The Ambulatory Surgery Center is an out patients surgery or checkup clinic. I was there a year ago to have my medical checkup. This location is just across from USF golf course. I saw a lot of one day procedure patients either for their checkup or minor surgery. This is rather less expensive than the hospital for small procedure without admit to hospital. The Center equip with surgery room for eye sight correction, colonoscopy, and more. They have anesthetist on site and they will knock you out unconsciously while they perform the surgery or video scoping. You feel like a sweet dream after you are out. After you are awake, the procedure is done. You probably will be not in control for a moment before the drug of anesthesia is passed. The doctor may advice you not to drive for a day while you recovered. The center is clean. The nurses are more experienced on the job. It is an expensive 3 hours nap during the small procedure.

Trinity cafe is an amazing way to give back to the community. I'm doing a review in the hopes that more yelpers would consider donating some time or money to help feed the poor here in Tampa Bay. Briefly Trinity Cafe is a non profit organization that provides a 3 course meal Monday to Friday and breakfast on Saturday to the poor and working poor. The goal is to not provide a meal but to make the guest experience a nice and welcoming time as well as making feel respected. More details can be found at trinitycafe.org New Year's Eve was my first time volunteering at trinity cafe and it was a very rewarding experience and got to meet a lot of amazing people and made new friends. I am already scheduled to volunteer again this coming Saturday. I think volunteering at the cafe would be awesome yelp event and the perfect way for the Tampa bay yelp community to give back and show how much us yelpers love Tampa Bay

This is an excellent cafe/ restaurant located at the Island Centre Building at Rocky Point. It has a great ambience and overlooks the water. They recently launched their new menu, I especially liked the carnitas bowl and Baja Turkey Jack Panini!!! Their Kale and Spinach was also really good, it may not sound delicious but it's a must try for all!! The staff are all very friendly and the food quality is above par. Their prices are very good and I highly recommend going here for breakfast or lunch if you're in the area.
The best Cuban I have ever had! It's only a special every once and awhile. Great soups.

While I was shopping at Winn Dixie , I saw the Taste of China Restaurant located at 8476 Sheldon Road in Tampa Florida. I ordered two Curry Chicken Lunch Special and I must say that it was very delicious. One of the best Lunch Special I had after a long time. There are few other take out Chinese Restaurants on Hillsborough Avenue around Town-N Country area not too far from Sheldon and I have tried their Lunch Special and the food is okay , nothing to brag about. And the Lunch Special is only $5.25. I am please to give this Taste of China Restaurant a positive feedback of Five Stars!
