Always a great meal when we eat here. Love the bruschetta appetizer!

Not a good place to eat if you require gluten free or other medical needs! After telling the waiter I had Celiac they served me an entree that put me in the emergency room. I showed up several days later for a drink and was told by the wait staff the Cook "don't believe in gluten free BS" and probably just served me whatever. Contacted the management from the hospital and they did nothing but lip service. Stay healthy and stay away from these idiots! They have no idea that gluten permanently damages your small intestine.

What a gem in New Tampa! No need to go downtown if you're looking for a great meal. Awesome Happy Hour crowd and specials. The Grouper Dinner and Bread pudding are delicious!! Management and staff go out of their way to make your dinner perfect!!

The service is very good. Sara and Ed Rick! They were hands on and very informative. The steak was melt in your mouth.

Stonewood has a nice darkish atmosphere, pretty much everything I've eaten here has been excellent (fish, steak, onion soup, wings, bread pudding), but the pricing is just a little on the high side. Service has always been good too...on my last visit I ate at the bar and the bartender introduced himself, shook my hand, and provided great service. I like that. I'll end by putting it to you this way, I eat here whenever I'm on business travel because I really enjoy the food, and ate here twice in a row this past week, but only because my meals were paid for. If I was paying myself, and lived in the area, it's be a place I'd frequent maybe a couple of times a year.

Not veg friendly. Only one vegeterian dish on the entire menu.

Been here a few times mostly when I visit Tampa on business and it's sort of our go-to-place. Service is great, menu is elegant and overall atmosphere is sophisticated but not overly stuffy. The steaks and seafood are incredibly fresh and very well prepared - good seasoning and flavor. Big plus if you can come during happy hour are the wine deals - 1/2 price on glasses and bottles - some great selections ... had a bottle of Simi Landslide for $40 to accompany dinner!

Delicious food in a warm and friendly atmosphere that boasts high quality with a tinge of casual. The server was attentive and alert, constantly pouring refills and quick to bring out our order. There were 8 of us, ordering different entrees, each delicious and unique in its own way. One of our orders was undercooked but quickly fixed and accompanied with a visit from the manager who gave us a complimentary cider. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely come again if I am ever in the Tampa area.

The drink menu - AWESOME! Strawberry Mojito and Sangria was delicious. salads- DELICIOUS. I had a Caesar and my husband had the stonewood salad, both very tasty! Love the pretzel bread too. Dinner - not great. I had the chicken florentine dish and it was super bland, soaked in lemon Chardonnay sauce and overloaded with spinach. It tasted like they just baked a plain piece of chicken threw it in the sauce. My husband had the blackened chicken pasta. The chicken was good and spicy but the pasta and sauce was bland and tasted way too much like asparagus. Overall, not bad! I like the ambience and the staff is nice but probably wouldn't return.

Awww...Oh how I loved and have missed this place. This was the first place my mentor took me when I moved to Tampa. I would often stop in for a quick meal after a long stressful day. I know this sounds boring but the pretzel bread is the best. I always ask for extras and this trip was no different-I explained to the server that I needed to have some to take back to the hotel since I don't know when I will get to visit again. It's truly the best bread ever. I really wanted the pot roast. I had actually been dreaming of it but it's no longer on the menu :( . So I went for my first favorite meal....drum roll....The pork chop and it was better than I remembered. I let my co-worker have a bite and she agreed it was heaven. I think this was the best pork chop I ever had. All my co-workers enjoyed their meals too; I believe one got chopped sirloin, one got the Angus burger, and one got peach chicken (the special of the season). They were all tasty. I really wish I could eat at here at least twice no three times as month. Great service, great atmosphere, and great company.

Lucky to have a place like Stonewood in the neighborhood. All booth dining room is perfect for an upscale dinner with friends and family. Great steaks, awesome local fish. The "tavern area" is where we swing in for a quick cheeseburger or my favorite, a crispy grouper sandwich! ($14) The wings are breaded, and awesome as well ($8 hpy hr). Regular menu available in both dining areas; happy hour menu only in the bar until 7pm. ($2 off wine and beer and 50% off the well.) I have never had bad service or a meal I was unhappy with. It's not inexpensive, so I'm glad it has always consistently delivered.

Good environment and good service but food is not very good. The lobster cobb salad was absolutely horrible. The "green goddess" dressing was not green goddess - more like basil overload. Lobster meat was not fresh at all. I couldn't eat it and took it home for my daughter. She didn't like it either but the cats loved it.

