Good healthy choice, well located. I'm always looking for healthier options. This is a good alternative. Very clean and good service. Facility has flat screen tvs as well which is pretty cool. Ordered the seared tuna bowl, chicken shawarma, kale smoothly and two kids sandwiches all came up to $35. Nothing to brag home about, but the meals were pretty good and fresh for sure. Felt they could use a better menu. Not sure I was diggin the use of a highlighter to place my order. Maybe that wasn't the purpose... Who knows??? Anyway, Good little spot overall, I will likely return, though I was not blown away.

I love this place because it's so healthy! I also appreciate all the options they offer. Wraps, rice bowls, sandwiches, smoothies, salads, etc. I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend when you are feeling healthy and want to nourish your body with something other than fast food.

Love this place. Nice to have a healthy alternative following days of self indulgence and binge drinking. Not exactly cheap but as I always say, you get what you pay for.

Yum! lots of options! Refreshing option in the neighborhood of fast-food chains. Come to South Tampa, you guys would do great!!

  • Joel D.

It was ok. Rice was way over cooked and soggy in my bbq chicken bowl! Also, it took around 30 mins to get my food (so long lunch break)! Maybe they were having an off day, but it was my first time and being de-virginized that way makes me not want to go back for seconds! I gave it 3 stars because I felt like it would be extreme of me to go below that!

I love this place! They have great, fresh food and amazing smoothies. Everything, I've had has been super good. I especially enjoy their portobello mushroom wrap, white bean wrap, and mushroom soup. They also have wine and beer now and great specials.

One of my favorite places!!! Very good for the healthy conscious! Love their super food bowls and surfer smoothie!!!!

Super good vegan tofu bowl. I had the first half without the dressing. It was really good. With the dressing it was even better. Recommended.

I was here during the first week it was open and there were clearly some growing pains the counter staff were suffering through. The wait for food was longer than I was hoping for, but the Manager was gracious and even gave me a free drink for my trouble. The salmon sandwich that eventually arrived was big and delicious and supposedly healthy and fresh. The smoothies looked good, but given the scramble behind the counter I thought it best to just stick with a sandwich. Assuming they get their act together I'd like to think this place is far superior to a chain restaurant like Panera.

Fantastic place! Ben took care of us and was amazing. He was patient with us as it was our first visit. We had a ton of questions. Food was DELICIOUS and portions were fair. Smoothies are insanely good and one of the lightest I've ever had. Atmosphere was great. I'll definitely be returning when I'm in town and I strongly suggest you check it out if you're looking for a lighter, healthier, and FRESH meal!

I've been a regular here for the last 2 months and I haven't been disappointed at all with this place. Most of the time I crave the "Power Bowl with Steak", along with chips and drink comes out to a little over $17. You will get your money's worth here, no doubt! I love this spot. Definitely one of my all time favorites in this area!

So Fresh has improved since my first visit over a year ago. This location has a lot of competition as it sits in a corner of a shopping center with just about every food option represented. I crave good veggies which is actually hard to find at most restaurants and So Fresh does veggies right. The menu has changed to more of a mix and match what you want, which could be confusing, but once you put together a great bowl or salad you're good to go. They'll do whatever you want. The ingredients are healthy, fresh items. The addition of zoodles (zucchini noodles) has got me coming back more often. You can get a seriously tasty and healthy low carb bowl now that the zoodles are available. I honestly love the taste of the zoodles because they are sautéed with much flavor. I usually get the ahi tuna poke bowl, but today the power bowl is my favorite. I had the power bowl with shrimp and had it with steak. Both times I had zoodles in place of brown rice. The power bowl contains goat cheese and a pesto dressing which makes this bowl so scrumptious and satisfying. The guys behind the counter are very helpful and patient. The dining room is contemporary. I have minimal issues with So Fresh: They could stand to bus the tables more often. They are sometimes closed without much notice during bank holidays which is weird for a restaurant. Other than that it's a solid restaurant for the health conscious diner.

Stumbled on this So Fresh restaurant a few months ago and now the superfood bowl with Quinoa and the most fantastic seared ahi is always my go to favorite!!!! Fresh, and always delicious and healthy menu items and a staff headed by Ben are soooo helpful and will be happy to walk you thru how their mix and match menu works....They have gluten free cookies that are to die for! Yum! So many healthy and yummy menu choices!!! Becoming a very popular restaurant with USF students in a shopping center that has lots of food options... Really love this restaurant and the staff!

