Hubby has long been coming to this Jack for eons only because it is right up the road from family's house. So now being part of the family - I come here more often than I really should and need to do. Food wise - it's junk food! So can't really complain about it knowing that it's food that's greasy and considered 'unhealthy' yet tastes good going down the hatch! :) With that being said - the new waffle sandwich - rather interesting combo. Cuz you get a mix of sweet and salty on your palate at once, a conflict of taste - but it works. Oh and the smoothes - are very tasty! My daughter loves the strawberry one! And I do admit they got the mango one really nice and smooth. Now what makes this place a 4? Well have to admit they have GREAT customer service! I went up here with my twins in their stroller, and my 4 year old walking along with me. All the gals working behind the counter, came upfront to admire the twins (don't worry, other paying customers were not affected as no car was waiting for service, nor were there any paying customers behind me.) The gal taking our order was extremely patient as my daughter was making up her mind about what she was excitedly giggling "I want SMOOTHIE", and me asking her "what flavor sweety?" "That one momma!" "Tell mommy which one?" "THAT ONE THAT ONE!" You get the idea! Ok so after ordering and getting our drinks - another employee ran to open the door for us on leaving! Fast forward in time to a weekend morning, I went to go pick up breakfast for the family. On entering, I was asked by one of the gals there - where the rest of my troop was! She remembered me very well! So I am impressed with that. Will be back again - not just for the convenience of its location to us, but also the great and friendly customer service I get when going there!

One of the few things since being that reminds me of Cali. I love it. The food is always hot and the 2 crossaints for $4 is great. Tho it is 3.50 in cali i guess 50 cent is like shipping and handling or something lol. Oh and its right near jamba juice which i prefer going to instead of bet a drink off of tje the menu.

Omigosh I just experienced the most wonderful customer service from JACK IN THE BOX of all places! We went to the drive thru and the cashier was so bubbly and pleasant while taking our (large) order. When we pull up to the window, she repeated our order before taking the money, then when handing us the bags she told us what was in each bag to make sure our order was correct!! She was smiling and just extremely nice the whole time. It sure was great to have such wonderful customer service! This 4-star rating is for Jonalyn the cashier. She is an asset to the company! I didn't give 5-star because JIB is hella expensive for fast food.

really. I only come here at night. and I go through the drive thru. the lady working the drive thru.. she doesn't really know how to turn off her headset when speaking to the person ordering.. and the person paying for their food. often I hear her say 'oh sorry.. not you' or 'would you like ketchup' and in my head I'm thinking 'I didn't even order yet.. why would I only want ketchup' so I usually end up greeting her.. and she'll tell me to 'please hold on and wait'.. and then I'll continue to hear her conversation with the customer in front of me. after ordering.. it gets easier. I'm greeted with a smile. she wants my money. I want my French fries. she wants to offer me ketchup. I want to eat my French fries. a medium water cost $.50. and it's huge! I think it the size of a large.. extra large drink! the food is always fresh. the fries come out crisp and hot. the curly fries are even more delicious than the French fries. and when I get onion rings.. they are delicious. nothing like the deep fried ones I make at home. these have little pieces of crispies all around them. yumm. and they taste so good with buttermilk sauce!! even those jalapeño poppers that good with buttermilk sauce!! yumm.

They can never get the ordet right. Mustard pickle and onion only. I get a jumbo jack with added mustard. Why would i say pickle and onion if its already on the burger? They didnt add extra

For the most part, they have good customer service. Except for 2 of the the girls there. Major attitude and rude, and something is usually missing from what I ordered when they are working.

I ordered the sourdough jack combo meal here. I went through the drive through and no one was talking through the box. So I said "hello?" and then abruptly a lady spoke into it and said "can you just wait??" I was like wtf kind of customer service is this. You don't tell your customers to just wait you say one moment please or be right with you in a moment. Upon reaching the window she looked angry for some reason. She however did say thank you at the end of me paying for my transaction. I'm not gonna put her on blast by putting her name here but damn that was rude.

