Love this Starbucks. Makes my morning every morning the line is never all that long and when it is they are pretty fast with getting everyone through it. I have even study in the afternoon here and have always managed to snag a table. Parking is also never an issue here. Shh dont tell to make people it our office little secret. With two other starbucks down the road we rather not have the overflow head to this one.

Been here a couple of times and I must say that the service here is great. free wi-fi too. Also, the place is always clean. If my friends and i have to meet up for school, this is the place we go.

This is the Starbucks I always go to on my way to work. More personable staff and coffee is consistently good at this Starbucks. I think I've been coming to this one for like 5 years, I remember the old school kids, the guy who would give us pastries with our coffee before they closed and before we'd head to work but went back to Big Island, the Latina girl from SD who left after her baby and of course, the lady who is the owner/manager, who has been there all along. Oh, and she's the one you want to make your coffee! They don't only play the pre-packaged Starbucks(TM) soundtrack; they used to play reggae in the mornings, I loved it. All in all, this is a good location with good staff and they make a great cup of coffee. I'm sorry there's no Fresh Cafe or Morning Brew on my way to work; if there was I'd support local but since there isn't... Starbucks it is!

Has to be my fave Starbucks of all of them on Oahu and believe me there's quite a few and I've been to my fair share. Why do I like it? Quick service and the staff remembers. My unusual drink even after one time (: Amaze balls seeing as how it's a made up item! What is it you ask? I was turned onto this drink from a friend who works at one: Thai macchiatto. What is that you ask? It's simply a similar drink to the caramel macchiatto only you sub Thai (aka condensed milk) for caramel and add vanilla. If done just right, it gives me pure joy and my boost of caffeine for the day.

Regulars here since our other fav Coffee Bean & Tea is now gone in our area. The staff always knows our name and our order. Favorite Starbucks place

Found this location when we had just been to Pearl Harbor and needed a snack. Thank goodness for my GPS unit that sorted it out for me. Found the staff to be very polite and helpful. Otherwise the food is the usual.

Great place, great staff. The drinks are always good. Manager seems to mistreat the workers though. I hear gripes from them about the manager.

Great and very friendly staff. The place is always clean. Very kid friendly too. Yes, they offer the typical Starbucks fare but the really personable staff make this a really great location.

When you walk in with the place bumpin with Aretha Franklin, you know they mean business! I was correct! Walking I was very turned off by the long line. However little did I know the speed and efficiency of the staff members that worked here. The deceiving long line, became shorter within minutes. Although late in the afternoon you'd figure that these early morning shirt workers would be running on fumes...I was wrong. The staff members were just as alert as if starting their shift, not to mention singing along with the background. Great job!

Their WiFi connection at this place is the worse. I cannot enjoy my coffee and surf the internet. Do they offer drive-thru option? I can drive by and get my coffee and enjoy surfing the net at home. The tables and chairs are outdated.

