You can never go wrong with Subway's combos! There was just enough seating for my boyfriend and me to sit. There's also free refills which is nice because it's so hot nowadays!

Located across the street from the Hawaii Convention Center and next to 7-11 convenience store. The restaurant is small with only 3 two top tables and 2 four tops. The two ladies operating the store were efficient and spoke in Korean to each other. They were friendly and my sandwich came out as I expected it. The AC was on but it wasn't that cool. They had another worker helping make sandwiches but probably could have used another worker just to keep up with tidying the tables. I visited this store on a Tuesday afternoon at about 2:00pm. For a quick grab and go, this place is great. Seating may be at a premium when you come, depending on the day and the time of day.

The food is always fresh and good whenever I've had it, however there are several employees who often times have a "less than pleasant" attitude; therefore, bringing my rating down to 3 Stars. Fortunately, the one or two employees who are pleasant, and the quality of ingredients/freshness of bread & cookies, make up for the lacking customer service of the couple employees previously mentioned. ;)

Be very careful when you order here. The SIMPLE 6 MENU as advertised everywhere else, is $6.00 for a combo (sub + chips + drink), but here it means 6 combo meals which are $7.50 each... I don't know if Subway Corp is allowing such scam or not. ... If you are broadcasting in the United States TVs for $6.00 , you should not allow this franchise to charge more.

Got two promo chicken avocado club sandwiches. One foot long meal (8.50) and one six inch (5.50). And one cheese pizza (4.00) so tell me why I had to pay 27 dollars?!! The sandwiches are chicken avacado clubs meaning avacado and bacon come in it as is. For your information, They charge more than the listed price of the sandwich for the avacado and the bacon (.75 for bacon .75 for avacado) which is false advertisement, it's a chicken avacado club sandwich it's supposed to already come with those. I asked for no bacon on one of them. They didn't add the bacon. But They still added this extra charge. Then I find that They charged the same amount for a six inch and a footlong. They played stupid when confronted and gave me a dollar and some odd change back. Then kept my receipt. So I got ripped off as much as you possibility could at a subway. The language barrier was used as an excuse but I'm not buying it. Ever again. Avoid!

Been here twice and I am fed up with this cranky Japanese lady. She doesnt listen to specific or special instructions, she does her own thing and tries to upsell non-requested items on the menu. Her attitude feels unwelcoming and hostile. I never seen her smile; I tried to crack a few conversations/jokes with her and she doesn't appear to be interested. Food is okay ... just cant forgive the overly done condiments on my subs. She also appears to be very impatient to those who takes too long to decide.

Subway is a convenient sandwich place for grabbing a bite to eat on my lunch hour. It's right across the street from where I work. The line is always long, but it moves quickly. The sandwiches are ok. I like it because there are many vegetable selections.

I went to this subway and it's sooooo junk! I asked for my sandwich to be toasted but when I ate it, it didn't feel toasted. And the lady put so little bit veggies in the sandwich. She literally put four slices of cucumbers on my foot long. And when I asked for extra banana peppers, the amount was almost the right amount they should put on a sandwich. I felt like there was more bread than veggies in my sandwich. That place is so dirty too. I feel like I wasted my money there!

I'm so glad there's a subway near my work place, sometimes having a simple sandwich with all the veggies tastes' much much better than your usual plate lunch and it's less greasy! $5 footlong can't go wrong with that! -11am is usually when they start to get busy but let me tell you the 2 asian ladies I see work there on the daily basis, boy are they quick with their hands and making your sandwich pronto. they are not sloppywhen it cvomes to making your subway just the way you like it! I always order the same thing and they are always consistant and their veggies are always fresh.

If you haven't been living under a rock for the past few year you probably know the lowdown on Subway by now. This subway is in a small shopping area with limited parking but, lucky it is a short walk from where I live. Every time I have been there the staff has always been really friendly and polite. One thing they do here that I do really like is, if you get a hot sub they will warm the meat in the microwave before putting it on your bread. Overall, if your in the area and are craving some subway this is nice one to check out.

The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh and delicious and the Sandwich Artist was polite and attentive. I ordered a 6-inch Steak and Provolone cheese on Italian bread with lettuce, tomato, red onions, cucumbers, avocado, mayo and Southwest sauce. The sandwich was delicious and satisfying; the product was 100% consistent with those I've ordered on the mainland in the past. I'm pleased and will be back!

Parking lot is small and hard to get in and out because its located right off of busy Kapiolani/Atkinson. But worth it. I just love Subway. I love the fact that you can make a sandwich with fresh veggies and lots of it and put just about anything in it. Yum-o! They are always out of soup. Thumbs down. I like that they have Lipton Unsweetened Ice Tea. Thumbs up!

All the other Subways can learn a thing or two on how to make sandwiches the right way from this location! The meat and veggies perfectly balanced between the bread! They don't crush your sandwich when they wrap it. To top it off, it actually looks like the picture on the menus! They make the best sandwiches! If you like Subway, this is the only place to get them!

I've tried other Subways in the area but this one is the best. Whenever I go there it seems the same gentlemen is working. I think he owns this franchise. It seems he works 16 hours a day, seven days week. Despite how tired and exhausted he looks, he takes his job seriously and always makes my sandwich right. I keep going back to this location even though other Subways are closer.
