Well, if you want the worst service a business can possibly give, then you've come to the right place. This is the ONLY Subway that I have come across so far that A) Doesn't accept any form of payment besides CASH (very inconvenient in this day and age), B) Doesn't participate in the daily specials that all the other subways within a 10 mile radius participates in, C) Doesn't accept any of the Sunday paper coupons, but... D) Has the most unproductive, disgusting, and of course RUDE teenagers running the show. Today, during our visit, we had someone cough in our sandwich and rub their nose with their wrist. There were 6 kids behind the counter and one of the girls (in regular clothes) was sitting ON the counter. Basically, you can get a similar tasting Subway sandwich from any location ( well, less the phlem and snot would be appreciated), so what they NEED to obviously work on is their customer service or lack thereof. I've been to many places with rude employees, but when you have a business who not only has rude employees but also has no intention of providing for the customer, it makes you wonder why they choose to be in business. If you're around the Kahala area and are craving Subway, I would suggest the one in Kaimuki which is on 11th avenue right across from the Kaimuki park OR take a little drive to Aina Haina Shopping Center. They appreciate your business and the employees are not there to contaminate your food. This review system didn't allow me to post "Zero" stars, so I had to pick one. Ultimately, it should be zero stars for zero service.

Jeesh people, why so tough on Subway? I eat here pretty regularly, as I work close by. Let's get real, it's a Subway chain. You know what the food is, and what it tastes like. It's no better or worse than any other you'd find elsewhere. The food poisoning claims... let's just say I've never had an issue. *Knocking on wood* The service has always been very friendly, and I've never experienced anything negative. I usually come by in the morning for the super-affordable breakfast sandwich and coffee deal, which costs less than a latte at Starbucks and is probably a much better breakfast choice. Any given weekday? I'll be back again.

The owner was yelling at the worker in front of us. This same owner called my mom "bitch" when I was trying to get into our car next to his. He has a bad temper.

Be sure to ask the employee to grab a new set of gloves to assemble your sandwich. Owner made my sandwich. This is what disturbed me. He put on his glove then went to open the front door with his glove on to keep the door open for ventilation, then went back to start making my sandwich. He then pulled off his gloves, rang Neil, then put back on the same gloves to make the next persons sandwich. Little did she know where the glove had been. Other thing, veggies were not fresh. Lettuce was browning and they did not have all the veggies I get. Also very sparse with giving you veggies, more so than other subways.

I had a great experience for lunch here today. Dining area was clean, look new and well put together. My server who made my sandwich was nice and greeted me while walking through the door. My sandwich was what I expected from a subway. The only complaint I have is that the Fuse Green Tea wasn't near the drinking fountain so I didn't see it till after I paid and if I had seen it I would have ordered it. It's the best tea on the island in my opinion.

Order a meatball sub and it was cold. Couldn't even melt the cheese on top... We left and didn't realize till we got home. Very disappointing. I've also had good experiences here but I don't think they do well under pressure. Avoid the lunch rush.

There's something about this Subway that gives me problems. The music they play is usually EDM with most preference to Brostep. The workers come and go out of nowhere. I don't know who's working, on break, or visiting. The one asian dude with the long hair who's probably responsible for playing EDM in the store smells like cigarettes. It's like Russian Roulette eating here since there's a high chance of getting food poisoning.

Subway chain, no more no less. Clean, food tastes good, average price. But one thing...having moved from New York and the mainland fairly recently, why no $5 foot longs??? Tear.

Do NOT eat at this subway. There are many other subways really close by... Choose those. This is the 2nd time in a MONTH that someone in my household ate at this subway and got Food Poisoning! I called them to inform them about the situation, maybe it will be better... Hopefully it will be better for everyone else's sake because food poisoning absolutely sucks!

Of course subway is a great option for a quick, inexpensive lunch. Can't really beat those $5 footlong deals!! This subway location is alright (I usually go to the on in kahala mall). The service here is hit or miss, sometimes slow, sometimes fast, just depending on the employee. One thing that I absolutely dislike about this location is that they don't accept credit cards (which is why I head to kahala mall for my subway craving). They also have the $5 footlong specials, which for some reason they weren't offering a while back (i have no idea why!). The parking here is also tough, due to the popularity of the greek restaurant and the newly opened wahoos in the same complex, but sometimes it is more convenient then having to find parking in the mall. As far as their sandwich quality, they are pretty much standard with any other subway. No more, no less.

I come here often because it is a short walk from my office so I feel that after 50+ visits here they deserve a fair review. It seems that some people just write a generic review of "Subway" instead of for this particular location. This is/was one of the few locations to run the $5 foot-long promotion with more options and longer running time than most shops. Besides the $5 foot-long's, they DO offer daily specials and the workers have always been nice and friendly with me. For value, this location has always kept promotional prices longer, they have ample parking (better than the Kaimuki location) and the workers, even the owner, have been very nice to me since day one. **UPDATE** They now accept credit cards... now you can't complain!
