I've been coming here for a long time and each time, the service has got slower and slower. I went here tonight and the young black pregnant woman ( my pay slip says her name is Alexis but I'm sure that's her name ) working drive thru was very rude and was more interested in talking to a male co-worker than actually doing her job.

2 1/2 stars would be more appropriate. I have been here twice now and both times it was slow service compared to other Zaxby's. I could not imagine how slow it would be if it got really busy here. The food has been ok. I did have to replace old fries with fresh ones which they happily did for me. Basically with some minor managerial improvements this could go from a mediocre location to a top notch location.
