This is the closest Starbucks to me and it is on my way to work so I have been here multiple times. I have never gone in as this is a drive-thru location and I am always on my way somewhere. They are fast, very nice and efficient every time. I have never had any issues with my service or what I have gotten. The location can be tricky to get out of just due to the volume of cars at the intersection. Parking is also a negative, but that has never been an issue for me. I will continue to get my coffee here!

Drive-through was slammed and early-morning took about 15 minutes to get coffee. The coffee was delicious I tried the new Punkin and a salted caramel. Got to the drive-through to pay and the employee was very friendly made the experience worthwhile will come back again soon!

When it comes to quality of products and customer service this Starbucks location is just normal. Most times when you walk in its clean, the bathrooms are decent and the drinks and food are average. What does really suck about this Starbucks is not the location but how is situated on the edge of Hillsborough and Memorial Highway. I am surprised that there has never been any major accidents during rush hour traffic with people trying to get their morning cup of joe. Even when it's not rush hour the parking lot is ridiculously small and the curve that you have to take to swing into the drive thru is bonkers! When I'm in a time crunch or just feel like taking the chance and not heading the other direction to another Starbucks I'll shoot to this location. If you're looking for a lot of seating... negative! If you're even looking for a space to park your car...head to another Starbucks! If you don't mind taking a chance on swinging through the drive thru and it's on your way to wherever you're going then this Starbucks is convenient.

This location makes my drinks right most of the time. Unfortunately getting in and out of the parking lot when busy is not the easiest.

Customer service wise this Starbucks is good. Fast drive-through, great customer service and clean restrooms, like almost every other Starbucks I've been to. So why just two stars? The parking situation is horrible! The flow of traffic is really bad, in fact dangerous if you see how the patterns move. I would be very surprised if there haven't been any accidents or fender-benders here due to the design of the parking lot. Having said that, it's a block away from my office and convenient as heck, so I roll the dice to get my tall cup of Pikes...every single day.

I am a huge Starbucks fan generally, but this location just can't get it right. The biggest issue has been that they always seem to be out of something I want to order. Near work + a drive thru really should = Starbucks Heaven! They are so close to doing things well and I wanted to love this location but it just wasn't meant to be. The staff is somewhat friendly and does a pretty good job. There is seating inside and out. The parking can get a little crowded, but not too bad. The deal breaker is that they never have what I want! I drove thru for breakfast and they were out of oatmeal toppings... twice. I finally convinced my non-coffee-drinking co-worker to take a Starbucks break and they didn't have either of the teas she ordered, then they were out of honey. Today our coffee machine died at work and I went to Starbucks with an emergency order for the whole office - but they had no cup holder trays! This place isn't terrible, but it's not up to the Starbucks standard. If you can avoid this location, do it.

Love this Starbucks but its really hard to get in and out of their lot, especially if there's traffic.

I'm a fan of Starbucks, like any other red blooded American. But this Starbucks, is my little piece of heaven. It's not the biggest, the location is not the most ideal and the parking sucks, but the people are extremely nice. This is my go-to location for my Starbucks. B. Major Grade: B

I frequent this Starbucks location often on my way to work. Can I just say, that besides the obviously good coffee, the food is pretty scrumptious as well! I recently tried a piping hot tomato & mozzarella panini that was incredible, along with a satisfying piece of banana bread. My absolute favorite drink is a chai tea latte -milky ,creamy, sweet, with some spice. Yum. Pumpkin spice lattes are up there too :)

Consistently great service . Clean bathrooms and cafe area. They do seem to run out of bottled water and pastries pretty often ,though. I had a meeting and was starving so imagine my delight when I noticed they had a vegan(minus dressing) veggie and brown rice salad bowl! It was layers of yummy , well cooked brown rice, butternut squash , broccoli , world's tinniest(but tasty)peas, toasted beets, kale, red cabbage , and roasted tomatoes. The side tahini dress is not vegan ,unfortunately, it contains honey. . Otherwise, it's a great meal if you're in a pinch for a healthy, delicious and well portioned dinner .