I'm gonna have to give this Starbuck's a 2 star "Meh, I've experienced better" rating.I've been to this particular location a total of two times. The first time I visited this location it was half an hour before closing. There was a big yellow bucket and accompanying mop in the middle of the store and nobody mopping. I made nothing of it, ordered my coffee and sat in relatively close proximity to the mop since the only available soft chairs were in that area. I drank my coffee for a little while but soon afterwards was ushered out so that they could mop, clean up and shut down. It seemed to me at the time that the particular woman mopping wanted to get a jump on her tasks during the stores open hours so she could get home sooner. No biggie, I didn't care for that but that is not why I gave them a 2 star rating. So I go there for the second time earlier today.. Right when I walk in, what do I see? The infamous yellow bucket ruling the center of the narrow "ordering area" like Shaq's big butt in a Laker's uniform, boxing out the opposing team and ruling the paint (B-ball reference, it's the NBA finals, sue me), but I digress.. I order my coffee from the Mopping Maiden (she wasn't wearing her name tag. I speculate that it was an attempt to retain anonymity so that she might not be held accountable for her subpar service) and again chose to sit down in close proximity to the bucket so that my guest and I could have the only soft chairs available. We take one sip of our drinks when the same female barista pokes her head over the counter and says "I'm mopping that area, there's a wet spot". She indirectly makes an irritated face as if to say "can't you figure out what the big yellow bucket, mop and sign mean?". My thoughts on that, 1.can't you wipe that spot up with some napkins? 2.I'd like to sit here, I'm the customer and I am presumably always right. Since I'm not a teenager anymore and pick my battles, I decided to migrate to a different spot and enjoy my drink. Based on those experiences alone, I would have given this Starbuck's a 3 star rating. We finish our iced coffee and stand in line for our free refill. The same barista is hesitant to give us our refills as she has overlooked writing what the original drink was in the little boxes on the side of the drink. Aarrgh! You just cost this Starbuck's a star lady! We get our refills and peace out. Starbuck's business plan is no secret. People stand in line for relatively quick service from pleasant and personable people. They provide a calm and classy environment so that you can chill, talk and/or take advantage of the free wifi. I don't feel like I received this from my experience. If I ever set foot in this location again and see a big yellow bucket loitering in the center of the store, I will do a 180 and get my caffeine fix elsewhere.

Love this Starbucks. I don't normally come out here to this location, but since I was in the area, I figured why not get something. I had to use my Starbucks app on iPhone to make sure the address was right. As always, good exceptional service, although the line was long when I got there. Nice spacious environment, so that you can hang out or work in a good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and looking forward to coming back, providing that I am in the area again.

Bleh, what is happening to my favorite starbucks location? Average wait has been over 20 minutes lately in the weekday mornings. I understand it's crowded so thats fine. But my drink orders keep getting mixed up. They got my drink completely wrong. No apology, kinda got the look as if I ordered it wrong, uh No....My receipt was clear in what i ordered. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for them to redo it, and they got it wrong AGAIN the 2nd time! I told the employee you got it wrong again and no offer to redo it. I had already spent 30 minutes from entering the store to leaving with my 2nd wrong drink I didn't want to argue and just took it and had to get to work. The oven was broken as well, couldn't order a breakfast sandwich.

I usually don't drink coffee, but I went to this Starbucks today after exercising to catch with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. The baristas were very friendly and you could tell that there were many "regulars" who came in since the baristas knew them all by name and exactly what they wanted. There was a lady who dropped her coffee as she was leaving and they simply gave her another serving with no questions asked. I thought that was really nice of them. Our drinks and my friend's bagel came out quickly. We ended up staying there for 2 and a half hours. It was interesting people watching and seeing what kind of people walked in.

The store is always clean. Barista's are very well trained. They call their customers by their first name and usually always have their drinks ready before the customer is done paying. My FAVE Starbucks by far. Gave only 4 stars because I wish they could have a drive thru...and possibly stay open longer.

Really frustrated by my trip here today. Minor good ups here before, but this was annoying. The person who appeared to be the manager or shift manager was visibly stressed and expressing it in a curt manner. If it was just that, I'd just chalk it up to a bad day. But then my blueberries for the oatmeal I was so looking forward to were partly soggy and beginning to grow mold. So I asked for a new pack. More of the same. The employee helping me was friendly about it. I asked if I could please just have the dried fruit instead. The same (manager?) person interrupted and said no- there were more blueberries in the back I could have. I asked if they were from the same expiration lot, and I received a short "no." Guess what... Same lot, same condition. So frustrating. When the nice barista asked if I wanted the dried fruit just in case, I said no (not wanting to waste more of their inventory) because I was under the assumption that these blueberries were from a new lot. No recovery coupon, just attitude. Not coming back to this Starbucks. Maybe afternoons are better if you want to try then. As a former AM barista myself, I know mornings are stressful... But you keep it together and remain polite and helpful so you don't loose business and gain a bad rep.