I've never really eaten at Jack in the Book in the first place so when boyfriend said he wanted to eat here, I figured, why not? We came in around 2 PM and I thought it would be packed with middle and high schoolers from the nearby schools, luckily there weren't any and the place only had one other party for two. Going to the counter, I wasn't sure of what to order. I ended up with the number 5? There was bacon in it, no veggies (no pickle!) It came with a choice of fries and what seemed to be like a really big drink. Drinks - self-serve, so as usual I got mine without ice! Fries - I got the regular fries, and it was alright. I alternated between my regular ones and my boyfriend's curly fries. He didn't enjoy his though so it worked out when he started munching on a lot of my fries. I also found a stray curly fry with my regular ones, hiding? The number 5 Bacon Burger - Yummy! But sad to say I don't know if I want to order that again. Too much meat? Probably, so maybe i did need some veggies like some tomatoes and lettuce. Also for a little girl like me, it's huge! I'm one that tries not to waste food so I'll probably get something off of the kid's menu next time. Oh yeah, I wore shorts so when I sat down... it so cold! Why you do that? They should have seats that won't make behinds cold.

Bottom of the hill from our home. Love the tacos, nothing to do with anything Mexican, but I could eat 10 of them if I let myself lose my sanity! Always have to check the bag because invariably something comes up missing when I get home...and no I didn't eat the tacos on the way! He he he!

Took my nephew to have breakfast at this location yesterday. We ordered breakfast jacks and french toast sticks. Now I understand this is suppose to be fast food, but for some reason it was extremely slow food. The restaurant wasn't busy, but the four people that came in the door after we ordered were grumbling about the extremely long wait. Cars in the drive through were asked to park on the side and wait as well. They had four people working the registers and only two people actually making food items. Why didn't the register people go help the cooks instead of standing around doing nothing? It's bad enough this location is somewhat out of the way and not easily accessible in a strip mall parking lot, I would think they would be able to crank out the food a little faster. I wonder what this place is like with an actual rush.

I always go to this Jack in the Box since I live close by, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. Whenever I use the drive through, they always rush me. Like if I start ordering for me and my family I'll say something like, "Can I get a #1 and..." then they'll cut me off and ask me what drink I want even before I can say it. Then when I respond they'll ask if that completes my order. I also wish that they would stop giving me buttermilk sauce when I ask for sweet and sour.

This place is kinda in the middle of everywhere we need to go...kinda. But we go here because even if we're ono for tacos or whatever, they have a CLEAN BATHROOM (one room per gender only, which means if you've gotta go, you've most of the time also gotta wait, but AINOKEA, because honestly--do you really want to hear someone else peeing when you're peeing?). The restaurant is also clean. Specifically, the tables are always clean (and by that I mean no crumbs/debris on the tabletop/floor/chair), the highchairs are always clean (no greasy/scary straps, no sticky DNA stuffs on the wood, etc.), the soda machine is always wiped down, and you can see out the windows and not be scared to look down at the ledge. Because we've all been at a restaurant that seems okay, until you look at the Wild Kingdom insect world that is happening just on the window ledge. This place doesn't have that problem, for which I am super grateful. The food has always come out fresh and hot. The curly fries are better at this location than at a lot of others, for some reason. They don't over-fry them, and put just the right amount of salt. It was a wondrous thing--crunchy but not burned, still soft on the inside, and seasoned lightly but still flavorful. I don't have curly fries or any other fry that often, so when I do, the thing has GOT to be good. These are. For these reasons, they are sooooooooo much better than the Taco Bell next door to them. We love Taco Bell in general too, but WTF is the point of all you can drink when there's "no public bathroom", Stadium Mall Taco Bell? Isn't that a kind of torture in some countries? The Sourdough Cheesesteak sandwich here is good--you do get a lot of steak for your buck, and the veggies in the sandwich are noticeable. JITB website says it's ~500 calories. This is not diet food, but if you're gonna fast food it, it's still better than many places (have you checked out McD's Angus burger calorie counts? OMG...) and it's filling. We've had the sandwich other places and it's better than all of the JITBs we've tried. Haven't done the drive-through.

When I come here I am on the go or running around with my Man and we need a super quick bite! Great customer service and I love getting my paper with my coffee :) And they make my tacos just as I order them, no cheese, extra extra lettuce and extra hot sauce :D And my chicken sandwiches, extra extra crispy!! YUM!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a SAUSAGE Croissant Combo. Drove all the way home, finding there is NO sausage meat, and instead they put a regular beef patty meat! Drove back there to switch my order and all they just did was say "Sorry bout that" I mean they should've gave me something free from all that time I wasted! Definitely going back there to get my free something! Ugggh pisses me off!

