I primarily come for their $1.00 any size drink. Which in my opinion is the best place to get an ice cold drink at least once a day. However, besides being lured in with a decent price drink, I enjoy the mega option of their value menu. I could recommend a bunch of items for someone to choose. Yet, I know people's palettes are a lot different than mine and if you're like me, it depends on my mood. I truly enjoy the ice cream cones, fruit parfait, and chocolate sundaes as a tasty treat. I would say they have one of the best fish sandwiches and the bun to those sandwiches are moist and addicting. I enjoy the french fries only due to the fact that they serve the best ketchup in the land, Heinz! As long as they continue to offer quality and value, I'll be returning!

The staff is friendly and the food is served in a timely manner. But if there any issues with the food or order the male manager that works the nights there is not very professional.

Slowest McDonalds Drive-Thru I've ever experienced. Almost makes me want to give up McDonalds forever.

What kind of restaurant (fast food or not) let's people walk in and dine without shirts? Gross!

  • Gaye D.

Usually I like this McDonald's bit late be there drive-through has gotten much much slower. And when they have someone standing out taking your orders they back all the way up to the street so the traffic gets caught out in the street and cannot move forward.

Drive thru is very slow! Would've been faster to walk in. It's very inefficient. Will never ever ever come back here. Ever. Ever. (I'm still stuck in their drive thru) ugh

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS LOCATION! I came here one day with my family for a quick lunch and I regretted it from the moment that I walked through the door. Of course it was lunch time but the place was unusually crowded. But anyway, once we get to the counter, the girl taking our order looked like WE are the ones bothering her. Uh excuse me chick, if you can't take rushes then dont work here! Next, we are waiting forever to get our food which shouldn't have taken a long time to make. We waited almost fifteen minutes for our food to finish and even then..they gave it to the wrong people!!!!!!!! This elder couple ended up taking our food, went to their table the ended up bringing it back because that wasn't what they ordered. Then! the workers have the nerve to try and give it to us because it was our order. Excuse me?! Before I could say anything, my mother told them, "I know you're going to make me a new one because those people could have done something to our food".. Then they have the nerve to look at us like WE are the ones that are crazy.. To top it off, it was the MANAGER who tried to give us food someone already touched. Terrible location. Terrible.

McD's makes thee best filet-o-fish sandwiches and French fries... For your money, it's a great deal and convenient!! Top that off with a cold soft drink and you're set to go... I also have been having those pineapple strawberry slushes lately, they're very refreshing!!! Breakfast ain't so bad either!!! Most of the time their service is really fast.

Went around 2pm so I guess we missed the lunch crowd. Only one person ahead of us inside the restaurant. Nice and clean on the inside. Got our orders and enjoyed our meal.

CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDER BEFORE DRIVING OFF!!! Went through their drive-thru which had a long line so employee was taking orders outside. Ordered egg mac sandwich and breakfast deluxe. As I was driving off after my order was handed to me, they yelled to stop. I was apparently given the wrong bag so they came outside to switch bags. Got home, ready to eat and found my egg mac was just an egg and cheese sandwich. Drove back and talked to manager. Told him about the 2 screw-ups, one thru the drive thru and no ham with my sandwich. Sorry, sorry, sorry and he gave me a new sandwich. Got to my car and decided to look inside the bag.....what the !#@!! No fork, soy sauce. Went back in and talked to the same manager and showed him the bag and question ed him whats missing. Looked dazed so I told him where is my fork??? Replied: I gave you one...I answered, but you took it out earlier. Oh,sorry sorry, sorry and he put one in the bag. Drove home and finally going to eat breakfast deluxe! What the @!#@!! No ketchup!!! Wahahaa....so if they dont ask if you want ketchup, assume you weren't given any. What I've noted with this McDonalds is when it gets busy their service craps out. So check your drive thru order even if there is a long line and even if you have to unwrap every sandwich or better yet go to another McDo.

So one morning last year I decided I'd like to buy some breakfast. I use the drive thru. At this particular McDonalds the first window you encounter is the order window. After I placed my order with the young girl there she pulled out a nail clipper and started cutting her nails. I was grossed out. Yes I know that she is not by the food but that wasn't the point, it was gross. Then you proceed to the payment window and then to the food window. I did file a complaint with McDonalds because I deemed that to be very unprofessional and unsanitary. I still don't want to go in the morning because there is this one girl that works there who I don't even know, always gives me the stink eye every time I go in there. I seriously don't know what her problem is. I mean if she hates her job fine but you don't have to look at me like that.

