Dogs R Us Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Dogs R Us knows how fry everything, even mushrooms and mac n cheese. But they do a good job at it. Mostly I stick to their bone-in wings. Never had a bad batch. The one thing that I've never understood is why they don't take cards. Yes, they have an atm for your convenience. But the most convenient thing would be for them to take cards after all of these years. I'm certain that they would get loads more business if they took different forms of payment. I have even skipped out on going there myself because I didn't feel like getting cash for the occasion. But yes, please come here if you're craving carbs and wanting a relaxed, sporty atmosphere. The staff is always nice. I've never had a food complaint and have been coming around for years.

This place has been around for a very long time. Unfortunately they've gone downhill over the years in a big way. Our last two visits were terrible and will be our last. About 4 months ago we ordered wings & fries. Wings were like rubber, which wasn't the least of our worries. After we had a couple wings, we noticed red on our plates - it wasn't wing sauce, it was blood. The wings were under-cooked. Nice way to put someone in the hospital!! When we complained, the "manager" said "that shouldn't have happened". Wow. What a revelation. He offered to bring out more but at that point we were just disgusted and not hungry. What was even worse was he had the gall to charge us for our drinks - a beer and a soda. Considering the severity of this incident, everything should've been comped. Made the mistake of going back recently to try again. This time we took my parents. While my sandwich was fine, my mother's salad was just cool, not cold. Then when she got to the bottom of the salad, the lettuce was rotten!! Leaves were dark brown and almost liquid. They were going to charge us too, saying she'd eaten most of it!!!!! We argued the point, stating that it's unreasonable to expect a customer to inspect their food to make sure it's not rotten. Then it was knocked off the bill. What a shame. Years back this was a really good place to go. Now it's all about the almighty dollar.

If u want food the wings are a rave the club sandwich is good. I've always found it mediocre cleanliness not the greatest. It's just bar food.

Best wings in town.. Get the homemade ranch to go with it..

Best around for the sports bar and lounge type place. They don't accept debit or credit cards but I still go. Went here a few times during a recent family vacation. Each time food came out quickly and exactly as ordered. Fresh taste and reasonable prices. Service was good all the girls there are warm and welcoming. Recommended highly. Posted a pic of the food I got. And I can say it was that delicious that I ate everything.

About an hour outside of Orlando, Dogs R Us is like a Titusville Hooters with waitresses in really short (maybe too short?) black shorts and tight referee shirts. Also none of them were wearing aprons and the shorts didn't seem to have pockets so from where I was sitting it seemed to make for a lot of unnecessary running for the girls on a somewhat busy Thursday night. The kids at the bar thing was a little weird to me, but I guess it's more of a restaurant (?) than a bar. So they seemed totally family friendly- which makes me wonder again at the tiny uniforms. Our server April was sweet and efficient, delivering our beers quickly and accurately. She earns an extra star for the place overall, considering the recent awful experiences I've had while in Orlando. Thank you, April! We didn't eat anything, but my friends tell me the wings are quite tasty. Weird that they're known for wings, yet they're named after dogs. If I ever get dragged back to Titusville, I guess there could be worse places to spend my cash (cash only bar!) than Dogs R Us.

This is the only place I would get wings in Titusville. They are great. It is a nice sports bar. They still only accept cash. WTF. The management has always been a little ridiculous there.

Bottom Line, use cards for your business! This girl s not the 1950's anymore. What a waste of time to buy food. Great people, but their service is not supported by the company. So, 50 wings ordered and a cocktail. I'd guess I would have been a $50 tab. Ready, wings good! Nope, we take cash only. We have an ATM.... How much, well, that's a whole other story, but seriously? You run a $3800 a day establishment (profit), and cash only. The owner is either dumb or freaking flashed back to the 1800's. Never again! Good may be good... Just don't know.