Yesterday, I visit a Jack in the Box in Honolulu and order a Chipotle chicken sandwich combo meal, as well as my wife. My 3 kids ordered their items. I ordered my chicken sandwich without the chipotle sauce, but with ranch dressing instead and I was given two ranch sauces to add to my sandwich...I was so impressed by the taste, size, and complemented ranch dressing to the sandwich that I visited Jack in the Box again...only at a different Jack in the Box location. My order was taken by the manager of this particular Jack in the Box...the receipt says, "Jaymalene." I order the exact same thing and my wife order a different combo meal. I asked Jaymalene for no chipotle sauce, but to substitute ranch dressing instead. When I get my receipt, I see that I was charged for the ranch dressing. I brought this to Jaymalene's attention and he informs me that this Jack in the Box charges $0.25 for each sauce packet. I told Jaymalene that I was substituting the chipotle sauce for ranch dressing and Jaymalene then tells me that Jack in the Box does NOT do substitutions. I then proceed to tell Jaymalene that I was just at a different Jack in the Box location just the other day and they did not charge me for the "5" sauce packets in total that they gave my family and Jaymalene argued with me asking me which Jack in the Box location was that. All I knew is that it was located in Honolulu...which there are about a dozen Jack in the Boxes in Honolulu. Never the less, this is irrelevant...Jaymalene should have made the customer (me) happy with his request and fulfilled it without any difficulty or trouble. I get to my seat and notice that the chicken patty is MUCH smaller than the one I was given just yesterday! I take the sandwich back and request for a bigger chicken patty, which I got a slightly larger one back in return; with a frustrated look on Jaymalene's face (he was not happy with my request). Either I got a nice size chicken patty the day before (as well as my wife) or this place is purposely trying to be chintzy with their proportions. I might as well just order a $1.29 regular chicken sandwich from their value menu, because that is the size comparison of my chicken sandwich. So, do you think I really will be back to this particular Jack in the Box with my family again...not a chance in the world. Shame on you Jaymalene! Put the customer first!!

Every so often in my bouts of laziness we end up going through the drive-thru for a quick dinner....and EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. it is the most agonizing experience ever. Honestly if they just SHUT UP and let me order...I'm sure the experience would go so much smoother...how hard is it to get...May I get a medium #5 with curly fries and a coke? This is how it goes all the time... JITB: May I take your order? Me: Can I get a medium #5 with curly fries and a coke? JITB: What size, medium or large? Me: I said MEDIUM JITB: Curly fries or regular fries Me: I said CURLY FRIES JITB: What kind of drink? Me: WTF....a coke A wasted 2 minutes of my life....just ordering food...and this happens every single time....

I may be considered a "Regular" here at the Jack In The Box @ the "Stadium Mall" -- but trust me, if there was another Jack In The Box somewhere else that was a bit closer, i'd TRY & go there. Jack In The Box used to have those people always taking your orders. You know, the ones that are somewhere else (probably another country) & it was always clear, you could hear them, & they got your order right. Well ever since they did away with that & put the responsibilities back on to the employee's working inside, they get your order wrong, you repeat your order to them 5 times!! & THEY STILL GET IT WRONG. Several times they got my bf & mines order wrong, & we call the Jack In The Box to speak to their manager & the manager asks us to DRIVE BACK. f*ck that. We're not going to drive back just because THEY F*CKED UP. So even though we check our order @ the window now, some times it's still wrong, then we gotta wait for them to fix it. (you know drive forward or park your car). last night we went & the lady could not here for sh*t what ppl were ordering. Some guy in the back of us ordered a sandwich with NO LETTUCE, she heard "okay, EXTRA LEMON" like WTF?! You could hear the guy getting impatient with her.

I get mixed reviews of this place, sometimes they are quick, sometimes they are slow. It really depends I wonder if its the mood that they are in. I know that their drive thru box is damm loud.

Mini Sirloin Burgers... yup, I was lured in by a catchy song. I was pretty excited for them and stopped there after work today as I felt hypoglycemia induced grumpiness setting in. It took a while, I thought they went to slaughter the cow while I was waiting. The box said bacon on it! I didn't even know that was an option, that sounds wonderful. The "medium" coke was like 2 liters. So at 1:50 I was super excited to have greasy carbs and calories and by 2:02 I had heart burn. The sirloin didn't have a lot of flavor and it wasn't really anything I look for in a burger. It was dry. There were some onions on the burger and American Cheese.. Cheddar would have been better. Or maybe bacon & avo. Or Maybe I should have gone some where else for lunch.. Anyways, $6.99 later I was over the little song and contemplating my heart burn. I'll get a happy meal next time I need greasy carbs.
