Service was beyond horrible! A few of us came to watch the game and we waited 30 minutes to have a bar tender ask us drink orders. We try to flag the down but they were too busy with there phones. Only saving grace for this place is Sabrina, she came to get our food order and also stopped by a few times check our drinks. It's just sad when 3 of the 4 people working at the bar don't care about the service.

This was a bad experience, and the manager can only give me the " I don't have an answer" then he says " I'm not in the kitchen cooking " this is not an acceptable answer from a manager. At this time I truly believe they need to reevaluate the way they handle customer complaints. This is at 1:17 am the resturant is not packed this is no excuse! This is a place I suggested to entertain out of town family visiting. Some food came out cold! This will be on my reconsider list This is only my second visit. First they had no lemon pepper wings; the manager at the time handled that situation very well. Think twice before you visit this eatery!

Twin Peaks is a "theme" eating and drinking establishment. The servers (female) walk around in short shorts and a lumberjack style shirt/blouse. The shirt is tied around on the bottom and unbuttoned just enough to show a good doze of cleavage. There is cold beer is be consumed, and lots of TV's to watch the games. Lots of seating. The food menu is short, and the drinks menu is long. I'd say it's similar to Tilted Kilt, but Tilted Kilt is so yesterday. Curiously, a whole load of 1 star ratings by several 1 review only yelpers without any pictures...

This place was slow, food was below average, and it seems the sexy female staffing was based on the wrong demographics for the area. Guys come to these places to see hot girls that are interested in, serve them beer. Really that is all that they come for. If you cant find hot girls to match the proportions of the demographics for the area that you are opening in, then just dont open.

Surprisingly, I'm a fan! I was in attendance for a surprise birthday party for a friend of mine and ended up thoroughly enjoying myself. First off, as always, parking. There is no direct access to the parking lot from Ernest Barrett Parkway. I found out the hard way that you have to turn onto George Busbee Parkway to find the parking lot. Seating was no problem since we had a blocked off room to the left of the bar. Balloons and centerpieces were already there. Yay for awesome friends! My husband saw Jose's 29 degree beer and HAD to have it. He orderd a Leinenkugel Summer Shandy that was served in a massive mug at 29 degrees. I have to admit, beer that cold tasted great! Appetizer: 2 Hand-Twisted Soft Pretzels served with Knotty Brunette beer cheese sauce and spicy brown mustard ($7.99) Verdict: Surprisingly good. The pretzels arrived while hot, but they were still soft to the touch and easy to tear apart. I'm a fan of the beer cheese sauce. My order: Poblano Chicken Sandwich - Grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese, fire-roasted poblano, lettuce, onion, tomato, chipotle mayo and fire fries ($9.79). Verdict: SPICY. Most places that list spicy foods have only a subtle kick to them....not this place. When you see the word poblano, they mean it! Holy cow! The whole sandwich was really good and it was polished off leaving nothing left for leftovers. The "fire fries", were less fire and more steak fries. Unfortunately, those were pretty lack luster and I didn't finish them. Overall, the value is pretty decent for what you receive. Being a Saturday night, it was really busy and our server was sometimes MIA.

EXTREMELY, BAD SERVICE! waited 10 mins for someone to greet us, NO ONE EVER CAME. I found the manager he said he'd be right over...he goes and sits down and start talking with a buddy. No one ever came! DONT GIVE THIS SPOT YOUR MONEY!

Started off with decent service but by the time the fight started, our sever was no where to be found. We even asked for drink refills. And had to remind her of them. ( beer wine etc ) Not only did the service suck ( and I'm in the industry so I had a little more patience) but every time i actually received a glass of wine I ordered, the pour got shorter and shorter. I even have a pic. The tip of the iceberg was when someone else was running a dessert to one of our friends, and the girl announced "I was told to give it to the black guy"

First time at Twin Peaks today / so far so good. Beer is cold - like that! Atmosphere is definitely sports bar like set up/ great! Appetizers are great, love the fried pickles. Help is very nice, and attentive to keeping the bar clean and glass full. Recommend - Happy hour - need one! - Need some more private leather chair coffee setting areas - too many tables. Really like the outdoor Overall I give the Twin Peaks a thumbs up!! Great wifi too