Are you supposed to get fresh bread while waiting for food? We saw other tables with it, but nothing for us. My husband ordered a diet coke that was flat (waitress actually said it to him, and said she was waiting for it to get fixed). So...a few minutes later the waitress passed us, and my husband asked for jack and coke. Waitress says Sure, the soda at the bar is good. Wait...did you just read that response from the waitress??? The soda was fine at the bar...Why didn't she fix his Flat soda with that?!? Wow. Anyway, food was pretty good. I thought it was too pricey for what we ordered. I had their salad and husband had a special. May or may not return. Leaning towards not.

The actual menu has gone downhill over the years. The Asian chicken salad used to be the best item on the menu but it was unfortunately taken off. Now there aren't very delicious entrees on the menu. I do though recommend going and just getting pretzel bread and their Florida Orange Cake. Both are so yummy and the best bread and cake in the Tampa Bay Area. Highly Recommended!

Totally fine food, not worth the trip to New Tampa. I was looking for a more upscale place to eat near USF's main campus, so this is what Open Table found for me. Everything about this place is fine. The hostess was nice, the waitress was nice, the seating was comfortable. The menu was fine. But nothing was remarkable. The food was blah. The wine list was blah. It was all in all, completely inoffensive. Which is fine, but nothing to brag about. We started with salads. I had the wedge, which was huge. The bacon was tasty because it was bacon. The iceberg was a little less crisp than I'd like. Everything was drowned in rather generic bleu cheese dressing. My husband had the clam chowder and a caesar salad, and he liked both. For our main course, I had the prime rib, which was very fatty. Also, it didn't have much of a crust. It was just soft meat, which wasn't bad, just not good. The baked potato was fine. The creamed spinach was maybe the last remarkable creamed spinach I have ever tasted. My husband had the ribeye, and he liked it, but he didn't finish it. The wine list is on the youngish side, but I'd say that it's reasonably priced. They have a decent Jordan and a Chimney Rock on there. The cocktail menu was probably on par with what you'd expect at an upper middle level chain restaurant. I probably wouldn't return. I don't love chain restaurants to begin with, and this one, while not bad, wasn't great either.

For me to actually give 5 stars is a VERY big deal! I believe this restaurant hit every star out there. We came in a half our before close on July 4th. Normally going to places that late on a holiday, staffing would have been unfriendly and unpleasant. Not this place. They welcomed us with open arms! The food was cooked very well. I had the lamb chops with mashed potatoes I felt it was great! Pricing was good and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely coming back!

My wife and I had streak she had the Fula mien yon and I had the prime rib she said hers was tasty she used her fork to cut it. Mine was tender and very flavorful. I bookmarked this one in our travel log. Thumbs up.

I have dined at Stonewood Tavern and Grill twice within the last 6 months. The atmosphere was very quaint for having a personal or business conversation. However, the waitress who served us had a lot to be desired, maybe she was just having a bad day. She did not introduce herself, (which most waiters and waitresses do, I thought), she appeared preoccupied with doing other things rather than taking care of our table, and I should also mention the restaurant was not busy by many standards. Our appetizer plates had remained on the table with our main course, considering that I had moved the plates towards the edge of the table to throw a hint, per se. In all actuality, the food was moderately desirable and fairly priced. I would give the food 3.5 to 4 stars and for the service, 1 star. The 1 star is just for her clocking in. I had actually took the time to email the GM regarding my experience. I received no reply and needless to say, that was my last time entering the doors of Stonewood Tavern and Grill.

For New Tampa this place is a great restaurant. The food is very good. Their pretzel bread sticks are to die for. And the staff is really friendly. This places gets PACKED! Make a reservation and unless you like crowds and stalking people to their cars to find parking, avoid Fri/Sat for sure. Otherwise it's great food in a good location :) Good portions too. Price is good for quality, portions, and location.

One of the best restaurants in the area. Service was wonderful, food never fails to pease the palate. Just wish they would bring back the wild rice and mushroom risotto that they used to have on the menu. Another plus is that they have call ahead seating. Very convenient. The only drawback is their parking, which is very limited.

They are now open for lunch!!! Thank you baby Jesus!!! The managers here are doing a splendid job keeping a high quality restaurant in the area!! Food is very good high quality! Salads are spring mix, always a sign of good food to come. Wait staff is very polite and friendly. Good prices & well made drinks! Very happy to add to our lunch rotation now!! Great place for more quiet, professional dinning in the area!!!

