Great service meets quality coffee. While visiting some friends, we frequented this coffee shop for morning coffee and breakfast. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The iced coffee was delicious. There's a great variety of flavored of Monin flavoring. There's also a great selection of breakfast foods and lunch sandwiches.

They have the best Iced Coffee anywhere! When they have them, their scones are amazing as well. Many other menu items including a cuban egg sandwich which is pretty tasty considering it comes out of a glorified closet! If you're in the area and need a caffeine fix, this is your spot.

I love Victory Coffee! The owner and all of the workers are incredibly nice and accommodating. Plus, they make a great latte. I appreciate that they have both soy milk and almond milk for dairy alternatives. I have enjoyed all of the food items on the menu as well. The egg wrap and croissants are my favorite. My only issue is that the banana nut bread flavor isn't still available. I was told it wasn't too popular and I completely understand why they wouldn't continue to carry it.

Victory Coffee is a cute little place in the middle of the channelside district with a very industrial feel. It serves yummy coffee and light meals as well. They have a delicious breakfast sandwich (try it on the Cuban bread!) as well as some wraps and other sandwiches that I have enjoyed. For coffee, they can make just about anything you want and have a huge variety of syrups for flavor. The staff is friendly and if you are a regular they will pick up tidbits about your life and check in on how things are going. One of my only complaints is that their chairs aren't the most comfortable. As a student I often frequent coffee shops for a cool place to get some work done while eating/drinking delicious things. Some of the chairs can be just uncomfortable after a while. All in all though, I've enjoyed each visit I've had to Victory, and it's definitely a place people should check out!

I visited this place while in Tampa visiting a colleague. What a noisy, noisy coffee shop! I had my tablet and laptop and was unable to focus with the amount of noise. I asked politely if they could lower the volume, but I don't think they heard me because the music just got louder. Add that to the fact that the machines are constantly going, people are yapping, it's no coffee shop you want to visit if you just want to get some work done and enjoy your drink. Coffee was decent, however the noise in the place was just too much to bear. I will not be returning until this place is run more towards young professionals and not young people who are hard at hearing.

Victory Coffee is where Channelside residents go for their coffee fix. It's one of those neighborhood cafes where you can walk in with your dog and feed it some Scooby snacks that are on the counter. Being that it's located on the ground floor of a condo, it is very spacious, high ceilings, and other modern/industrial features. Local artwork adorn the walls. They serve Buddy Brew coffee and Mighty Leaf tea (and house iced tea), as well as a cooler with 6 packs of various craft beers, Honest Ice Tea, Vitamin Water, etc. They also have wraps, bagels and the like. I ordered an egg/bacon/cheese croissant ($5.50) and an iced green tea ($2). The croissant was perfect! The best I've had really. Fluffy, not flaky. The egg, cheese and bacon were filling enough to make it a light lunch. 5 stars for that sandwich. The iced tea on the other hand was a little weak in flavor. But it was cheap and refreshing so not a major complaint. The barista working there was polite. One man operation when I was there. I don't think the cafe gets too busy so it's quiet and conducive to studying/working.

The world needs more non-Starbucks like this one. Stopped here thinking I would have some time to kill downtown and wanted some coffee or tea while I read for a bit. This is in the middle of all of the condos and apartments near channelside, so not near the hustle of downtown Tampa, but close enough to everything that if you live or work in downtown Tampa, this is in your neighborhood. It's not very big. Has a small drink bar with some comfortable high chairs, and a few scattered tables. They also have a selection of board games, and a few tables outside as well. I did not try their wifi on this trip, but lets assume it works great.