Dogs R Us has been a favorite place if mine since they opened more years ago than I can remember. They moved to the Washington avenue location then branched out to Cocoa (port St. John) and I think Merritt island although I haven't been to that one. Usually meet friends at Titusville one like I did last night and now again tonight. Tuesday's special was bacon wrapped shrimp for 59 cents each. Delicious as always. Their wings are an all time favorite as well as bacon cheese burger and a newer blu cheese burger. You really can't go wrong there and it is very kid friendly if you have children as well as seating in an adult section if you don't want an adult atmosphere. They have daily specials and kids are always free every day. You can't beat that! Always a favorite

I take family and friends here often. I have never ordered anything on the menu I didn't like. The Buffalo parmesan wings are amazing. Good value for the price. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is they STILL don't accept credit or debit cards.

We always visit Dog R Us when visiting Titusville. It is a staple. The wings are amazing! As are the cheese fries. Service is always great. It is old and the building is run down, but, there are not many choices in Titusville to eat at. One tip is that they do not accept cards, you have to pay cash.

We came here instead of Dixie Crossroads because the kids were not doing well and my hubby said this was a good place for kids. He was right. No meltdowns. Quick, friendly service, high chairs, changing tables...sweet lol!! Love it. We had wings and they were super delicious. And super cheap, and kids eat free. Anyway the wings are really really good, haven't tried anything else, would definitely come back. PS they are FAMILY FRIENDLY in case I didn't specify that ;)

My family loves Dogs! Great variety of tasty wing sauces. My wife and I think they have the best wings in county! Fair prices, drink specials on Sunday and kids eat free everyday! You can't lose!!

  • Amy R.

Cheap and good. Kids eat free. Some servers I think need to be retrained but overall its a good place to bring the family for dinner. We go there all the time!

We went to eat there last night and the food was really good. We ordered wings , of course, and a Reuben sandwich. The Reuben was to die for. Best I have had in a while. The wings were great. We ordered some extra dipping sauces and I do not recommend the screaming sauce. Not because it's too hot but its just gross. The hot, medium and teriyaki was great. Only 3 stars because, I waited too long. I believe we were overlooked. Many people that arrived after us were seated before us. It was not until I made myself noticeable, leaning on the beam right in front of the hostess, she asked if I were someone else. I let her know my name and I saw a suprised look was given. We were seated shortly after. Original wait time was 10 minutes. We ended waiting around 25.

had the hot wings screamers, the were great with the beer. Service was also great!!!

Cash only. That's important for everyone to know. Good hotdogs here. I've been a few times. Lunch specials under 10 bucks. It's worth an occasional visit.

Oh what a wonderful visit we had here ... or not. After a pleasant afternoon out with the wife and chidren we stop in for some wings. We got in before the dinner rush and the hostess seated us in the BAR area as she claimed she was balancing out the restaurant. So here we are with children under 6yr old sitting in the back of the bar. At first it was ok as it was basically empty. Our meals came out, 3 kids meals and 50 wings for my spouse and I. $42 worth of wings were soggy--not crispy. Our waitress came by and asked how everything was, then acted bothered by us stating the wings just weren't enough. Instead of sending them back we just muscled on eating soggy wings and throwing the fleshy rubbery skins away with the bones. Then the adults on motorcycles showed up, we apparently went to a 'biker bar'. Whooping, hollering, and cussing started flying around. I asked for the manager to visit our table because I wanted to find out why they seated a family with 3 small children at a table in the bar. She apologized and stated the hostess was new. The bill comes and to my surprise, no discounts, no comps. So we ate $42 worth of soggy chicken wings (brought the rest home), and cowered in the corner while bikers are cussing like sailers on port calls. Final bill was $63 + tip. PS. This place is CASH only, no debit cards, no credit cards. But they do have an ATM in the lobby so if you don't have cash expect to pay $5 dollars in ATM fees.

Two cold "Chicago" dogs, cold fries, kids' meals were cold. So, they have this thing called a Chicago dog on the menu which sports . . . uh . . . not a single sport pepper. It also isn't made with a vienna, nor is it enrobed in a poppyseed bun. I could care less about the bun. The peppers. The peppers. Where did the peppers go? I asked the waitress ('cause I wasn't being nice that night) how they could call it a Chicago dog without sport peppers. She just shrugged, "I don't know." So, even after all of that--minor quibbles really--all of our food was delivered cold. If they could've found a way to deliver warmer food, I would've felt a little more generous.