I love love love this starbucks better than any other starbucks I go to. The people here remember me everytime I go and know what I drink and how I like it. One time I ordered my drink then realized I left my wallet in my diaper bag that was at home. They gave me my drink at no charge. They don't water down their teas here like the other starbucks in Aiea.

One of my favorite locations. The baristas are always friendly and the drinks are made consistent. They are super busy on the mornings but the line moves fast.

Located in this near-stadium shopping center (K Mart), this Starbucks is bordered by parking stalls on 2 sides. Not a problem trying to find parking here, even during the morning rush hour. That makes this location one of my favorites, especially when running late for work. "I don't care if I'm late, I gotta have my...!" This store isn't "Venti" sized, with a few tables and sitting areas inside and a couple more outside, this store is more of a "Grande." Open at 4:30 am mon. to sat. and 5:30 am sun., it's evident that the friendly and attentive staff are most definitely "morning people." Prompt, courteous customer service combined with convenient parking and stadium-area freeway access, make this location one of my favorites.

What can I say...........I drink the tea! While I actually prefer Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, there are like 20 Starbucks to every 1 CB&TL - so, what am I to do? Chai Tea Lattes, Fraps and Blended Lemonades are my favs. I leave the coffee drinks to the hardcore Bux fans.

I hate doing my work at home because I always get distracted so I always find places to go to. Well there is no Barnes n Noble close to me so Starbucks it is. After looking up reviews on Yelp. This location seemed to be the best choice. So I came here and I definitely agree. Lots of tables inside and a couple outside. Perfect and quiet. :)

Hello everyone, my name is Mike and I have a problem... Pretty sure I'm not the only one but I seriously have a Starbucks addiction. What can I say, Starbucks is pretty consistent. You been in one, you've pretty much been in them all. The main differences you'll find at the different locations is the strength of the espresso shots and of course the service. This particular location is conveniently located just a minute from my home so I frequent here often. The staff is excellent! Very friendly, attentive, and remembers a lot of the regulars drinks and name. I know this happens at a lot of the locations but I was particularly surprised at how quickly they picked everything up. Even the newer staff! Thank you Starbucks by the stadium for your excellent service and keeping my addiction happy. This will be my Starbucks of choice till I move...

What can you say about Starbucks? They are the McDonald's of coffee, that's what I say. That is good and bad really--the good--no real surprises here. A new drink now and again but overall people go because...I don't know really :-) The bad: I think their coffee stinks. With a few exceptions I don't like the way they roast or brew it. I'm not there for a great cup of coffee though just like when I want a good burger I don't go to Micky D's. I go, because like Micky D's, there is one on every block and in every bookstore, mall, airport, etc. So, about this location specifically: one of the best I have been to. Friendly staff and well trained baristas. They do a good job preparing the drinks--of course it's not easy to mess up an Americano up but it is possible, just go to the Moanalua Shopping Center location where they excel at not only messing up pretty much every drink they make but they take forever to do it. That's another review though. This is one of the best stores on the island and I'm glad it's on my way to work.

HELP! I am ADDICTED to STARBUCKS!!! There is nothing you can do to take away this addiction. Can't you tell by how many check-in's I have here that I'm quite addicted to the green mermaid hahahaha. THIS IS MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS on the island. I love coming to this location they remember what I order and have it made by the time I get up there to pay. Do I have issues with them no, are they accommodating and polite? YES they are!!!!

Baristas with attitude! Was it because they were working on Easter? hopefully so, because if not this location will need some desperate help. So my wife goes in to this location and doesn't so much as get a hello from the 2 girls working. Keep in mind they weren't busy or helping anyone else. She asked for a bold drip coffee and the barista said they didn't have any. My wife asked if she can have a pour over and the girl very rudely said "That will take 5 minutes". My wife said that was ok and the barista reluctantly began to make it. My wife used to work at a Starbucks and it is very common for people to ask for a pour over in the afternoon because they only brew Bold in the morning. Since Pike is the only drip coffee at night anyone wanting bold will receive a pour over. Either way, when the over enthusiastically happy barista finished her coffee she simply put it on the counter without saying anything. Note to the baristas. Your business is costumer service. Give crappy service and lose customers. Plus you guys work for tips, so the better the interaction with the guests the more you make. My wife didn't force you to work here so she shouldn't be forced to receive less than average customer service. If by chance this was just an off night because you had the "I have to work on Easter blues" then future customers will probably have a better experience. Mahalo!