The world needs more non-Starbucks like this one. Stopped here thinking I would have some time to kill downtown and wanted some coffee or tea while I read for a bit. This is in the middle of all of the condos and apartments near channelside, so not near the hustle of downtown Tampa...sorry, just made myself laugh with the phrase "hustle of downtown Tampa"...but close enough to everything that if you live or work in downtown Tampa, this is in your neighborhood. It's not very big. Has a small drink bar with some comfortable high chairs, and a few scattered tables. They also have a selection of board games, and a few tables outside as well. I did not try their wifi on this trip, but lets assume it works great. They have some different options for coffee. The standards are there - lattes, cappuccino, espresso, etc - but also cafe au lait, their house blend drip coffee, but they will also make you a single cup of any of their specialty coffees on display. I had a cup of the Ethiopian coffee, which was wonderful. Prior to that, I had a cup of tea, and they use Mighty Leaf brand tea bags. Since I asked for a large, I was able to get 2 types, and I mixed the organic breakfast with an african nectar. The plastic chairs at the tables don't look like the most comfortable places in the world to sit, but they are fine. Well worth your time if, like me, you're always looking for an alternative to the chain coffee shops.

This is a great local coffee shop! Modern & simple with AWESOME hours and very reasonable menu prices! They have a TON of syrup flavors & something that makes them unique: GAMES!! who doesn't love taking a study break to play Scrabble, Yahtzee, Cards etc. ITS AWESOME :) Def. a great place to visit when in Channelside! PS The Town & Country Cuban is a MUST have.

Use to be their neighbor not too long ago and it was amazing to have a great breakfast & coffee spot right downstairs!! I miss having Victory Coffee at my reach in the mornings. At times we still make the drive on weekends to have breakfast sandwiches here! They have a variety of sandwich breakfast options and snacks. My absolute favorite is the bacon, eggs & cheese on croissant!! Simple but they make it well. The eggs are always fluffy and bacon is crisp & delicious with the ooey gooey cheddar cheese: win for a breakfast sandwich! They now offer hot sauce too which is great for heat lovers such as myself. They have a variety of teas and coffee drinks. I really like their iced Carmel late & mocha late. I also love tea so I have tried them all & of course have my own favorites. The service is good & I like the simple decorated environment. They hang in art pieces from local artists into the store & as an art lover not only I appreciate the support but I find new artists in Tampa bay I can follow. There is outside seating for nice Florida days. In support of our local businesses, make sure to pay them a visit.

Awesome little coffee shop, perfect for the location. You can pick up a cup of coffee, a solid breakfast sandwich or a 6 pack of beer! Love it. I'll be a frequent customer without a doubt!

Victory coffee is a pretty sweet treat. Whenever I stay with my friend in Channelside I always swing by Victory. Great coffees and tremendous service. Food is good too. And if you have time to kill with a friend, the board games on hand are a nice touch. Reasonable prices.

You had me at almond milk and non dairy whipped topping. And Buddy brew coffee? Awesome. This place is one of the best coffee joints in Tampa.

Great art-deco style environment smack dab in the middle of Channelside's new Yuppie district. Well-crafted latté, chai, and local/imported beers. Lots of outlets for the tech savvy and USB ports embedded into the bar. Great wifi.

My favorite coffee in tampa. Carmel iced coffee is amazing. Great atmosphere, great customer service and you most try the Cuban toast.

Just the fact that they offer almond milk makes me love Victory Coffee! I came here thinking "awh. This place is cute. I hope the food tastes as good as this place looks." It had the cutest art and their egg whites are awesome! I don't usually like breakfast burritos but theirs is FREAKING AWESOME!! And customer service is great. The food is also fresh. I'm so excited to eat here again!!

I'm a fan of local, independent coffeehouses. Victory Coffee is a pretty short walk from Harbour Island so we decided to head over there on Saturday morning. They're located on the ground floor of one of the Channelside condos (I'm not sure which one though, maybe the Place?). There were a couple people inside lounging around. The staff was very friendly and their menu was easy to read. We both got iced coffees and chose one of the 15 or so different flavors they had. Both were delicious! The atmosphere is cozy and modern. There's plenty of seating. I'm sure the staff at Victory are looking forward to the new condos being built across the street!

