I try to eat healthy and not come here that much but it's just too good and no one can be in the mood to always to get Frozen Yogurt. This is really the only legit ice cream place in the city. All the flavors are delicious and you can pig out with the toppings. Great place for kids and the staff is always friendly and have a smile on their face. A+
I go here all the time with my good friends when we get the craving for ice cream. They have a pretty good selection of ice creams including the usual and some unique flavors (birthday cake is one of my personal favorites here). If you don't know what you would like to add as toppings you can't go wrong with their pre-made selections. The location itself could be cleaner and they could have better line management especially when it gets crowded on weekends. The staff is usually friendly with only a few bad eggs who seem like they genuinely don't want to be there.
The best ICE CREAM in Weston. Well, since the Ice Cream Club, Kilwins and 3x Baskin Robins stores have all gone out of business... its the ONLY ice cream place in Weston!! You pick your ice cream and toppings. They mix it together on a marble slab. The ice cream is good. What gets me is the lack of new toppings all these years. They also don't sing or throw ice cream anymore. I have also walked in few times to employees smoking pot in the back room. Unless they're working on a new flavor save it for after work!!

This was a first visit for myself, my mom & my Aunt. The place was pretty busy when we arrived and even though we didn't have a reservation, they were able to accommodate us with no wait. They were also very accommodating to my mom who was in a wheel chair and upon request to be moved to a table where the cold air was not blowing directly on her. The three of us decided to share 3 unique dishes; the steak Lomo Soltado, the shrimp tempura roll & the Ceviche Mixto. My aunt & mom were not quite adventurous enough to try the octopus that came in the ceviche Mixto, so our waiter said he'd have them leave that out and just do the fish & calamari. It was terrific, as was the Lomo Saltado. We really enjoyed the flavorful steak, peppers, onions, rice, rice & fries mixed in it's juices. It was a lovely night. We will definitely be back.
Fun story; the large wall art of the owner dressed classically Japanese kept turning on and off. But not regularly, not like blinking. Curious. Yeah, turns out that the switch that controls the light part is actually inside the bathroom and customers occasionally turn it off inadvertently thinking it's the bathroom light. Fun stuff. Anyway, the kitchen puts out very solid Peruvian food and when we visited it was very quick. Didn't try the sushi but the tiradito was nicely done, not too acidic and generous portion. The anticucho, the conchas, and the ronda criolla were all excellent examples of those classic dishes. Delicious. It's an attractive place. As others have noted, it's in a strip mall in a nondescript corner but definitely much more appealing inside. Clearly someone with some taste and passion put it together. TIP: ask to sit on the stage-like area near the back. It's a great view of the restaurant plus you feel like a VIP The service is frustratingly typical South Florida. Very prompt team service though our server lacked polish. It was fine enough. Weirdly, the server wouldn't refill my wife's wine glass. Whatever. Overall definitely worth returning.
Excellent! Best food around Weston! Food, service and ambiance were great. I had the Miami Heat roll which was good and my wife had the shrimp ceviche. We also tried the quinoa creme brûlée which was good too. Just watch out for apple maps taking you to the wrong place. The restaurant is located on the same place as McDonald's.

My daughter just called about a mishap while paying for her ice cream. She noticed the clerk did not give her a receipt for her credit card purchase. The clerk told her they only email or text receipts but she could not have one because she closed the sale. My daughter told me of an earlier experience when she could not pay with her credit card because their Wi-Fi was down.
The frozen ice and what not is okay. Nothing out of this world. My big problem about this place is the service. Terrible! They are SO rude it's crazy. Deff will NOT being going back here.
Love this place. So many ice cream flavors and so many Italian ice flavors. The ice cream has such amazing flavor and is so creamy! Love the amount of space inside the location and also the option to sit outside. We live quite a distance but make it a point to come by often.

I regularly buy our skirt steak and tri - tip here but we prefer to cook it ourselves. The menu is very basic and we like that they know their stuff, but it is so easy to cook that it really isn't a treat to go out here. This said, if I were looking for great simple food I would come here. My son loves the lake and long patio too.
When browsing the menu, Everything looked pricey for a store front that looks like a hole in the wall place but price is right. My skirt steak was cooked to perfection and it's a big portion. My husband also got a perfect medium filet mignon and there's three pieces! I would rather throw my money having a great steak in this place than Outback.
I have been to every great steakhouse in Miami and this is by far the best steak I ever had. Service is great!