Came here looking for a different sports bar to try. This place definitely doesn't deserve the rating it currently has on Yelp. It's much better than a sub-three star rating. As far as sports bars go, it's at the top of the class in terms of layout and comfort. The restaurant is large and spacious, and the bar stools are padded and comfortable. There's a huge number of screens and sight lines are excellent. They turn on the audio for the main event on the screens, which I think is important. Another important aspect for me is being in a festive place with a good crowd, but not one that is too crowded. On a Sunday mid afternoon, it was well attended but not packed, and I could easily find a place at the bar. At this time of day, many places I have been to would have been deserted. There's a nice selection of beers. I had a Krombacher draft, which you don't see too often, and it was excellent. The beer is served in very cold mugs. They come in either 22 ounce or 10 ounce glasses. For food I had a soft pretzel appetizer, which was really good, soft and buttery with a honey mustard sauce and also a cheese sauce I didn't try. The poblano sandwich I ordered was really good. The chicken was char broiled, juicy and tender. The sandwich was spicy from the poblano pepper. The steak fries it came with were good. Service is excellent, and the scantily clad waitresses were really friendly. The only problem was the menu was fairly limited, with not a lot of choices. However, I don't think the main reason people go to sports bars is for the size of the menu. I'd really recommend this place for sports bar enthusiasts.

What a nice addition to the Kennesaw area, great after work spot to sip the stress away. Really nice view for the fellas, girls in short shorts, tight shirts & snow boots, with hugh flat screen TV's all over the place. I suggested this place to a co worker, so we decided to dine here after work. Even though the restaurant was extremely crowded, we are seated right away. The waitress was young, bubbly and fun, she told us about her favorites and made a few suggestions. My co worker ordered the Pot Roast, I ordered the Cheesesteak and let me tell you, it was not your regular steakums from the box cheesesteak. they basically cooked a big steak and chopped it up and stuck in between two bread with cheese and bell peppers-yummy, served with seasoned steak fries. The pot roast was the light of the evening, my friend let me taste a piece and it was heaven, the carrots and potatoes that was served in onion alongside the pot roast, it was awesomely delicious, so if you are feeling a little indecisive about what to order, go with the pot roast. I was a little disappointed with the almost 13.00 signature drink (Margarita), no buzz whatsoever so we decided to order a couple of rounds of fireballs and @2.99 a shot, those could have kept coming all night. Twin Peaks is a great sports bar, good food, and decent drinks....

Service slow also the waitresses do to much touching of their faces and noses. ..just gross...food was good. ..cold beer was good... mixed drinks weak! I would only give 2 and a half stars. ..

Horrible bar service. Had to keep asking for a refill and the girls like to spend more time walking around doing nothing than check in with their patrons. Food is ok. Probably won't be back here. Management: Tell Sophie to get off her phone. She spent more time on it than tending to me or any of the other patrons.

Never going back to this place ever again! Came in tonight with my brother to watch the Mayweather fight and paid $10 a piece to get in only to have the manager come harrass my brother to order something or he would have to leave. I HAVE NEVER been to any place that CHARGED you to get in then FORCED you to order or leave. The third time he came up to us with that bullshit he came with a cop. I already had a beer and wasn't hungry and my brother didn't want anything so I told that asshole about himself and we got our money back and left. He didn't harrass any of the white guys sitting there sipping ONE beer and there was still atleast 2 hrs until close and the main event hadn't even started yet. We would have gotten hungry AT SOME POINT but that racist bastard almost ruined our night. Ended up watching it somewhere else for $5 and didn't get harrassed by anyone. Fuck you Twin Peaks

OK OK, I get it. Get a bunch of cute girls, a simple menu, and some cold drinks and everything is cool right? Not so fast! First, TP doesn't serve beer in pitchers which is by far the most economical way to get hammered. Instead, the largest beer comes in a large mug and the cute servers are directed to insult your manhood if you get anything smaller (I'm victim to it). Second, the women can be as gorgeous as you want but mediocre food can't hide behind even the nicest boobs. The boobs just make me a little less grumpy about it. Third, most of the tables for larger parties are high tops. More traditional tables would be great. Not only for comfort but for the potential table dance that might happen...never know. Overall however, I'd put TP then Hooters then Tilted Kilt. The assembly of servers and their outfits are favorable plus the food is marginally better than the other similar establishments. The experience at TP is what you want. The servers treat you like you're there best customer and that marrying your wife was a mistake. They have a gazillion TVs too. I said all that to say, I'm going back very soon. Don't Judge Me!