I really wish we had these around Orlando where I live. It would be a healthy fresh option in a sea of fast food. This being my first visit to SoFresh we were walked through the menu by the employee. I settled on a power salad with kale and chicken. I must say that the employees were not prepared to handle the rush of people that came in after us, although they should have been. The guy who took our order commented how they been slammed the last few days due to a conference my friends and I had attended at the Sundome. However, when the rush again returned there was a lot of confusion in the kitchen. The guy taking our order did not give us a number for our order, even when I asked him for one. This led to confusion to the food runner and food being brought to some of our table while others waited and waited. We were the first group to arrive post conference so I really feel for the people that ordered after us! Anyway, when the orders were finally in front of us everyone was impressed. My bowl was substantial and filled with fresh brown rice, quinoa, walnuts, goat cheese, chicken and kale. It was delicious and filling without being heavy. The flavor combinations were delicious and healthy. There was so much flavor I didn't even need the dressing. It really inspired me to do something similar at home! So they lose a star for lack of organization and preparedness but the food was wonderful. Restaurant itself was bright and airy and appeared clean. I love the cucumber water available but wish they had some more comfortable seating (ie. there were lots of high tops and metal seats)

I always enjoy my visits here . I'm grateful for the delicious vegan and vegetarian options they offer. It's always nice to have food energize you instead of making you feel healthy. Most of all I like that this place reminds me that all dreams have the capacity to wake into reality. I remember when my friend (the owner) was showing me drawings of the intended logo and this place only existed in the mind and on paper. Now it exists and it's wonderful. I like a business that keeps its integrity in regards to health and nutrition despite the competition of fast food unconsciousness. This is the movement I like to see Plus! The people here are always so nice! I highly recommend it

Loved our meal! The staff was incredibly helpful, gave great suggestions and knew the menu well. I got the signature salad with tofu, which was great, even for a meat eater like me! I ended up asking for Thai peanut sauce on the side since the balsamic wasn't cutting it for me. My friend got the Caesar salad with steak and was pleasantly surprised by how great the steak was. We will definitely be back!

This place is my go-to after the gym, they have the freshest and healthiest menu around. The staff at this location is always friendly and they offer great recommendations! I've always had the pleasure of interacting with the guys named Ben and Damian. They are awesome! If you're looking for something fresh/healthy and affordable, this is the place to go!

  • Kristi J.

This place was great. I had the signature salad w/ chicken. It had Spinach and romaine, cucumber, diced tomatoes, raisins, goat cheese, sunflower seeds avocado and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The salad was huge. The bowl was bigger than my head. The chicken was cooked perfect and nice and hot when it came out. My mom had the superfood we chicken bowl. It had quinoa and brown rice, broccoli avocado and tomatoes and walnuts. It had a warm vinaigrette to go with it.

    (4)
  • Julie C.

The food is fresh, delicious and healthy! You can sub zoodles for any of the carbs and the sauce comes on the side for the bowls which are the best! However, it is a little pricier than your average lunch spot, and the service can be iffy, especially when they're busy.

    (3)
  • Stacy M.

Clean, friendly staff and tasty. On my first time here I ordered the power bowl with tofu. Yum! Nice finding multiple salad protein sources. I'll be back! Too bad this place is not in Pittsburgh!

  • Dawn B.

We were in Tampa looking for a reasonable healthy but fast place to eat. This place had good reviews on Yelp so we thought we'd give it a shot. The chicken was really great! It's antibiotic free. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for the menu

  • Kimberly M.

I used to come to this store's location in between classes to grab a salad when it was Evo's. I don't go to school at USF anymore, but if I did, SoFresh would totally be my go-to lunch spot. Their salads are huge. The dressing is fresh and home made. The chicken tasted real, not like the processed strips you get at chains like Panera. Also, there is a ton of variety on the menu, so everyone should be able to find something appealing.

  • Tatiana R.

