"I'd like to order some ice with my soup". wtf. why does the soups have to be scortching hot? I'm not walking into a Subway thinking "hmm I feel like getting a burn today.".. no, we're not talking about "feeling the burn" as would if you were going to the gym. I'm talking about BURNING off the top layer of the roof of my mouth. Sounds painful? That's cause it REALLY is. Serisously.. how the fuck do they make the thing so fricken hot? Do the employees sit there pointing a blow torch to the water in the steaming pan when people aren't watching? I know they don't get much traffic.. but common turn down the heat a little. damn.. another unfriendly blister to pop -_-

This is the worst subway! Service is rude, not friendly, and they are so stingy on the meat and veggies. The bread is undercooked and barely any dressings. They are only in business due to the slim options for lunch here and the business people gotta eat. I have never had this experience at other subways on the westside. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. Never coming back here again. I recommend to try the other eateries around here. Not even worth your penny! Terrible Terrible Terrible Subway!

has gotten better. they have toaster oven now also.. But just seem to get sick every once and awhile here. Not sure what their rating is.

The most stingy subway I've ever been to. Limited amount of meat is understandable but so stingy on the veggies. Asked for more olives so the sandwich maker dropped a few more slicers of olives. OMG, is it going to break the bank? My co-workers experienced the same thing. Needlessly to say, we don't patronize this establishment anymore. Losung a lot of business!!!

Of all the Subways I've patrionized I have to say this is the most decent out of all of them. I don't get any attitude (believe me, I've experienced from questioning me on my sandwhich toppings to another location that shall remain nameless getting upset when I called her on not listening to what I was telling her to put on my sandwhich to actually getting food poisoning - I kid you not). The employees move you through pretty quickly. Are they they the most friendliest employees ever to exist to mankind? No but they are not rude.

Still don't have a toaster oven. Lame. I hate going here. I hate it because it's the closest Subway. It opens late (9 am) so I can't even stop in before work for a breakfast sub. They usually don't follow the national sub deals. And, to add insult to injury, it's usually packed during lunch time! Hate going here, but I can't afford to walk all the way to the next closer subway!

They're a little stingy with the veggies (esp. lettuce) at this location, but otherwise, the people here are SUPER nice, and they move the line along pretty efficiently. Conveniently located for those who work in this busy edge of the downtown area.

They... don't... toast... their... subs????? Me: "Can I get it toasted?" Subway: "We don't have a toaster oven.." Me: (puzzled look on my face) Like all Subways, their menus clearly states, "Toasted subs". Oh well. =( They were out of regular soup containers so they poured soup into a Java coffee cup. It worked out because they gave us way more than they normally would.

Sooo I go to Subways to check they're service and this subway is horrible at making subway sandwiches. I used to work at the most strictest sandwich making but it paid off since we collected a plethora of usuals. This particular subway is horrible at making sandwiches (everything falling out of the wrapping kine). They would get fired at my old subway (in Kailua next to Blockbuster). I would not recommend eating there. many other places to eat at Ala Moana or town.