I used to love coming to this SB location. It is convenient, and the staff WERE very friendly. 5 years ago. Now, most of them seem to have an attitude, or no smile. They don't know how to communicate with their customers. Also, they are very slow. With only 3 people in line in front of me i waited for AT LEAST 10 minutes. An additional 15-20 for waiting on my drink. Mind you, there were 4 workers. I dont have high standards, but i am a starbucks regular. I go on the daily to different locations, so i know what a good service is and what is not. I would say the place needs better staff and MORE staff, but it shouldnt take that many to take that long.

Why must you always forget my milk Starbucks? My husband and I walk our dog to Starbucks on Sundays. I always get an iced coffee WITH milk and my husband gets an iced coffee WITHOUT milk. However, they always ask him if he wants milk but they never ask me if I want it with milk even though I specifically tell them I want milk (my cup even states "ICM"). No big deal but it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Argh! To top it off, they only have half and half on the counter. Where is my real milk? Other than that, the line moves fairly quickly and they're not too crowded. You can always find a spot inside (if you don't have an animal waiting for you outside like I do). The baristas are okay but not overly friendly because they're usually talking amongst themselves. This Starbucks is close by and if I'm not going to Target but need a coffee fix, I do come here.

Barista with attitude! I took my frappucino back since it was vey runny and had big chunks of ice that don't come theu the straw. Barista told me its supposed to be like that. REALLY?

I have been coming here for the past few years and always come to this location in the morning when traffic is heavier coming from Mililani. They have short lines and the staff are always friendly. The coffee is also consistently good and they also have a public restroom as most Starbucks locations. I have just recently started going to this Starbucks. It's actually pretty a convenient location for Aiea residents. I think we forget about this one or I guess maybe it's just me, I forget about this one most of the time. First of all, this is a really great and convenient location. It is located right just on Salt Lake Blvd. right across from Aloha Stadium. It is nearby the Stadium Shopping Mall Center area. This location itself is right next to a McDonald's so it makes a perfect go to spot if you are eating there or what not. There is a decent amount of parking around the shop. They have a decent amount of table and seating areas. I would say that it is a medium sized Starbucks. I can imagine it can get really busy during the weekdays with peak times and stuff. It makes for a great study and meeting spot during non busy times like the weekends and stuff. I think most people think and go to the ones by Waimalu and Pearlridge when it comes to Starbucks in Aiea. The staff and customer service is good I would say. Some people review about the quality and taste of each location's way and style of making coffee but to me coffee is coffee. They open pretty early but this is one of those locations where they close early. I think you can find more military and tourist personnel frequent this one more than locals but that's just my insight and observation.

Sometimes the drinks come out super slow. I know coffee is an art-form, but sometimes I don't have time to wait. However, there's this one guy who sings along to all the songs playing in the store. He has a beautiful voice =]

BEWARE: My friend was given a drink blended with ice that had disinfectant solution on it and had already started drinking her drink. This type of negligence is completely unacceptable! While I commend the employee who notified her immediately of the situation it is still ridiculous that a mistake like this even happens. They explained they poured the solution into the ice bin to clean it and the barista making the drinks used that ice not knowing it had disinfectant solution on it. This store and all other locations need to implement and follow policies to prevent this from happening ever again. They are beyond lucky my friend was okay but whoever made this stupid mistake has no business in the food industry!