Solid coffee shop in Channelside- I love the thai chi latte!! They also have grab n go wine and beer that is perfect if you don't want to schlep to Publix. 4 stars bc they are often out of things- kitchen is inconsistent. It's a shame bc it would be a great breakfast spot, but you can't count on it. Victory: by not having consistent ingredients/ pastries, your average check prices go from a potential of $12/ person to under $5/person...

I'm moving in upstairs and can't wait to become a regular. They make a delicious Americano and serve FitFrappes. They have a punch card that they file away for you so you never have to worry about forgetting it or losing it. Can't wait to go in after work and kick back a glass of their cute little single serving wines!

Love this place! Best coffee in the downtown/Channelside area, and a great little atmosphere. They also sell unique beer and wine, which is convenient for nearby residents.

I had to be in Downtown Tampa at some obnoxiously-early hour of the morning to speak at a conference, so I got up early to beat the traffic, and then found myself driving through Channelside to find some hot tea to start my day. My friend Cari had written a 5-star review about Victory Coffee so I decided to search for the place. Victory Coffee is located roughly across the street from the Tampa Bay Aquarium at the intersection of Whiting Street and 12th Street, just a block in from Channelside Drive. From the outside this looks like your basic neighborhood coffee shop, but inside you'll find a very relaxed atmosphere filled with interesting architecture and very colorful artwork. I was happy to see that they made tea from fresh loose tea, and I made my selection and watched while they seeped the blend and then passed over the cup. I wandered around the shop looking at the artwork, and enjoying the neighborhood vibe of the place. Truthfully I was still half-asleep at that hour, so I can't give you the full rundown on menu options, but the place smelled great and everyone was enjoying. If you live in the condos around Channelside then you need to make this place your home!

I'm pretty excited to have Victory Coffee right around the corner from my new digs! The service is great, staff are friendly and the coffee is delicious! Not to mention the vibe is on point - laid back and inviting. p.s. their green tea (matcha) latte was perfect.

Had an iced vanilla decaf latte and the egg white breakfast wrap. The coffee was very good, the wrap could've used a little something more, but it was still good. I should've added bacon to it. Very modern, industrial, kind of hipster atmosphere. Also sells some local beers.

The coffee is good but the food is great! The egg white wrap is a healthy choice for breakfast and the chicken salad sandwich is a great pick for lunch! The coffee shop has a cool vibe that is refreshing for the area. Keep up the good work!

Chicken Salad Croissant is by far my favorite. That and a pomegranate tea, I am set for the day. Great place to keep quiet and study, or grab the corner seat and people watch.

Love this place. They serve almond milk for espresso and coffee drinks and also make the best bagels and sandwiches. Holiday time yielded an amazing pumpkin spice latte last year made with real pumpkin. Free wifi and in a calm neighborhood.

Highly recommend their breakfast burrito for spinach and egg white lovers. I've also had their mocca and reg coffee which are both great beverage options. Friendly staff as well!

This place is a 10 minute walk from my studio and is super close to the Washington St Dog Park, so I've been here on several occasions. The staff is super nice and will give tons of advice if you're not sure what to order. I love the café con leche and the sandwiches are tasty as well. It's worth a visit if you're in Channel Side.

Coffee is very good...the environment is bright and vibrant. Ordered the chicken salad croissant and it was excellent!

Why 4 stars? Because it's another solid, local coffee joint. --- --- --- As it is with many of my local coffee house experiences, it's not that necessarily that much stood out to be and it's not that the coffee stood out as the best I've ever had...I just enjoy the local flavor. I appreciate what Starbucks has been able to accomplish as a corporation, but I choose to only use their services when absolutely necessary. Long live local.

This is a good local coffee shop to become a regular. They'll learn your name and order, start creating new items for you. They serve beer and wine now too. The lunch special is a great deal for the area.

