Today I am writing my first review. I only use yelp to look at reviews, I never post anything. Saw previous reviews, but decided to try it anyways since it's the only place to eat in this so called "mall" and I figured it's really hard to mess up a sandwich... I was wrong. When we first walked in the lady was sitting on her phone in the back... When she finally came out she asked what we would like so I told her honey oat to which she replied "we only have wheat because we're about to close." Mind you it was 1pm and they close at 4... Then there were literally five items to choose from for our sandwich... No spinach, no tomatoes... Seriously? Once we paid we sat down in this rinky dink food court to pass time before our movie started and we watched several other people walk in and walk out when they received the same rude service and lack of options. We even watched the lady go in the back, eat, and then come back out and make someone a sandwich without washing her hands.... If I could give it less than one star, I would

Today was my first experience at this Subway. It was neat and clean so I figured I'd grab a sandwich before my movie. I walked in to an empty place and asked for a moment to check out the menu. I was thinking about the Flatizza, but wanted to know what kind they had. They weren't listed so I asked the Asian lady on the register. I asked her if they only had veggie and Spicy Italian and after a long pause and crazy look from her she responded. I advised her I didn't want that and to give me a minute. When I said I think I'll have a sandwich, the same lady asked me what kind so I told her I would like the Simple 6 Sweet Onion Teriyaki. There was no movement and I wasn't quite sure if she had vapor locked or forgot I was there. There was no movement for at least a minute and until someone walked out of the back and looked at me. That's when the lady at the cash register asked me what I wanted. I looked at her and the other employee like they had landed from outer space. I straight out told her how rude she was and that was the second time when I was asking questions that she wasn't paying attention. She tried to avoid it by asking me what I wanted and I told her to give me a minute because I didn't want to rude to either of them. That's when the other lady chimes in and I had to tell her the same thing. Obviously they lack listening skills. Eventually, I placed my order and the employee put too much mayo on the sandwich. I so wanted to just open it and scrape it off on the counter, but I know better than that. I just took my food and sat in the rinky dink court. So highly disappointed in Subway and their employees. I'm gonna avoid this place as much as possible.

Gave this subway more than enough chances. I really don't like to write 1-star reviews but, I don't want any of you wasting your time coming here. The FIRST time I came here about 8 months ago: I asked for a egg white breakfast sandwich with a small cup of coffee. The lady making my sandwich was so rude, she kept saying "what?' and just threw everything on. Then she took of her gloves and out her finger inside my cup when she went to make coffee. NASTY! Btw, a SMALL cup of coffee is like $1.70 its also very disgusting, if I wanted disgusting coffee, I'd march my happy a$$ down to Wild bean, at least the girls there are nice... The SECOND time, which I swore for it to be my last time there: I ordered a veggie flatizza, toasted and asked for her to put some ranch on it when it gets out the oven. She made a snite remark to the other worker and they both looked at me. So I looked at them because I knew that they were talking about me. When my flatizza came out, it wasnt even hot the bread was still soft. It felt like I was eating a sad soft taco. The THIRD time and i promise the LAST time: There are 2 workers in the front, I speedily walk in before they scatter to the back. Guess what, they went to the back!! I got in rang the bell like a fast heartbeat cause I know they seen me! the same big lady comes out... I am going to dialogue this shit for you guys. "What can I get for you" "Can I have a..." "A what?" "A six inch sweet teriyaki chicken on...." "What kind of bread do you want" "herbs and cheese...." "What?" "HERBS AND CHEESE!!! H-E-R-B-S.." (I didn't want it toasted but she toasted it anyway. She didn't ask me but asked everyone else) "Veggies?" "Everything but spinach and jalepenos" (she put SKIMPY AMMOUNT OF EVERYTHING on my sandwich) "Can I have extra cucumbers...and onions...and olives...and pickles....how about extra everything cause I dont see any veggies on my sandwich" "Here...she can ring you up" Howz dat!! I wish there was another yelper there to see this.

Slowest subway ever. It was like being stuck in a hot NYC (local) train passing the manhattan bridge! Wowzers. It took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches. I'm not sure if they were slowed down by a desire for accuracy but for the love of meatballs I have OCD and wanted to start throwing meatballs on my 6 inch! I guess their location is convenient but their staff needs to have a sense of urgency.

The customer service at this Subway leaves a LOT to be desired. I go there often because I work in the Dole Cannery area, and this Subway is convenient. However, the employees there do not listen to what the customers want. One afternoon I requested all the veggies EXCEPT bell peppers and jalapenos on my sandwich, and the employee put a TON of bell peppers on it. On another day I went in for the breakfast combo, and when I was asked how many creams and sugars I wanted for my coffee, the employee didn't even wait for my reply but just dumped a handful of each into my cup and tossed the cup across the counter at me. In a way, I could understand this behavior if the store was busy, but I was the ONLY customer in there! Also, on a number of occasions, I has witnessed the employees putting on gloves, preparing customers' food, and ringing up the sales with the same gloves on and THEN going back and making more sandwiches with the same gloves on after handling filthy money AND the cash register. I shudder to thing what happens behind the scenes that we, as customers, cannot see!

My last review was 2 stars, this review is a single star. I'm here on a Sunday obviously dead and so are the vegetables my tomatoes are pink and lettuce is clear. They need better the quality on the weekends. Please.

Check for olive pits if you add olives to your sandwich. I brought it to their attention, NO REMORSE....could've broke a tooth or choked on it. But they don't care and this was my absolute LAST time here.