Among Tampa area Starbucks, this has shown to be one of the least accessible. The entrance and exit are difficult to access. There are about 5 parking spots available. (The other 5 belong to the Game Stop next door.) When the drive thru is full, you might as well not try parking for either one of those businesses.

Staff isn't very friendly inside they look very annoyed every time I've been inside, not very inviting to sit and relax and drink or eat, usually the drive through seems better to use at this location

Probably the absolute best drive thru for Starbucks. They are always so quick and so accurate. This location sits at the busy crossroads of Hillsborough and Memorial, which has the possibility of huge lines of cars waiting for their morning coffee fix. Despite this, they completely own the issue and quickly, accurately and tastefully deliver the requested coffee drinks, and all with a smile. After having spent over 15 minutes in the drive thru line at most other locations, I am happy to trust at this location that even when i am late, I know I can be through the always moving line, in just a few quick minutes or less.

My go to spot for my caffeine fix. Great location because it's typically on my way to most places. Only bad thing is very little parking but I always do drive-thru. The drive-thru line moves along fairly quick so no big deal.

I really enjoy Starbucks. I enjoy stopping off at them from time to time to relax and clear my mind. Although, trying to find a parking space at this location is almost impossible sometimes. With that is added stress which I don't need. What's sad is the location is very convenient for me. I'll be craving a cup of Jo as I pass, look at the lot and decide to keep going.

Great sbux, always fast service, although, no perfect rating because twice they haven't had my favorite sandwich feta and spinach wrap in stock, otherwise they're great.

Great location, friendly service, and they were out of Apple Juice. They didn't have apple juice which completes my favorite drink. They have great service though and always a joy to sit in and read a book or chat with some locals. I'll be adding my favorite drink to the tips. Let me know how you like it! @hyundoekim

Starbucks at this location is great. The staff is awesome, the drinks are great (cider and vanilla chi tea are my favorite) and the place is relaxing with a great hangout area with free wifi. The downside is that the parking lot is very small and a pain to get into. With GameStop next door, the lot seems always full but I ride a bike there so this isn't an issue for myself. Also the interselection is quite brutal between memorial highway and hillsborough ave. Also remember that Starbucks isn't the cheapest but in the end, it's better than anything Dunkin can produce.

My favorite Starbucks! The employees are excellent and learn the regulars. However the parking kind of stinks but that's not their fault.

Parking is MEH, but besides that it has a drive through that is normally very quick, workers are always chipper and fun to deal with and the coffee lives up to Starbucks standards. Will be here often!

Love this Starbucks. It's the closest to my home and it's a quick stop on my way to work. Bob, the guy on AM drive-thru, always has a kind word for me, and made the effort to know me by name. The drinks are almost always good, though I have had mistakes before. The staff here isn't as diligent after the busy morning hours, but no major complaints. A good tip for any Starbucks patron visiting even once a week is to sign up for their Rewards program. By paying with a pre-paid gift card that is registered on their site, members are treated to special offers, periodic freebies and more. It's really worth it if you frequent often.

Best to use the drive-thru. I've frequented this Starbucks since it was built, and over the years the focus moved from in-store customers to the drive-thru. This focus has led many employees to forget f-2-f service. It's too bad. They are nice people. The fish stinks from the head down and I wouldn't be surprised if the tone is set by the top dogs.

I absolutely love this Starbucks - servers are friendly, coffee is always well crafted and if you go during down times they're pretty quick. My only gripe with this starbucks is obviously the parking lot is ridiculously small - forget going there in the morning when it's work time. You will never get a parking spot and the drive thru will take forever. The longest I've ever waited in the drive thru is 20 minutes and the only reason I stayed is because I couldn't get out of the line due to the high curb. Now if you can go after the morning craziness the service is superb. Also the pastries and breakfast sandwiches are fresh. I've had the croissants, very berry coffee cake, banana bread, brownies, bacon & gouda breakfast sandwich (this was just okay), veggie & monterey jack breakfast sandwich, turkey bacon and white cheddar breakfast sandwich and never left there disappointed.

Quick, friendly baristas make your drink right and get you on your way. If you're drinking your coffee here, parking can be a beast.
