I asked for extra cheese and they didn't give me any cheese at all!!!!!! As you can imagine I was very disappointed. If there's one thing you need to know about me is you should never take away my cheese. Also, I like watching my sandwich being made - at like subway or chipotle. But here you can't really watch. So things like this are bound to happen. Overall I don't trust Which Wich.

The idea of this place is pretty neat. You could get carried away with adding to much toppings and having a not so good sub. Solid place and the rolls are great. I recommend having it hot. To make your trip easier look up the menu before you go so your not overwhelmed.

UPDATE. Coincidentally, my daughter and wife went to the same store about 15 minutes after I did. They exported a different experience, probably because the young lady served them. And the tables were clean. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Have you ever wondered whether, or how much, to tip when you are at a fast food place - especially when presented with a tip line on your credit card receipt? Well, at least at this place, don't repeat my mistake - DON'T leave a tip. The sandwiches were tasty, but expensive ($23 for two medium combos). The service sucked. No "please" or "thank you", and they barely mumbled my name when my order was ready. Most irritating of all, the place was dirty. Every table had food and drink spills from prior customers. And both trash cans were overflowing (see picture). It wasn't busy at all when we were there; just the two of us in the restaurant by the time we left.

One of the best sandwich shops in Alpharetta - even if it is a chain. This is SO much a better alternative to Subway. Whether you are a meat lover, a salad lover, a vegetarian, or need gluten free options, this is your deli. It's got a million options so it is always easy to get something different every time you go. You can make these as healthy or unhealthy as you want! I usually go with the veggie black bean patty and it is wonderfully delicious. It's just spicy enough to really make your taste buds sing and dense enough to fill you up. Sometimes I've ordered the veggie patty just as a topper to a salad and I've ordered it as a sandwich on whole wheat and both have been awesome. Service can be a bit slow during the prime lunch time, but it's popular so you gotta deal! Everyone I've taken here for lunch loves this place. I like this place for lunch because of all the windows bringing in a lot of light and there's also a few tables outside for those pretty days. I will say that the chairs are not very comfortable so if your a big person you're gonna want these goodies to go.

You can't be serious I have to fill out a card? I have no time for this. People would have to be foolish to give a bad rating for something they came up with. ;)

This place is pretty awesome. You come in, fill out a quick bubble sheet on what you want on your sandwich and then hand it in. No standing in front of a menu while the impatient tap their feet behind you. The only downfall is the price breakdown isn't clear. A coworker ended up paying $20 for a large sandwich. Pretty pricey. No idea what he selected, but he was caught off guard, as well. However, the food itself was great!

What can you really say about a which wich? It's another sandwich place and typically the food does all the work you need. This time it didn't for me. The lady at the cash register was rude and short. Customer service is key in places like this, so bye bye to that star. I ordered the tuna and was told that they were out of banana peppers, no problem... Stuff happens right? I was really unhappy with my sandwich. It was very sloppily made and they decided to throw on some jalapeño peppers just for fun (I didn't ask and I'm a weenie with spice). They then proceeded to drown my sandwich in oil and vinegar when I asked for a small amount. It sure was a great time picking jalapeños out of my soggy sandwich :)

The problem with sandwiches is that they just aren't real food unless you make them yourself. Which Wich just doesn't cut the mustard. They don't have real quality bread, I like a hearty wheat with obvious grains and deliciousness. I also like sandwiches that are grilled to perfection, (crisp), and fully dressed with tons of fresh veggies. Sometimes you just get bored with lettuce and tomatoes. I like grilled veggies, like zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, peppers and onions. The sandwiches here are nothing special and they have issues with consistency. I tried one of their strawberry milkshakes and it was pure sugar and processed syrup of some sort. But then again this is not something I normally eat so this could be the standard for commercially prepared milkshakes. I think their main attraction is their unique ordering process. But, I'm about the food, because that would be why I place an order..

Shameful representation of the Which Wich chain. First visit, my Italian sandwich was barely edible from the poor cuts of deli meat (cartilage and all). The second attempt was for a caprese sandwich... Fool proof right? Let's just say, home girl/boy needs a hair net. I took the sandwich to go and if weren't for 400 traffic, I would have turned around for a full refund and barf bag. I will not be returning anytime soon.

being new to working in this area, I'm glad I could finally get my Which Wich craving!! this location is tucked away in a busy road in a shopping center filled with mostly food spots. I walked in to an empty restaurant and was greeted by the cashier. while I was waiting for my food, the guy making my sandwich made small talk and within a few minutes I was out the door. my sandwich was made to order and everything tasted great. I'll be back now that I know where it is :)

While the product is still amazing, the service today left a lot to be desired. It felt as if the entire staff was moving under water. .. they were super slow even though at 2:00 in the afternoon they were pretty busy. I had to ask two people for a turkey bag, when it was my turn the cashier didn't look at me, let alone give a smile or ask how I was. In fact, she looked a little surprised and more than a little annoyed I was there, despite the long line and the fact that I was about to spend money on the product she was representing. Luckily, the food didn't take that long and was just as as I remembered. I will be back, I just hope next time I feel more welcomed than I was today.

