DO NOT patron this location as they HATE the disabled as seen by the actions of this store who banned a customer for LIFE at ALL Tampa locations because he stood up for the disable because non-disabled people were parking in the handicapped slots. Went here last Saturday in the horrible weather and was greeted with a smile and my muffin was warmed for me and I had truly amazing service! I was even told to stay safe as I headed back on the road in the rain.

The man who called out the customer for parking illegally in a designated disabled parking space should be getting free Starbucks for a year, not banned from this location!!!!!! Thanks to him, for doing the right thing!!!! I don't live locally, but would advise avoiding this place like the plague!!! Shame on Starbucks!!!! The one star rating is only because I have to rate this place - if it was an option, I'd rate it -100 stars.

I stopped by for a cup of coffee, but all of the handicapped places were taken, so I had to park further. As I was entering the store, I noticed that all of the cars parked in the handicap space WEREN'T HANDICAPPED. No placard, nothing on the license plate. I talked to the manager about it. She was very rude. She said, "Tough s**t, I don't care who parks where as long as I get their money." I left immediately and took my order of ~$20 in frappuccinos elsewhere. Would not recommend.

I called this location with a complaint and instead of listening to my concern, the manager simply placed the phone down and never came back. I heard her telling customers about how she "needed to take a shower" and "place money into her bank account". She also said something about how annoying customers were which I assume was her way of passive aggressively attacking me. Poorly run, poorly managed. Starbucks needs to crack down on this location or close it.

I love Stabucks but this is my least favorite location in South Tampa. It is one of the dirtiest Stabucks I've ever been at. I've been here a few times but just strictly for location. I don't ever linger since it's so dirty. If you want to sit for awhile go to the one on Westshore. The last time I was here there were 2 employees behind the counter and neither knew how to make my tea latte. One was new so I'll give him a break. Then another employee was out sweeping (surprising!) and yelling to them how to make my drink when there was a line of people. Why not get behind the counter while its slammed and then sweep?

I have been a regular here for about two years now and have come to count on quick and friendly service. Yes, as others have mentioned the parking lot is small and spaces are rather narrow. If you drive a truck or large SUV, I imagine maneuvering during rush hour could be kind of a hassle. Typically, I enter the lot from Horatio so I can scout out the best parking. Many of the baristas have been here for 2+ years but lately there have been a few new faces. For such a great/busy location it's unfortunate that there is no drive through but that's a limitation of having a Starbucks in a strip mall. As for me, I'll keep coming back for a reliable and quick fix of caffeine as I head off to work.

Horrible service. Walked in as the only customer with one order ahead of me. Stood there for 15 minutes while others got served first. Interaction from employees was less than friendly or understanding. Walked out with one drink instead of try two I ordered. At least I asked for a refund. Will NOT be back to this location.

Love Starbucks. My cramel frappe is amazing. The only two complaints is the parking the the way they call your order when done. There is not nearly enough parking. Then once my order was done I did not hear the girl call out my order that was ready.

I like coming here at night, working on my computer and unwinding with a drink. Staff is always friendly and makes good drinks. It is small. There are never enough outlets at any Starbucks. Despite that, this is one of my favorite locations.

Disappointed. Went in based on the great deal for my free grande coffee with purchase of a breakfast item. I made sure to mention it to the cashier and she acknowledged the deal. Scanned my card on the iphone application and noticed it was almost $10. I asked the lady why it was so much she said that it was only good for a regulars brewed coffee. Then handed me my skinny coffee and another regular brew coffee. I was in a hurry and told her I didn't need two coffees and I thought it was for my skinny. She explained the offer after the fact/transaction and proceeded to tell me to give the other coffee to my boss. I was not happy about this and did not have time to discuss it further. While I did re-read the offer later and realized it was specific to a regular brewed coffee, I was disappointed that it was not explained further while placing my order. The free coffee went to waste and the breakfast sandwich was hard, eclectically the bread. My skinny was good as usual.

I always come to this location after a workout at the L.A. Fitness for a Venti Iced Green Tea with 2 Splenda. The employees are always nice, professional and kind. My Iced Green Tea is always made to perfection. What more could a man ask for? There is seldom a wait, yet the place is frequented by lots of the locals to study and catch up with friends. B. A seriously crappy parking lot kinda sucks the awesome out of the joint, and I'm not a fan of the velvet chairs (the leather on S Howard is superior) And the phalanx of loser smokers out front kinda ruins the entry... but thats everywhere these days, so I can't blame Starbucks for idiot addicts killing themselves... Friendly and helpful staff make it all OK. :-)

My 2nd time at this location and 2nd time, my Iced Coffee tasted like it had been sitting in a pot all day. Small location , parking is cramped as well as seating is limited. Not my idea of a relaxing experience at $5 a cup.