Obsessed and addicted to this place! I started coming here in January when i started my search for a healthy, delicious, fresh food restaurant near USF. I come in at least twice a week for lunch and have never been disappointed. Service is quick, staff is friendly, food portions are generous, awesome music and ambiance . My go to item is the Superfood bowl with rice, quinoa, broccoli, chicken, tomatoes, walnuts, fresh avocado slices and switch it up with the sweet chili sauce (soo yummy). Also recommend the Stirfry bowl, Greek Bowl with the salmon and Surfer smoothie. They have tons of other delicious options. Highly recommend. They recently opened a new location in SoHo right on Howard, now i have a location right by my job :))) One of my favorite go to places, wish they had one in the Citrus Park area.

  • Geoffrey F.

Tasteless. It would help if you added some seasonings in the ingredients. The chicken was boiled and had 0 flavor. We had to douse our "stir fry" In packets of soy sauce and chili sauce to be able to add flavor to the dish. The menu reads as if the stir fry is cooked in soy sauce and chili sauce like normal stir fry, but it is not! I have been to plenty of places in Tampa that serve bowls with flavor. Disappointed!

A week ago my husband and I cut out all processed food from our diet. Since about 90% of our diet was processed food it's been a bit rough. We eat out at least once a week and I really didn't want to cook so the search for a healthy lunch began. Luckily I found this place through yelp pretty quickly and it's only 12 minutes from our house. I like their menu. They have a nice assortment of bowls, wraps, and salads. I got the BBQ chicken bowl and my husband got the Greek bowl. Both were very good. I can't wait to go back to try some of the other things on their menu. My husband thinks it was a bit pricey ($25 for the two bowls and two bottled waters) but I think the price is perfectly fine for the quality and the fact that someone else is cooking for me. Plus we both had leftovers so it's more like we paid $25 for 4 meals. The only reason I dock a star is because we had a hard time finding a clean table. It wasn't very busy when we went but all of the tables were dirty. It would be nice if they would wipe them down from time to time.

  • Kim M.

So first time ever eating here and can I just say OMG!!! The food is AMAZING!!! The skinny bowl (what I got) was perfect. I was full when I was done and each bite was as good as the first! Vegetables were al dente and the Zoodles are scrumptious!!! If it sounds like I am in love with this place well you are definitely reading this right!!! Do yourself a favor and eat here!!!

In a sea of really unhealthy fast food options, SoFresh cafe is a sight for sore eyes. They have many different options for salads, bowls, and sandwiches. I asked the cashier what he recommended, so I ended up with the Stir fry bowl with chicken. My mom got the bowl with the zoodles (zucchini noodles). I like the portion sizing for their bowls, but you don't seem to get much bang for your buck when the bowl prices start at $10 and there are additional costs for more higher-quality protein options. My stir fry bowl wasn't too exciting- simple mixed veggies, brown rice, and unseasoned chicken with a cup of store-bought sweet chili sauce on the side. The zoodle bowl was more flavorful, but I still wasn't overly impressed by it. Maybe we didn't order the right thing? With other more flavorful options in the near vicinity with better prices, I don't know if I would go out of my way to come back here.

Looking for a quick and healthier bite on to go or a quick lunch? This is the place! They even have a loyalty program. Order from a variety of Fresh salad, wraps and sandwiches & more. Everything is very fresh and full of variety. I have tried a variety of their salads so far and I have not yet been disappointed. I really love their weekend in Tijuana salad. Different salad dressings for different tastes. Wraps have also been yummy. I did not care for their soup however.

  • Alyssa L.

I was pleasantly surprised with the menu here. For lunch, I had the signature salad with chicken, which I would recommend if you like goat cheese and avocado, which I love. It was about $10, so reasonably priced, although the to-go portion seemed pretty small. This place is great if you are looking for healthier options that also pack a lot of flavor.

The line was longer than the long counter but moved quickly. Almost too quickly for me to fully digest the impressive array of offerings that are sure to make So Fresh Salads & Grill grow on many, many more fans and customers, of which I am now one. This is the one and only, for now. With seating indoors and outdoors and the option to eat in or take out, So Fresh can make food to take or food to enjoy right now. It was busy the day I visited but blissfully not noisy which made conversation easy and the meal even more enjoyable. But to get right to it - the food is really what dining out is all about and this food was soooo good. The concept focuses on offering lots of healthy alternatives but providing a convenient and reasonably priced way to eat your vegies, enjoy your soup, sip on a smoothie or create and customize your own satisfying sandwich. The options are many and I love that. The interior decor is not severe, sterile or otherwise off-putting but inviting and really welcoming. I could definitely hang out here and likely will whenever I am in the area. Beer has been added and wine is soon to follow but the juice I selected to accompany my meal was perfect so the option to pair something a bit healthier helps take this food to another level.