I stopped by for the first - and last time today. I was craving Blimpie but didn't realize they had shut down so I swung through here. The ordering process is novel - but you can't mix and match meats to form a sandwich that you like. When I walked in and was staring at the menu the cashier was like don't tell me you're a which wich virgin, to which I replied I was. He came out from around the counter and talked me through order, which was sweet, but I really didn't need him standing over me watch while I debated in my head about whether or not I wanted to smell like onions for the rest of the day. It was pricey - $12.04 for a medium everything sandwich thing and medium drink. The sandwich barely had any flavor or mayo on it. All of the meat was chopped and mushed together and the cheese wasn't layered, so you only really have one piece of cheese at any given time...for that price I was assuming that it would come with three pieces of cheese for the length of the sandwich but nope. I could have eaten at subway for a quarter of the price and gotten exactly what I was expecting. I can't fathom how this place has so many good reviews.

Cool idea. You grab a bag, and check off whatever you want to go into your sandwich. They have different bag categories like chicken, seafood, vegetarian. Tons of add ins, like candied walnuts, hot peppers, carmelized onion, avocado. You can make it a bowl (salad) or a skinny wich, which is where they carve out the insides of the bread. Friendlym prompt service. I had the veggie black bean patty bowl. It was decent, but not terrific. I would try this place again though,

I love the concept - grab a paper bag and mark all the items you want on your sandwich, hand to the cashier, pay and in a few minutes, your custom sandwich is ready. The bread is so nice and thin and the meat/items are abundant. So much better than subway's chunk of bread and see-thru turkey. They have 3 sandwich sizes. the small is extremely filling. Can't imagine the larger ones. Great sandwich! I'm glad I switched ot a later lunch hour because the place is packed until 1:30pm.

Gotta love a really good sandwich and you can find one here for sure. I had a french dip and loaded it up with a lot of super good extras. It was perfectly toasted and everything was fresh. Looking forward to trying many other options on the menu! A word about the service at this Alpharetta location.. I thought they had great, fast, and friendly service. We went right in the middle of the rush lunch hour and fully expected to have to wait a while. We were in & eating in no time! BTW... I'm not sure why many hate the ordering system. I found it very efficient and easy. You can even pick "which wich" online and print your order in advance if you like. I have my frequent feeder card and am looking forward to punching my way to a free sandwich one of these days ;)

This is a great sandwich shop. The concept of filling out your sandwich and toppings on the sandwich bag is great. The couple of times I've eaten here, the sandwich itself is fantastic, loaded with toppings, toppings and bread fresh. Only drawback to this place is it is not for those short on time especially if you get your 'which toasted. Also, if you are an indecisive sort, there are no suggested topping combinations for the different sandwiches, so the sandwich is really your own from the cheese selection to adding items like bacon, salad dressings and peppers, and chilli pepper powder. I can see this as a positive, and a negative.

  • Dicknose M.

Annoying restaurant. You fill out a long order form for every detail of your sandwich: bread, meat, cheese, condiments, toppings, toasted, sliced in half, no crust, gluten free, mustard on the side...you get the point. You even have to do this for their "signature" sandwiches. How the hell am I supposed to remember all the details for the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich? This laborious process creates unnecessary lines (think Redbox), and the food is nowhere worth the wait or price. I patronize restaurants because I trust the chef to create the dishes, not myself. Which which? How about none of the above.

I had this place once and didn't like it decided to give it another try..........still don't like it. The brown bag order system doesn't work for me and the tuna sandwich is no bueno. So I guess when they ask Which Wich? My answer is I'll pass.

NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I LOVE Which Wich. Dear Alpharetta location: how dare you fail me and ruin my sincere glorification of your wiches?! Good grief. 1. You charged me extra for avocado and forgot it. 2. You charged my sister extra for avocado and forgot it. 1, 2. a) Granted, I told you about the errors, and you gave me a cup full of guac. Hence, the extra star for trying to mend your mistake. 3. I normally to-die-for love your shakes. Thanks for making a shake SO thick that I could not even slurp up a teeny bit. 4. You took centuries to make the sandwiches. Seriously. Centuries. 5. When you finished making them, you didn't tell us, so we sat dumbly, twiddling our thumbs. 6. I saw that you made a woman wait even longer than we did and apparently messed up her order too. Incredibly disappointing. To other Yelpers: The Forum location is always a win.

