One of the cutest locations I've been to, and a short walk from Samurai Blue. Sushi and coffee? Heaven. The baristas were engaging, lively, and humorous. In the very brief time it took to order my drink, I had a conversation with comments from all of them. My barista even asked me if I was an "ey" or an "ay" Lindsey for my cup. Awesome customer service! And my frapp came flying out in no time flat. It was picture perfect. You guys rock!

This is probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. It looked like the 8 or so employees were just shuffling around trading places and only one of them was actually making drinks. I walked in and there was NO LINE and only 3 cars in the drive thru yet it still took 5 minutes of me standing directly in front of the register to have my order taken and 5 more minutes to get my drink. I ordered an iced chai! Literally scoop ice, pour milk in, pour chai concentrate, serve...and THAT took 10 minutes. Adding to the frustration is the fact that my nearly $5 "tall" (small) drink tasted like a glass of chai-flavored milk because there wasn't enough TEA in it. This will be my first and last trip to this Starbucks. I'll go to a gas station or drive to the Kahwa truck before I walk over to this place again.

I've been coming to this place to get my coffee but this time the guy that took my order messed it all up. I ordered white chocolate mocha latte. And they gave me mocha latte! I did not realize it until i arrived to our dance rehearsal and its too late to return it. And just to add it up i even spelled my name to the guy who took my order but he still did not get it. I told him that my name is REN and spelled it out as R-E-N and he wrote RAN! Common. Are you guys living to your trade mark of messing up peoples name?? I guess!

This location is pretty bad. I just went there this morning and tried to use a starbucks free reward. You know what the cashier said to me.."we don't redeem rewards for free drinks anymore" i'm like who/what/when/where/why and she just ignored me. Pathetic.

As far as Starbucks go, this location used to be okay. Friendly service, upbeat and somewhat comedic baristas and always orderly. Well, over the past 6 years, something odd has happened. Kids... Young ass CHILDREN are now hipstering it up and drinking freaking COFFEE. How this happened, I don't know. Maybe it was the suburban soccer moms constantly rolling thru to grab an over-priced cup of Joe with their tots in the baby seat, and now those tots have grown up a wee bit. Who knows? But I stopped in at this location at the request of my aunt who was in town from St. Louis, and it was a disaster. The line was a mile long with kids under the age of 12 who couldn't make up their damn minds on what to order. It took a good 10-15 minutes just to get up to the counter. And as if that wasn't enough, they were all loud as hell. I couldn't even hear myself think, let alone have a conversation with their silly school chatter bouncing off of the tile flooring. When I think of Starbucks, or any coffee shop for that matter, I think of a nice, relaxing joint to sip some coffee and get my ponder on. Good luck with that at this location. Have to use the bathroom? Get in line, it's gonna be a while. These kids must hold their piss all day, and then queue up here or some shit. The lines to get into the restroom were a kin to what one might see at a night club, only with children. There is an elementary and middle school in close proximity, and apparently the kids all scramble to Starbucks when they get out. Maybe they should put a play area out from with slides and swings. When the HELL did elementary and middle school kids start drinking coffee anyways?

I haven't reviewed my home Starbucks? How dare I! Sometimes the drive thru is crazy: I have parked by Samurai, walked in, ordered and picked up my coffee, and drove out a good 4 cars before I would have. I'm not sure if it was who was working drive thru or just the crazy level of demand. The baristas are all friendly. On Halloween, there was a dude rocking a banana costume. He was hilarious! Sadly, I don't recognize him without the costume. Oh well.

I frequently go to this location and never have an issue. As a matter of fact today I went there twice. The first time was great and I was even offered to try coconut in my iced my coffee by the barista. However, upon returning later in the day for my refill, the barista named Aurea was fulfilling my order over the drive thru. She had a sarcastic and condescending tone over the drive thru and while I was asking my girlfriend how she wanted her coffee, Aurea rudely asked 'excuse me, what did you want in it?' I understand people have long days and she may have even had a rough customer right before me for all I know, but that has nothing to do with me and my experience. I just wish she had 'reset' herself before taking my order. Because of her attitude and demeanor, I was coerced into this review and I think that says enough.

Located near sweetbay, this is your average Starbucks. Nothing phenomenal but consistent with the others in the area. If you go inside, it can actually be a bit slow. I do recommend the spinach feta breakfast wrap-quite tasty.

I love this Starbucks. It's my favorite because they mix the toppings into the oatmeal for me, so I can eat it if I'm driving without having to prepare. The employees are all so nice and efficient. The only drawback of this one is that the drive-thru is terrible. They can't make up their minds how they want the drive in to work. Sometimes they block an entrance and want you to drive around the building, and sometimes it's okay if you come in through the entrance. It leads to confusion when there are a lot of cars. Additionally, the traffic in the drive-thru tends to block traffic during the 8:30-10 AM rush. That's okay, though. When things get too hectic I just park and run inside.