I drive 40 minutes (round trip) on my lunch break, and spend $18 for lunch. That about sums up how much I like it. It's not easy to find REAL- healthy food, fast. I usually prep my own lunches but when I don't this is my go to

  • Brian C.

Great place to get a healthy, tasty bite to eat. The folks that work here are extremely nice and professional, the place seems very clean, and the food really is... So Fresh. I like the Weekend in Tijuana topped with grilled chicken. The corn, salsa, guacamole, and avocado ranch really is exciting with all different textures and tastes. I've also had the steak dijon wrap, with perfectly done (medium) steak, bacon, and a tangy Greek yogurt and dijon mustard kick. Also very good. The best part of it is... you actually might ENJOY eating salad here!

  • Martic R.

So I've been back for the Superfood Salmon bowl 3 times... Just can't get enough of it. The Salmon is cooked to order and it comes with red quinoa mixed with rice, avocados , walnuts with an olive oil vinaigrette. Definitely not low fat but you can customize your order. It's one if the highest priced item but well worth it. Wish there was another location.

Best food all around. Healthy, filling, and delicious to boot!!! I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service and dishes they serve. They cater to making sure you are happy. If you need a recipe tweeked, they are willing to work with you with a smile. Quick tip: they have a special black board meanie with staff favorites and specials. Check them out. If I had to sum up this establishment with one word, it would be "yum".

SOO glad a place like this opened up! Believe it or not there are actually days where I crave a salad, but I am super picky about what goes in it. I stumbled upon this newly opened place after hitting up the shipping store a few doors down. I was surprised to see that I loved all the ingredients in the SoFresh signature salad. So that was the choice- and it was really big! and delicious! Also, right now they're running a special if you check in on facebook you get a free fountain soda. They also have soups, sandwiches and smoothies! It's clean and modern inside, and always a good bonus: they have coke products. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as I clearly looked overwhelmed when walking in. I will most definitely be back.

Tried this out tonight on my break, was really craving a salad & I have to say, I am a fan! I got the Simple Caesar Salad & added their Bistro Chuck Steak on top for $5.00 extra- it came to about $11.00, which I think was pretty worth it since the steak was moist & flavorful, cooked to a perfect medium. The salad originally comes with romaine lettuce, parmesan sticks (vs shaved), a sliced hard-boiled egg, crutons & casear dressing... obviously! The menu had so many options: argula, kale, sunflower seeds, vegan options, salmon, quinoa and much more; salads, wraps, pastas, sandwiches. I can't wait to try out the other items on the menu! Now, that being said, the reason I gave it 4/5 was because I could have enjoyed it even more if the romaine had seemed more freshly cut & crispier. It seemed like it had either been shredded carelessly or been out for a while, although it was still very good! I just worked at a salad bar where we cut the lettuce 2x3 times daily and it was always super fresh & crisp, so my standards are pretty high when it comes to that. Overall, I really enjoyed this place & will definetly be back! Recommend if you are in the area!

Healthy, delicious, and creative meals at a great price. These guys really know what's good and they're not afraid to try new things. The zucchini noodle special was on point and they consistently serve up fresh food with both hearty and light options. It is the closest restaurant to USF in Tampa that has genuine good-for-you food and cute chefs. ; )

  • Kirsti O.

I love this place! Their ahi tuna is so good! Actually everything on the menu is really good. I've taken several people here with me since its been open and no one has ever had anything that was bad. There's a guy there that I believe is the owner... He's adorable.

  • Allan M.

I come to Tampa a few times a year on business, and there don't seem to be too many healthy food options around, but SoFresh is definitely one I will be coming back to. I had the stir fry bowl with steak, and the person I ordered with suggested substituting half the rice with their handmade zucchini noodles ("zoodles"). Boy, that was amazingly tasty, and lived up to the "fresh" part in the store name. The only bad part was that the store was not packed with diners - I want this place to be around forever, so tell all your friends about it!