The grab a bag and mark what you want is a great idea. That way you don't have to get behind indecisive folks like at S:@way. It also discourages those lamers who come in at lunch time trying to order for 23 different yahoos back at the office and wanting to pay via 23 different transactions. Now...on to the food. Excellent sandwich! I would recommend this place and I will come again.

Underwhelmed. Nothing special about the sandwich. Neat ordering idea with the bags. In my opinion, not worth it.

A sandwich for every mood or craving! Which is exactly why I love this place. Literally dozens of different styles of sandwich offerings from breakfast to deli to vegetarian options. Service is quick and efficient, prices are extremely reasonable, and the brown bags / sharpies make it so easy to make your lunch your own. Highly accurate made to order makes this place a win in my book!

Expensive sandwich, but Tasty. Plenty of variety at this sandwich shop for when i want something a little different. Folks are friendly enough and the sandwich has always been made to my specs, so I cannot complain there. I am going to leave this one as three stars until I get a little more experience with them. I am not sure what it is, but something is stopping me from giving them the coveted fourth star.

My personal favorite sandwich "fast food CHAIN" restaurant. And it doesn't even come close maybe other than Publix. I currently have a goal of trying every different type of their sandwiches out. My personal favorite is the club and the gyro. 1) They are not stingy with the meat and toppings and it's fresh. 2) Friendly service 3) Tastes great and you can customize exactly how you want in a sandwich although many sandwich stores have the same options. 4) When you get the bread toasted, it's actually TOASTED and good! At Subway, i have to ask them to toast my sandwich twice. For people who complain about how annoying it is with the "brown bag ordering system," I bet you are the same imbeciles who take FOREVER at a self check out lane at Kroger or Wal Mart. If you have never been to Which Wich, make sure to check the MENU beforehand to know exactly what you want before coming to the store so you don't drag everyone else. It honestly takes me 10 seconds to fill mine out and go to the register. For people who complain about price, go grocery shopping or eat your $4 combo TRASH at Subway. Any decent sandwich store is going to cost you $6-$10. I personally only get a large 10' sandwich for $7.75. A large combo will cost you about $10. They have two other choices of 7' and 14', and honestly 10' will be plenty enough for even the big eaters because they are not STINGY with the meat and toppings unlike other TRASH sandwich restaurants. For people that complain about the line.. If you work around the Alpharetta location like me, you know how AWFUL the traffic and the line is for ANY decent restaurant during lunch hours. Only problem is when you have imbeciles that take forever, the line could drag on longer. I just grab the bag that I want, fill it out, and go past everyone who is still trying to decide, and head straight to the register. Only knock on this location compared to other Which Wich is traffic and parking, hence 4 stars.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Huge variety, clean stores, friendly behind the counter, fast Sandwiches, good quality products, and just delicious every time. huge variety of toppings, and actual sandwich selections, they send out free sandwich coupons for your birthday. just an amazing idea for a sandwich shop, and great follow through, every time.

NICE............................ Buffalo Chicken avocado sandwich I think has to be the best sandwich I have tasted in a long time, everything is always the same with subs(meat cheese blah blah) But they actually had a the twist to the business.... I love how you place your order on the bag, I guess its something to give the dinners a experience. 2 things that I would like to see, I would like bigger sandwich option and then I would like if they would delivery to the office.

Wow. I beat the Windward lunch crowd in reviewing this place? Since I am having an all you can indulge in gluten weekend, it was only right that I end the weekend with a sandwich. Side effects from this weekend of over indulgence won't be mentioned in my reviews so you are safe to continue reading. When you walk in the door you see a bunch of bags on the wall labeled 1-10 and some red sharpie markers in a cup. Look above you and coordinate your sandwich selection with your bag number and mark all if your toppings directly on the bag. Seems pretty efficient. The sandwich was ready in about 5 minutes and I grabbed it to take home and eat. While I was there for those 5-10 minutes, I did notice they had 5 or 6 staff members working. I was the only person in the shop and I noticed all of the tables were dirty. Hmmm. All of the staff members were high school age, go figure. However, they were polite, so, no complaints. I got the Italian grinder and I noticed it was on the small side but it was generously filled with meat and toppings. Overall, it was an average sandwich. I have had better and much worse. I'm sure this is a great lunch spot since it seems you can be in and out pretty fast.