Been here once before back in 2011 -- I remember it being better. We made a dinner reservation for 6:45 pm. When we arrived there was no wait. Seated promptly at our table. Seemed a bit dark inside -- took my eyes awhile to adjust. We were seated at a four top and unfortunately all the booths were taken. When making a reservation ask for a booth. The family we were seated next to not only left to take a smoke break every five minutes, but when they would return to the table after the smoke break -- they would cough into their handkerchief right towards our table. Appetizing right? I only mention this because while the food was good -- sitting next to a smoke cloud that coughs your way every couple of minutes is very disgusting. (I asked for another table, but the place was packed). Our server James was attentive enough. My husband ordered the prime rib and my daughter and I ordered the filet mignon. Not the best I have ever had but pretty tender. The whipped potatoes were dry and they added way too many herbs. The asparagus was not steamed enough. The "Home Run" of the evening was the Florida Orange Cake. Creamy, consistent and delicious. Could not really enjoy our meal because of the rude family sitting next to us -- I forgot to mention they stared at us the entire time. Awkward! We might try this place again, but will ask for a booth.

Talk about overrated. This restaurant could suck the chrome off a trailer hitch. All I did was burp up 23 dollar overseasoned chicken.

I was greeted right away at the bar and my drink came out perfect along with great service by the bartender. I ordered a steak and it was excellent and cooked perfect. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal. Prices range from 10$ to 35$ depending on what you order.

Stonewood is a classy stylish upscale oasis in the desert of chain dining up and down Bruce B Downs Blvd in Tampa. (OK there is more than one Stonewood but it sure does not feel like it). Great bar for talking and cocktails (not for watching sports though). I have quite a few favorites on the menu, the Pork Chop topping the list. Bring back the asparagus and Brie salad. Great Ahi tuna appetizer too. We will keep coming back!

Highly recommend. Atmosphere, food, drinks, waitstaff- all excellent. Wish we lived here as we would come often! Our waitress, Cassandra, took the time to explain the menu since it was our first visit. The bruschetta appetizer was excellent and the grilled salmon was the best I have ever had. This restaurant is a wonderful mix of wings meets surf and turf. Sit on the tavern side between 4-7 and take advantage of happy hour!

Always great service - I am extremely particular about my steak and upscale dinning. This is not a 5 star steak house but the normal food and atmosphere are outstanding. Great place to have a business lunch or dinner. The bar is also very good for New Tampa area!

Third time there it has been amazing every single time! The food and the service is always amazing!! I just wish there was more of them in Tampa!! They need to add a location in South Tampa badly. Price wise it's high to average but worth every penny. I will be back once again.

  • Suzanne W.

The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The service was attentive. What needs work is the presentation. I ordered the black snapper. It came out as a piece of fish with an ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes. No garnish. Not even a dusting of parsley. For $26.00 it was absolutely unappealing. Others at the table ordered a steak. Came out the same way. A piece of meat, a scoop of potatoes sitting all alone on a big round white plate. THESE PLATES NEED GARNISH!!!! I felt like I was at a diner.

The general manager was top-notch...he was engaging, friendly, and truly concerned about our dining experience. He wanted to ensure that we were happy and that our server was providing us the best service. We visited at the beginning of dinner time and had a great dining experience. The food was flavorful and plentiful. Our wait staff was a walking encyclopedia, which was interesting and entertaining all rolled up into one. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu options. When on that side of time, I will visit this location again.

  • Tiffany B.

First, let me say that the food was four stars. Everything we had was super tasty! The grilled chicken wings appetizer is AMAZING! The steak was flavorful and super tender, and the burger was also really good! They totally nickel and dime you on the burger though- an extra 50 cents for a slice of cheese? Seriously? That's just tacky for a supposedly upscale restaurant. Despite the fact that the food was good, it was definitely over priced for the quality, so that's minus one star. $13 for what was really a $9 burger, and $30 for a steak that was perhaps $23 quality. Their overpricing isn't egregious- but over pricing EVERYTHING by a few dollars adds up. They know that, which I'm sure is why they do it. *eye roll* The service sucked which brings a potentially 4 star restaurant down to two. When we walked in without a reservation, we were basically told "you can walk around the tavern and see if anything is open"! Uhm... okay? Why don't YOU go walk the 5 feet away to look- isn't being a good hostess literally your job?? So we awkwardly walked around the tavern side to see if we could find a table. There was one empty booth, that hadn't been bused yet, so we weren't sure what to do. So one of the hostesses walks up to us and tells us to STAND BY IT so no one else takes it! Hahaha! Are you fucking kidding me? How incredibly rude. "Here! Stand by this dirty table awkwardly until someone gets around to cleaning it!" I seriously almost couldn't believe what was happening. Our waitress was a little slow, but not bad. But it was the treatment by the hostesses that put the nail in that coffin. If anything, we'll be back just to sit at the bar and have some wings, but if I want good service and a fairly priced dinner, I'll go elsewhere!

