One of the best Starbucks, I love that it's not far from my house and that everyone here is really friendly. :) I also love their hours since they tend to be open later since it's close to the movie theater.

The easiest way to get in is through the muvico parking lot, otherwise you have to go through the winding roads around all the shops where i'm always scared someone is gonna hit me. Can't say anything bad about this location. The line can be a little long and slow but nothing bad. The inside of this Starbucks is really nice. Great place to sit and chat. They have cute little tables inside and the same old table and chairs outside. Parking can be a little bit of a hassle because there are so many other places sharing the same parking lot. I always end up parking on the corner by the muvico or way down by the Jimmy johns.

My experience is that they have always been friendly. Usually crowded which makes it rough to get drinks in a timely fashion. I do find it crowded in the store, but again, that comes with the territory of being in a "coffee shop" setting. It definitely is nice and comfy if that is the type of setting you want. There is outdoor seating, but with FL you can only use that every so often - when it is not super hot, not raining, and not filled with some type of bug flying around! Overall, this place is really good. They make good coffee and other beverages and the staff is nice :)

I have seen many shops try to do this and many that do not/ I kind of prefer those that do because it shows they truly have a vested interest in their customers and want everyone to feel welcome. We moved to this area this past September and have been a fairly regular customer- always coming in whenever we are home. One of the things that surprised me about this location was how quickly they turn over their inventory! Normally at Christmas time you can get ornaments on clearance after the holiday- and I am glad I bought my Florida Xmas cup ornament at Thanksgiving because this location sold out well before the holidays- on ALL of their ornaments. So beware- if there is something you see and you like it- you better buy it! This location also has a really nice patio outside and free wi-fi. I have visited the location at different times of the day and early evening and there are always customers and specials going on- so stop over some time and see how great the staff and service are. You will not be disappointed.

This is our go to spot in New Tampa for coffee! Always friendly baristas and the drinks come out how we like them. Some Starbucks have baristas who don't really care, but these guys do! They've even re-made a drink for my son. He forgot to say no coffee in his frapp and they re-made for him even though it wasn't their error.

This place could be better. The seats and tables outside always have bird poop on it and is always dirty. I understand these tables & seats are outside 24/7 but it is clearly unsanitary for you to put food and drinks on infested bird poop tables & chairs. This starbucks puts your name on the cups which is a good thing however once they make your drink they don't say your name they say the name of the drink which confuses customers because two customers could be ordering the same drink. The new hispanic employee making the drinks, clearly english is not his first or second language so when he says the name of the drink you can't understand what the hell he is saying. That becomes a problem. I asked him why he can't just say my name of (AJ) that would be 10x easier he said " I only do what I know to do Okay my friend" Fuckin Classy! This is not Miami hire people who speak Engish. When I was in Seattle the head quarters of Starbucks everyone spoke English and they called my name each time.

I usually come to this location since it's closer to home. Finding parking during the busiest morning hours can be a pain, but when you really need your cup of coffee in the morning it's worth it. Lol. Lines are usually long but it goes by pretty fast. The baristas here are always friendly and always have a smile. My favorite drinks: Caramel Macchiato (Nonfat Hot or iced) Hazelnut Macchiato (Nonfat Hot or iced) Caramel Brûlée Latte (Nonfat light whip- My absolute favorite, but only available during holidays) Pumpkin Spice Latte Nonfat light whip (Hot- only available during Fall)
