Way too many kids here! We tried the hippie pie which was darn good, in fact we would love to come back for it if it wasn't for the apethetic teenagers working there or the out of controls younger ones eating there with their "I'm at a restaurant let someone else watch what my kid is doing" attitude. Too bad, lots of potential in these pies.

Great place to take the family. Everyone gets what they want and it was priced well. All four of us could get what we wanted on our pizza with out compromising. It was walk up service but pizza cooked in a pizza oven. Plus they have a choose your own soda fountain.

Whether you're a calorie counter or a "put everything on there and then add more" kind of pizza-eater, Your Pie has something for you. The whole premise is "build your own." You can even choose to get a bread bowl salad, calzone, or panini--if pizza isn't your thing. You get to pick your crust--white, wheat, or gluten-free. Then choose one of their delicious sauces--which range from marinara to Thai--and a cheese. 3 different kinds of mozzarella, plus gorgonzola, feta, vegan cheese, etc. Yummy. Extra points for low-fat mozzarella choice. Let's talk toppings. They've got a lot of 'em. And they all looked fresh and delicious. I had tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh spinach and artichoke hearts. But I'm a traditional kinda pizza eater. They also have stuff like pecans, sweet corn, roasted red peppers, and bacon. (And yes, they do have anchovies.) Feeling overwhelmed? They've got options that push the pizza envelope. Check out their Favorites board for some uniquely tasty pies. My lunch buddy got the Thai Pie, and it was scrumptious. Our pies came to our table quickly and piping hot and, most important, they were delicious. Oh! And don't skip the gelato. It's great!

I really enjoyed this place. I took my wife and kids and they had a great time. I didn't expect the pizza to be the best in the world or anything but it was surprisingly good. No it wasn't NY or Chicago style so don't hate on it for that but it was still good. This is a great place to bring kids in an excellent location in South Tampa.

It's like the Subway of pizza joints. Select crust (whole wheat, white, or gluten free), select from a BUNCH of toppings, including vegan cheese, and there's even done decent beer available :)

Nothing special about the pizza. Definitely nothing special about the service. Will NOT be a repeat customer. Went there for the 1st time. Brought my mom and 7 yr old. Told dude behind the counter it was our 1st time in there and we were not sure how "this whole thing worked". He explained it. We got it. Mom didn't want pizza so she was looking over the wall menu while I gave dude my pizza order. A couple of people came in as I finished w my order and dude says to my mother, "Come on Gma or your order is gonna have to go in after theirs.' What the what?! This place is NOT like Subway because they would never make a remark like that to a customer.

Love this place! Great variety of pizza and has something for everyone from vegan's to meat lovers. Everyone I've taken here has liked it and you get a great value for you money. They have a huge variety of toppings, sauces and cheeses and the portions are perfectly sized. I've always had fast and friendly service and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pizza.

Build your own pizza, salad, sandwich, and they're not skimpy with the ingredients! My SIDE salad included pecans, artichoke, tomato, spinach, black and green olives, cucumbers and jalapeño dressing at a side salad price! The bread sticks are a generous size. Pizzas are awesome. Vegan options at no additional charge. Love this place. Great for kids, too!

We came here last Friday and although the place was swarming with kids everywhere, the service was good. I really appreciate their tap selection and I was happy to have my Florida Ave Ale with a BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza came with a nice, thin and crispy crust and the barbecue sauce was pretty good too. I also appreciate the alternate options for crust and cheese, as my girlfriend is lactose intolerant. The soy cheese is actually edible and the whole wheat crust she ordered was just as good as my plain ol' crust. It only took about 10 minutes to get our pizza and the seating was plentiful, even while busy. I'll definitely be making this a normal stop when I'm craving a pie.

Absolutely amazing!! You walk in and you're greeted by a large menu on the wall. Each of the menu items are delicious but they also give you the option to make your own pizza. They have all the fresh ingredients laid out on the bar for your choosing. There's a small charge for additional cheese and meats but the veggies are all free. I love this place because I can really stock up on vitamins from veggies I wouldn't normally eat. Another great feature is the fact that they offer regular, wheat, and gluten free crust. During my visit I was greeted by an employee name Heather. She suggested some options and even told us they have a Tuesday special where you get any pizza and a drink for $5.99. This place is great and I highly recommend.

I wanted to love this place. Concept is great. Decor is good. Food is terrible. Service is terrible. Came in not knowing what to expect. No one else was eating. I asked questions on how it worked and the lady standing at the bar was just short and rude. Did not feel like she cared for my business. I ordered a gluten free crust with the ranch tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, green peppers, onions, and spinach. I sat and waited 10 minutes or so for it to come out of the coal type oven. It came out and looked great. Though is tasted horrible. Worst crust I have ever tasted. Ate one Slice and threw the rest out. Did not even taste like a pizza. Just, ew. Will never go back or recommend.