Fantastic service. Josh seemed to make an extra effort to make my visit a pleasurable experience
Terrible customer service. Was not greeted. 2 employees were standing right in front of me, no eye contact and continued to put cheese on bread and put in the oven for at least 2 minutes. After I paid and was handed my receipt the employee just turned away and walked away.

It's hard to mess up coffee but the half n half was out. It's not the fact that it was out but the male barister's cavalier emo attitude towards getting another carafe full of dairy. Nevermind servers like were waiting... He restocked three rows of cups first before the register barista told him to get off his butt. They always remember how you made them feel. Wish there was a drive through.
Starbucks thanks for saving our lunch! As always, we can count on you for great coffee, latte, and snacks. We look forward to you becoming an evening store!
This Starbucks location is by far the best when it comes to living the Starbucks experience. All people working here at extremely friendly, with a real smile, and ready to make you feel welcomed. Starbucks should take a close look at this premise as a Best in Class operation in south Florida. Keep the good spirit!!

Bar Zen

The Bonaventure Resort & Spa,250 Racquet Club Rd

Reviews:
Pretty decent. The Bar Zen is The Bonaventure Resort's cocktail lounge. You can also order food there from either their small plate menu, or the menu of Banyan -- another restaurant in the property. (There are 4: Bar Zen, Banyan, the outdoor Cabana Bar by the pool, and Ireland's Steakhouse, their flagship dining venue. They stagger the hours, so that at least one of them is open at all times during the day.) The kitchen closes at midnight; drinks continue til 1 AM. The interior is nice-- dim and dark wood, with a semi-circular bar as its focal point, and tables and chairs arranged in orbit. Prices and selection are about right for this caliber of resort; not cheap, but not extortionate, either. Service was quite friendly, thorough, helpful, and relatively quick -- oftentimes the Achilles' heel of hotel bars. My burger was tasty, the fries were good, and the beer was cold. A solid effort.

Just had the most amazing meal with the most amazing s device. Had Doug as my waiter and he went above and beyond . This place is the best, such great service had to write about it !
This fell short of our expectations. When I made reservations I told them it was hubby's birthday. When we arrived they told us to wait 10 minutes for our table to be ready. I figured they were decorating it for hubby's birthday - with confetti and a birthday card, the way Capital Grille did the 2 times we went there for birthday dinners without reservations. But our table had nothing on it. We asked to see the cocktail menu for bourbon drinks. Doug, the server asked my husband what brand he liked. He was guiding him into picking a drink and I asked again for the cocktail menu. Doug told me that he would get it but thought he could make hubby's drink while he went to the bar to get the menu. What the? Dude the point is we wanted to look at your offerings, not have you rush hubby into making a decision to save you steps. But hubby went along and ordered an Old Fashioned . We toasted his birthday with his drink and my water because the server dropped off the cocktail menu and left. When he returned I ordered the same drink because it tasted good. But my drink was much stronger than hubby's so we swapped. The food: We liked the lavash the best. The pretzel rolls were soft and almost gummy. The butters were ok but none of us raved. None of us used the 4 types of salt because we actually have a salt sampler on our dining room table so it's no biggie. (We all picked a steak knife just for the fun of it - Mom had fish and didn't need one but we went with it.) The $60 crab-stuffed lobster tails were the best I ever had. The fist-sized, breadcrumb-free buttery crab topped 2 thick sweet tails. The very tasty $60 mid rare wagu steak was not juicy. It sat on a mostly empty white plate that shrunk the steak, 3 cippolini onions and garnish. The foie gras appetizer was in a small pan containing a 4 inch piece of soft foie gras, diced butternut squash, dried cherries and Nueske's bacon. Doug warned it was a '2 bite dish' but it was rich so the portion was right. The Caesar salad was good too - the anchovies were plump and the creamy dressing balanced the salt in the fish and cheeses. The Brussels sprouts were ok - I wish they weren't overcooked and over-seasoned. The truffle macaroni and cheese was a plate of black speckled corkscrew pasta in a cream sauce topped with what looked like shredded white and orange cheese from a bag. We tasted truffle but question if they used truffle powder or truffle oil. The halibut was creamy soft and delicious. Was it worth $39? I don' t think so but it was good. After nearly everything was packed to go - we got full fast - Doug brought plates and spoons to the table for 'something on the house for having to wait for (our) table'. I said I thought it was because it was my husband's birthday and he said 'Oh, happy birthday' and walked away. When the desserts were served, there were no candles, no one sang, nothing. The desserts were ok - between the 3 of us we didn't finish any of the 3" dishes of pear creme brulee, berry topped cheesecake, or chocolate mousse. Mom said it best when she said the coffees were 'like water'. They only brought 2 lukewarm cups initially and then another cup that was hot. The coffee lacked flavor so there was no point in asking for hot coffee - none of us drank it. When the bill came, the drinks weren't on it. I asked the hostess if she could send Doug over and when he arrived I got about 2 words out before he told me that he had our drink bill at the bar and that he'd combine the 2 bills. He returned with the bill and presented it to hubby. I took it, saying the birthday boy doesn't get the bill. Doug said nothing and left again. The hostess came over and told me that she reminded Doug that one of his tables was celebrating tonight but he seemed to have forgotten. Whatever Doug. I gave you a generous tip because the co-server Jose did a great job. But we all agree, Capital Grille made us feel that they cared about our celebration. They also served delicious food (stuffed lobster, coffee rubbed steak, champagne, etc.) and made sure we felt the love. We plan on going there this weekend to redeem this experience. And when my birthday rolls around we're going there.
Have left messages for this restaurant to ask questions and make a reservation and my call was never returned. I was trying for a Saturday night for 4 people. Guess they don't want my business. I will not call again and will take my business elsewhere.