My family and I were visiting from out of town and stopped here for lunch on Thanksgiving day. The service was fantastic. They were very accommodating to my nephew's many allergies (milk, egg and soy). On top of that, the food was delicious. I would gladly visit here again!

  • Dan R.

Just OK. We had a party of 8 and no one raved or complained (other than the person who had a drink spilled on her - it happens). We ordered a lot of appetizers and every had a different entree. Nothing stood out.

The food here is wonderful. Every flavor and spice is meant to compliment another. Perfect place for a date or anniversary. Was taken here for a first date and I was def. impressed. 4 year's later we're still going strong and still come to Stonewood every year for our anniversary. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The ambiance is nice, quiet, dark, candlelight type of place. Try the Steak Portobella Mushroom Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing. Amazing!

  • Anna R.

Great atmosphere. The food was alright, but wayyyy overpriced. You definitely don't get what you pay for. Chocolate bread pudding was the best thing we ordered. The drinks from the bar are nice and strong. Good service, too.

  • Sheldon F.

I have been here several times But had dinner just once. It's the dessert that keeps me coming back. Specifically the Chocolate bread pudding which is to Die for. I have to give it 3 stars mainly because it seem more appropriate for the older crowd and the food is aright. Certainly not worth the prices there. Most Staff is friendly and place is comfortable. I like the raised booths which add a Little something to the place.

Normally I'm only impressed with bread baskets at extremely expensive restaurants (think $$$$). Stonewood Tavern totally surprised me with their free bread basket. "Yummmmmmy" doesn't even begin to describe it. Included you'll find a delicous trio of breads. What's more? You can ask for more if you finish off the first basket. Seriously. When bread is this good, I'll usually just ask for more, just so that I can take it home. You know, like at Red Lobster. Admit it! You do it too! Here are the dishes we've tried, all delicous: Calamari, Caesar Salad, Fish, Pork Chops, Lamb Chops, Chocolate Indulgence. My husband, who does not like lamb chops at all wanted to try mine the last time we were there. In his words, "wow, that's really really good." This is a man who grew up vegetarian and just recently started eating meat on a regular basis. The lamb chops really were cooked to perfection (medium well). I'll admit, after eating what I could with my fork and knife, I picked up the bones with my fingers and finished off every last bite. It was that good. Also, don't ignore the "entree complements" that you can order to go on top of whatever meat dish you order. Some of them really are delicious. I once ordered the pork chops and hesitated to order something to go on top of it, and I'm glad I did (apricot something) If you're celebrating an anniversary or birthday, make sure to tell your waiter so, they really will make your night memorable :) Ladies: It can get a little chilly inside sometimes, so bring a light sweater/shawl just in case.

Good food with a severe price point. Not sure if you have to ask for bread, but if they don't drop any off, make sure you ask. The pretzel bread is great, and the rosemary bread was pretty tasty too. We split the steak and blue cheese flatbread, which was a nice combination of savory from the steak and cheese, and an interesting sweet sauce. The wife had a shrimp salad for her entree, and it was pretty sizable, but $18? Come on. I had the sirloin with baked potato, and though it was pretty good, all I could think of was "Outback Special" - the same size, cut, and sides (but no salad) for $19 instead of most other places', say, $12. We finished with the chocolate bread pudding, which wasn't for me, but the wife said it was delicious. So there's that. Pretty good service and a decent dining experience, but our bill came to $70 - which is way too much when there's an Olive Garden and World of Beer within the same plaza - where you could get dinner and then beers.

This place has been going downhill as of late. The service is extremely slow. We had dinner there, which took over 2 hours. We didn't sit and chat after our meal, or take an extremely long time to figure out what we wanted. It took almost an hour to get our food. When it came, it was good. I can't complain about that. Our server kept disappearing though. We were actually looking around the restaurant for our server. I finally caught him as he was passing by our table to ask for the check. This used to be one of my favorite local places to eat. My wife and I would have "date nights" there. No so much anymore.

