Best Starbucks in the area! I'm quite a white chocolate mocha connoisseur and the baristas here get it right every time. Yes sometimes they have a line out the door but they are a small shop with lots of customers...not their fault! The employees are friendly and helpful and definitely hard working. Love this place!!! :-)

It smells like a nail salon soaked in acetone. That alone makes me forget I'm getting coffee

This Starbucks has bad customer service. They were rude to my friends and I. They couldn't even give out water. Worst experience there overall. I don't recommend it. The guy was super rude and didn't have any respect.

I gave this starbucks location 2 stars because the tables outside were all dirty. I'm not sure if maybe the people working inside were so busy and hadn't gotten around to cleaning. One of the guys eventually came out and I asked him to please clean my table- he did. The girl taking the order at the counter was average- not super friendly, not rude though. They had a bit of an issue answering a question of mine regarding the menu. Then the girl got a little defensive. The latte I ordered was good, so I recommend that. This was my first time at a starbucks.

I went inside to buy a water cause I was dying of thirst . There were 4 business men in front of me who had clearly never been to a Starbucks and the guy behind the counter explained the menu in detail for a full 15 minutes while the other 3 employees were goofing off and talking to each other . After waiting patiently to purchase my water for the full 15 minutes I get to the counter and the guy who was helping the 4 business men walked in the back and said sorry your gonna have to give me a few minutes and walked in the back . Finally after standing at an empty counter in shock for a good minute or so someone came over to help me And didn't say hello hi or anything just took my money and that's it. I guess you need to spend more money at this Starbucks to be treated with respect. NEVER going back . If I wasn't so thirsty I would have thrown their overpriced water at the people who worked there and left.

The location is very small with limited space for sitting and networking. It appears to be understaffed

Average Starbucks! Employees nice and friendly with no long wait. Lots of seating inside and nice patio out side.

My wife ordered a coffee and changed her mind when Nick, the associate gives a nice deep "sigh". Having just moved from Seattle, to South Florida, Nick has a lot to learn about customer service and Starbucks culture. Mr. Schultz please take note!!!!

Average Starbucks. I much prefer DD but if I'm in town center with guests this is where we have coffee and we brag about how nice weston is blablabla. Order is normally ready fast, though one or two guys behind counter could be a little annoying...too much coffee perhaps? Like the other review said, bathroom isn't kept clean but for its defense, this is in town center where locals and visitors merge, kinda like Times Sq in NY. Unless you have dedicated staff for cleaning its hard to keep up.

Staff has really improved- glad the mean African American manager is long gone. Come in here daily for my iced venti caramel macchiato and more often than not the staff is a pleasure.

I ordered a strawberry smoothie and for some strange reason it tasted like there was banana in it. I went to the front and made sure there was nothing else in my drink. They confirmed that there was only strawberry in it. I asked again to double check and they finally realized that there was banana in the smoothie! That is unacceptable. They need to change the menu and clearly state what they are serving people.

Now that that obnoxious barista is gone, the tall black guy, I can give this starbucks a 5 star review. I used to go to the other side of town just to avoid his attitude.

This is a very small Starbucks, and it suffers from high traffic at certain times of the day. I learned from Anthony Bourdain (Travel Channel, former chef in NYC) that you can judge the cleanliness of a restaurant based on the condition of its bathrooms. On that basis, you would be well served to avoid this Starbucks before the next typhoid epidemic breeds here. When waiting for your coffee to be made, just look at the tops of their gorgeous coffee machines: They are caked in dust and debris that never gets cleaned. Each time I come back, I still see the same flecks of debris sitting on those machines. My guess is that the staff's attitude toward cleanliness and hygiene is replicated in other aspects of this place and, yes, the bathrooms are not clean. To wit, the staff is very young, mostly high school or college kids who wilt at the suggestion that they might want to clean up after themselves. I love Starbucks, and the Weston Town Center is a great location to have one. Yet, I prefer to drive the extra mile or two to go to one of the other Starbucks locations just to make sure that I don't come down with the latest virus.

Having a coffee at this place has been a tradition in Weston. All Starbucks are pretty much the same but this one is heart to Weston.

I came in around 3:30pm today with a friend. We wanted to grab some coffee and relax. When we walked in there were about 5 employees behind the counter. We stood for a minute and let another customer go ahead as we decided on what to get. The other customer was placing her order and the girl at the register was still keeping a conversation with her co-workers. My friend and I looked at each other and rolled our eyes. Unfortunately that was just the beginning. Next, this little girl cut us in line which was no big deal since she couldn't be older than 5. She asked for a birthday cake pop and a water. The tall large man behind the counter bent down, stared her in the eyes, and demanded she say "please". Honestly, it was one of the rudest things I've seen in a long time. Yes, I think people need to say "please" and "thank you" more but where does this man get off thinking he has the right to say that to a child and make her uncomfortable? Wait, this experience gets better. It was now my turn to order. As I approach the counter the girl at the register is still carrying on a conversation with the entire staff and discussing the little girl. So, the staff was carrying on a conversation about customers in front of customers. Then, she starts carrying on a conversation with the woman behind my friend. They clearly knew each other and that was the moment that this experience began to feel like I was at a taping of the Maury Show. It was obnoxiously loud conversation and finally when I was able to grab her away from such a riveting conversation she wasn't paying attention so I had to correct her. That's when she rolled her eyes at me and honestly I wanted to give her the middle finger. However, I kept my composure and waited for my friend to order. My friend places an order for a tall chai latte and a piece of lemon cake. The girl was so caught up in conversation that she neglected the lemon cake order and my friend just didn't bother to attempt to order it again. Now, an employee comes out from behind the counter to change the trash. He tells that someone put their junk mail in the trash. The staff continues on about how they should go to address on the mail and "return" the mail. The women customer that was behind us places her order and surprise, surprise her order comes out immediately. My friend and I had to wait 20 minutes for our orders. I will never return to this Starbucks and in all seriousness this has really changed my view of the company. I most likely will never go to another Starbucks. I recently purchased a Keurig and I recommend everyone do the same!

How I love my Java buzz! This place is not any different from other Starbucks anywhere else. The staff was friendly, the coffee was good and it's a usual "Starbucks experience." One thing I noticed, however, that the room was divided in half with one side occupied by the Mac nerds and the other side by the PC geeks. MAC vs PC rivalry even at Starbucks. Gave me a few good chuckles.

Don't know how to correctly make the drinks I frequent different Starbucks daily and the baristas on this location do not know what they are doing

It would seriously be sacrilege if I were not to review my local Starbucks from the morning commuter perspective (apart from that don't ask me since I rarely step in after nine AM). I am on a name to name basis with my morning baristas!! David and Pam really know how to hold down the fort in those heavy AM hours. What I most like with my local Starbucks is how the morning crew interacts with you. The baristas take the time to come and recognize your name and associate it with a particular beverage. It does make you feel a bit special when they know what you want and deliver it consistently to your liking. These people do it. And when my morning, bed-head self feels weary, I come here fully expecting that I will be taken care of.

This is about an average a starbucks that there can be. Usual items, but the staff is a little rude. U do not get may thank you's.. drives me nuts when someone hands you a receipt and does not even look at you and say THANKS. When I order my shaken ice tea lemonade classic with raspberry, I get "classic With Raspberry???!!!" Like its the most unusual request in the world. UGHHH, can't wait to get back to NY where I expect people to be rude. Weston Starbucks could use some PR training.