Wings were cooked well but the standard hot sauce was nothing great. I expected more from a hot sauce. The french fries were WAY too salty. Told/showed the server the way overly salted fries and she just giggled. Owell..what'd I expect. (Something much more for 6 wings that cost 8$) plus fries and drink.

Friendly Bar Tenders & lots of TVs to watch the games & spacious :) I love there THEME:) the Hangover Burger & the cocktails are awesome :)

Better than Hooters or Tilted Kilt. Both the staff and the food. Sat at the bar, to catch the game. Girls were physically outstanding, and friendly, and the food was impressive! Had the Poblano chicken sandwich. I was expecting a sandwich with a nasty, moist, steamer held bun with dry chicken and day old veggies and other dressings. What I got was a fresh, crispy outside but soft on the inside BUN / a tender chicken breast with crispy fresh veggies. I was PERFECTLY happy, here. It was, however, training day for one of the girls. So, our server traded off and on with the trainee. They had a lot going on, and seemed slightly sidetracked. Then the entire row of overhead bar area televisions went out for 10 minutes. Overall better than any other eatery of this type: Tilted Kilt, Hooters etc. Twin Peaks wins it with their girls, and food quality, no doubt.

I had an overall excellent experience over lunch today. My waiter was Koko, an engaging and interesting woman who asked about my day, gave recommendations, noticed when I ran out of water, and brought my order in a timely manner. I ordered a Lagunitas IPA and the poblano chicken sandwich. I was surprised this kind of place had any beer selection beyond a few lagers. The sandwich was good but not as spicy as I was looking for. I will be sure to ask about spicier options next time I visit. The fire fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. I would recommend this establishment to anyone over the nearby similarly-themed bars.

Sitting at the bar and had to wait 13 minutes (yes we timed) to place a drink order. Decent beer and cold that's a plus. Then we placed out food order and 35 minutes later nothing. We were told "sorry we can give you chips and queso for free sorry". Still sitting here and never coming back. 5min update. Baseball is in town and food will be another 45 mins. Lmao really Twin Peaks?

Dec 2014 - I have to go with the majority of the negative reviews here. This restaurant has put out a lot of hype and it was nothing like that upon arrival. I gave this location a 2nd chance as it had to get better, right? Wrong. The food. Just OK. Over priced? Yes. The beer? I love their ice cold 22 degree mugs but again, over priced. Hot woman work there? No. They do not. If you want to see hot women, try the Tilted Kilt. Good luck at this site Twin Peaks. Like all the other restaurants and sports bars that have failed at that exact site/building, just a note, you're not immune. I wonder what's coming next to that building? Maybe a Bone Fish Grill?

Haha the girls do not look anything like in the pictures. It's like going in expecting prime rib and getting ground up dog food. Oh, and that brings me to the food. Not very tasty. A step above dog food, but not much higher. On a scale of one to ten, I'd rate it Taco Bell. Now let's talk about service. No, seriously, we need to sit down with their whole staff and talk about service, cause none of them seem to know anything about it. Time between walking in and walking out was almost an hour and a half. Easily a 40 minute ticket time for our food, with no refills on drinks until the food came out. That's after waiting 10 minutes to take our order. Not worth it.

I absolutely love this place ! The lodge cabin feel, the hd tv everywhere, the customer service was amazing. All the girls are super friends and nice ! The uniforms are cute and the food is amazing! Iv had the spicy chipotle chicken, the chicken tenders are out of this world and I love their potatoes wedge fries ! Not to mention all the beers come at 29 degrees and there very affordable like 5$ bucks! I love this place !!

Just as good as Buckhead's location! In fact, it's better because I live right around the corner from here! lol! I actually like this location's set up a lil better than Buckhead's. Parking can be a bitch though. Until they work out a deal with the hotel next door, parking will always suck on game nights.