Went last night... we ordered the chicken feta flatbread app and two entrees: Ginger-lime salmon and Pot Roast. It was delightful! The chicken feta flatbread was drizzled with a balsamic vinegar glaze and was just enough to hold us over until our entrees arrived. I had the Ginger-lime salmon over slaw and was really impressed. I ordered a side of rice pilaf because I wasn't sure if I the slaw was going to live up to expectations. No need! The slaw was crunchy and lively, the salmon portion was large (8 oz). My husband ordered the pot roast, and was honestly astounded at how amazing it was. The roast melted in our mouth, and the sauce was savory and creamy. Prices seem a little high, but for a date-night destination, I don't mind. The decor is warm and upscale and they have a nice wine list. Service was also perfect, with Brooks taking good care of us throughout the meal. We will be back!

  • Dianne G.

One of my favorite meals is a good a steak salad and Stonewood used to be my favorite. Over the years it has steadily gone downhill while the price has gone up ridiculously for what is essentially a lot of lettuce, sub-par beef (which used to be very good beef), little slivers of portobellos (which used to be generous) and feta cheese. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. We have been going to Stonewood for years and I kept hoping the salad would go back to its glory days but we're done. A trend seems to be less food for more money and we're sick of it. Plenty of other places to patronize, that's for sure!

I visited this restaurant while on a business trip in Tampa. The restaurant was very clean, servers were very attentive. The pretzel bread in the bread basket was to die for. I could have filled up just on that, but I'm glad I didn't! My entree was cedar plank salmon with a mustard apricot glaze, rice pilaf and fresh green beans for $19.50. I asked for the salmon well done, which it almost was, but otherwise the food was delicious! I'd come back here again!

Food is very good. Could use more beers on tap. Have been here twice and both times the service was good. Prices are laughable on some items, but in my opinion they are worth it. They could really use some local craft beers though...

I ate here on a Sunday evening for dinner. I noticed that dinner crowd was primarily comprised of older folks. My friend and I--both twentysomethings--were two of the youngest people eating in the restaurant. We started with an appetizer of bleu cheese chips, which are house-made potato chips loaded with a warm bleu cheese aioli, bleu cheese crumbles and finished with a balsamic reduction. Our dinner started on a nearly perfect note, as I'd give these chips an A+. I was feeling hungry, so I went all-out and ordered the 9oz oak-grilled filet mignon with sides of creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. The meat was extremely tender and full of flavor. The creamed spinach was particularly noteworthy for its richness. My friend ordered the grilled black grouper--also excellent! For dessert, we tried the seven layer chocolate cheesecake. While it sounds amazing, it was only good. I'll admit that the dessert was a bit of a letdown after such a phenomenal meal. I paid about $85 for our meal, which included an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert (both of us drank water). If the food was a little cheaper and I found a better dessert, then I'd consider bumping the score up to five.

This restaurant is definitely slipping when it comes to quality service! They are using young inexperienced servers that need better supervision. The food is still good but overpriced considering the lack of quality in service. Last visit was a reservation for 6 on Thanksgiving. After only 2 bites of my salad the entrees started to arrive! Why does this happen in a restaurant of this caliber? Groups usually prefer that all entrees arrive together after the salads are finished.. Asking to hold the food is not a good solution. No, you can not hold meat, it just is not the same. A good restaurant provides quality service as well as great food.

I've given it two shots now, and though it's ok, the food simply isn't worth the price point they charge. I've had a steak as well as the blackened chicken pasta. Both are perfectly serviceable, but for $23 and $16 respectively, they don't provide nearly enough flavor or culinary creativity. It's downright bland, and it's really not much better than something out of most casual dining chains that charge less. I could go to Cheesecake Factory and do better. CF is OK, but that's not a compliment. Service has always been very friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is very inviting and kind as well, so no complaints there. And their drinks are can be tasty as well. But I wish they would explore a lot more in terms of cuisine. To their credit, the pretzel bread is simply divine. Almost as good as the same at Cut at Palazzo in Vegas, which is my favorite restaurant on the planet. But at this price point, I'd rather be raving about the appetizers and entrees than the complimentary bread with your meal.

