I've loved this restaurant for years. They're my go-to for any time I want Chinese. Especially when it contains seafood (like their seafood fried rice or lo mein). But less than $6 for 10 cheese wontons with crab meat (crab rangoons) are impossible to put down.

Never order delivery from this place, took 15 minutes to get our order through and another hour to get it here. Customer service is awful.

Craving Chinese takeout food that is cheap and delicious? China express is the solution! Always solid.

Food here used to be good but now it is less than ok. The food had no flavor and bad. The only thing I kinda like was the crab ragon but the sauce was bad pure artificial flavor. I think this is the las time I order from here.

Ordered the Ma Po Tofu, not spicy at all, and there isn't any mushrooms in it even though the menu indicated that there is mushroom. Won't come back again

Chinese food has gone downhill in Weston. This was nothing special and actually bad. The only thing worth while is the fried rice. It's a shame I used to love this place.

I make it a habit to not order from restaurants where the delivery fee costs almost as much as the meal. Not only was the delivery fee outrageous, but it didn't say it on the menu and no one tells you when you order. The guy I talked to on the phone was rude and it took almost two hours to arrive (for one meal). To top it off, the food is sub-par. There's nothing express about China Express.

I'm in town on business and went here for lunch. It is not a fancy place at all and it took 30 minutes to get my food (I waited at the place). The lady was hilarious because she has a strong chinese accent but was yelling at everyone on the phone she took orders from because they couldn't understand her. Anyway, finally got my meal (general Tsao's chicken) and it was fantastic! Like shockingly good. The chicken, even in the fried rice, was fresh chicken breast, not that compressed cubed stuff. And there was a ton of food. The price was only $7 and that included a drink. Nice find!

I walked like a mile from my hotel in Weston to here. This restaurant does not looks so neat and fancy. I was thinking the food is going to be horrible. I ordered shrimp fried rice it was delicious. It wasn't expensive and they gave me a lot.

Simple and easy to decide on menu choices. They do what they do well, and aren't trying to a little of everything to the menu. The General Tso's chicken is my favorite, and they have great deals for lunch, and huge dinner combos too. This is my favorite Chinese carry out in Weston.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
