I have just had some of the best hibachi it had ever been my pleasure to eat. The portions were very generous. Our chef even sent back for extra, varied vegetables for those of us who ordered the vegetable dish. Not just a portion similar to what everyone gets but a whole extra order, made just for us. The shrimp was flavorful and my friend's steak was superbly cooked, juicy and exactly as ordered, not overdone as at most places. I also cannot rate the sushi here highly enough. It's the best this side of Atlanta bar none. Service has always been attentive and I have gone multiple times for lunch and dinner.

I was excited when they moved into the new location. However, they seemed under staffed and the quality of the food was sub par. Unfortunately it is the only Hibachi place located by the heart of Roswell.

I grew up eating sushi from Yama. When I moved back to Atlanta and found out he was closed down, I was extremely sad. Sakura did it's job for a minute, but I'm glad that NAgoya is back. Yama is like family. Family that makes excellent sushi. I always recommend getting things off of their specials menu. They have one of the most unique specials menus out there and all of their items on it are worth having. My personal favorites that I get every time are the Ahi Salad Roll and the Calimari salad.

Food was great, but service was terrible. The place was packed and they only had a couple waitresses serving both the sushi side and hibachi.

Use to come here when it was simply 'Kani House' - which I loved. Fast, excellent service and BEYOND GREAT food! The food at Nagoya is the same! Yet wasn't a big fan of the salad at all and the teriyaki was very rich and they gave us our soups in middle of the meal.

Has a new name, Nagoya. The entire staff was super friendly. They even brought us an appetizer to sample. They food was very good and the show wasn't too bad at all. We will be back!

Nagoya moved from their old location to this new location. The whole time they were moving, I was missing my favorite roll - Mexican Sunrise! It's so delicious! The new location is very cute, and service is wonderful as always. I'm so happy they're back and they have excellent, tasty sushi. I tried the "Red Dragon" roll the last time I went there, and we ended up ordering a second one :)

My husband and I used to go to the old Nagoya in Roswell for over 10years and was sad when they closed down a year ago. But it was a true blessing today when i ran into Yamni and gave me his new address 910 Marietta Hwy. They are beautiful people and please give them a chance, you will not be disappointed, they are trying to get started again, and if you knew the old Nagoya you know the food is fresh they dont skip on the fish choices. Go and visit and help them suceed

Had amazing sushi with my husband...The service was phenomenonal as a mix of waiters and waitresses checked on us multiple times. We ordered five different rolls and enjoyed them all. We ate late at night and this did not affect our experience. The chefs even told us on the way out "See you tomorrow!" Highly recommend....we will be back again!

I really want to like this place. Really I do. The management and employees are so nice, and they are local, but [run on sentence alert] when the server doesn't even know the menu, brings you sake instead of fish, food arrives at weird times and in strange orders, it takes 20 minutes for the check, the mackerel smells waaayyy too fishy, and both me and my wife get violently ill. Yeah. Sorry Nagoya. Not again. Ever.

Nagoya Sushi restaurant is back in Roswell! Showing up as "Kani Sushi House" at the Kroger shopping center. The owners of Roswell's best and long established sushi restaurant have opened at their new location after leaving their old Alpharetta Hwy location a year ago. I'm pleased to say they haven't lost their touch! We enjoyed the Mexican, Red Dragon, Nagoya and Rainbow rolls amongst others and we're delighted by the true Sushi artisan favors of these fresh ingredient creations. I think that the owners were surprised by the large number of old clients that flooded in on Sunday so soon after reopening but their reputation for quality is remember by the clientele that has missed them. Welcome back!

The lunch specials are great and cheap, the sushi is very fresh and comes in large portions as well. This place deserves more business than it gets, and Roswell deserves a better sushi place (Zest, the place near it, is a joke).

The sweetest people own this place. My fiancé and I have been going there since our high school days... years ago... at their old location off of hwy 9. We loved them then and we love them now! The year or so they were closed was super hard because we couldn't find another Japanese Steakhouse as good as them! We were thrilled when they reopened and we found them! Delicious food, steady service, best sweet tea! Their fried rice cannot be beaten! Their Filet is worth every penny and it's not a lot of pennies! Their sushi is also fantastic! They recently opened up so some hiccups are normal, but overall, this place is great for a delicious Japanese dinner on a casual night!

So happy to have Nagoya back open! I've been going there for at least 7 years and was really sad when they closed down last year. No other place just does it like Nagoya does. Very happy to see them open again and still close by. For those who wonder, it's the same Nagoya we all know and love. Same recipes, same staff (at least manager/owner), same little cat at the front desk welcoming you in. Everything is as good I remember it from old days. Food (sushi, fried rice, and steak) are all amazing, prices are still excellent, and service is still top notch. The only possible thing I could have dinged the old Nagoya location for was it looked a little old and run down, but this new location looks brand new - it's open, bright, clean, and very inviting. The change in location is a huge improvement. Summary - if you like the old Nagoya, Go here now!! It's awesome. If you never went to the old Nagoya location, well, go here now anyways! It's excellent and you'll be a fan.

Service was awful food was very good. Not sure why it wasn't that busy but everyone around us had a similarly poor experience.

They just changed names and ownership. The food was excellent and the service was great! Best Japanese in Roswell!