    (5)
  • Cristina T.

I really love this place! They have a good menu with a variety of different healthy options. I had the endless summer salad and it was amazing. Delicious kale with Gorgonzola, grapes, pear, oranges, walnuts and yummy strawberry dressing. My boyfriend had the Cali chicken wrap and it was good but not as filling. Very clean place and friendly service. Everything tasted fresh.

  • Jessica H.

Just left so fresh and we had a wonderful lunch. We both created salads and added salmon on top. The salmon was the best I've ever had, moist and delicious. We also got to try a whip cream berry dessert. This isn't are first time and it won't be our last. I wish I would have gotten their names before I left. The best customer service I've had in a while. Thank you so much! !

Great place! The concept is perfect. Fresh, wholesome and flavorful food that is delicious and good for you. Ricky and his crew take great care of you. If you are in need of catering they have you covered as well. Definitely a crowd pleaser! The signature salad is great. Ask about their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!

Absolutely love this place.. Excellent menu with many healthy options to choose from plus excellent service.. I eat here at least once a week

    (5)
  • Lauren H.

More like, SO BLAND. The chicken was tender but they gave me enough pieces in my stir fry bowl for a kids meals. The rice with veggies was SOOO bland and I had to add about 3 bags of soy sauce. No wonder people lose weight eating here...it's because there is barely any food and you don't have any money left over to get more food.

    (3)
  • Keri S.

We love this place! Absolutely delicious, healthy food, with lots of options for vegetarians, and plenty of great meat options, too. We stopped in after the end of a long day, and caught them right at closing. The food was just what we needed. There were tons of great nutritious options and everything we had was fantastic. Loved the zucchini noodles! The owner was there and went out of his way to make our visit great. We left refreshed an rejuvenated and excited to come back next time we're in town! Wish there was a So Fresh in our hometown - we'd be there every week.

  • Robin T.

This place really is... so fresh! I've had the Vegan bowl and the Asian Stir Fry bowl so far and they were both absolutely delicious. There are so many other things on the menu that look great... I can't wait to go back to try them all! I don't even usually love healthy foods that much but they do a good job of making them taste really good. Service is good and fast.

Very clean, modern interior. They have a You Pick Two special, similar to Panera, but this is locally owned and not a chain. Salads are very large and fresh. I had the portobello/goat cheese wrap, which was just ok and not very hearty. The kale salad was very healthy with a light vinaigrette and the 1/2 portion was giant! A full smoothie menu, homemade soups and "healthy" cookies round out the menu. There are a variety of sides that come with the meals; I had the "spicy" (not spicy) pasta salad. I would return and try it again, maybe to try a different wrap/soup combo. I was there for a work lunch, but I did see that beers were $1 when you order food -- can't beat that deal!

  • Melanie H.

So fresh is right!! Delicious, fresh food that you cant find anywhere else on this side of town. I love the salads and the assortment of salad dressings. If you're looking for healthy food that taste great then this is the place to go. Since this is a new-ish restaurant, there are always changes and improvements to the menu!

We love it here. My wife and enjoy the healthy creative options they have here. It's very tasty and so.. Fresh. This is a great place to have up here in usf.

This place just opened and there are not many healthy options near USF so I stopped in after work. First of all, as a vegetarian there were so many things on the menu I was dying to try. You can create your own salad or sandwich OR pick from one of their creations- which all sounded amazing. Lots of avocado involved which always makes me happy. I decided on the white bean wrap with a site of pasta salad. It came out hot and was so yummy. I couldn't taste the avocado ranch so I asked for more on the side- which was fabulous. I will definitely be back!

Good vegetarian options. Yummy peanut-sauce stuff! Has a punch card for savings on future purchases. Yummy tiziki-sauce. Everything was fresh and good. Nice healthy option vs everything surrounding it.

Nice fresh and creative salad. Not sure if I would drive 30 miles to eat here again.

Very good, fresh, and full of taste food served here. When ever I come to the VA Hospital, I always stop by here for a smoothie or their fajita wrap. I highly recommend this place.

  • Rob L.

