This place is pretty neat. Food is great, location is great, dog friendly, nice staff, not 5 stars because they allow smoking and I am not a smoker. Love that you can go out on the little deck and look at the fish. A must!

Don't let the divey appearance scare you away. You go down past residential housing on a dead end. No advertising signs. I thought the place was abandoned until I saw the full parking lot. This place could benefit from a facelift...some as simple as fresh paint. I had the Cobb salad with a grilled chicken breast. I thought it was overpriced based on the menu and the resteraunt appearance. ..I was wrong. It was very well put together. Fresh bacon! Be careful what dressing you choose. I chose thousand island and the blue cheese overwhelmed the dressimg. The Cobb salad can be ordered with fried chicken breast. If you like eating off the beaten path, this place is for you.

What a great find via Yelp. We left the Kennedy Space Center and wanted to eat where the locals eat. The bonus was the awesome view and laid back atmosphere. The fish was fresh and the burger is great according to my picky 9 year old daughter. I tried the burger and it was good. Now the view was great in the bay and the locals were friendly. Best.

Love the atmosphere. Quiet. Relaxing and great place to unwind. Friendly staff. Next to the water. Food was delicious.

Sorry attitude, sorry service. Dishes smudged with black schmutz and ATTITUDE to match. Dirty Water glasses and dirty mouth to match.

One of our favorite restaurants in Titusville, and a bargain with very generous portions. A few things I have had during several visits that were excellent (and always leaving with doggie bags) - fried oysters (definitely fresh and hand breaded), clam chowder, pork chops, mozzarella sticks (these seem hand breaded also, but is that even possible?), chili-cheese dog, to name a few. The only thing I've ever had that I thought poor is the potato salad - it tastes too sweet and potatoes overcooked. As others mentioned, this is a "rustic" place, meaning somewhat on the rundown side but hard to notice with the breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian River and NASA right in front of you.

My husband and I were visiting Titusville and found this restaurant on Yelp. The view of the river was nice The Sun was shining and we ordered fish sandwich for the both of us. It came with homemade coleslaw and potato salad which is very good. The French fries were homemade crispy and very meaty

Overall, a very good experience. Only had one issue, but I'll get to that in a moment. It's a locals' gem with all the elements that suggests. Much of a dive, has a bar with shuffleboard, outdated tables and chairs, but, hey, that's what you look for when going to where the locals go. And of course, with any local place, the food is honest, fast, and very tasty. We started with the chicken livers and they were perfectly seasoned, hot and delicious. He had the burger and it was juicy and the chips were plentiful and brimming with crispy goodness. I had the chicken, collards, and mashed butternut squash and though the squash could have used more seasoning, all was tasty. My issue, the loss of the star, was that the menu said chicken breast, but all I got were two chicken tenders. I was quite disappointed in the portion size. She did offer to bring me something else and in retrospect I should have taken her up on the offer. I'll go again, as it's very convenient to Kennedy and we love to eat at local places, but I'll stay far far away from the tiny chicken offerings.

Sometimes you turn down a dirt road and find a great, comfortable place worth the drive... That's New York New York. The name doesn't fit at all cuz it's more of a dive than any place you'll find in New York. It's a run-down old home that's been turned into a very casual restaurant and local hangout at the tiki bar in the back yard - which... did I mention... is right across from the NASA launch pad at Cape Canaveral! It brags about home made potato chips but we enjoyed the sweet potato mash the most. It's has a very ambitious menu with the usual staples of burgers & sandwiches (believe it or not they even offer chicken gizzards and liver & onions) but it was the grouper sandwich that we raved about. It was excellent - in fact, I think it may have been the freshest and tastiest I have ever had. We also enjoyed the cuban (sandwich of course) the cold beer and the view.

Killer soups and Tuna steaks. An excellent location on the water and wonderful views of space shuttle launches
