Worst customer service ever. Food was okay. Came here for quick lunch yesterday and today. Ordered the same exact thing except today I got extra chicken for $1.49 extra as indicated on the menu. Yesterday's total came out to be $7.27... So you would think the extra chicken total would be around $8.77 or so... Total was $9.09. Though it is only 42 cents, I said something only to be argued with as I was wrong and unwilling to hear out my problems. From what they showed me, they have conflicting menu combos and prices. I will NOT be coming here again.

This food was terrible, the rice didn't have any taste, the chicken tasted old, the noodles were bad. Not even the plantains tasted good, and they are so easy to make. Won't recommend this place to anybody, won't come back again.

It's mall food, so the 3rd star is with a drop of sweet n sour. The grilled chicken was flavorful and not old or soggy. The noodles could have used another veggie or two.

Nothing about Suki Hana Japan is Japanese. Not even the teriyaki chicken. The staff was pleasant and tried their best to explain the food they offered. I gave it a shot. I'm not food guru but I did live in Japan for 5 years. First off where this experience went south was with the greeting. "Would you like a free sample of bourbon chicken" call me jaded but the first thing I like to here is the Japanese phrase for welcome. Followed by would you like.... Getting back to the experience I tried the Yaki Udon or fried noodles. Very blah. It tasted like the oil the cook used to fry it in. Then there was the teriyaki chicken. No words can describe it fully. I knew right sea I was in for a surprise. It tasted like bourbon chicken. There wasn't even a slight glaze look to it. It was dry and very unappetizing. As for the rest of the menu it looks mostly like Chinese food you would find at your local dive. My point being if your name has Japan in the title get Japanese food. And sushi though it's on the menu doesn't make your restaurant Japanese. Suki Yaki or katsu curry rice or katsu don buri or if your very industrious Yaki tori. All comfort foods yet a staple of the Japanese diet. Not hard to cook either I may add. Please take this critique to heart. I would eat here but don't advertise as a Japanese restaurant when you're clearly not.
