Food is amazing.. BUT ONLY.. when they get your order right.. service was terrible.. over the phone the person taking our delivery order was very short with us.. then our delivery driver was very condescending and rude. After placing our order I asked them to repeat it back to me and he said everything right. When they delivered they had made a mistake on their part; they had forgotten a roll and subsequently failed to leave a receipt, maybe cause he was in a hurry out the door. Also, they had not given us any utensils. So I called back immediately asking them to fix it and the person taking the order was rude yet again, and when the delivery driver came back he jumped down our throats and ran up really quick and just said "so what's up?!" I guess we didn't respond quick enough and he mocked us. He rolled his eyes and sneered at us when he walked out. Be careful ordering on Wednesday nights. We learned our lesson, so hopefully you don't have to.

First and last time. Staff smoking at entrance. Had to walk through a cloud of smoke. Staff acted as if we were doing them a favor by coming to their restaurant. Very rude and uninviting.

Being from NYC you can really only eat NYC Chinese food. Last week I was in town and tried their Pork Lo Mein, I have to say probably the best I have had in years!!!! It was so good I went back to buy it for the plane ride back home!

Decent Chinese food. I've tried several others in town and always come back to this one. Had the pork with broccoli and the Egg drop soup. All was very good. The place is not really designed to eat in , although it has 2 tables inside. This is more for pickup & go or have your food delivered. Check your order before the guy leaves.

Do not hesitate! I almost didn't order from here because of the less than stellar reviews but I'm glad I did. Ordering was easy, the food was delivered as promised (45 minutes) and the food was tasty and hot. I ordered General Tso's chicken and Chicken Egg Foo Young dinner combination meals. They came with your choice of soup, an egg roll and crab rangoon. The soup and egg rolls taste just like they do at any other chinese takeout restaurant- average. IMO, the best egg rolls in Weston are at Pei Wei. Now, the crab rangoon was the absolute best I've ever had! I couldn't taste the crab, which is alright by me, but the cream cheese filling was just great! The General Tso's chicken and egg foo young and veggie fried rice were really good. The foo young sauce (looks like gravy) was delicious and just rounded out the whole meal. Definitely take the chance and try it for yourself.

Just OK, have ordered the same entree a couple times and it tasted different each time. Sushi is pretty good.

I've ordered from here several times, as they are located right around the corner. They have a very large menu with a wide range of dishes, including sushi! Everything is always very good, delivery is fast and items are reasonably priced.

Zero stars. I have had my last BAD Chinese food from them. I threw their menu in the trash with their BAD food. Every time I forget how bad it is I go back for more. Their meals have NO sauce and NO taste. I say NO more! You are banned from my house. Here is a hint go up north, find a great Chinese restaurant AND ask them to teach you how to cook!!! And stop hiring stupid kids that get orders wrong because they would rather text with their friends than care about your customers!

Disgusting. Just absolute garbage. As a NY'er, I totally dispute any reviewers from NYC who say the quality is similar to Chinese food there..

One of the worst experiences I've had with Chinese food and service in general. Found this place on yelp while vacationing with 7 friends in Ft Lauderdale. The first dish I ordered was fried rice and she said I could order a pint, quart or jumbo size. Needing to feed 8 people I ordered a jumbo. In the rest of my order I asked for jumbo general tso's chicken, jumbo beef and broccoli, and regular sizes of pad thai and ma po tofu. Our order arrives and we notice that the fried rice is jumbo but the other two dishes we wanted as jumbo were regular size. The chicken and beef dish is what most of us wanted, and clearly we were not going to have enough. I called the restaurant to let them know they made a mistake in our order. The same woman who took my order told me that those dishes don't come in jumbo sizes. So then I asked her why she failed to mention this to me over the phone when I specifically asked for jumbo. Then she rudely says, "Well what do you want me to do about it?". Really?? Worst customer service ever! In addition, the food wasn't even that great. The food overall was bland, and I have no idea why they have pad thai because it was the worst pad thai I have ever had. I only gave them one star because the ma po tofu was their only decent dish.

As far as Chinese take-out is concerned, this place has got more dishes on the menu than you could possibly fathom. They have sushi as well as Chinese fare. I've never tried the sushi so I can't comment on that, but the Chinese food is pretty standard. I don't typically do Chinese take-out since I'm Asian and I enjoy authentic Chinese food - like my Grandma makes...YUMMY. But, since my Grandma lives in NY .... and good, authentic Chinese food isn't that easy to find in my neck of the woods, sometimes my family and I will resort to Chinese take-out. This location of Orient Chef happens to be super close to where I live, so we do call in an order once or twice a year. The food is pretty tasty - we've tried the egg foo yung, lo mein, fried rice, chicken wings and some of the seafood specials. All in all, the food is okay and they serve it up fairly quickly.

Eat here more often than I probably should. The food for the most part is fresh and tasty, although I have ordered the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce twice and the shrimp has been spoiled. Nonetheless, the steamed dumplings, Special Fried Rice, Vegetable, Miso, Egg Drop soups and various sushi rolls are tasty and very good. Sweet and Sour Chicken is average and they are quite skimpy with the sauce. In fact, if you would like extra sauce, they will charge you $.25 for it. All in all, it is a decent Chinese take out establishment with very reasonable prices.

I ordered delivery about a week ago and the order was delivered incorrectly. I asked for house special lo mein and received plain lo mein. I called them and they said we will credit you a house specail lo mein next time you order, since I paid cash and had no way to get a refund I said ok. I called back about 4days after and placed an order and when I told her about the issue last time and my credit for house special lo mein, she said ok. Then I asked for the total and she tried to charge me for it! I brought it up again and she said she can do half off I said no way!!! Not a total loss their food is mediocre at best. Here's in the kicker it was the same girl that took my order on both days!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
