Lots of free parking. I love the garlic parmesan chicken wings, but they need to clean the tables and floors more often. Every Time i go in there the tables are dirty.

I'm giving this place a 4 based on 2 things only. Their manager (I think her name Is Natalie Levi and the Pizza). But the other experience would cancel out the rest of the rating. I understand getting busy, having worked in the restaurant industry, but to forgot an order and or give it someone else really sucks. Which happened to us and others. But the manger made it all better and was very helpful in solving our problem. So to her I thank you!!! Of course the Pizza was AWESOME!

I love the pizza here, but I wanted to yell at the workers for not helping the older lady at the counter they see a line and she asked for someone to help her, she was doing everything. A guy just came into work and went on to help a guy who didn't need help making the pizza's, he didn't come help where help was needed. The lady asked for help and they full on ignored her. I had to bite my tongue one guy came to help after the fact when the line we down. Support of coworkers sucks there. Lack of management

Omg, when you see an advertisement for hot and READY, that is the expectation right? Well, waiting 23 mins for two hot and ready pizzas, with two hungry kids is not my idea of hot and READY people! Come on! I was ready to ask for my money back when they called us. Ridiculous, do not ever come here!!! so upset can't write more...

Don't believe what they say about "hot and ready"! Went in, only had slices at the ready, which were cold and greasy. Took forever to get the old lady at the counter to notice me so I could order a pizza that was supposed to be ready to go. Waited 30 min after they told me 15. Pizza was undercooked and very very oily. Will not return.....ever. If I could give no stars then this crap palace would get it.

I mean, I know it's a Little Ceasars and all, but seriously. 1) they're slow. Like, painfully slow. It's dinner time right now, so I expected there to be a wait to order, but I also expected them to be making pizzas and have more than one person working. Hahahaha. No 2) hot and ready (the company motto) is not something they seem to be familiar with. They had nothing ready. At all. At dinner time. And didn't seem to be prepping any to fill the hot and ready box standing empty. It didn't seem like it had just emptied or anything... 3) no organization at all. The person helping the order line would turn and make half a pizza, then stop and work the register, then pop over and half clean something. No one seemed to have an idea of what needed to get done, so things got left half done 4) out pizzas got done and were left to sit on the counter getting cold for 7ish minutes while the guy who WAS cutting and boxing decided to flirt with someone ordering something else on the line ... So that was awesome. 5) overpriced. I know, I know, it's Hawaii and EVERYTHING is more here. But honestly, a 50-75% price increase on all items? That's insane. All together the "in and out, just grab a quick 'hot and ready' cheap pizza" took 47 minutes and cost over $20. Dude. Would have been cheaper and easier just to get delivery.

Well the food tastes the same to me at any location. Always mainly go for the stuffed crazy bread or the Italian Cheese Bread, although it's really bad for me sometimes I just crave it and it's awesome. The service here is the main problem. The workers move so slow and take forever. You'd think if they saw a line of people more workers would step in and they would pick up the pace a little but no. They just keep to what they're doing and continue to move slow. Sometimes I don't even get a "Hello what can I get you today?" I just get a look. If this place wasn't down the road from where I lived I wouldn't go here but it is so when I'm craving that bread I just have to suck it up and deal with it.

Wasnt a fan of this location. Service and quality are a lot better at the Waikele location. There were a lot of workers working the area behind the counter, at least 5 from what I saw. However, there were only 3 other customers sitting down to eat. With those kind of numbers, you would think things would go smoothly. Not as simple as you think for a place that has ready-to-eat food. We stood at the counter waiting to order for at least a minute. With an empty place, you would think it would be instant, but it wasnt. The kids food came with little bread sticks that they still had to heat up. When we finally got it, the lady had crumpled the bag to seal it like she was throwing out garbage and the wrapper was super greasy. The pizzas were ok which is what I could expect from fast food pizza....but the whole place just seemed sloppy. Probably wont be back to this location to eat.

"PIZZA PIZZA!"? No, their slogan should be "CRAZY BREAD CRAZY BREAD!" That's some yummy stuff. After countless orders of tasteless, too-chewy pizza, I have finally gotten the point: the pizza here is worthless. But it's the Crazy Bread, Italian Bread and Stuffed Cheesy Bread that's winnah. My whole family loves it. Prolly has something to do with the pounds of butter, oil, garlic, salt and cheese that is packed into every wonderful, mass-produced piece. Say it with me: Mmmmmm. This last visit, we also tried the Buffalo Wings. They come in several different flavors and you get 8 pieces for about 5 or 6 bucks. We got the Garlic Parmesan. The woman just selected 8 pieces, threw them in a container, squeezed some mystery sauce on the wings and then covered everything with a lid. Who knew it'd be so easy? Thing is... they were pretty good, too. So lesson learned for this family: no to the pizza, yesyes to the crazy bread and probably to the buffalo wings. High cholesterol be damned.