Food was awesome, BUT food is not the only part of the restaurant experience. Since I'm a woman, I didn't get as personalized service as the male customers at the restaurant. Disappointing! I'm most concerned about my bill. I got a soda and a chicken sandwich (again...amazing sandwich). Paid with my credit card. 2 weeks later when I got my bill, I was charged $14 for a TIP! Someone has turned my $4 tip into $14. I called my credit card company and disputed the $10 over charge. I am annoyed that I had that happen (I'm sure it was an "accident"). When I totaled my bill, a waitress should have noted that the numbers didn't match up! WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT!

  • Chris S.

Food was good enough and the beer is cold. I will add this though, the service left a lot to desire. Took forever to get anything at all, drinks, food, and heaven forbid you order a dessert and expect it quickly. Scenery was mediocre at best.

  • Capri M.

I'm not sure the company's policy on the girls' dress code. But they all had on tacky, crazy socks and pounds of gaudy jewelry that had nothing to do with the "theme" of the restaurant. (Our server's nails were so dirty and unkempt, it was just gross for her to be handling food.) I understand it's a "college area" but they all looked like 16yr old girls going to a kids dress-up party. Not like cute, well maintained, cabin girls. Maybe uniform checks should be done before each shift? (especially for dirty fingernails, YUCK!) But the "uniform" should look, well, uniform. It was my first time eating at this restaurant & location, I was referred for good food but warned that the staff wasn't the most polished..

Service walking in until exiting is poor. Bartenders are busy socializing among themselves rather than being attentive to customers. Not typical of other twin Peaks I've been at

Yo this place is fresh. Cute girls everywhere. Good burgers. Ice cold beer plenty of tv's. What more do you guys want. Plus they have a good amount of whiskeys. Not top shelf but it'll do the job. I love this place. Hang out with friends and laugh and enjoy the scenic views.

  • Aaron G.

The best looking wait staff around! The girls are very friendly and knowledgable about the food and drinks. They are not stuck up, and seem genuinely happy to serve you. I gave it a four instead of a five because I wish they had a better menu selection. However, the food that they do have is prepared well.

  • Allie C.

Terrible service. Ran out of drinks waited on refills so I could have a drink with my dinner. Fries were hard and cold. Not to mention this was a very slow night at the establishment. If you're a titty guy that wants to have some beers, then come here. If you are looking for decent food/service, don't come here.

    (2)
  • Charlie R.

If I typed up every reason why you should NOT go to this establishment you wouldn't finish the review. So I'll be brief. I didn't expect much from this place but it's across the street and it seemed like a decent last-minute choice to grab a couple drinks with some friends. Boy was I wrong. Our waitress took our drink orders and promptly disappeared for 15 minutes, came back and asked us what we wanted again. It was blatantly obvious she didn't care about the service she was offering. I asked for a glass of Buffalo Trace, neat, as I was just there for a friends bachelor party and enjoyed it. She brought me a glass with bourbon flavored ice and I returned it and asked again for it neat. She brought it back, and I am 100% sure she pulled the ice out of the previous glass and gave it back to me. I am still astounded. There is plenty more, but I am so dissatisfied with that service I don't feel it's worth it to log every bad aspect of the restaurant. Even for a bar of this category Twin Peaks is terrible. It's expensive, the food is bland and obviously the service is horrendous. Save yourself the trouble and go to Tin Lizzy's or Taco Mac.

    (1)
  • Ashley B.

The food was good, the service was good (Sophie and Elizabeth), the prices are reasonable, there's a good selection of draft beers, BUT the managers control the TVs and Josh is unprofessional and rude! It took us asking 5 times to have the tv changed to the Falcons game-30 minutes and the entire first quarter! We probably won't be back just because of the tv situation. Change the way you handle things or you're going to end up just like the other 8 businesses in this location!

  • Garrett C.

I wasn't impressed with Twin Peaks. While the layout, building location, and theme has a lot of potential, the food quality is abysmal. I met up with a few friends and shared the nachos and pretzels. The nachos could have been good, but the toppings were sparse. The pretzels were uneven in size, rendering the smaller sides crunchy and inedible. I ordered the cheese burger and was told it could be only prepared well-done. When I received the burger, I could tell why- it was essentially a McDonald's-like meat patty. The taste? Eh, any drive-through does it better. The service was no saving grace; typical greeting, order taking, check-back, and ticket delivery ordeal.