Clean and pleasant helpful crew, food was good, tomato soup was nice, hot and good flavors. Nice variety. While I don't know if I'd make a special trip, I'd certainly be happy to go back for more if I was nearby.

Love this place. Fresh healthy foods. Made with quality ingredients. Everything from salads to smoothies to vegan soup. It's great!

  • Gale S.

I went here a little over a month ago and didn't like it. You could see the kitchen and the people behind there weren't wearing gloves or washing their hands or wearing hair nets. The bowl was dirty and the silverware they have put out was dirty too. The chicken Caesar salad was average, I probably won't be back.

Awesome. Will be back again. Very high quality ingredients and hip atmosphere. I recommend going here after a workout or for a quick dinner!

Good food. Took a little while to get my food after I gave them my order. I had the shrimp wrap. I would definitely go here before choosing Panera. Around the same prices as Panera but more healthy.

  • Michelle W.

It was okay. Love that they have ton of options and everything seems fresh. Another perk is that all the nutrition information is available online for those counting calories. My friend and I got the Southwestern steak Bowl. It was only ok. Kinda flavorless. We both had to add salt just to have some "taste" to it. Also, it says it comes with black beans and corn.... They should say a pinch of black beans and corn. Mostly my bowl was made up of rice. I will go back, mostly bc it is close, reasonably priced and they have lots of healthy options. I gotta try a couple items before I can write this place off.

Healthy options, tasty food, and great atmosphere. The world needs more restaurants like this. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hear they are getting beer and wine soon too which will be stellar. Must try!!!

Second time here and I tried the super food salmon bowl. I don't review often but this compelled me to. It's awesome. Red quoinoa, broccoli, tomatoes, walnuts, avocado, and a nice portion of salmon. They added some kale for me at no charge which was nice. This bowl costs $12 but is worth every penny. Quality food that's well prepared and presented, you truly get what you pay for. I'll be back for sure.

This place is great! Fresh ingredients, reasonably priced, generous portions, and fast service. My party stopped for a late lunch. I had a sandwich and my partner had a salad. Also had a custom smoothie. These guys are new, locally owned, and I think they have a winner on their hands. Everything was delicious and best of all it didn't break the bank to eat there. I would definitely go back the next time in the area. Try the chicken salad.

    (5)
  • Meredith M.

Mmmmm.... so delicious. I created my own salad, and although it was a little pricey, it's not outrageous compared to other salad places. The kale mix is awesome and everything was really fresh. The staff was courteous, helpful and kind. I can't wait to go back and try a fresh juice and a sandwich.

    (5)
  • Kelly A.

I love the fact there are so many options... You can select one of their salads or build your own from a great selection of ingredients! I had the "Granny Gorgonzola" and I'm addicted!!! Great portion and a great value!!!

    (5)
  • Stephanie M.

Always awesome and good service. Their name really does say it all. The food is so very fresh. I personally love the Greek bowl with chicken and order it 90% of the time. Surfer smoothie is great too. I have eaten there as many as three times in a week.

A verth good salad/sandwich fast serve place. Big emphasis on veggies and healthy options, and lots of specials...but you can order by checking options for bread, meats, condiments, cheeses, sauces, etc. for sandwiches, making order taking an prep very fast. Today I got a good chicken/tsasiki whole wheat wrap inside 10 minutes from entry to exit to-go order---during a busy lunch hour. Perfect timing to catching a bite between appointments

Great salads (especially their signature one). Kinda pricey but when you think about the value you are getting from the quality and healthfulness (is that a word? I'm making it a word) of the meal, it is well worth it. Rarely busy and closed in booths so you have the place to yourself kinda so it is great if you want to get away from everyone while being nearby USF.

Wow this place was AMAZING! Such a great variety of food, and so many fresh and healthy options. Not only was the food great but the service was incredible. My food came out quickly and the employees were all super friendly. Definitely place I will keep going!