I am a Starbucks "junkie". It is a part of my daily routine, sometimes more than just one stop for a drink in a day. I have visited Starbucks across Hawaii ( and the mainland too). This is by far the best location I have been too. The service at this location is top notch. They greet you as you walk in and remember you by name if you come frequently. They treat each guest more like a member of family then just another customer. Every time I arrive they already know myself and co-workers orders. There has been the occasional miss or drink made wrong, but they are quick to fix! If I could add more than 5 stars, I would. My favorite drinks are: * Iced, stirred, Green Tea Latte with nonfat milk * Mocha Frapp * Skinny White Chocolate Mocha * Skinny Caramel Macchiato Favorite food goodies: * Toasted plain of blueberry bagel with cream cheese * Toasted Turkey Pesto Sandwich * Toasted Spinach, Feta, & Egg White Wrap Thank you Starbucks Salt Lake for always having outstanding service that makes those even not so great days, far better! :)

What else can I say that other Yelper's hasn't?! This is by far the best Starbucks on island! Let the reviews speak for themselves as everything here is always stocked and you will always be greeted with a nice "welcome" and an awesome Colgate smile from each employee. Quick, precise, and efficient; three must have ingredients when you're in a rush. =)

Located in the salt lake shopping center, by K-mart, between Office Depot and MCDonald's. Lots of parking, so no worries looking for parking. Nice clean store, food counter fully stocked. Wasn't greeted with a smile, counter girl seemed irked, probably got out of the wrong side of bed? After she got my order, never asked my name. So when I went to the side after I paid, there was a cup with no marking stating what was in cup. After a few minutes same girl that took my order, looked at me and said, "Your Mocha." My Mocha didn't taste very good like other Starbucks I've been too. My very first time here and my last time as well.

Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks.... What can I say!?! I am seriously addicted. I do not normally go to this particular location, but this one is the closest to where I currently live so I do make the occasional trips. It amazes me that the limited time that I do visit, they actually remember my drink. And for that matter they actually remember the company that I come here with by name and their drink.... or on the other hand, the people that they hardly see me with anymore. Seriously!?! Don't know if that's a good thing or not??? But it does have to say something about that staff! Very friendly, personable, and attentive! Maybe too observant in some cases, lol!

Guys, come on. This isn't coffee. The service is great but if I can't have a real iced Hazelnut toddy with .5 oz sucralose sweetener, ill buy a cold toddy machine myself. These baristas aren't really baristas. Check the machines. Pushing buttons. This doesn't go against this store, it goes against al of Starbucks who make coffee flavored smoothies, and most smoothies I have just tasted ice and milk. What happened to freedom of creativity? It won't be found here. It's just a job for someone to pay their bills while going to college or high school. Sorry peeps. I'm loyal to real coffee. Oh. And whatever this macchiato is, it's a latte. They made it a latte. Ugh.

One of the best Starbucks locations I have ever been to! The baristas are super friendly and full of personality. The drinks were made incredibly fast. Best of all, there was plenty of seating space throughout the store. In terms of Starbucks, this one gets an A plus in my book.

I sometimes think I drive from one Starbucks to another and know where each one is. I am a morning coffee addict and get cranky when my morning fix isn't perfect. This Starbucks is what every Starbucks should be patterned after. Efficient, friendly and busy because of it. Great morning stop on the way to work.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks location. Actually, I'm not bias, all of them are favorite locations! I do like the fact that they open early. I work in construction and we workers usually get our start before sunrise. Actually, to me, any restaurant that opens early will attract the construction crowds. There's nothing better than having a fresh brewed cup of coffee in the morning while reading your paper! The staff here at this particular location are cordial and friendly, they get your order going right away so you can be on your way. They offer up a nice selection of pastries and sandwiches too, my personal favorite being the apple fritter. They used to have a delicious lemon bar several years ago, but I don't see it offered anymore, I used to pick those up all the time! Well, my steaming hot Venti Caffe Americano, black, is a welcome pleasure to start off my day. Oh, I have to mention this... the Starbucks App for iPhone is a great way to pay for your purchases. Just pre-load it then when you go to pay, just scan it and that's it! It keeps track of your purchases and your reward points right on the app! Try it!!! "Yelp's 31's" #4/31