Little Caesars is great for simple pizza and breadsticks. This particular one doesnt seem to get as much action as the one in waikele, and maybe thats why service seems a little glum. Still yet... its the same old stuff as from when we were kids.

Not bad, as much as you could expect from Little Caesars pizza. Their bread sticks are absolutely delicious. They also serve salads, icee's and Nathan's hot dogs. Their pizza specials are great deals. You can order a full medium or large pizza and have it ready in less than fifteen minutes, not a long wait considering you're also in K-mart and can look around while you're pizza is being made.

haha... yeah yeah... i'm writing a review on Little Caesar's @ the "BIG" K.... LAME, I know. whatever... here it goes... It's surely a different type of pizza. The crust is NOT Pizza Hut pan or Boston's tossed. Nope. The crust is all doughy fresh and fluffy. I don't usually come out here but I did today. If and when I do get out here, I will usually buy the pepperoni and cheese slice. Well, today I made the mistake of buying the supreme... and why? I could see the tiny bits of veggies on it and I don't really recall eating any italian sausage. I KNOW I bit into a pepperoni but the most disgusting part was the canned, yes I said CANNED mushrooms!!! ?! UGH!!!!!! It was what I imagine eating slugs would be like. Ok... never again. I will stick to my usual pepperoni. They also usually have a $5 medium pizza, but I didn't notice the sign. You can also get free drink refills if you stay in the dining area. Once you leave you can't come back for refills or I'm sure the little old lady cashier will chase you down like the dog you are. *peace* Oh... and they have a tv in the dining area which usually plays some kiddie movie that you TOTALLY forgot about until you sat down and ate your pizza. Today, it was George of the Jungle. Oh joy. Overall, it's Little Caesar's what more do you expect. Pizza Pizza ^ _ ^

Horrible customer service...... Thankfully the pizza was quite tasty because I would've gave them one star if the pizza was junk. So my boyfriend and I decided to go to Little Caesars for dinner because we were craving their pizza. We got there and stood in a long line, waiting for the worker to take our order. We were waiting behind three or four people that didn't get their orders in and the worker did not acknowledge or say anything to them....like "one second or I'll be right with you".wow... He was a bit careless and didn't care if we were all waiting in line. He turns around and continues to focus on other stuff instead of taking our orders... He basically made everyone wait till he was ready to take people's orders. So he finally got to those people in front of us and then it was finally our turn. And boy oh boy was it disastrous.... He had poor customer service, he was being a bit sarcastic, and he wasn't friendly. We didn't feel welcomed to be there. The worker looked like he hated his job and didn't look like he wanted to work tonight. So my boyfriend ordered the pepperoni cheese pizza from the worker. He didn't even smile or anything...the worker looked frustrated and depressed...he was kind of giving off bad vibes for us and everyone who were standing in line.... We finally got our pizza and it was surprisingly fast...thank goodness actually. Behind us was a man who was trying to order from the worker. He asked the worker "where do I order? Here or there" **he was pointing to the cashier area**.. The worker tells him "I'm not sure. I'm really not sure because people are ordering from there and here so I don't know" and walks away... What the heck? And this worker always end up disappearing... So the worker comes back from wherever he went and asks the guy if he's ready to order. And the guy says yes and points to the boxes of pizzas in front him. And the worker hands him those boxes. Meanwhile, as we were standing in this long line getting ready to pay for our food ...everyone in front us is getting annoyed because the cashier is taking forever long -_-. Ugh!!! Eeww!! After we paid for our food, we sat down on the chairs and ate our pizza and salad...while I was eating I happened to look up and noticed the line getting long. Everyone that was standing in line were getting upset and annoyed. I don't blame them....I can see why they were mad. The service is very poor.....I think the staff needs to focus on that because it's a major problem area. Later, I seen three more workers come to help them with the line... And thinking they'd make the line go down...It got worse... More people started waiting and more people were getting upset. All of them disappeared half the time and walked away ignoring everyone in line.... AND the line kept getting longer. Ewwww!!!

We came. We ate. We were dismayed. The service was friendly here. But the pizza was bad. We tried the pretzel pizza and had to pay $8, although the TV ads said it would be $6. It came with a cheese wiz sauce instead of tomatoe sauce. The crust tasted like regular crust, eccept there was some salt on it. Not enough pepperoni on the pizza.