While in town on business, I stopped here several times for my morning cappuccino. The coffee beans they use are great - one of the better cappuccinos I've had in florida. Then there's the breakfast menu - yogurt parfait, healthy breakfast burrito, and a couple of other things. Problem is, they can't seem to keep anything in stock. Of the four times that I came here (some days five minutes after they opened) they were out of at least 1 menu item from their list of 4. Not sure if this is a new place, but they need to figure out how to keep their kitchen stocked. All in all come for the coffee for sure, but don't count on anything else from victory.

FINALLY! I live in Channelside and we have been waiting for a place like this. It's a little coffee and tea shop on the corner of whiting and 12th St. They did a great job on the interior. It fits the vibe of Channelside. It's modern without trying too hard. I'm glad to see that they are surely but slowly building a fan base of regulars. They serve Buddy Brew coffee (adding to the feeling local feeling). They also have a lot of teas available. They serve bagels, cereal bars and fruit during the week. They have young, hipster-looking employees which I like. The coffee is great. They are trained by Buddy brew so they knew their stuff. If you have time try the pourover. It will blow your mind but the process takes more time than traditional coffee. On the weekends, they have a waffle bar. I posted a picture on here. They hand you a cup of batter and you make your own on a waffle iron. They are thick and delicious. The batter is fantastic and sweet. It's a great spot to have a lazy breakfast. I think this place will eventually become a hangout and will take us another step forward to being real neighborhood. There are also whispers that they are going to start serving beer and wine! YIPEE!

I stopped in here when I was visiting from out of town and wanted to pick up an iced coffee the night before a big day. I requested it without ice and the barrista warned me not to drink it then (6pm) or I wouldn't sleep a wink. I assured her it was for the following morning. I appreciated that she didn't charge me extra for ordering sans ice - one place did that to me and it made me feel nickle-and-dimed (though I get that sans ice means more coffee). Friendly barista, really yummy coffee, and a cute little shop. My friend who lives around the corner said it's a great place to work/study because it's not particularly crowded during the day. Check it out!

I'm going with a four star here because the people are always nice, conversationalist, and make a great pulled shot espresso drink. One of the best in Tampa --second to Buddy Brew. The main attraction here is the coffee and the tea. Yes they get their coffee from Buddy Brew but I see that as huge bonus. The only suggestion I would make is food prep. I know microwaves have become prevalent in 21st century cooking -- also convient in a smaller space like Victory. However, I can't give anything cooked in a microwave a 5. I'd being doing a disservice to those who really enjoy the craft and labor of preparing food. Now, I'm not "too good for microwave" type. Hell, I've been known to kill some of their cuban bread morning sandwiches. The bread alone makes up for the nuked preparation. In all, I drive from Brandon at least once a week to relax in their amazing environment. Great music, great view, and comfortable chairs.

I was excited to check it out based on the reviews, however, was not overly impressed. I ordered a bacon avacado wrap that was actually pretty good, but it was very small for the price. The coffee was just ok and the atmosphere was decent. I asked a few questions about the coffee and brew methods and the server did not seem to really know much about it. Overall, i was not impressed with this place compared to other coffee shops that seem to go the extra mile and truly know and love their product

One of the best coffeehouses around. Location is ideal in the newly-fleshed out Channelside alleyways, and the interior is urban chic and cute. Not giving 5 stars since the selection isn't huge, but what they have is tasty and strong espresso.

For just opening up, this place is slowly growing in fan base... Great location, great prices, great service, and most of all great coffee! As a partner of Buddy Brew, these guys are turning out REAL coffee and espresso. Try a pourover or simply an amazing latte! You won't regret it. By the way, did I mention they have waffles and snacks?

I think this is the place that brings the Channelside District together, finally. Great coffee, cool atmosphere, a barista with "personality", all in the middle of a burgeoning neighborhood that not everybody knows about yet. I'm excited to see what this place grows into.