I'm not big on franchise restaurants but I like this place. I like how the pizza is made in front of me and how I can choose on the fly the ingredients I want. I really like how they offer vegan cheese and tofu. The pizza is good, and of great value for the amount of toppings you get. One thing that annoys me is how they have to cut the artichokes each one at a time by hand (gloved of course) you would think they are giving me black truffles. Other than that good place for a quick good bite.

I received a coupon in the mail for a free 10-inch pizza here, so I checked it out and I'm glad I did. The pie comes on a thin crust, with a choice of wheat, gluten-free or white. The toppings are many and they are all very fresh, organized along a bar where you pick your own. It arrived just minutes later, steaming hot. It tasted delicious. The sauce is not too sweet, and the cheese is fresh and tasty. I looked over the menu and it seems huge. The personal pizzas are all priced very reasonably at under $8, which is a bargain in these days of over-priced "gourmet" pies. They have beer on tap and also a lot of sandwiches. I'd definitely go back for another pizza. The size makes it a perfect meal for one.

Used to come Tuesdays in the fall 2013 for great personalized pizza. It was so good. Back in the area this weekend and had to take my friend to let him try. He really liked it. I enjoy how everything is made in front of you and you can say the amount of ingredients you would like. Wish more pizza places were like this.

I keep saying My pie. Its good pie. If I just ordered it ir would be OK, but its even better when you can pick toppings and make it yourself. Extra points for a nice brick open oven. I liked the gelato, a lot of places serve it lately. I have had better but its not bad. They have Yuengling. SCORE!

When you have a 100% staff replacement things are questionable. The people that knew me and interacted with me are all gone. The food preparation is not as good and some of the key things that I enjoyed about this place have gone missing... New management speaks to customers about teaching new staff and having obstacles. Sort of degrading to the employees and as a customer I want to be 100% sure I chose the right place to spend my money and time... If on the other hand they shared with me the excitement of taking on this adventure and are really happy to have me here and that they have a growing team... Then I feel Like I am apart of that... Might sound cheesy but its the little things that make big differences. One other thing... Door says you close at 9? I called in order at 845 and they were reluctant. Got there 850 and all the chairs are on tables. When I asked, they said management says to start closing at 830 and not accept anyone else after that... I like why then not just put closing time at 830??? Very confusing as a guest. Still good pizza.

I've driven by this place many of times and finally stopped in with my family. We were pleasantly surprised with our experienced. We loved the fact that our family didn't fight over what to get because everyone had their own pizza. There were so many fresh ingredients to choose from and the food came out quickly. The store was very clean and the staff was very professional . This is going to be a new spot for a family night out !

We went to Your Pie for the second time the other night and brought my sister in law from NYC with us. She has a serious gluten allergy and they are so accommodating. Not only do they use a gluten free crust but they also cook the pizza in a separate oven to make sure there is no cross contamination. We all created our own pies which is so much fun, especially because I am a picky eater sometimes. Also, I know a few people mentioned there were a lot of noisy children, but both times it has been fairly empty. Maybe it was the time or day we went. PLus they have one of those great soda machines with the hundred options. I'd prefer going to Your Pie any day over ordering in!

Ok - one star given based on standards in food service preparation and hygiene practices. First time dining in this establishment and the concept is great. Pick your dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Thus creating YOUR perfect pizza! The restaurant was fairly empty when we got there.. The staff greeted us and aided us in our pizza selections. Sitting at the "bar" you have an eagle eye view into their open preparation area. The following was noticed... 1. All employees are always wearing gloves. Now, you may be excited to read that, HOWEVER, they do not change gloves in between handling your pizza toppings, your payment, and the next persons pizza toppings. 2. Their marinara sauce is literally watered down with tap water. I witnessed an employee water down the sauce twice while I was eating. 3. Back to topic 1, I watched in horror as an employee handled salad ingredients, then a pizza cutter, a register, payment, itch his shirt, brush his rear, then added additional ingredients to the top of said salad. All while wearing the same pair of gloves. I'm sorry - but that is laziness. How can anyone think it's acceptable to handle someone's food with gloves that have been handling money?! I for one will not be returning here. While this may be a common practice in other kitchens (and I am sure it is), but when you have an open kitchen and seating where your patrons can watch, it is imperative that your staff be trained in hygiene practices and standards in food service preparation.

Lunch Feb 18 Neat concept for pizza. On size pie made right in front of you and cooked in an open gas operated brick type oven, Pizza was very good. Wheat crust was different and good, made right there. Pizza is about 10 inches so it may not be enough to share if you got a big appetite, but the ingredients are fresh and the quality is there a well. What I really liked though, was the Caesar Salad. The salad is placed in a " bread bowl" hand made and baked in the oven. When served, you have a very good caesar salad placed in a bread bowl you can eat. Great idea! I live in NW Tampa, so I doubt I would pass 30 other pizza places to go to Your Pie, but if your in the neighborhood stop by, it's worth it.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