This sandwich shop is just what my boyfriend and I needed on a rainy Saturday afternoon. We aren't in the Alpharetta area too often, but I'll stop in here anytime I am from now on! It's such a great idea to "build your own" and I love the interesting way of doing it. You write your order down on a brown paper bag - with plenty (and I mean plenty!) of toppings - the sandwich is your creation! The staff were so nice and pleasant :) I got the 'large' and had plenty to save for dinner!

I love love love this place. It has the best ingredients and flavor combinations of all the fast-food-order-your-own-sandwich places I've been. The last time I went the "new girl" sort of messed up my sandwich in terms of how she arranged the ingredients (they were mushed up all over the place), but usually that is rare and the service here is spot on. They seem to hire younger people for sure, but they are all on the ball. If you like your sandwich extra toasty, you can even get the sandwich toasted twice, which I do. I also like their house chips...they have some different seasonings on them. Not sure if they actually make them in house, I'm thinking NOT, but they package them in cute little brown bags so you think they are. I always get takeout, but the interior is not bad.

First time here. Liked the concept of filling out your own "bag" with order. Nice selections of all meats, plus great veggie and kid choices. I had the Turkey reuben on wheat & my son had grilled cheese. Friendly staff, quick delivery of meal, and tasty sandwiches!

Eh, overpriced and average at best. They have no idea how to make egg salad... they just line up sliced eggs on the bread and DROWN it in mayo. Attn: 'Which Wich"- take that off the menu or learn how to make it before you make someone sick.

  • Sylvie W.

Their sandwiches are good. All come with some kind of seafood. My favorite is the Surf n Turf with cucumbers. the best sandwich i've ever had. Why do i only give it three stars? 1.All the other sandwiches are too salty. 2.They only put a tiny little bit of meat in the subs. The subs are small. For 6-9 dollar u could get a drink and a side with it from Subway. Overall the goodness does not worth the money. Edit: grammar

This was my first time at a Which Wich I had a wonderful experience. There were so many choices it took me for ever to choose. I lucked out though and my sandwich was delicious! My co-worker however would never again step foot in a Which Wich again. Haha but he's a fast food junky and appreciates nothing of good quality. Not to mention a cheap skate. Haha two thumbs up!

two words: PERFECTLY TOASTED the bread is perfectly toasted. always. it is so good. and the sandwiches are really really good too. DEFINITELY better than subway. you can get them however you want on this cute little bag. the whole concept is so much fun and you can even decorate your bag after! i'm too lazy to write anything else, but you should definitely try it at least once, i love it!

This place is a refreshing take on subs. Ordering is a breeze since you write all your choices on a paper bag. My favorite sandwich is the buffalo chicken with avocado, but the french dip with au jus is a winner, too! The customer service is great, with everybody ready to help you out with good suggestions. Sandwiches are fresh tasting, filling and original. Just thinking about it makes me want to go again!

I generally don't like chain sandwich shops but this chain is very, very good. If you have to do fast food, opt for a Which Wich over the standard Chipotle, Moe's, McD's, and the like.

Lower rating: 1. Service 2. Process 3. Price Came here one day for lunch with my coworkers. I would give a higher rating because in my opinion the food was 10x better than Subway, Quiznos and Jimmy Johns but the service wasn't as good as can be. The lady at the register was very rude towards my coworkers making it seem as if their patronage was a problem to her, I suppose she picks and chooses who to use her kindness towards. Anyhow, as for my food I think it was great. I ordered a toasted Turkey sandwich (say that 5 times fast lol) with toppings and a chocolate chip cookie (that really wasn't that great, it was kind of hard, I'll give Subway the 5* on that because their cookies are delicious) the bread was very soft and easy to bite into and chew. They gave an abundance of veggies which isn't too much of a complaint because they appeared to be very fresh. The sandwich doesn't appear to be as big as you would get at subway but it's actually 7" or so and they really do stuff it with the meat (I got a normal portion of turkey and they put quite a few slices) + veggies, but the sandwiches overall are quite costly, especially in these times. Would I ever go again? Sure, just not this location.

If there's one thing you need to know about me is you should never take away my cheese. Also, I like watching my sandwich being made - at like subway or chipotle. But here you can't really watch.

The sandwiches were huge. I got a large, the misses got the regular. We were full....problem was...they cost me $24 for lunch SANDWICHES! Not sure if we'll return, but they were tasty.

I recently discovered Which Wich. I did not know what I was missing. It is one of the best sandwich places I have been too. The whole concept of marking what you want on the brown bag is great. They have such great variety for vegetarians. Love it!