This McDonald's is usually fairly busy. Employees appear overworked (you are another burden to them) and their demeanor seems to range from indifferent (at best) to downright grouchy. Haven't ever seen a smiling employee, in fact. But on the bright side, the food has always been fresh: hot fries and soft hamburger buns.

I honestly thought (before Yelp) that all McDonald's Restaurants were created equal. I didn't think that there was a difference between McDonald's... boy, was I wrong! This McDonald's is not my favorite... but I do like coming here because their chocolate dipped cones are $1.29 compared to $1.69 at other locations! They do offer 99 cent soft drinks on the weekend. Also, the workers are usually easy to understand AND the times I do come through the drive thru, it isn't that crowded. However, I normally just come for a chocolate dipped cone or a frosty beverage (as my husband affectionately calls his diet coke). Depending on the time of day and how busy it is will determine which window you order from, which I find a bit confusing. However, I do enjoy that you're able to talk to a live person and you can understand them and vice versa! I do not enjoy the fact that there's always hooligans roaming around the outside and sometimes when you're in the drive thru line, you see druggies parking their bike in the grass and roaming through the weeds looking for their nickles (aka empty bottles/cans). I know we're talking about McDonald's here but seriously, there's so many people that aren't even customers that hang out outside... I am still sad that they got rid of their extra large size... I used to buy one XL beverage for my husband and I to split... my husband can drink a large size in like 15 minutes and then he has no beverage... so obviously, we can't split a large diet coke :(.

It was about 6AM on a Saturday and I ordered a #2 with a large OJ and two Sausage Biscuits. I had to speak to three different workers before my order was right... sort of.. The first worker I gave my order to was am old women and she charged me for just two large OJ ,drinks and the two Sausage Biscuits. I went to the pick up window and spoke to the second worker, a young man. I told him this was not what I ordered. I repeated my order to him and decided to keep the second large OJ. He told us to pay for the stuff I was undercharged for. Instead of getting my order correct this time, he gave us 2 hash browns. The third person I spoke to was the manager it seemed, a Filipino woman, who was absolutely rude. She told me to pullover on the side out of the drive-thru. She had the nerve to say to me this: "YOU are holding up my line." What kind of manager does not have any interpersonal communication skills? The customer is ALWAYS right! I would not have been holding up her line if my order was correctly made in the first place. With the lady manager holding on to my credit card, I pulled over to the side. Someone finally understood my order and gave me the last piece of my order, Sausage Biscuit with Egg Sandwich. Already pissed off, I left right away. Rather than being charged for the price of the #2 Value Meal plus the two $1 sandwiches, I was charged for each of the items I ordered SEPARATELY. Basically, I paid more for the food than I should've been charged for if they knew how to listen and get my order right in the first place. I will be contacting customer service after this.

Sprinklers came on in the drive through at 830. Suggest a different time other than leak hours to water plants. :(

All McDonald's are pretty much the same, but the facilities maintenance is always different, I really can not stand it when I have to use the restroom in a restaurant that is filthy. That's is pretty much all I am going to say about that.

I have been here several times, generally in the drive through. Even when there is a line, they are quick to get you through. My order is always correct. Once when I ate inside, it was very neat and clean.

Of all the Mcdonalds I have been to, this store makes the best french fries, never over or under cooked and salted just right.

The good thing about national chains is that you can expect a certain level of service and quality. I've been here a few times (drive thru only) and have only had good experiences. My order is always right and the food always good.

    Always a Quick Stop!

  • Jeff C.

I guiltily eat here more often than I would like to post. Drive through is industry standard... slow during peak hours. But things usually come out correct (I can't say the same about all the other Mcdonalds around the island or in California.) The people at the end of the speaker of the drive through speak english! Inside is recently remodeled but due to lots of traffic (LOTS with three schools within walking distance). Free wifi. What can you complain about...it's fast food. You want superior service go to Alan Wong's. The menu doesn't change, order quick, order fast, get out of there. Perfect for me!