I visited this location shortly after they opened and it was definitely showing some growing pains, but I'm happy to say that they seemed to have straightened things out a lot in that time. The line does still get backed up a little, but it moves fast and the food still comes out quickly. You can tell that like the namesake, everything here is made fresh. Even the tomato soup has the telltale pulp and none of the tang of a premade, so that's pretty impressive. I am a little torn because for the price it feels like the portions are on the small side, but at the same time I always leave full so I suppose it's better to have a good meal with perfect portions than a mediocre meal that you have leftovers from. SoFresh is also pretty convenient for vegetarians since they have several protein sources including tofu, quinoa, sunflower seeds and chickpeas with the option to throw them in any salad or wrap. Unfortunately I'm having difficulty coming up with much more to say other than everything tastes very fresh and this is a great lunch alternative to a lot of the other stuff in the area.

I got the Chicken Sh-war-ma which was pretty good, but the chicken lacked flavor. The sauce, which was homemade, was great though. I got a side of Kale Crisps for $5 which is a little pricey. They were good but a little too salty and were hard to eat without taking bites of something else in-between.

It is the closest restaurant to USF in Tampa that has genuine good-for-you food and cute chefs. ; )

I love this place! They have great, fresh food and amazing smoothies. Everything, I've had has been super good. I especially enjoy their portobello mushroom wrap, white bean wrap, and mushroom soup. They also have wine and beer now and great specials.

  • Julie C.

The food is fresh, delicious and healthy! You can sub zoodles for any of the carbs and the sauce comes on the side for the bowls which are the best! However, it is a little pricier than your average lunch spot, and the service can be iffy, especially when they're busy.

Clean, friendly staff and tasty. On my first time here I ordered the power bowl with tofu. Yum! Nice finding multiple salad protein sources. I'll be back! Too bad this place is not in Pittsburgh!

We were in Tampa looking for a reasonable healthy but fast place to eat. This place had good reviews on Yelp so we thought we'd give it a shot. The chicken was really great! It's antibiotic free. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for the menu

I love this place because it's so healthy! I also appreciate all the options they offer.

I went here a little over a month ago and didn't like it. You could see the kitchen and the people behind there weren't wearing gloves or washing their hands or wearing hair nets. The bowl was dirty and the silverware they have put out was dirty too. The chicken Caesar salad was average, I probably won't be back.

I really love this place! They have a good menu with a variety of different healthy options. I had the endless summer salad and it was amazing. Very clean place and friendly service. Everything tasted fresh.

Always awesome and good service. Their name really does say it all. The food is so very fresh. I personally love the Greek bowl with chicken and order it 90% of the time. Surfer smoothie is great too. I have eaten there as many as three times in a week.

Wow this place was AMAZING! Such a great variety of food, and so many fresh and healthy options. Not only was the food great but the service was incredible. My food came out quickly and the employees were all super friendly. Definitely place I will keep going!

So fresh is right!! Delicious, fresh food that you cant find anywhere else on this side of town. I love the salads and the assortment of salad dressings.

Mmmmm.... so delicious. I created my own salad, and although it was a little pricey, it's not outrageous compared to other salad places. The kale mix is awesome and everything was really fresh. The staff was courteous, helpful and kind. I can't wait to go back and try a fresh juice and a sandwich.

  • Julie C.

The food is fresh, delicious and healthy! You can sub zoodles for any of the carbs and the sauce comes on the side for the bowls which are the best! However, it is a little pricier than your average lunch spot, and the service can be iffy, especially when they're busy.

We were in Tampa looking for a reasonable healthy but fast place to eat. This place had good reviews on Yelp so we thought we'd give it a shot. The chicken was really great! It's antibiotic free. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for the menu

I went here a little over a month ago and didn't like it. You could see the kitchen and the people behind there weren't wearing gloves or washing their hands or wearing hair nets. The bowl was dirty and the silverware they have put out was dirty too. The chicken Caesar salad was average, I probably won't be back.

This place is my go-to after the gym, they have the freshest and healthiest menu around. The staff at this location is always friendly and they offer great recommendations!

It is the closest restaurant to USF in Tampa that has genuine good-for-you food and cute chefs. ; )

I love this place! Their ahi tuna is so good! Actually everything on the menu is really good. I've taken several people here with me since its been open and no one has ever had anything that was bad. There's a guy there that I believe is the owner... He's adorable.

Always awesome and good service. Their name really does say it all. The food is so very fresh. I personally love the Greek bowl with chicken and order it 90% of the time. Surfer smoothie is great too. I have eaten there as many as three times in a week.
