Hula Dawgs Menu

A Hawaiin-themed hot-dog/hamburger joint with reasonable-to-slightly higher prices. Food is made to order and has a variety of toppings. I regularly get the "long board", a foot-long hot dog, and every time I regret it because I smell them cooking the hamburgers and it smells SO good. The hot dogs are great, too, though. Seating is at a premium around lunch time, but there are two picnic tables in the dining room to suit larger groups. There's a wall-mounted TV that they use to play movies, but it's really just background noise, cuz who's really sitting in the dining room for 2+ hours to see "Armageddon"?

The problem with food challenges is that they always leave you in a bleak, bloated limbo between pride and regret. Hula Dawgs avoids half of that problem by serving an amazing burger. Satisfyingly greasy and salty without being overly so, these are like bigger InNOut's patties. If you're going for a meal, go. These burgers are fresh made and easily archetypes of hole-in-wall, handmade patties. It's hard to imagine anyone being disappointed by them If you're going to put your pic on the wall, the challenge is easy enough. Usually the worry is that bigger burgers come with bigger buns. But here the patties are stacked high on a standard bun. I could see a 3-4 lb challenge being done by someone with a good appetite. All I know is, after my 2 lb burger, I wanted more. The service is great, it seems to be run by a couple. The guy is really pleased to take your picture after you down a challenge (or don't). The lady who cooks came out and gave my friend a refund after she ran out of sweet potato fries (so she gave her a half portion plus a full portion of fries), and wouldn't be refused the refund. A real, genuine place run by good people.

I was craving a freshly cooked burger. There are some great places around town and I would rank them in tier. I am particular about great customer service and the people here were extremely nice. I did find the prices pretty high in comparison to their competitors. The decor is not top notch but follows the Hawaiian theme. I will recommend the long boards.

ehhh ... did not try the burgers but it would not matter... the cashier was awful towards us... had no personality and when i asked a question, she acted like she was doing me a big favor by answering my question.... soooo no lol

I was craving a burger. Came here because it wasn't McDonald's. Next time I'll come here because they make a bad-ass burger. Just under $12 for a 1/2 pound burger, very quality fries, and a drink. Who knows, maybe next time I'll get on yhe 2lb burger challenge wall.

Just ok. Food was over priced, the short order cook was coughing in the background.... I was a little leery but we stayed. We should have turned around and walked out when we ordered hotdogs for the children and the lady only rang up 1 hotdog. The only redeeming quality was that the owner (or I assume the owner) turned on a movie for the kids. The kids loved it but is adults, not so much.

The burger was pretty good! I definitely recommend this place and will go back the next time I'm craving a burger. It's small on the inside so it could get full quickly in there during a busy time.

I've only eaten here a few times and got it as takeout. You get a lot of food for your money, and it's good food. I'm a pretty big guy and I usually don't finish my meal because it's so filling.

The Longboard was delicious! Next time I'm getting everything on it. The more the merrier! The burger was solid. Good stuff. The sweet potato fries were way too easy to eat. I guess that's just proof that I was hungry. :) Prices were nice and low. We'll be going back for sure!

Look for my picture on the wall. I am a hall of famer. The place is good for lunch and the food is ok.

Their burgers are pretty good and have minced onions in the meat. You can decide between 1/4 and 1/2 pounders and then they have challenge burgers. If you eat it all, your photo is taken and hung on the wall. Restaurant is small and when I came in today, all the tables were taken. For 6 bucks I got a burger, fries and a soda. Not too bad. The burger meat has good flavor and is juicy. The owners are super friendly. They sell lumpia!!!!!! (Filipino egg rolls)

Put a hurting on me although I put up a good fight. Burgers are fresh, delicious and you get your money's worth. The more patties you go with, the cost increases - but well worth trying to claim your fame for eating these massive sandwiches. Great value for the money, great service. Be weary of the lunch crowd - it can get packed in there awfully quick.

The best part is....you can order a burger any size you want. Go on, take the three pound challenge. Then you can be immortalized on their picture wall and their website. I prefer the hot dogs, which are Nathan's all beef. The long board is huge. Chili is the only way to go.

The burgers are delicious! The gyro was okay, but I'm pretty picky when it comes to gyros. Ziki sauce was good. I really went here for the burger, and it was definitely worth the trip!

Pretty good place. Service is usually slow at lunch. Yummy burgers and gyros.

Hula Dawgs is great! Really awesome hole in the wall type of place. They have come up with some great burgers and are very generous with the portions. I usually get the quarter or half pound bacon cheese burger with fries. I've also tried their hotdogs, 1/2 lb and 1lb which a made just for them. Cheese and slaw go surprisingly well with their all beef dogs. Its a small dining area, so anything more than a group of 4 wont sit together. They most always have some kind of movie playing on their flat screen. Hopefully the grey knight computer shop next door will close down so hula dawgs can expand (they've been waiting for that for some time).

Great "hole in the wall". Hotdogs and burgers are both great. Lots of great toppings including slaw dogs. Quick service. Very casual. If you've got a big appetite, make sure you try the burger eating contest to get your pic on the wall of shame! ;)

Burgers are amazing, very juicy and tasty. Also the hot dogs are pretty big, very flavorful. The wings are huge but they need to rethink their sauces, lack of flavor there. I will be coming back for the burgers

Pretty good burger and fries... good flavor and fresh bun. Minimal seating available... be advised for the lunch-time crowd.