Primetime Restaurant & Bar

It was no debate for the three musketeers once Primetime became an idea for Mother's Day festivities. Second time around and it was another great dinner service. Our waiter Jason did a job well done. We expected it to be packed so we called ahead, but there was no wait time to our surprise. The reason for giving this experience 4 stars versus 5 from previous is due to my aunt's meal which I will elaborate later. I wanted to start off with a drink, in which I was torn between Turbulence and Weston Sunrise. I took Jason's suggestion and chose Turbulence which is rum based. He warned it would be pretty strong so offered me water on the side. I certainly recommend it; smooth but with a punch. We started off with spinach, artichoke and cheese dip w/ their house made tortilla chips. The chips were not greasy or drowning in salt, had a unique taste to it. The dip was not as creamy as I hoped, but it was still presentable. It was hard not to choose the Maine lobster roll again, but I didn't give in and tried the Maine lobster ravioli and it sure did not disappoint! I really want to know the recipe to their sauce, it was outstanding! They were not stingy with that sauce either. The amount of raviolis was a little discouraging, but it kept me satisfied after I finished. So worth the $22. My mom ordered the same thing she had last time, the 3 mushroom penne. My aunt this time ordered the fettuchine alfredo, adding chicken. She stated it lacked flavor, adding salt and pepper to see if it helped. She also did not enjoy her lemonade. Jason removed the lemonade from our bill w/o any of us saying anything, he just examined that she only took 2 sips which shows excellent effort and attentiveness. I find this place to be underrated, and I hope it will tickle the fancy's of many other locals to come.
Great place, great food. Want to thank our server Leslie and Josefina for making our dinner a wonderful one. Thanks again. Rick
We came for a friend's surprise birthday party and had the front bar area to ourselves. This venue is actually quite nice inside - clean, modern, impressive wine selection on display...reminds me of a high end steakhouse. Our friend sprung for an open bar for the time we were there and the bartenders were amazing. This was especially impressive since the bartender told me I was the only one that had been tipping (cheapos!). In any case they still provided amazing service. A whole slew of appetizers were brought out for the group. I tried the BBQ Chicken Flatbread, Filet Flatbread, Calamari & Spinach Dip. I can honestly say that all were very tasty! I checked out the menu and prices seemed pretty reasonable with most entrees below $25. Overall we had a great experience here and will definitely come back for dinner!
