I don't come here often but when I do I usually get the same thing the Greek salad and the green tea is my favorite

I have a love hate relationship with this panera location, never had an issue with the food but the service is usually hit or miss, I've waited close to half an hour for my food because the employees were joking around with each other with highly inappropriate conversation, I get they are young but come on it's a job, so do your job, you are getting paid after all. The staff needs training on customer service, and on having decent manners, doesn't kill to simply say 'good morning' or 'thank you'

We love eating here, it is always fresh and delicious. However, today you failed miserably and your manager is not trained how to handle when things go wrong. Look carefully at the salad. Yes that is a hair in there and no it doesn't look like it came from someone's head. I understand why the kids say SMH!!!!

Love coming here for lunch or just to study. Many people bring their laptops and sit in one of the booths against the wall to study or work. The place is quite noisy, especially during lunch and dinner time. But the service is good. The food wait is short and they bring the food to you (most of the time). Tables for dining inside and outside. Free wifi. Drawbacks - hard to find parking in the complex. Sometimes, it's difficult to find a table inside for dining.

Great place for lunch, family, business, takeout or just chillin on the wifi! The food is good. But I have always found the menu confusing. The place is clean and the service is good. But the people making the food should give more attention to what they are doing. I have had lots of uneven sandwiches. Also checkout the french onion soup... in a bread bowl.

Great Food, however Service is not Good at all! Service is a #1 Priority for me so you will get 2 stars, very young management that do not care about the restaurant, the customers, just their paycheck. How Sad

Little to no wait at Panera Bread despite its's preppy Weston location. Parking is usually a problem, though, in the Weston Commons Shopping Center. On September 19th, I had the "You Pick Two" lunch with a cup of Autumn Squash soup and a Frontega Chicken Panini. Total check was $8.82 As for a drink, I had my usual water. The meal came as ordered, was hot and well prepared. Despite the parking issues, I will visit this location in the future. /s/ William E. Lewis Jr, Davie, Cooper City, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Service was awful. Hunter waited on the customer in front of me. When she was finished she went behind the preparation counter to make a smoothie type drink. She was showing a kid and an employee how she made it. She never acknowledged that I was standing there waiting to place my order. When I asked her if she was going to take my order she said she was training an employee on how to make a smoothie. I responded, "that is fine but the professional way to handle that would be to tell me you'll be right with me...not to just ignore me." She did not respond. Rather than leave I ordered anyway. While I waited for my order she went over and spoke to Zach/Zeke while he was having a personal conversation with friends in the restaurant. At that point I wanted to leave but I had already paid. I don't know if he was told to screw up the order but my husband did not get utensils or bread to go with his soup bowl and I did not receive utensils for my soup and salad. I will not visit Panera again.

So finally after nearly two years of avoiding Panera, today I decided to go back (I over did it in the past) to my surprise the menu was... Smaller, kinda like "These are the ones that sold guys" which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it was more shocking since my favorite salad was no longer available. There I was at the counter about to make a decision I was unprepared for mentally since I usually stick to what I like, that steak salad was just perfect. It was out of my hands really, so I chose the Cobb salad, because how could you go wrong (I always order egg containing meals and I don't like eggs) to my delight the salad was EGGCELLENT! As always their broccoli cheddar soup, not to be confused with a healthy alternative, hit the spot... It hit the spot too many times since I'm also lactose intolerant but it was worth it! I love Panera, their food is delicious and their service is always consistent :)

Food was very good, as expected. Loved the Mac-n-cheese and the soups! Unfortunately, the customer service was kinda rude, which made me feel sorry for spending my money here.

Don't like this location (Weston). This is the second time I've come to this location, because I happen to be in the area, and each time the place is dirty... dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty bathroom. Makes me wonder what condition the food prep area is. I like Panera, but this location is not managed well.

I really just wanted a quick healthy lunch with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. We walk in and there is a long line, I already know this isn't going to be a quick lunch. Luckily they had 3 cashiers, so the line went quick enough. My daughter ordered the Be Green smoothie, which they prepare immediately for you. But in the middle if the preparation a guy walks in an asks about his order he placed online, so that delayed it 5 min. She wasn't happy. Our food arrived at our table 30 minutes after we placed the order. I don't come here all that often, but I'm pretty sure that is not the expected wait time. I ordered barbecue chicken sandwich and French onion soup. My daughter ordered Mac 'n cheese and the Figi apple salad. Both were really good, very fresh and tasty. I would say it was worth the wait!

