I'm lazy, so I love a Starbucks drive thru. I have a Starbucks in Westchase on Linebaugh maybe only 3 min away, and another on Racetrack road. However I have to walk into the one on Linebaugh and the one on racetrack isn't convenient during school traffic and there's always a long drive thru line. So, I go out of my way to this location on Anderson. It's never busy. They make my geen tea lemonade sand toffee nut mochas correctly. The drive thru at this location isn't extra tight or hard to get to from the street. This is the easiest starbucks I go to.

If you want to know where most of the 20 somethings in Town n' Country hang out - that aren't gang related, on a Monday night? I can tell you. They've brought their lap tops down to Star Bucks and are hanging out here near the movie theater. The coffee was coffee, it wasn't any different than any of the other Starbucks I've been to. The chai was good, the service was quick since our order wasn't complicated. The conversation with my friend was really what I went for.

I very rarely ever walk into a Starbucks, but I received gift card for my bday and thought I'd take my wife here so she could be something instead. She had her coffee drink and I had a chocolate croissant (which was yummy I must add). I do like the fact that they have free wifi, that's a plus, especially when you're sitting around waiting for someone else to drink their coffee and you just order water.

To me, this is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. This isn't the closest Starbucks to my house, but it is the one I frequent the most because of the great service, personable staff, and overall environment. Each time I've been there I was always kindly greeted, offered many different suggestions, and just treated like a human being instead of somebody they are just taking an order from. The staff will actually hold a nice conversation with you, which is something I cherish. As for the products that they offer, I've never been disappointed. Anything I've ordered has been top notch, even the suggestions from the staff when I was just getting into drinking coffee. This location is excellent because they have a decent sized indoor area which is perfect for having coffee with a friend, studying, or even just reading the morning paper. If you wanted some fresh air you could even step outside and have a seat at one of their outdoor tables and enjoy your coffee. If you love coffee you should check out this Starbucks location!

It actually deserves an infinite amount of stars. I have been coming to this Starbucks for years now and it has never changed. The service is always second to none and the staff is beyond friendly. Every employee will eventually know your drink and name if you frequent this location. I have been to Starbucks in NYC, San Diego, LA, and Miami and this location still trumps all others. It is always a fantastic experience.

I'm really kinda bummed to give this place 3 stars after seeing a few 5 star ratings. I had two separate bad visits here. The place is clean and looks great. The staff was ok, nothing overly impressive. I had VERY long wait times for my order of an iced coffee with cream and sugar... Not good. Meanwhile two of the other baristas didn't seem phased by the growing line. Not impressed.

I avoid writing about chains because they often seem the same, but they really are not. For one reason or another some different locations make the drinks wrong like burning espresso or wrong pump ratios. This starbucks on Anderson has always met my expectations. I forgot how much history I have with this location until they finally messed up my oatmeal with soy this morning. The cashier was new, but the girl on the hot bar remade it perfectly. I came here to relax before my first interview for my current job and here to relax before my first day on the job. We shouldn't underappreciate the hard workers who make starbucks an epic experience. Shoutout to Suzy who remade my order!

Why 5 star? Well Gerardo listens to my order and he even got my name correct! Who wouldn't like their name spelled right or even called out by your given name! Simple stuff like that make the experience different. It's more personal. KUDOS to you my barista! They need to put agents like him or even better make him Trainor to train barista to be more personal to clients/customer!

I managed a Starbucks in Ca, way back in the early 2000's. Their goal was to have 2,000 stores nationwide. They now have over 20k stores in their repertoire. Everyone knows what to expect when they enter. You know the scene. Wifi surrounded by coffee and tea, sandwiches and pastries. Most SB strive to have a community feel and this one is no exception. Located in the AMC Veterans movie plaza on Anderson Rd, this SB has outdoor seating as well as a convenient drive thru. The baristas here are friendly and proficient. My only beef (pun intended) is that they don't carry almond milk. But in their defense, I was happy to find coconut milk as well as soy. They are open well before other neighborhood coffee shops. Daily at 5AM, w/e at 6AM for you early Java nuts. And they stay open to 11PM most nights and to the witching hour on Fri and Sat. So kids, keep on trucking over to your local Starbucks as I have stock and it continues to grow.

I've used both the drive-thru and counter service and each time my order has been correct and prepared quickly, the service is friendly and helpful, and the location is clean and welcoming. Also - mad props to my brother in Unusually Colored Car Love who was making eyes at my gorgeous Celestial Blue Mazda (my car knows he' hot and enjoys the attention). Rock on, Sir! Why be beige/silver/white/back/gold when you can be electric blue or metallic purple or coppery orange?

This Starbucks is very close to my house and we go often, exclusively through the Drive-Thru. Service varies depending on the time of day/day of the week. We typically go before six am most weekdays (we have to be out and about early). Our order is correctly and quickly filled about 85% of time at that time of day. When I go later in the day, or on weekends, my order is right and quickly filled more than 95% of the time. Despite accuracy or speed issues, service is friendly **all of the time.

My drive experience was super fast which I like but fast isn't always good cause I was given the wrong drink plus was overcharged. Very disappointing experience for my first time here. By the time I got on the vet and took my first sip it was too late to turn back around after paying for toll. Oh well my lost right!

I am in no way a coffee snob. I must have a skim, double whipped, mocha grade with French vanilla, chocolate, decaf smooth cappuccino. LOL, KIDDING! Seriously I am only an occasional coffee drinker, in the cooler months and a tea lover, so I don't frequent coffee shops. On the occasion that I do want a nice cappuccino & it is too early for brandy or whiskey in it, I will stop & indulge my craving. At heart the very concept of Starbucks, makes me want to scream & run into hiding. For convenience sake I buck up and get my drink to go. I hate myself for paying what I consider to be exorbitant prices for a fancy named cup of Joe. I get it to go, because the interiors are sterile & full of people that act like they are busy & don't want to be seen ( even though that is probably their primary reason to be there). Ok, you've gathered I am not a big fan of this enormous beanery. What I must cop to, is that every drink I order from them is very good and always hits the spot.( damn them).