Oh confunnit. You caught me reviewing Starbucks. Go a head, call me out on it at the next Yelp party. See what happens. MMMHMMM. ANYWAYS. This Starbucks is definitely my favorite. It's barely a hole in the wall compared to others out there, but I like that because it acts as a limiter to the number of people who can congregate here. Although most of those people keep to themselves, they are usually business people that have rolling offices and they're meeting clients/ customers of sorts so finding a table could be a challenge. You just might have to fight Ira J for one. The staff is quite friendly and know how to serve your daily vice up with a smile. I'll take a Personal Iced Venti Green Tea Lemonade and a Veggie Artisan with a Crest Whitestrips *ting* please. Service is quite quick too so I'm in and out of here in 7 mins or less. I also like this location because it's also on one of the two routes I take to work, so it's just a hop, skip and a jump away from where I'm headed. Perfect money trap for me, I swear. Now if they could remember my order, then I'd be in 5-star heaven. Until then, just keep smiling Bari-star. Just keep smiling. Review #030/365

Been to this Starbucks several times and have always been disappointed. Its the nearest one to my house so I figure it'd be convenient. Guess not. They ALWAYS make our drinks wrong. Is it really that hard? Not to mention their service is horrible! They always seem to rush us. I don't like that at all. There's a blonde one that gave my bf really bad attitude. We weren't being rude or anything either. She was just being a bitch.

A great study spot. Came here and read for a solid 3 hours. They have really good lighting next to the windows. I was able to watch it change from sunny to pouring twice while sitting there. It was one of those extreme weather days. Close to the freeway and the stadium. Large plaza with plenty of parking.

I didn't believe I'd ever find myself writing a review of a Starbucks. I guess if were to have been pressed on the matter, I might have been able to come up with a scenario where if I experiences exceptionally bad service or an exceptionally bad product, I would have been compelled to respond with a bad review. This is not what happened. Here I am writing a review of a Starbucks based on exceptionally good service! Who'd have thunk it? I was meeting a potential client at the Salt Lake Blvd Starbucks. I was a little early, very thirsty, and already well caffeinated. What I wanted was a big cup of ice water, and I wanted it badly enough to pay for it. I asked the young barrister behind the counter if she'd sell me a cup of ice water. She smiled and said it was free. I expected her to give one of those little shot glasses of water that so many places use. I was so sure of this that I was about to correct her when I saw her grab the same cup in which I get my coffee drinks! Well Hallelujah! I really enjoyed that large cup of free ice water. Thank you! Say what you will about the corporate giant that is Starbucks, but at least at this location they're willing to pass up a money making opportunity and treat their customers unselfishly. Maybe they do it everywhere. I don't know, I never asked. I'd be very impressed if it were so.

I don't really like Starbucks. The staff is usually friendly but sometimes they can be super impatient or act as if I am bothering them by placing an order. Otherwise there are just some really happy people that work there. Not much yu can say about Starbucks that everyone doesn't already know.

This is seriously one of the best Starbucks on the island. Always feel Aloha. These baristas have always been speedy even when they are busy, yet they take the time to make sure you feel like you are their priority. When I'm anywhere near here I make sure and stop by.

I rarely give reviews. But I can't ignore it any longer. I'm a frequent customer at this Starbucks and it's a hit or miss. While the staff has always been friendly, I don't always get what I order. I always order a venti caramel frap with 3 added shots and no whip. When they make the drinks and I add the 3 shots I guess it makes more to where it won't all fit in the venti cup. Sometimes they'll pour the extra in a separate cup and give it to me. Most times they'll just pour what fits in the venti cup and dump the rest in the sink. This may seem petty but I would like every ounce of my added shots that I paid for. I guess I'll have to ask them to order it on the side and mix it in myself.

This location is a hit or miss! Don't bother ordering your drink a specific temp. bc it will still come out piping hot. Every time & I mean every time I order food they forget to give it to me. This is a less busy location so I don't know what their deal is? May have to start going to a busier location so I can get my order correct & be able to drink my drink.
