I visited here 2 weeks ago and I've been wanting to comment on the manager Christina. Me and my friends went to the mall to watch a movie. We ordered a lot and Christina was the manager on duty. Our food was fresh and fast. Christina needs to be recognized for her dedication and hard work. (5 stars for Christina!!). I never had outstanding service before coming here. She's also super nice and let's us all know how long the wait is (if there is a long one). This one star is for yesterday's visit. I ordered a Big Mac meal and my fries were stale. It's ridiculous. But McDonalds is McDonald's. What else can I say? Just gotta put the right people.

Slowest McDonald's EVER! I waited 10 minutes for our food. Went back to get another drink, stood in line for 5 minutes only to wait 5 more minutes after I ordered to get my drink! Come on now!

Just go here for a $1 large soda then eat somewhere else. No problems here, usually busy but the line moves fast. Ordered a plain cheeseburger for my son and no problem. For me I prefer to eat at the other places near theaters.

This morning I go to McDonald's in Pearlridge Center to grab some breakfast burritos. Unfortunately this McDonalds doesn't have an extra value menu. They charge double the price of breakfast burritos compared to most McD's. I know the mall rent is high but it I'm assuming the walk through volume would compensate for that, making a possible to carry a standard value menu like most McDonald's in Hawai'i. Luckily there's another McD's across the highway as well as one in Aiea Shopping Center, both with my favorite burritos for a buck. Suck it Pearlridge!

I come to this McDonald's during my lunch break when I can't decide what to eat or when I'm feeling cheap. Located next to the movie theaters in the third floor food court, it's a perfect location to buy food to sneak into the movie theater. You can't bring outside food into the movies so you need to have somewhere to hide your stash. The line generally moves pretty fast and my order is correct 95% of the time. My only complaint is that the fries are always soggy, even fresh out of the fryer. Why? I love McDonald's fries crispy and hot and I've never had that here, and I have visited here many many times. I used to relish the tiny mall discount they gave and the cheap drinks but those are things of the past. Customer service is good. Things like extra sauce charges vary by employee, some will charge extra for it and some won't. There is usually an open table in the back to sit and enjoy your food, but a clean table is not guaranteed.

Food was good. Service was awful. Stood in line, two open windows, the counter person takes the girl behind me, I said "I was first." Ordered a Quarter pounder deluxe meal. I asked for a cup of ice with water instead of soft drink, they said no, I had to have a soft drink. Went to eat my meal and the order was wrong... Gave me a quarter pounder with cheese instead. Went back to the counter to return it and to get a quarter pounder deluxe...they put the lettuce and the END slice of tomato.

The slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to....over 11 minutes for a small French fry & still no fries.

Wow I know it's mc Donald's and everything but this location is really lacking a whole lot!!! Ordered a medium coffee , not only did I get a SMALL but my coffee was also cold! Will not be returning to this location Stay away!!

Conveniently located next to the movies, I had great service, they got my order quickly and correct, and they have the dollar menu! What a great place to be situated so my kids can eat before watching a movie, or stopping to eat between shopping at Pearlridge mall. Only drawback of this Mcdonalds is that it's so small. Although there was only one line with only 2 cashiers open, the line was fast, the food was fresh and considering the reputation of everyone's first HS job, they were on the ball and knew what they were doing. There's also a lot of tables and seats since it is within the food court. Yes, I'd go here again, and my kids know where to find it everytime we shop at Pearlridge.

It's McDonalds what kind of service do you expect. You tend to get mediocre service, hardly ever with a smile. Sometimes the people you end up ordering your food from or paying and picking up your food give off the "I hate my job" vibe. They don't seem to be very happy. Aren't they supposed to be because they are serving happy meals and live under the golden arches?

Service at this McDonalds sucks! Took the living social deal to this place. First was told that the deal expired, when I told them there was no expiration date, they had to think of another excuse. After hemming and hawing I was finally told they couldn't give me the deal because it didn't show up in the computer. FAIL!!

  • Rodel R.

Not bad at all... I'm a fan that they have the full true dollar menu! That being, every thing you expect to be on the dollar menu there and not costing any more than a dollar, LOL. For senior citizens I would suggest taking advantage of the half price senior drink. My mom only paid $0.62 for her soda, which was a steal. Might I also suggest the $1.30 ghetto big mac? Basically order a McDouble with only onions and big mac sauce. Overall, good service, decent speed and a very clean store!

To admit this is really a bad mcdonalds, there is no dollar menu, the people think I was fat because they asked why I come everyday which I don't I only come like once a week to get a drink, there searing is filled with a bunch of annoying teenagers who swear alot, they make mistakes alot, very dirty and when ever I see people order ice cream and stuff there always say there machine thingy isn't working. This might sound stupid but the toys they give are not even up to date. The only thing great about this place is that they give refills whenever you want and has wifi, a word describing this place would be.........FAIL Sorry for my grammar and spelling and long sentences, I'm doing this on the iPod here in mcdonalds not waiting to get home because thats how much this place fails
