This is my favorite USF area Starbucks! I've been sucked into becoming a bit of a regular by my carpool friend who requires it a few times a week. This one is always fast-moving, very friendly baristas who after maybe 3 visits remember exactly what I want and how I want it, and almost remember the names by now :) Wish there was a drive through option but it is a great location for a quick in and out drink. I can't speak to the 'sitting and hanging out' part of it but it is a little crowded being next to the university (and I'll admit I hung out frequently when I lived in the Malibu apartments that are about a 1 minute walk away). Thanks for always taking care of us!

This Starbucks gets me the jolt of energy I need before I head in to USF for meetings. There are always students studying useful stuff like the anatomy of sharks or differential equations. It brings back memories of cramming facts in to my brain in order to extract them an hour or two later. Too bad Starbucks didn't exist when I went to school but somehow, I survived without it. Considering this location is pretty busy and parking can be a challenge, the staff always seems to keep their smile on which is appreciated.

I always get the same thing--grande caramel macchiato. This location skimped on the expresso. My drink tastes like hot milk.

Pretty standard Starbucks. They have a lot more room than I thought and some nice furniture if you're looking for a place to work. The staff are generally nice and provide quick service. Keep in mind that the parking lot can get a bit crowded at times, but there's usually a space if you park farther away.

Maybe it depends on the time you hit up this Starbucks, but my experiences have been pretty great. I tend to go to this Starbucks early in the morning, somewhere between 5 and 6:30am. The employees are always upbeat and friendly, especially considering the time. There's never any wait and my ice coffee with soy milk is always made perfectly. It's my once a week surviving summer camp treat.

I mean, who doesn't like Starbucks? I am a fan, but of this location, not so much. This Starbucks is a very cramped and I often feel claustrophobic when I walk in. There is hardly any seating anywhere due to the masses of college students who camp out there all day with their computers, books and oversized headphones drowning out the chatter and even the kind fellow patron simply asking "Is this seat taken?" I do not want to discourage kids from studying, they just need a larger facility to do it in. The staff here is great and have always made my drinks to my liking. I'm just a "space case" and I like to have options and room to maneuver in. Thats all.

Looking for a place to sit down, do business, and have a cup of coffee? DON'T COME HERE! This starbucks is always FILLED with people who don't have a home and USF students who don't want to do their schoolwork in their dorms. I've never been able to meet with a client at this starbucks because there is NEVER anywhere to sit, and being that starbucks doesn't tell anyone to leave, they never leave. Students stay here and complete their whole assignments, so coming here would be a waste unless your coming and going. I think this starbucks should be a caffeteria on campus

Always clean, but it's always crowded (comes with being right next to USF I guess). Difficult to find parking and a seat. Baristas are friendly but I've had a few drinks that haven't come out all that great.

What is there really to say? It's a Starbucks, it's clean, and it's busy. They do have nice comfortable leather chairs, which is a bonus! Parking can be a bit of an issue, but nothing to dissuade you from going.

Multiple visits over the past few months. Service has been polite but extraordinarily slow. Beverage quality is consistent with other Starbucks locations but turn around on orders needs to be greatly improved. Not the best place to stop when in a rush.

Remarkable customer service!! The staff here are incredible. They took their time helping us find the right coffee for my girlfriend and I. They were a joy to deal with. Will definitely be going here anytime I need some Starbucks!

The staff and beverage quality is great. However, I've yet to visit without an odd and strange experience. There are always homeless people in there or other mentally unstable people who just walk around. Creepy people always try to confront me there.

I hate paying so much for coffee... But I absolutely love this location! Not only is a just a few minutes from my house, but the staff is always pleasant- if not genuinely excited to serve you. I have lost many many hours in this Starbucks while studying, and while the music may sometimes be a bit loud, it's nothing a simple pair of headphones can't solve. The staff is readily and happily able to make awesome coffee, and if you are unsure they have a field day helping you pick a brew.
