot long spicy italian. Good as usual.

Attempting to be a little healthier I headed to Subway before school... It took me 25 minutes to get a 6 inch turkey sandwich, there were 2 people in front of me... One the employees are rather slow. They seriously just stood there and stared at the cash register. Light on the mayo does not mean light mayo all over the top of my sandwich. Some should also remind them of why they use gloves in the first place... Never again!!!

When you order your sandwhich they ask you if you would like it toasted, which I always say yes, but at this Subway I don't think it should be an option! They take your sandwhich out of the toaster and they just leave it sitting on the side, I don't think the workers here understand the concept of a toasted sandwhich!!! To make matters worse, this guy who was helping us the last time, was so rude. He asks us what vegetables we would like on our sandwhich and before I could even say a vegetable, he says "and, and, and," i'm not saying another vegetable because you haven't even put the first vegetable on my sandwhich!!! Then you have the nerve to shove 3 foot long sandwhiches in one bag. I went home (which by the way is like 2 minutes away) and I ate a cold smashed sandwhich, thanks to this subway worker!

wow .. what a disspointment. went in around 230 ... and they had no bread! major fail.. so i just walked right out.. i ended up goin to the 11th ave one.. just dont understand how u dont have bread at 230! how sad... i will be never goin to this one.

I think this subway is alright, I usually go at night so it's not that crowded. They never once got an order wrong, and tonight the lady helping me was friendly, I am really bummed that everytime I go they don't have soup! That's like the best part of it all lol, call me weird but I love subway broccoli cheddar or chicken noodle soup. Food: This time around I got myself the melted pastrami and it was DELICIOUS! It's a new sandwich I'm guessing. Anyway, this subway keeps the sauces in the back idk if that's weird or what but yeah it's not in eyes view. The parking lot here still sucks lol, I know they just re paved it and all but the way it's set up idk I'm not a fan lol, gets too crowded. I'll be back though, not only just because it was convenient but because I had good service.

Good service, the girl who was very rude was fired so I'm happy to report that this Subway is once again my favorite. They give the right about of veggies and the location is clean. Sometimes they are a little slow during peak hours and parking is right but we usually get a stall. 3 or 4 tables for dining in and they always have fresh cookies.