Enough already! Today was the last stray. They list soup that they don't have [they take you money, sit and then when the rest of the meals are being served they tell you!] This has happened before. Poor planning and timing. .. it took over 13 minutes for a cold sandwich, salad and soup. Sandwiches are getting SMALLER! They need to fix this ALL! Heard another customer complaining a as well.

Went there, soda machine broken .when we asked fr our order.didn't have this bread or that bread ,they had run out .brought our order out,one request was without onions,( it had onions) they hadn't put one our requested soups on the first order, had to go and reorder. Was that a good dining experience? I wouldn't think so.they should of offered us at least bottled water.the cashier started giving me this explanation that they donate this and that ,and that they don't make excessive amounts of bread etc etc etc.....i told her that that was not my problem im just the customer and that was my last time in that dump.....manager should have done damage control.....guess she was too busy doing nothing Wont go back . Should get no stars but thats not a choice

Great service. I used to go there to study. The price of the food is very reasonable and they have many options of dessert. The soups are pretty good and I'll say the sandwiches are not bad but nothing out of the extraordinary. Wifi is a plus and if you are studying no one will bother you.

Girl who took the order was far from pleasant and looked pissed to be working. Your order takers are the first experience of where you eat! Train them to be merrier to serve others!!! I could never have someone like this working my front desk. Food preparation was on ultra slow mode! Only one tall girl being fast and effective Everyone else was Too busy chatting to each other as two of us stood waiting for our order.

I have gone to several Panera breads and I don't understand their concept here in Weston. You place an order and you get the receipt and also a disk that buzzes when your food is ready. As I stand waiting for my food I hear someone auctioning off the food . If you have the buzzer what is the purpose of it because it never buzzes and the person walks around with your food.

Came in for coffee and pastry on a Saturday afternoon. The Restaurant is filthy. There are tables that haven't been cleared and/or cleaned. I cleaned the one I'm sitting at. It's not that busy but there is a line. One bus boy who just arrived. The coffee was great as well as the warmed pecan roll I shared with Hubby. But, it wasn't a good feeling walking in to a dirty restaurant.

awesome staff, nice quiet place to study or hang out for a quick brunch .... garden pesto veggie soup and thai chicken salad is the BEST . Do NOT get the frozen lemonade ... it tastes horrible , too sugary other than that its an awesome place

The food seems more artificial each time I go. Plus if you look at their nutrition fact charts online their dishes have a lot of sodium nog too mention the calories.

Always good, and busy. The wait staff have their hands full keeping the tables bussed, so that may throw you off a bit. That said, always good sandwiches and salads. My wife and daughter also love their food.

Expensive, but I love the bread, egg soufflés and mac & cheese! I enjoy coming here to get out the house and do schoolwork, but avoid lunch hour and breakfast on the weekends if you are trying to work in a relatively quiet environment. This particular location has been refreshed and I like the revised layout.

Excellent bread, excellent sandwiches, not so great coffee. This is the place to go to if you're craving sandwiches. Forget subway-- Panera has so much to offer-- both hot and cold. Many college students like to eat here while working on their school work. The atmosphere is an odd mixture of calm and electric. Can't tell if it's all the nervous energy from the studying students, but whatever the reason, this place makes a nice studying place (and apparently, I'm not the only one who thinks this way). Only if this place closed a little later. But nothing is ever perfect, is it?

Wrong cream cheese, empty coffee pot & not egg whites that was ordered but the atmosphere is nice. O well, my review was about as good as my breakfast.

This place is great for a quick breakfast or lunch. The prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of food that is given to you. Its kinda a mix of fancy and fast food. They have a whole assortment of baked good made fresh along with sandwiches, soups, and salads. I usually get the Italian sandwich on ciabatta or one of the soups. After you place your order you sit down, then like magic it shows up at your table minutes later! If you're looking for a lunch date spot or a place to study, you can do both here. It can get a little busy, so coming on off hours is smart if you're trying to study. The best part about Panera is the free samples! Oh and did I mention the free WiFi!

Panera has become my second office. It's noisy, but the noise is tune-out-able. I can sit and do work with their hassle-less wi-fi. They have good food, too...oh yeh. Hot sandwiches beat cold ones. The salads are substantial. Baked goods all done well. Their dark roast coffee does it for me, and I can sit two hours working without hassle, so who's to complain? This one I'm reviewing is closest to home, but, for a chain bakery in S. Florida, it's definitely the place to get stuff done.