The place is ok but nothing to get excited about. Mid tier quality beef and seafood, average wine list and apathetic service. We usually eat in the bar because it is more interesting. If you re not a regular you get ignored by the bartenders. Do not go out of your way to go there.

Great Place to eat. Ordered the 9 ounce filet which came out too rare for me. They attempted to correct the issue however it came back out too rare again but alot better. When the steak came back out I got another portion of sides, which was too much for me to eat. Then to top it off they gave me a free desert for the improperly cooked steak! Definately a five star restaurant and service!

Too dark. It has a similar decor to Bone Fish, but the food was not as good. (Tragic) Comedy of errors on our first time at this location. The one in Daytona was better, but still over priced for the quality of food offered.

Great dinner. The calamari was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Host stand did a nice job and our server Christina was awesome! Great job hit the spot!

Stopped in. Yelp said prices were severe. Checked the menu, and agreed they were high. Menu looked nice. Restaurant looked great. I ended up eating at the Olive Garden. I'm looking forward to trying this again when I'm feeling a bit more affluent.

Wings were really good, unique taste and delicious. Blacken chicken pasta was bland and flavorless...place was very low lite, and a little on the pricey side.

My wife and I enjoyed a quiet, intimate dinner. The Cedar Plank Salmon I had was not completely cooked and they quickly took it back and made it right. The service was prompt, at the right frequency and genuine. I would go back anytime. The food was excellent (when the salmon returned it was great - they replaced the greens and rice) and the presentation was good. The decor is low light and private. This is somewhere to take someone on a dinner date. I very rarely have 5 so this is as good as it gets from me. You won't be disappointed.

Usually this place is really good. The smoked salmon is excellent and the steak salad with the candied walnuts is excellent. The kitchen can be inconsistent but service staff is always good.

My spouse & I were staying at a hotel nearby on a weekend trip to Tampa. We had the specials - fish, shrimp & steak. Both were delicious. For dessert we had the apple crumb pie & a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream. We were able to split this large serviing. Very, very good! The food, service & atmosphere was fabulous.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great people! We visited about a week ago, and what stands out even more than the food was the staff. Even though we had an early dinner (so their attn was not divided amongst a full house), I got the feeling they are always that genuinely appreciative and happy to see you. Next time we're in town, we'll definitely be back!

Great service! We had a group of 14 and they immediatly accomodated our party. They gave us the back party room and one server. The server was able to get everything done. It didn't take too long for anything to come out. everyone was satisfied with their meals. I rodered a salad and pretty much custom made it. There were not enough toppings for my lettuce, but I ate about half of it. All other times I have been there, I was very pleased. Most people finished all their food and ALL of their drinks. I would return :)

Try their Grilled Rosemary & Garlic Lamb Chops! Some of the meals can be a bit pricey, but all of the ones I've had have definitely been worth it. The steak, lamb, etc. are always tender and juicy, the service has always been good, and I've never had a meal I didn't enjoy.

I was here summer of 2004. Being a former Floridian, I stayed near by Busch Gardens but didn't know where to go. After inquiring from the hotel staff, one of the only two nicer places nearby was StoneWood. HS ordered the oak grilled pork chops while I had the Jambalaya. Now I can't say too much about my dish because though it was good, I have had better. Just spicy enough but not that great of a flavor. However, the pork chops were just done perfect! Perfect grill marks and juicy inside and it was two thick cuts! I would rank it probably one of the best I've ever had. I thought the prices were ok, they might be a bit high for Florida standards but truely a great find and wish they would have a place here in CA.

I'm not a fan of the menu. So you think... why the 4 stars right? So, I asked for specific instructions of "no dairy" and they stuck very true to that. they excersied extreme caution, and were able to give me some make-up ingredients. The food also was pretty good. 4 Stars 1 star - I LOVED the pretzel bread!!!! YUM! 1 Star - Took great care to prepare my meal appropriately 2 stars - Florida Orange Cake. OMG it's delicious! -1 star I feel that they need a bit more diversity on their menu. Also, most of their dishes are sweet and savory. I'm a savory only kinda person.

I was thinking this place would be like Black Angus or something, but surprisingly, this place is swankier on the inside than the out. I wanted to eat light for dinner so I opted for the steak salad. It was really good. They also server freshly baked bread, which was hard to resist especially for a carb addict like me. They had a decent wine selection. Overall, I would give this place 3.5 stars since I was impressed, yet my socks weren't knocked off. A lot of people come to eat here, even on a weekday. The parking lot was packed.
