Dinner at Cracker Barrell. The food is tasty, the service is a tad slow, but the shop has the cutest stuff. Based on the other reviews I see here, I am glad our waitress didn't take 10 minutes to greet us & take our drink order. I think the kitchen is where most of your wait comes from. Abbey was friendly. She got our drinks right away. We placed our order. That's where the wait came along, and for refills on our drinks. She did however get them right away when she realized we wanted them. The price was right, and boy do I love Grits. And for the holidays, they have a new Cinnamon Glazed Biscuit which tastes just like a Cinnabon. Run in and grab one while you can.

The food was good we ate breakfast but they brought the wrong thing at first and cold toast. They quickly fixed the order and everything was good.

HOLY HILLBILLY!! This place is terrible. Took 10 minutes for someone to take our order, another 10 to bring us our two waters. Food is eh but it's Cracker Barrel, it's expected. Horrible service, glad I was just driving through. Don't come here! New: asked for hot sauce he brings me an unopened bottle of Tabasco.... CMON MAN!

Crystal took care of us. Best Poached eggs. Mgr came over to our table asked if everything was OK. Nice. Could not resist buying some great items in their country store. The ladies were incredibly helpful and service w a smile. Bought, several summer items reduced by 40%. Of original price. Can't beat that. Even bought 2 jars of The Country Fried Apples. For the upcoming Holidays & they are Gluten Free and also make nice gifts. Reg price is 8$, reduced to 2 jars for 8$ YAY Yes... I shouldn't have. But...I bought 2 Christmas Ornaments. Displayed on an incredible Christmas Tree. Some incredible finds and $ saving deals. We always seem to hit the right time. Without no more then a 5-10 min wait. MAY I SUGGEST. Call places you want to dine. Ask the Host/Hostess. "What's the aprox Wait Time" It helps if No Call Ahead List is Available. Great place to go w/friends or yourself C(-:

This isn't for the fast food, posh or uptight crowd. We eat here every time we are down visiting family - about 9 years now. It's a southern comfort food place where you go to just chill and spend time with the family. Service varies depending on the day and server. So you just don't know what you will get. Don't expect to get in/out fast and you will be fine. The food is usually good and consistent in taste no matter what location you go to. Ours back in Denver area isn't much different. Just plan on adding some salt and pepper because of the wide range of clientele. Food: I'm a country boy transplanted to the city, so the biscuits and gravy and grits usually satisfy my needs. Yes, the gravy is a mix, but they put sausage in it and it's not watery. The grits are thick - the way they are supposed to be. The places that serve grit soup need to have their heads examined. The chicken fried steak is pretty good and tender. Most of the vegetables are good, i just don't get as much as I would like. The only thing I really don't care for is the hashbrown casserole.

Actually it was a lot of fun & the food was abundant! I wouldn't eat there every day as I wouldn't be able to fit my clothes but it was a lot of fun on our road trip. A road trip wouldn't be a road trip if you didn't stop at a Cracker Barrel.

Standard overpriced chain breakfast food. Everyone in place was very friendly and welcoming except for our server Amy. She was slow to arrive at the table and when she did finally notice us she proceeded to arrange a few tables and chairs instead of taking our drink order. She didn't smile, never cleared the table, and didn't fill our drinks. However she was quick to drop off the bill right after the food was delivered. The only reason the place didn't get 1-star is because the food was hot, came to the table quickly, and the rest of the staff from the hostess, the store personnel, and the cashier was super friendly. Too bad some of that friendly spirit didn't rub off on our surly server!

Lets be clear Cracker Barrel is not a 3 star restaurant. However I am giving it 3 stars because this location is good at what it does and what it does is bring me pancakes whenever I want them. It is a Cracker Barrel which means typically I try not to touch anything and never use the bathrooms, because like all cracker barrels this one has the same thrift store in a bus stop feel to it. That having been said the food is consistently Cracker Barrelly. That is to say you know what you are getting when you walk through the door. If you are in the mood for Cracker Barrel food you will find a good version of it here. The service can be iffy so ask the host to give you someone who will take care of you or you may not get served at all. (It has happened). On cold south Florida winter nights when the temps drop to a brisk 70 degrees they will usually have a nice fire going in the fire place. I like that little touch. This gets 3 stars because my food is always good. They feed me bacon and pancakes anytime I walk in with a side of biscuits and honey. I wish they would have clean bathrooms and I wish I didn't feel like I need a tetanus shot every time my wife wants to wander around touching the kitchy toys and clothes but as long as they keep the biscuits and honey coming I will keep coming back.

Arrived for brunch and we were immediately greeted by a friendly hostess. Our server was outstanding and food was perfect! At one point, a guest at a table close by dropped silverware, the hostess and a server heard it hit the floor and immediately took action identifying where it came from and providing a replacement before the guest could ask. Beverages were constantly filled and staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed happy to he there working.

I love that no matter which Cracker Barrel you go to, you can expect consistent service and food quality. We enjoyed our brunch here - can't beat the biscuits/apple butter and the cheese grits.

Meh. Typical Cracker Barrel, always packed with old folks at lunchtime so there's typically a wait, and the service tends to also be meh. When I ordered the chicken and dumplings, the dumplings tasted vaguely of fish, which really put me off, but the rest of the food is standard CB fare, decent, not great, but at least hot and fresh. If you don't want McDonald's or BrewBurgers, this Cracker Barrel will do in a pinch, but I wouldn't ever become a regular here.

Even prior to the veteran being fired because the management there would rather throw away food than give it to a homeless person, I had decided CB was awful. Went there on Mother's Day, service was eh, and the food was horrible. Second time was Father's Day, I had to remind the server to bring our drinks to us and again the food was horrible. The cheery pancakes were stiff and dry (my kids couldn't eat them) the sausage gravy was cold and congealed and the biscuits actually made a noise like knuckles rapping wood when I hit them in the table. The eggs were greasy and overcooked, and the bacon was stiff as a rock. The only reason I can think that they are still open is because people driving on I-75 don't know any better. And now after firing this man I will not be shy about telling anyone to avoid that place at all cost!!

Excellent service and food was out in less than 10 minutes. The manager even bussed our table as we finished. An easy 5 stars!

I love this restaurant for several reasons. Cracker Barrel is a chain, but it still always tastes very homey. The dishes are those stick-to-you-ribs fare such as pecan pancakes and hashbrown casserole, two of my favorites. The service has always been great - which can be sketchy at many other chains. There does seem to be something in the way of "Southern Hospitality" here that makes it a great experience all around. It can get busy on weekends for breakfast since the breakfast menu is so yummy. And the Old Country Store is just the icing on the cake for me - love wandering around and finding nostalgic toys and lots of "gifty" type things. My perfect Sunday morning with the family would begin here. Highly recommended.

Quick service and the food was good. Breakfast served all day so you can't go wrong there. Lots of knick-nacs on the walls and around the restaurant but everything looked clean and the country store has tons of neat gifts.
