The service was great, our waitress was super sweet and we got our food within about 10-20 minutes although the place was fairly empty with about two other tables full. I ordered the strawberry and cream crepes and they weren't THAT great but i dont think that was the cook's fault. I think its because they were slightly soggy due to the strawberries on top. Everything else was great though.. just slightly dissapointed about my crepes. Definently going to try the crepes with the filling next!

I go to IHOP often. It's not a gourmet restaurant but it has decent coffee and free wifi so I can work as I work from home. The pancakes and crepes are the best stuff on the menu. Their omelette share good too. Nothing else on the menu you can write home about. I did recently have the roast turkey and lingonberry melt, which was quite good, but I like lingonberries. My wife does not. If you've never had then they are a lot like cranberries but not as tart. My servers are usually quite polite and put up with me working from their restaurant in a unused corner. My server last time was Isabella. She was very sweet and attentive. My wife had a issue with her crepes and she fixed the issue promptly.

Just left ihop and I ordered a waffle. To go with my meal and when I got the ticket I had to pay $6. 76 for a stupid waffle. I feel totally ripped off. Never going here again. Never.

We come here several times a year. Last night it was pretty empty compared to most times we've come through. This location is basically like a box of chocolates- you never know what you're going to get, at least service wise. Tonight the service was decent once we were finally acknowledged as having come in the door. One thing I always appreciate is the dining area and restroom are always clean. The quality of the food and accuracy are usually on point as well. My favorite item on the menu is the Pick-A-Pancake combo, which I usually get with blueberry pancakes. The coffee is good as well. On the occasions when I ask for a fresh brew, they readily oblige, which rates pretty high in my book!

Ordered take out from here on a Saturday night.. it's IHOP and they do breakfast. . Hubster and I both ordered the Country fried steak and eggs meal...it also comes with hash browns and 2 pancakes. ..WE were told by the girl over the phone it would be ready in 20 and they were right on time.... everything tasted as expected. .. the hash browns were just a tad TOO crunchy around the edges but otherwise on par with any other IHOP...

I've been here multiple time and had great experiences but today was an off day for them. My husband and I walked in and asked for a booth and when the hostess asked one of the waiters for a rag he said "there's a napkin on the table use that". Just an insertion, cleaning up a table with a DRY napkin at a place where people commonly use syrup is probably not the best idea. Anyway, it turned out that awesome hard working server who told the hostess to use the napkin, Lawrence, was our waiter. Yay. Lawrence came up to the table literally acting like anywhere else he could be would be better (no one LIKES their work all the time, but at least pretend, man) and took our orders as he watched me clean the table myself and not saying anything about it. Then as we waited we heard someone yell from the back, "she's like the town bicycle man", cool family restaurant bro!! Only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is for past experiences and food is always good.

ok soooo, arrived at the IHOP and the waitress said she was going to clean a booth before seating. Then, took me to a booth on the other side of the dining area and put me in a dirty booth. She then half way cleaned it. This place has good food, just lazy staff.

IHOP experience today was one of the worst breakfasts I have eaten in years. We were ignored by staff when we arrived. Front reception counter was scattered with schedules, table graphs and plastic tubs of silverware. Floors were filthy with silverware, food scraps, and crumpled napkins laying under the tables. It was apparent that the manager was in some sort of argument with one of the wait staff over an order that was wrong as the manager was sliding plates of food back to the cooks for correction. Other wait staff looked angry and upset when manager came to the register to correct an order. We had to ask for silverware and napkins after our food was dropped off at our table. Waitress tossed the plates on the table and walked away without even giving us a chance to ask for condiments(syrup, ketchup or silverware)!! The hollindaise sauce was missing on my husbands breakfast entree, his bacon was burned and the pancakes were all overcooked and crunchy. The waitress stated three times that she was going to get the sauce for my husband's eggs, and she didn't return. I will never go back as this is the third time in a year I have tried to give IHOP a chance to prove themselves.....

Service, cleanliness, and food quality has greatly improved. I visited this restaurant five times since April 2011. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals! I like the Rooty blueberry meal. The coffee was always hot, pancakes properly cooked, crispy bacon and was comparable to a home cooked breakfast!

What happened to IHOP??? The one on Washington rd is still great; however, this new one in Evans... no way! Wait time: 1hr, 10min. (Yeah, we were hungry). Orders were all wrong, and cold. BIG hair in the OJ (ok, that could happen anywhere I guess). All the staff were chatting on their cell phones. Since when is THAT ok? They packed us in there so tight, it felt like a cattlecar. We had a different server every time one approached, which was few and far between. We had Hefty Guy with crack exposed, always bending over in front of my precious stack-o-cakes. For a new place it was very dirty. One positive note: I did complain to the manager, who listened and understood. She gave us a 10% discount, but it should have been free in that instance. Lastly, I noticed IHOPs going up around the country. The last one visited was in Waikiki... their restaurants are a little shakey there too. I normally like to write good reviews of places,(mostly in Yelp.com ), so I will try to remember to put a few in google too. Date of visit: September 2008

Went here for a brunch today while doing some last minute 4th of July shopping and it was not really crowded maybe 40 or less customers.Greeter was nice and polite waited 1.5 minutes for a table and gave 3 choices and asked me what would i like to drink.The waitress came right over and introduced her self as La Tonya and I gave her my order and within less than 8 minutes here it comes the Colorado Omlette and hash browns on the side.This dish is strickley for the meat lovers,diced ham,bacon and pork sausage with diced onions,red and green bell peppers and the most savor-the -flavor chedder cheese I have tasted in a long time! The food was hot and smoking and I could not control myself and only left a few morseels on my plates.The eggs were light and fresh to taste no pepper for me to add or ketchup on this one just the flavors that were created for this dish. The place was clean and staff on top of all the customers needs. The total was $ 10.58 with a $ 3.00 tip and great service. I had not been here in quite awhile but things have come around 150 % since my last visit. Check them out if your in the area **,

It's your standard iHop. I have been here a few times. This time it was a Saturday morning. By 8:30 it was full. The wait staff was overwhelmed, but my waiter did a great job. My food was brought out by someone other than my water, and two items were missing. They promptly brought them out. I ordered a "Healthy omelet", and they ruined the "Healthy" part by cooking it in what seemed like a cup of oil. It tasted good, but the extra oil was a bit much. I got the turkey bacon, and it was limp and bland. The first pot of coffee was bitter, but drinkable. The second pot was undrinkable, it had a weird taste. I would not give them my business, except that my Daughter loves it. The rest of the family refuses to go. Most of the dinners had young kids with them. It seems to be more appealing to their palates. At 23$ for two people, it is a bit overpriced for what you get.

I've been to this IHOP a few times now - once I came in with a small group of people early on a Sunday morning. Our server was on top of coffee and water and our food was delicious. The place was clean and everyone was friendly - another time I came in with my laptop, and I actually left it there! Thankfully my server that day set it to the side and I was able to pick it up that afternoon. I have yet to have a negative experience at this IHOP!

Strike one: counter at entrance was junky, covered with plastic silverware tubs and jumbo packages of paper napkins Strike two: place isn't busy, multiple tables open and we still waited nearly 20 minutes for a table to seat three Strike three:...OK, no strike three but it's only our server that kept us from having a strike three. She had a good personality, high energy and was attentive. Didn't see that happening with some of the other waitstaff. You don't go to IHOP for fine dining, but this location can't deliver a quick turnaround. Next time, we'll go to Waffle House or Cracker Barrell