Love the wings!! Onion rings are great. Hot dogs are good. Definitely 5 stars on food. Only 4 stars given because of "cash only". ATM on location is helpful. Great family place and friendly service.

This is the first time myself and my wife visited Dogs R Us and I must say I was impressed good atmosphere and good prices the baked potato was a little dry but other than that a great place to eat. They are VERY crowded on the weekend and they don't take credit cards

  • Trish C.

I love this place..atmosphere was great. .food great...the waitress we had was nice kept drinks full..came back plenty of times to check how things were..I just always enjoyed this place....however over the years they hire on the younger side..kinda like right outta high school and when I went there the other night we were waiting to be seated the younger cashier girl was standing and talking to a boy or boyfriend from what I gathered from the conversation she definitely dropped the 'f' bomb alot and thats just not professional to me its sad to see that these young people cuss like that in an open area they definitely need to work on the manners of some that work there...other then that great place

  • Christine D.

I love this place BUT - I will never allow myself to be seated in the bar again. Its too loud, they have a jukebox there that played 80's hair bands the whole time I was there with my family. We could barely hear each other. The wings, however, are perfection. I love the hot wings, and kids eat free so that's nice. Cash only is a pain, but there is a pricey ATM.

The worst hot dog I ever had. Microwaved and luke warm. Potato skins were lousy. If that was their signature salad then their name must be inedible.

I remember when this place used to be a take out only spot back in the day. It has grown a lot over the last 20 or so years, and there's a reason for that. The wings are outstanding. I would stick to wings here though.

I spent half my childhood here so I'm biased, and I can't write a decent review anyway since I don't eat meat. but my husband says these are the best wings ever. so there.

Great chicken wings full bar great service ... Good game day place for fun! Watch the shuttle launch ... This is a family favorite. Great Chicken Wings ... and hotdogs; duh. They do not take credit card or check .. so bring your cash! It is fun place and an excellent viewing location for a Shuttle Launch ... I always went there with my mom, we would have foot-long coney dogs and a beer ... but they never had Labats or Canadian Beer, we were kind of disappointing. But they have great Ice Tea ... and good food. Last time I went with a group of 7 to watch Sunday NFL ... we ate 100 Chicken wings ... OMG, we had so much fun, watched two games simultaneously with a crowd of rowdy fans ... I'd suggest this as the best SPORTS BAR in Titusville for game viewing and FULL BAR ...

After a full day at the Kennedy Space Center we were hungry so we asked the lady at the information desk where to go for dinner. She recommend dogs r us and I guess by the looks we gave her she told us not to worry it had something for everyone. On our arrival I was not so sure from looking at the exterior. Once inside I was relieved to see a nice clean interior with lots of monitors showing sports. Amanda was our server and was very friendly and helpful explaining some of the menu items. She got our drinks and kept the refills coming while we waited for our food. All of us were happy with our meals. It was good and hot and a pretty good value. Would go back again. I do agree with the need for accepting credit cards. Then again that is how they keep their prices down.

One of the great local hangouts in the Titusville area. Right off of US 1 with a view of the waterway, Kennedy Space Center, & Harley's, Dogs R Us has withstood the test of times as well as the nostalgia for the Glory Days of the Space Race. It has a fantastic sports bar decor, complete with NASA memorabilia, as this is definitely the typical stop on the way home after a long day at Kennedy. Not only do they have an array of hot dogs, but their burger selection is also quite abundant. And no matter what night of the week you choose to dine, there is always a dinner or drink special. In short, if you have had a long day dealing with tourists and want to go to a reasonably priced local hangout, go to Dogs R Us. You can eat, drink, socialize, and watch live NASA feeds with the men and women who are behind the scenes at the Kennedy Space Center. Just remember to bring cash!