Don't do it, Arrived and went in was seated very quickly then everything went down hill from there. Server cam by got drink order, 20 minutes later got drink. the served decided to grace us with her presence again when the drinks were empty to take the food order. Ordered food and more drinks, the drinks were delivered by a different server that did not know which was which so we had to figure it out by our selves. It was not very busy so I do not know why our ticket time was in excess of 45 minutes, then I watched our food go from table to table several times before the server went back to the kitchen to look at the table map and deliver the food. THE FOOD, now this is a completely different story, I would rate this a 2.5 at best nothing to write home about. Atmosphere, was OK at best, but I think they ran out of Colt 45 because there were a bunch of guys sitting around drinking water watching basketball. Final Straw, when I got from my chair i noticed that the seat was damp and now so was I. I hope sex sells because that is all they have to offer.

The service here is THE worst. TVs are great, food okay, service horrible, I will NOT be back. The Bar Manager (a joke of one) is more interested in his "servers" (extra quotations on this one) than listening to any customer complaints or issues. Don't waste your time or money. I would put .01 star if I could. THE WORST!

    (1)
  • Jimmy M.

We went in to try this place out. The service was good but the food was horrible. Greasy. They didn't get our order right. I'm not usually picky, but we won't be going back.

  • Tristen L.

We met some friends there on a Monday night. We started out at the bar then decided to sit at a table. We ordered the nachos which came out lukewarm and there was nothing special about them. Then we ordered there blondie dessert which also came out luke warm on a cold skillet. I asked did they serve the skillet cold all the time they said yes I don't really understand the thought process behind that . The server was really nice but slow.

Have visited twice and I am done. First visit - within 5 minutes we witnessed one of the waitresses throwing a glass full of something all over a customer...then we started getting "interviewed" by the staff as to what we saw...like crime witnesses..very awkward. Second Visit - My male friend wanted to order a small size beer. They list their sizes as Man and Woman size which I figure is just a cute theme thing on the menu...well when he orders a small she tries to convince him in a not so subtle way that the larger one is a better value...maybe so but what if someone does not want a large size?? So she proceeds to tell him that she will NOT sell him the small size until he orders it correctly, meaning say that he wants the woman size beer. Now I am offended and I tell her so and she says "It is this way in all our locations. It's our policy." WHAT!!?? Needless to say neither one of us ordered any more. We were there 30 minutes more chatting and never once did she come back to try again or apologize. They clearly spent a TON of $$ making the place over. Atmosphere could be really cool but rude service and bad vibes ruined it for my friends and I.

Curiosity finally got the best of us, as we have been seeing this franchise in several places in Orlando and Atlanta and were curious about it. Plus we had seen the girls in the skimpy outfits outside in the summer time. And this location was convenient for us since we had an hour or so in between two movies on a Sunday afternoon/evening, so we decided to give it a try. Liked the lumberjack/lodge theme, but honestly the skimpy outfits were insulting to women, as is the menu. Three house beers are called blonde, brunette and redhead, and there are sexual innuendos all over the menu. I was not that hungry so got the three pulled pork sliders which were messy and served on a platform that was difficult to eat from. My wife was more pleased with her pulled pork nachos. The beer was very cold (22 degrees!) and tasty--my wife preferred the blonde and I went with the redhead. The server was friendly but it was hard to not stare at her cleavage and her belly button. Some of the servers are attractive but most are a little too redneck for me. Unfortunately it was Sunday night, so every one of the 100+ TVs were on the same NFL game, and there was a lot of loud yelling and screaming, so we just had to go with it and block that out. Okay. Curiosity satisfied. Darkening the door of another TP in the future? Not gonna happen. Plus this location is hard to get to, since the sign on Barrett Parkway says to enter on George Busbee Parkway, but then you have to act like you are going somewhere else and drive behind the restaurant and wind around until you find the front door. The seating is plentiful and there were many available tables but we were still told we had to wait for 15 minutes! Shameful!

The food was good BUT .. The mixed drink are WEAK! Kool-aid at best . $12.75 for a signature margarita that had little to no liquor . Our server was awesome and the food alone was outstanding . If you are coming to hang out and have drinks with friends .. This is not the place . Mixed drinks =rip off.