I recently went to this place with my son. He got a hot-dog and I got the wings. The service was good, food was good, atmosphere was good... not outstanding, but good. This is one of those places in Titusville that has been here forever, and will continue to have a local following regardless. Waitresses are dressed in tight shirts and short-shorts (ala Hooters) but maybe not as gratuitous. Just be warned if you are sensitive to that type of thing. OH, and BIG NOTE: They do not accept credit cards. Make sure you bring cash.

If you are dining in do not let them seat you anywhere near the men's room. It is by far one of the most disgusting stenches you will ever encounter and you will not enjoy your meal. My friend and I dined in and both ordered a few items to take home The service was prompt and friendly. Food arrived as ordered and in a timely fashion. Its your basic wing burger joint about what you would expect food wise. The dining experience was fine. My issue was with the wings I ordered for carry out. I ordered the hottest they had. When We opened the package at home the wings were overcooked dry and brittle with almost no sauce on them. The little bit of sauce that did come with the wings was mild instead of hot.

I agree with the other reviews for this place so far. Dogs R Us is a decent place to go for a cheap meal and to catch a game, but the quality of food is decent at best and the service is not anything to brag about either. They have some pretty good wings as well as hot dogs with all the toppings you could imagine. Cheap beer is one of the main reasons people frequent this place, plus they have a great amount of TVs set up on whatever sports game you are there for. Dogs is also family friendly, having "kids eat free" specials everyday, and cheap lunch specials for adult as well. If you are in the mood for some cheap, greasy bar food, Dogs R Us is the place for you.

There's a new owner here, and they've changed my favorite special on the menu, for the worse in my opinion. The Taco Salad special on Friday lunches was a great deal, and tasted great. We used to go in there many Friday's just to get this special. Not so much anymore. Other than that, the Beef Obrian is pretty good. My lunch partners are very fond of the hot dogs. The burgers are pretty good. The wings are likely the best in town. Nice place for business lunches. Good deals as well. Everyone gets out for about $11 or $12 each after tip.

Not so pleased. The special of fried Scallops was small and dry for the price. Hot Dogs are okay, not a knockout. Might be a nice bar, but not a great place for lunch.

Having grown up in Titusville, there have been some good restaurants and some bad, but like everything else, including the space shuttle, all things come and go. Dogs R Us (the former Sizzlin Steakhousesome umpteen years ago) was a real surprise. Brought my family to visit the cape, looking for good food somewhere, we stopped by Dogs R Us. I ordered the fish sandwich (catch of the day was Mahi Mahi) and it was outstanding! It was the first time I had Mahi Mahi that wasn't dry and semi-chewy. The size of the fish serving was bigger than I have seen at most seafood places, it was by far better than the place we tried in Cocoa Beach. It was so good that I took it out of it's sandwich bread and ate it as an entree, not wanting bread to detract from its flavor. It's funny because you would never think to come to someplace callled "Dogs R US" for seafood, but it was far better than anything I had at Dixie Crossroads, and a bargain to boot.

While in FLA for a family reunion we stopped in for lunch and some local flavor. Got a bacon burger w/ fries for $5.95. Good prices, great tasting burger. One kid per adult eats free from the kids menu, which has a good selection. The food was slow getting to our table, but tasted great. Four or five big screen TVs playing sports and some weird cartoon.

Overall I would give it about a 3.5. I think the wings are a 4.5. The wings are great, and the best part is you get large pieces. I feel the prices are fair for what you get. I am in the military and recently came back to the area after 20 years, and I don't think the place had changed a lot. I could care less about the staff attire. At least the don't try to hang out and work the tips like at Hooters. The hot dog/sandwich/sub menu is extensive and the ones I have tried I liked. I really like the fried mushroom appetizer and it is only around $5. The cash only is a pain sometimes, but it definitely keeps prices down. If a place takes credit cards, they are charging you 3% extra for everything you buy. The location in Pt St. John is about the same, with a smaller menu. I think Dogs is a great value, and if you are looking for great wings and watch some sports you are gong to the right place.
